If I could leave zero stars, I would—Dr. O and most of the office staff lacks compassion & accountability. Hopefully the Peachtree location is better(Im changing providers ASAP)!!10/10 would NOT recommend- save yourself the time and frustration. No one ever answers the phone/returns calls and most people seem to only be there for a paycheck.Edit: I would like to mention, Precious was an amazing help! She took the time out of her day to assist me, and make recommendations for correcting my issues. Your help is much appreciated. I hope that the office can follow in your footsteps.

My first experience was in person at this pharmacy and it was phenomenal. Helpful staff, attentive, competent, and compassionate. The second experience, a phone call, was with a very rude and disaffected pharmacy staff member. I called before the weekend to refill my medication. I was asked how I wanted my Rx filled and I said I’d come pick it up. I was told, no. Just no. I realized the time and said ok, tomorrow. …in an irritated tone I heard “We’re closed Saturday. How would you like to receive your RX?”Well what are my options? We can send it to you on Monday. Which do you want filled?I said what I wanted filled and she asked about one I forgot, and I said sure.So everything.Yes everything, why not.Ok we’ll get it out to you.Ok. Thank you. Have a good weekend.You too.**Click**Tell me why it’s Tuesday and I call to find out what happened and she picks up that attitude once she realized its me saying she told me it would process on Monday and ships in 2-5 business days. The hell she did! She gave a vague statement which she attempted to defend “we can send it on Monday” so she never said I would receive it but conveyed it as such. So here I am having a virus attack my cells because I wasn’t given enough clear information to make an informed decision which would have been to just fill it at the pharmacy and I’ll come get it.NEVER COMING BACK!And if you value your health, don’t call in to the pharmacy. Everyone else seems cool but that one girl is the worst. I wish I cared to remember her name.

Love the atmosphere but we need to be more punctual at this location. My labs always take 1hour+

I really felt welcomed, all the staff members had a smile which made it even more comfortable, and they treated you like really matter to them. Thank you all again.

Was a little weary about trying this location at first but the each of my recent visits the Staff were very friendly , polite and knowledgeable .

Thought Chamberlain was a good Dr. But it only took a second visit to see he was judgemental and unprofessional. Hes a coward. Rather than picking up the phone to answer my questions he had others do his dirty work. Then had the nerve to send me a letter in the mail. I didnt even open it. Im going to rip it up and return to sender. Horrible person.

Bad bad customer service they care less about your health, been without médica for two weeks and they keep changing the appointment without any notice, explained the Dr a situation I had with me been having asthma and that I need some other medication to help with it, well they told me I had to come back next day when I was already there, also explained didn’t have a job atm and I don’t drive that it wasn’t easy for me to come back next day, they didn’t care. I do not recommend and I’m looking for another health Center where they staff and Doctors care about their patients

Worst office that exists the phone tells u they are closed when they are clearly open ! They never answer u leave a voice mail you will never get your call returned labs done 4 months ago I have no idea of the outcome ! I have yet to see a doctor I cant speak with anyone there ever at any point I have been leaving voice mails to this office for now 60 days !!!!! Do not enroll here unless u want to end up dead with no health care!

Every time I go, it is a lovely experience. Everyone there is always kind and welcoming. I’m a transgender man and go for HRT, Dr. Ouderkirk is wonderful and always makes sure I get the care I need. If you’re trans, I recommend going with him for your HRT needs. :) It’s a bit of a drive from Marietta but it is worth it!

Need to b shut down fiancé died because of them , they so quick to send u home with medication instead of seeking medical help . Smh.

So tired of dealing with this terrible office and the lack of communication. No one ever answers the phone, staff doesn’t return messages and the doctor is pretty quick to brush of medical concerns. If you don’t have insurance I understand the need to go here, but if you have insurance- save yourself the headache.

I am a current patient with Dr. Ouderkirk and the Midtown clinic has been my salvation. I literally thank whatever gods are out there every week, if not every day, for them being in business. The people who have been reporting negative experiences, in my opinion, must either be trying to get him to treat outside of his specialty, or are simply expecting far too much from one of the few clinics in GEORGIA that serve our particular niche. The staff has been friendly, helpful, and professional. If someone is having difficulties with the staff, it is likely due to their own aggressive or un-civil behavior, The staff are human beings. If you do not degrade, insult or belittle them, they will move mountains for you (In my experience) An expression of gratitude never harmed anyone

If I could give zero stars, I would.I was recently a patient at the Midtown location in Atlanta. I am trans and on HRT. They put me with a doctor who does not and is not authorized to do hormone replacement therapy and yesterday, she refused to re-prescribe my testosterone or give me the signed referral letter for top surgery. I honestly encourage people to avoid this place at all costs.

No one answers the phone, forces you to drive there and then you see two people at the desk completely free. Ridiculous

No one ever answers the phone and the front desk staff is absolutely useless if you need any sort of help. The doctors there don’t listen to the patients issues or concerns it’s just, “Here take more med... NEXT!” They’re getting a arm and leg for each patient at least treat them like your career depends on it !

This facility offers some great services for the community. They offer a variety of medical services and financing options through one of their many programs.

It has my favorite doctor in the whole wide world there dr. Zandreeta Tims - cook is by far one of the most best and professional doctors Ive ever had in my life keep up the good work doctor TC

This is a horrible office and I recommend everyone please go to the Lithonia office instead. Theyre more professional and more welcoming than this office. They also will not belittle you or tell you how you should feel being a patient.

I’ve been coming to Ahf Piedmont for years - they have new lab technician working there , Shawn is pleasant ,they have a Brittany who’s in the lab who is totally Rude !! Not friendly at all !!

I love the atmosphere - the Staff is very pleasant - the Nurses and Doctors are caring, knowledgeable and compassionate. Im glad I made the switch from Grady.
