After dealing with Dr. Alexander’s office staff, I have less hope of being a mother than I had before I met them.It’s disappointing because I do believe Dr. Alexander is probably a wonderful doctor, at least that’s how I felt after meeting with her, but I’ve never been treated so poorly by office staff. Once they found out I had to pay everything OOP up front to get even a partial taxed reimbursement from my company, they sent me an updated bill of services that was far more than the original quote. Unheard of when paying everything up front OOP.To make matters worse, I kindly asked for an explanation, thinking that perhaps it was a mistake, following up multiple times, and I was ultimately ghosted by the clinic with not so much as an explanation, but they made sure to send me a bill which I paid immediately.I went to them a single woman in LA with no support from a partner, who wants to be a mother more than anything in the world, however, they found that out, and I feel took advantage of that and made me feel unworthy of even being a mother. I’m afraid to go to another doctor and have given up on my journey because of this experience. I hope they do not do this to other women. We don’t deserve this during such a vulnerable time in our lives.

Dr Alexander is absolutely amazing and one of the best doctors I met. She is caring, very responsive, and genuinly involved in her patients’ journey. She is kind and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I do think the clinic takes on too many patients, which makes things rushed and unorganized at times, but overall, good experience.

Dr. Alexander, along with her fertility clinic, exceeded all of our expectations with their exceptional care and remarkable success in helping us hold our precious daughter in our arms.From the initial consultation to the final stages of our fertility journey, Dr. Alexander and her team displayed an unparalleled level of professionalism and compassion. Her ability to answer our questions and address any concerns helped alleviate any anxiety we had.The clinic itself was well-equipped and maintained, providing a comfortable and supportive environment for patients. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist. We felt reassured knowing that we were in capable hands.Furthermore, the success we achieved under Dr. Alexanders guidance was truly remarkable. Despite previous failed attempts, she remained optimistic and worked tirelessly to develop a personalized treatment plan that suited our specific needs. Her dedication and expertise ultimately resulted in the conception and birth of our beautiful daughter.We are forever grateful to Dr. Alexander and her clinic for the incredible gift they have given us. Their unwavering commitment to helping couples build families is evident in their outstanding results. We wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Alexander and her clinic to anyone facing fertility challenges.

I love Dr. Alexander! She is super attentive and truly cares about you. She will call or email you personally with any results and has an amazing team you can reach out to with any questions. I got referred to her by a good friend of mine who now has a healthy happy baby!

This physician is really amazing. I trusted her entirely with my healthcare, even traveling out of state to see her. The facility she works at is a bit on the slow side, but it was absolutely worth the wait to see her. Good care from kind souls is hard to find - but you’ll definitely find one in Dr. Alexander.

They gave me a medication that burned me inside according to a bacterium, it was a vile lie, be very careful, please leave without the possibility of having babies, I travel 20 miles according to be the best doctor in fertility is a deception, women care !
