I wish I could give Dr. Shapiro 100 stars. I could write a novel about all the experiences I had working with different doctors on my fertility journey (too often, the experiences were negative). But Ill try to keep this short and sweet. Dr. Shapiro is a brilliant doctor, the best of the best. He ran circles around other doctors I worked with at other clinics. And you can tell his heart is in the work that he does. Hes the guy to go to when you havent found success elsewhere. Im thankful for him everyday. (And Im also thankful for the whole team at RBA. They were all amazing). I read reviews when I was trying to pick a reproductive endocrinologist, so I hope this helps others who are trying to start a family.

Dr. Shapiro helped us to get pregnant naturally, before starting IVF journey, and we did it, it happened naturally. We are so grateful! Thank you soso much dr. Shapiro!

I was a little nervous about my appointment because I didn’t know what to expect, but he made me feel very comfortable and he explained the whole process to me, and that I can appreciate!

He is friendly, funny, informative, knowledgeable. He made the process seems less scary and also provided us very thorough explanation on the whole process. So we can know what we should expect and manage our expectations.

I cant say thank you enough to Dr. Shapiro for making this an incredible experience so far. Although Im early in the process, Im really looking forward to him being my doctor.

The staff is very nice in person and the 3 appointments I have had were pleasant however it feels impossible to get anyone on the phone ever. I had an HSG test done about 3 weeks ago and I called 4 days before my next scheduled appointment to reschedule because of a work conflict. I called several times and left messages. I received a voicemail on the day of that appointment saying I had missed my appointment. I immediately called back to explain that I had tried to call to reschedule but no one answered yet again so I left a message again. It has now been 2 weeks since then and can’t get ahold of them. I’ve called almost every day, left multiple messages and have heard absolutely nothing. How can I trust a practice to handle my fertility if I can’t get one human on the phone let alone an appointment to find out what’s going on with my body. I haven’t even met my doctor yet. I am not one to ever complain but this is ridiculous and incredibly unprofessional.

Dr. Shapiro was great. He answered my questions, gave me the information that I needed, and clearly communicated next steps.
