Amazing staff. This was my first ever experience and this clinic (nurses, doctor, and anesthesiologist) were NOTHING short of perfect and amazing . To every at ACWC THANK YOU GREATLY!!! I cannot express my gratitude enough.

Everyone was so kind and informative from the receptionist all the way down to the doctor. They work quickly too I wasn’t there long about an hour and half to get my pills. Very clean facility and they are very organized.

This place really exceeded my expectations. Everyone is kind and professional, polite there’s no judgement. Knowledgeable, answers all your questions and concerns. They provide you with everything you need. The process is smooth, they make it easier for you to get things done without trying to sway your decisions. The environment is private, and reassuring. I’ve been here for two different reasons and both experiences were very different but a complete relief. They check on you after everything is completed. The staff is really easy to talk to. The payment process was efficient, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Words arent enough to express my gratitude for the staff at ACWC. I did not expect the level of compassion I received.... They were wonderful.The attitude and demeanor of the office staff, nurses, and the doctor at ACWC had a huge influence on how positive my experience was. I felt very supported, educated, and safe.The wait time was a little lengthy but that was to be expected. I prefer they take their time with patients anyway. I never felt rushed. I felt human. I felt like they CARED. ☁️🤍☁️A million thank yous to all the staff at ACWC. Yall helped me thru a really rough situation. This experience turned out the best it possibly could.

Scheduling was fast! The atmosphere was very peaceful. ALL of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. No one had an attitude!! Everything moved quick about 2 1/2-3 hours! 10/10 would highly recommend!! 💪🏽

This place was absolutely amazing. From beginning to end I was treated with compassion and respect. The bad reviews on this place HAVE to be from protesters. I wasnt rushed at all. I was asked several times if I had any questions and they always made sure I fully understood each step. I was especially fond of the nurse Kat she is such a kind and caring soul. She alone made me feel welcomed, cared about, and respected. I wouldnt recommend going anywhere else.

I was very worried when picking this place to do my procedure because of the claims they’re impersonal but went anyways because they have the best pricing and student discounts for individuals still in college. BUT, when I arrived I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist who got me in quickly. The staff is wonderful! Not impersonal at all!! Albeit they’re just like a regular doctors office and the nurses don’t pry into your life unless you’re willing to have a conversation, which I did with several very sweet women, but my silence felt very respected until I did finally strike up a conversation with them. As far as timing I was in at 10:30 and out by 12:45 (I did a surgical procedure). I did not feel rushed and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it went. Everyone answered all of my questions thoroughly and honestly i.e pain of procedure, what to expect after etc. They even accommodated me with extra nausea medicine for my ride home which was really thoughtful.These people truly care about making this hard process comfortable to all women and I really appreciate that because making this decision is not easy for anyone.AND the best part was you have to be buzzed into the office. I felt so safe in that building knowing not just anyone could walk in.

I went last week In all the heavy rain and the staff was amazing and very nice. Great customer service from the lady at the front desk as well. I even enjoyed that they had a sitting area in the back with movies to watch. The Doctors & RN was amazing as well , I literally was having a conversation with them as if I knew them for a very quite while now . The place is clean, but I wish it was bigger to give a little more privacy in the back , but overall my visit was amazing and surgical procedure went fast and the after procedure has been going great as well. I also like the fact they prescribe you with medication and also recommend things to use to help with the pain and help with the flow of the blood. I Highly recommend this place, my overall time their was 2-3 hours& I was happy about that.

Rude as hell on the phone. Whoever that lady was I spoke to, learn some empathy and kindness(especially as a woman) before working in this type of field; people don’t want to be patronized, they want help and this place doesn’t cut it. Not only did my friend have a bad experience here last year, but before I could even get in, the phone call put a sour taste in my mouth. Save your time and sanity, they’ll just make you feel lesser than and not answer any concerns. Gross attitude from receptionist.

They were incredibly gentle, informative, and efficient. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and reassuring. I will admit I was full of nerves and panic at beginning of appointment, and they completely put you at ease. 10/10 would recommend.

I was nervous prior to my appointment, but my experience was incredible. I felt extremely safe being buzzed in and walking into warm colors, a friendly and kind receptionist, and a comfortable temperature (unlike other clinics that are always freezing cold). The location is discreet and I did not have to worry about protestors.. so a huge plus! I filled out paperwork and was called back very quickly to a bigger waiting room with a nice seating area. The staff I spoke with were compassionate, friendly, and reassuring. I felt much better after speaking with the staff member (the educator maybe?) who discussed the procedure and side effects with me and asked me about birth control. she took her time, made me laugh, and cared about my experience.. she was awesome! The entire process took about 2.5 hours, but that’s to be expected as a clinic hosting many patients for such a large area and the logistics of the process were still pretty efficient. Instead of one or two staff members doing all of the work and sitting in a room alone for hours, you are called back to a different room for each component and then back to the waiting room until the next thing. I appreciated this as a person who can’t sit in one place for a long time, especially when nervous, and I enjoyed meeting multiple staff members who had a significantly positive impact on my experience. Also, the art work placed throughout the clinic is beautiful and provides a sense of social justice, which was incredibly empowering. When I met the doctor at the end, she was extremely knowledgeable, confident, and comforting. She took her time making sure I understood everything, answered any questions I had and it was obvious that she cared. I left the clinic feeling relieved and empowered. Overall, an amazing experience and I will definitely be recommending this facility to others.

This place is AWESOME!!!! I have no complaints. Ive never felt so relaxed. What a great group of woman. The price was one of the best in the area and they even help you if you qualify for assistance. I was very well taken care of. I was shocked at how great the service was after reading some of the reviews. Im not sure where those unhappy people went, because my visit was amazing! I was nervous walking in because I did not know what to expect coming here. Everyone was so friendly from the front receptionist lady to the doctors. The anesthesiologist was a few hours late BUT when he did finally arrive the process went by extremely fast. Everyone was so comforting and sweet and, most importantly, non-judgmental. Having moments of laughter and casual convo definitely eased my nerves. Great place!

My name is Nakia Mingo I was see today at this location, overall I had a GREAT experience from the moment I walked in . My only problem was the recovery nurse , she was extremely rude from the moment I interacted with her. I was sitting waiting to change to my gown and she loudly asked another nurse did you have her change in the staff restroom , even though the nurse with the purple hair (which was great) asked I told her no I can wait.. she proceeded to say out loud she looks bored …. How are we suppose to look in a current situation I am in ?? Then after my procedure she rushed me out and going to say to me and my boyfriend be careful you are fertile LOUDLY again . I didn’t mind she stated it but I been in here for 2hrs have seen the process of how you walk others out && you didn’t mention that statement. I just didn’t enjoy my encounters with her at all. But thank you staff for helping me and getting me through this experience.

I had a surgical procedure here on a Saturday. They staff was very patient and they also kept me informed. Everyone here was very nice. Would recommend. The only reason for 4 stars is due to the wait time. I was here over 6 hours. It was a lot of women being serviced here though on a Saturday.

I was very nervous going through the abortion process. The staff at Atlanta Center for Woman s Choice made me feel very comfortable from the phone call all the way up and through my follow up appointment. The office is very clean and comfortable. The staff was all very friendly. I had a lot of questions and they answered them ALL. They helped to calm my nerves. The Doctor was nice and made sure to check on me when I was in recovery because he knew how afraid I was. If I had to do it again... There is no question where I would go. I would recommend this place to anyone who has to make this very difficult decision. Some people may be confused about the location, but the address is correct, its just one of many buildings, and when I called to express I couldnt find which building it was, the staff explained to me how to get there, I felt silly after but they didnt make me feel any type way, they were just helpful. I am grateful that I chose this office. Because Ive heard horror stories of other places.

I want to say that although this was a sad situation for me EVERYONE I came in contact with was so compassionate. The wait time was extremely short, and every one there was nice and gentle with me and I am so thankful. If anyone is in an situation where they are making a sensitive decision like this and looking to get a procedure done, I would recommend this place whole heartedly. Thank you all for treating me with such care.

The surgery was very quick but the wait was very long, I had an 12pm appointment didn’t get the the surgery until 3:30pm. That was the only bad thing about it. Other than that I would recommend. Also since that visit in July, I’ve conceived twice but neither time have my embryos have stuck to my uterine wall. I’m kind of worried about that, as if it something didn’t heal right inside. I have been ttc since august. Conceived in August and October but neither embryo stuck to my uterine wall 😔 as if I’ve been having chemical pregnancies. That saddens me

So I’m done! I had started to miscarry a week before my vacuum aspiration/surgical abortion procedure. They took care of me very promptly, and I feel great. Just minor cramping. They provided anesthesia for my procedure and I was knocked out. They also provided 800 mg of ibuprofen before the procedure and wrote pain medication for me to pick up from CVS. The facility was WONDERFUL full of wonderful people! They calmed my nerves, explained everything to me via phone and in-person, and im going to write my story on shoutyourabortion.com to advise other women that everything will be okay. I’m very much happy with the decision I made. Don’t be afraid to ask any questions you may have! I’ll never forget the impact this center had on my decision and feelings.

Let me be 100% honest bc I’m seeing tons of mixed reviews. I called this clinic to schedule an appointment. The woman on the phone went over what to expect, costs, and told me before my appointment there was some reading on their website I needed to complete. I was terrified bc I wasn’t completely sure nor comfortable with my decision. When I got there I had some paperwork to complete- normal dr stuff. Due to COVID no one could come in w me which I expected. I felt super safe. The door had a lock on it and they have to buzz you in. The girl up front was a little rushy but I honestly preferred it that way- I just wanted to get it over with. I had talked to my friends and my partner before hand about any conflicting feelings and I did my own research. I chose to do a medical abortion instead of a procedure. I had gone to my ob the week before so I knew how far along I was. They took me to the back waiting room and took my vitals. Then a woman called me into an office and asked if I had any questions or anything I wanted to talk about before I went through with it. I was sure of my decision so I said no. She told me what to expect and went over the medications they were going to write a prescription for. They did tell me that bleeding could last until I get my period back but they didn’t tell me how long the pain could last. I had talked to a friend before hand that made it seem like she only bled for ab 24 hours and after that the cramping and bleeding was over. It’s been over a week and I’m still getting mild beginning of labor like contractions. It’s not unbearable but I do wish I knew about that before hand. I’d also like to say that none of the research I did talked about how intense or how long the pain could last. I got an ultrasound and they asked me if I wanted to see it or hear the heartbeat. I knew in my heart that if I did I wouldn’t be able to go through with it so I said no. They respected my decision and the ultrasound tech did her thing and I was back to the waiting room. After waiting for a little bit I was taken to the very back room where a woman gave me the first pill (it stops your body from producing estrogen so the pregnancy can’t develop). She then went over the instructions for the second round of pills. FYI bc I had no clue about this- the pills you take at home are multiples not just one or two- I had 8. They told me the different ways to take them and allowed me to ask questions then I was out of there. I went in not knowing if I was making the right decision but left confident that I was and that what I was doing was okay. I love that they offered gentle support. They didn’t try to push me to have a conversation that I didn’t want to have but they gave me the opportunity to let it all out if I wanted to. I didn’t feel judged. I felt very supported. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is bc a lot of the experience felt very impersonal which I liked for the most part but I wish there had been a feeling of warmth. Idk how else to describe it. The vibe was just off but overall I’m pleased with the service and my choice. Tiffany (which is the woman I talked to in the office) was amazing and I felt warmth coming from her and I felt like I wasn’t pressured to make a certain decision. Unfortunately I don’t remember the names of the other women that helped me through this very difficult time in my life but shoutout to everyone that was there that day. I have no regrets. I wouldn’t get another abortion unless I medically needed to due to personal reasons but if anyone I know in the future wants an abortion I will recommend this place for sure!!!

The lady I spoke with was so insensitive and rude. Warning! The lady did not even explain anything about the differences between the two options. She was not very kind at all. I made my appointment with a clinic somewhere else, and Im grateful I did. The other Clinic gave me a better explanation of the procedures and helped me make a better choice.

I chose this provider due to the least amount of bad reviews vs the other clinics in the area. The fact that there arent any bad reviews is shocking after the experience I had today. When I made my Saturday appt I was told 1130am was the earliest they saw patients due to their doctor not coming in that early. When I got there at 11 am it was cramped as if these people had been here a little while, meaning they do schedule earlier appts. I was also told your driver/ support person could sit in the waiting room with you, NOT true. Once it gets full in the main waiting area they come around asking all drivers to wait in another waiting room across the hall. For this place to be a medical facility I expected way more professionalism as well as organization. Most of the woman that work here are young and black. I say that as a young black woman to say they act like the stereotypical black woman. Needless to say I left after my driver almost got to fighting with another driver in the room across the hall due to the young man playing cellphone music while rapping out loud as if nobody else was in the room. None of the staff intervened even though the policy is no cellphones. The other drivers also asked the young man to keep it down but he continued. All in all I just wanted to give an updated real review.

The nurses and doctors make you feel at ease and not judged. The office is very clean and the staff is very professional. The wait time isnt all day long. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone having to make this decision.

I went here for my first time today and I had a great experience! All the ladies were extremely nice, caring and understanding. I would recommend ACWC to anyone! The wait time was nothing, everyone was professional and the environment was relaxing. I was worried at first, considering my experiences at other similar clinics. But the worry was for nothing because this place is great.

The staff here is SO friendly, they made me feel comfortable the entire time and are very informative.

I didnt really have high expectations, considering I was going to terminate an unborn fetus. The staff lacked compassion, friendliness, and timeliness. There was one nice nurse. The wait is terrible. The doctor was over an hour late, and most of the staff had terrible vibes. I would not recommend this center to anyone.

Went here back in March 2017. For starters the social worker was horrible... me & a group of women waited in a waiting area over an hour just to speak with her finally for just 5 mins to sign paperwork. Before signing paperwork she sat in her office & chanted over her cell phone for a complete hour..... final horrible experience was the elderly nurse whom stuck me (not exaggerating) over 8times to get an IV to flow for the Anethesia. This nurse is literally 75years old or older. The doctor himself has to insert the needle which he had trouble with always. Other than these 2 incidents everything went pretty smooth!

I would say dont believe everything that you read because this place was simply amazing! Everyone there was professional, courteous, and compassionate! If I could give 10 stars I certainly would. I wasnt in a good place when I got there, but they made me forget why I was there, and uplifted my spirits. Thanks again for such a wonderful experience!

So far my experience has been amazing. The women that work here are sooo kind...very understanding...comforting thru the whole process. This is definantly not an easy decision for me and i want to write this for those who are worried and concerned...I understand....it will be ok. This place also offered me financial help being in low income/financial harships so i was able to afford to be put to sleep.

My experience was awful! These people dont care! There is NO privacy, you can hear the persons conversation with door closed. Yes, we are all here for the same thing, but my situation and your situation are not the same. This bad attitude having Counselor, they can keep her! Go elsewhere!

No compassion whatsoever, after the procedure your moved to the recovery room until you wake up, the nurse that was there when I woke up was very rude I told her that I was still in a lot of pain and the cramping was really bad they ignored me and rushed me off the bed all while I was crying and in pain.. it was so heartbreaking that they would be so mean to somebody especially right after that type of procedure.. long story short I ended up with a infection. I will be handling them accordingly. PLEASE DONT GO HERE !!

DO NOT GO THERE!!! my boyfriend and i had an app at 8:30, along with 12 other people! They literally schedual everyone for the same time! Not only that, MOST of the staff were rude as hell! Attitude and eye rolling! VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Plus, they are overpriced! One of the most expensive abortion clinics around the area

The front desk ladys are so rude and unprofessional made me want to turn around but I knew what I came for so I shook off that energy but the ladies in the back so sweet made the overall experience ok I just feel this clinic lacks compassion a little which is so crazy to me..The ladies in the back made me feel better..They need a new check in lady because her energy and attitude was sooo nasty.

Ultrasound, anesthesia, pain meds during and after procedure, blood test to check for rh, saltine crackers afterwards and water, women doctor which was a big plus for me, really pleasant environment, treated very well, optional followup afterwards thats free, only thing was the wait time but id rather wait and have it done right than have it rushed. I would recommend highly as ive seen other locations and they dont even do half of what these guys do. Its 490ish for what i got and if your a student its 390. Im going to get pregnant again just to come back. JK but thats how much i loved it. c:

This place is amazing. People that are giving bad reviews because they had to wait is stupid. Get there before your appt time. The ladies were all great would so recommend this place to anyone that needs their services.

Nicest most compassionate front/back staff and doctors I’ve ever encountered in the state of ga .

If I could give this place ZERO ! I would !!!! It was horrible it looks run down not only that ... But after I got my procedure done I felt great a few days later I was bleeding an throwing up an was in serious pain !!! Later come to find out they had left tissues ( remains ) inside of me ! So I had to get what is called a DNC !!!!! Horrible horrible horrible !!!!! Never again over priced for horrible unexsperinced service !!!!

Overheard a patient saying the Dr forgot to wipe her arm prior to needle insertion, resulting in her having a severely swollen arm afterwards.Staff contains northern hospitality

Most of these reviews are spam by what I assume is a paid firm. Look at most of the reviewers they use bicoastal home remodeling and construction services and frequent car dealerships in multiple states. Or maybe is truly the abortion clinic for the jetsetting bicoastal homeowner crowd although I assume most people with those kinds of resources would use other means for birth control.

Didn’t even send my prescription over afterwards. I had to call them 3 hours later to remind them. Very unprofessional. Violated HIPPA LAW WHEN THEY SENT MY INFO TO THE WRONG PHARMACY.

This place was awesome, no judgement zone very knowledgeable, from front desk to the Dr. Being that this was the first time Ive ever done this I felt completely comfortable.

This has been the most pleasant experience at any medical clinic. An excellent box would be better cause that’s what everybody in this clinic is.
