Dr. Harley and her medical and professional staff have been stellar. Dr. Harley listens closely and cares about you feeling YOUR best. Not just base-line good enough on a scale that has nothing to do with you. If you are feeling any of the effects of menopause, visit for a consultation. The treatment has been nothing short of life-changing. Staff has been caring, helpful and patient in explaining everything.

Dr Harley is so knowledgeable in hormone replacement therapy that she is able to assess and administer a successful treatment plan quickly. She listens well, orders appropriate labs and provides options. Her follow up treatment is timed perfectly. I cant say enough good things about her. Im so glad to have found her.I want to update this review 6/19/2024 to add that I have continued treatment with Dr Harley. Her staff has always been so welcoming and accommodating, by providing medical letters needed, prescription refills in a timely manner and changing appointments for me. Dr Harley spends time going over my labs every other visit when we draw new labs, discussing current dosage and if we should stay there and anything else going on with me medically at that time to determine if that could be the cause for even any slight changes in my labs. Her thoroughness in my care is beyond what I have ever received elsewhere. My hormonal health is in excellent shape and I feel symptom free due to time and care she puts into my program.

Dr. Harley and her entire team are awesome. They have very smooth processes and excellent customer care - which makes every visit smooth & stress free. I find this extra valuable at my gyno because so many visits are about things that are uncomfortable, embarrassing, or otherwise distressing! I’ve received both regular gyn appts/tests and hormone therapy from both Dr. Harley and Sherida and they’re both great, taking time to listen and explain until I understand and have decided from the options. Richard at the front desk is also amazing, as are the rest of the team, both front and back office! I recommend this place to any woman - and especially those who are living through perimenopause and beyond and are not finding relief from their current gyno - come get yourself the support and relief you deserve, your challenges CAN be resolved - you do NOT have to live with it!!

I had previously had a not so great experience, but I personally like Dr. Harley. So I wrote her to offer feedback. She returned the call after hours and we spoke at length about opportunities for improvement. I must say that I have been impressed with the efforts made to improve the patient experience. I honestly believe Dr. Harley cares about her patients and their wellbeing. As promised, I am writing this review to be fair in my assessment. Kudos to Dr. Harley and her staff...

Kind caring and genuine is how I would describe the staff and Doctors. I truly love coming into my appointments. They are thorough and honest. Dr. Brown is one of a kind and I am happy to have had her through both of my pregnancies. Dr. Hamilton is very thorough with information and explanations and never gets tired of my endless questions. The staff is polite and courteous throughout the entire appointment.

You’ve got to check Dr Harley out1st if all, she’s Jamaican !!!Like who would know. She’s smart , very knowledgeable and educates you while making your health better.For me, she does wellness. And I absolutely get to know what I’m deficient in or over in, which is effective in correcting and creating balance.

I am so grateful for the accommodation and customer service this office has provided me over the years. They are fantastic. Richard, Tara, and Tanya are my absolute favorite.

Dr. Harleys staff is absolutely amazing. Every one of them is friendly, fun, competent, friendly, caring - I could go on and on! Plus, Dr. Harley will take the time to sit and talk with you about your concerns and has a genuine interest in your overall health and well-being. I cant wait to report the results! Its been about 6 weeks and I feel fantastic!

Dr. Harley is a great doctor; however, multiple staff members are in urgent need of customer service training. I heavily invested in two medical services which required weekly follow up. Once I arrived for the first of weekly follow ups on the first medical investment, was told the staff member wasn’t there that day. During the same visit I shared that there may be a medical issue with the first medical procedure I invested heavily in. An hour later, once I approached the desk I was told with a very rough attitude by an MA, that I could not be placed before a patient (as though I wasn’t one) and that the doctor leaves early on Fridays.The receptionist then shared with the MA with the rough attitude, that I was waiting for her (substitute MA) & she replied “she thought I was waiting for the provider that she was not going to allow me to see”. I later called to report this to the doctor & was met with “the doctor doesn’t have an email & doesn’t speak with patients.” Advice: Once you make the investment in the medical service do not expect the weekly followthrough nor attention if a medical concern arises. I’m sure the doctor is unaware of these incidents.

Although the staff is EXTREMELY nice (and usually helpful), I had major issues with this practice. All of my appointments took 2+ hours past my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Harley also failed to share all information with me during my meetings with her - ex: She originally prescribed 10mg of my hormone medication. I then met with her for a follow up, and she never disclosed in our appointment that she would be increasing the dosage. I then got a call from the pharmacy (after spending 2+ hours at Dr. Harley’s office) that she ordered 100mg of that same medicine. Was this a mistake? I’m still unsure because no one has called me back, and I was not informed of this mg increase.If you don’t have time to wait around and call multiple times for an answer for something, I suggest choosing another doctor.

Very thorough doctor who looks to solve the cause of the problem rather than mask with unnecessary pharmaceuticals. The bioidentical hormone treatments are outstanding. I have had this treatment from other doctors and Dr. Harley was much more thorough in testing and gathering info to pinpoint the right combination to give me. The staff is very professional and caring. I always get a reminder by email and voicemail of upcoming appointments. Highly recommend!

OMG!!! They have a amazing front office Tarik acknowledge you from the time you walk in the the door to you walk out!! I sent over paperwork from my previous office!!! They move so promptly to get back with you and keep you updated about your visit. The team is so professional and very nice and friendly.

I love Dr. Harley, yet the staff over talks you verse listening to the patient. As well as I have been having the hardest time getting in contact with with Dr. Harley to have my pellets procedure. So I guess mayb its not for me. Ive left several messages no return on calls.

3 minutes agoNEWAfter my PCP referred me to this Drs office I left 3 messages to make an appointment and nobody ever returned my call. I finally was able to make an appointment after trying again. After waiting over a month for an appointment... I get to the office for my appointment and was told they didnt take my insurance after being told they do when the appointment was made This is unprofessional, time consuming and life threatening.

Richard was the epitome of professionalism. I found that Dr. Harley was very professional. Brian the phlebotomist drew my blood and I barely felt anything.

First of all after being told that this is the BEST doctors office around, I waited for weeks to get an appointment and when I finally did, there was no appointment reminder sent via email or text message as I was told that there would be. Then I called and spoke with Asha in the front office who explained that they did have the right number and email and my appointment passed but no one called me to tell me that as a new patient? I have worked for a doctors office before and if patients were late 15 mins we would call, so I just dont understand why I never got a reminder and then no one called me to ask if I wanted to keep the appointment. As I continued to explain my story to Asha she said you already told me that lets move on I am not her friend and she does not know me. That is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL way a person in customer service has ever treated me. When i asked for the manager I was told she was at lunch, then I hung up and called right back and the manager was given the phone and she apologized and rescheduled my appointment but I am not sure if I want to go to a place where they allow someone to speak with a NEW patient or ANY patient in that matter.

I have been a patient with this group for about 8 years. They are the kindest, most accommodating medical professionals I have ever met.

Dr Haley saved me. Thank you for Sottopelle, the hormone replacement. I feel like a million dollars. I have energy and the weight is coming off even more.

I was one of Dr. Harleys 1st patients with Bio-Identical Hormones in 2006. I was bloated up like a balloon on synthetic hormones. The natural hormones took away the bloat and now 10 years later in 2016 at 61 years young my skin looks better than it did in my 40s!

Excellent doctor, friendly staff and great supplements. My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Harley ten years and feel and look better than then.
