Dr. Illston is awesome. She is very caring and will sit and answer any and all questions. She doesnt rush in and out like a lot of doctors. She performed surgery on me. It was the best outcome possible. I highly recommend her!

The office staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr Illston was very patient , answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. She gave great advice and took the time to make sure I’m ok. She covered all the options and explained the details. She is one of the rare doctors who wants to make sure to find the right solution for you.

Dr. Illston was great. She took her time with me and did a great job with my surgery. I can tell she worked hard to assure I had a good recovery and my procedure was a little new for her but she definitely did her research.

I’ve read all these wonderful reviews and wish my wife’s experience was as pleasant, but it was horrible. She waited over two hours before being seen for her first appointment that took months in advance to schedule. She was asked to arrive an hour early for her second appointment and though she was brought to the exam room right away, she then was in stirrups with two catheters in a freezing cold exam room for over 40 minutes. Her multiple attempts to reach someone were ignored until she was finally told it was be “any minute now.” Over 20 minutes later, the doctor arrived and the bedside manner was lukewarm at best. We were optimistic she had finally found the perfect doctor to treat her issues, but she can’t bring herself to go back to this practice.

Dr Illston’s office set up an appointment quickly unlike another experience I had with another physician. Dr Illston gave her recommendations along with a thorough explanation. Surgery is scheduled and I feel extremely confident in her care.

Dr Illston hung the moon! She was 100% present during my appointment, made me comfortable sharing personal information, and offered specific solutions and options for the situation. Wish we all had Gyno and other health providers with this skilled, devoted and professional talents! Stay healthy

This was my first visit with Dr. Illston. I was seen on my scheduled appointment time. She answered all my questions in detail and we talked about all the options I had for surgery. She also gave me several printouts on all the procedures and sat down with me and we went over all of them. I am so glad that she will be performing my surgery....

Gyno visits are never fun, but Dr. Illston and her staff made my check-up as comfortable as these things go. From Samantha, who booked my appointment, to the front desk ladies, and the nurse who took my vitals-- all were cheerful, on their game, and reassuring. (Samantha even called, after hours, to make sure I was all set before she left on vacation!)Youre probably going to wait for an appointment, and wait some more when you get there, but DR. ILLSTON IS WORTH THE WAIT. She knows how to explain what shes going to do and why, and what to expect before, during, and after. This was the least self-conscious and/or uncomfortable Ive felt with a gyno since moving to GA 20+ years ago. No test results yet but, so far, I highly recommend Dr. Illston.
