Beautiful facility. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We arrived on time and the wait was minimal. There were clear expectations for our consult, and the Dr was very patient with all of our questions. My partner and I left feeling very prepared, supported, and educated!

Great place!!! Did a mini IVF and transfer was successful and got our little miracle after 3 years of infertility.

I had an egg retrieval and one failed genetically normal embryo transfer during Fall 2020. I waited a year and returned Spring of 2022 and had another embryo transfer. This second embryo implanted and resulted in a miscarriage two months later, August 2022. During my time there, I was a good patient. I followed all instructions, never missed or rescheduled an appointment even if it was just to collect labs despite having to drive over an hour to get there, asked a lot of questions, and I was friendly with all the staff.First, the less serious things.1. There is no appt reminder system, at least not when I was a patient there. This is a huge operational gap in a practice that solely does fertility treatments, where the timing of steps and appointments is crucial to success.2. The front office assistant is the rudest person I ever encountered there. Once, I mentioned that I did not know I would need to pay for an U/S following embryo implantation while I was paying for it, and she actually responded by berating me loud of enough for everyone in the lobby to hear saying I needed to look back at the fee sheet (that they gave me two years before and is posted nowhere in the office).3. There is poor communication between each step of the process. If you don’t ask questions and even if you do, you might feel confused and unsure about what is supposed to happen. This is compounded by the fact that with the exception of the egg retrieval, there were never any written instructions provided.These are the things that I experienced that are unforgivable and I feel other women considering this practice should be aware of:1. Before my egg retrieval, I diligently read the documents that were provided. My husband also was present when Karen explained the procedure. Not once did she tell me nor did it indicate in the paperwork that I would need to fast before the retrieval. This procedure is normally done while the patient is under anesthesia and completely asleep. As a result of not fasting, I underwent the retrieval awake while the anesthesiologist administered IV pain meds. I reviewed everything again afterwards to see if I missed it. It was not written anywhere. Over 3 years later I still remember everything about that procedure and the pain I experienced. Following the retrieval, I received a bill for anesthesia. Anesthesia that I never had. I had to contact the manager Ingrid to have this researched and removed.2. Aug 2022- I miscarried the second transferred embryo. I understand that this happens, and I do not blame the staff or Dr Dourron for this. I was told to contact the clinic 10 days later to get labs ordered to test hcg levels. I had to contact Cecilia twice to get the order sent. I sent the results back to her and did not hear back. I followed up and she apologetically told me that i would need to have labs ordered again. It wasn’t sent so I had to follow up again. Fortunately that showed the expected levels, and I never returned to Pathways again.I was fortunate to become pregnant naturally 6 months later after treating my PCOS symptoms through lifestyle changes. Coincidentally on the very day I welcomed my baby into this world, Nov 2023, Karen called me and left a VM to follow up on my pregnancy and when my delivery was. Not the pregnancy I just had, which she was not aware of, but the one in which I actually experienced a loss from 15 months prior. One that they clearly did not document.What a female experiences going through fertility treatments is from a position of incredible vulnerability. While I may normally feel empowered to immediately share my poor experience at a shop or for a service I had, that is not the case in this type of scenario, one in which the outcome of a delicate and sensitive process both physically and emotionally, depends on the staff of the practice, both clinical and non-clinical. I’ve chosen to write this now from a place of peace. I write this to share with other women struggling with infertility who are contemplating their options and are considering Pathways.

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the staff and they make you feel very welcomed. The office is very clean and tidy. Dr. N. Edward Dourron Was thorough, professional and provided us with answers to all of our doubts. He was highly recommended by a friend who was a patient and had her first baby thanks to Dr. Dourron. Very impressed with Dr. Dourron’s extensive experience and technological advancement skills. I’ve compared Pathways Fertility clinic to other clinics and this is the top clinic thus far in Atlanta! You won’t be disappointed.

Dr. Dourron was very personable and took his time discussing options with my husband & me.

My experience here has been nothing but amazing. Dr. Dourron made sure I understood everything and that I was taken care of. We definitely need more doctors like him. He’s very knowledgeable and very great at what he does. He listens, smiles, and answers all questions and concerns. Dont waste your time if you have a busy schedule. I had a consult in August and the only thing left to do is to have a SA before beginning treatment. However, they only do it on Saturdays, but every time we have tried to schedule, they are either booked, moving, or if you cant make it, you get put back to the bottom of the list. Its now November and I still cant start treatment because we dont have the SA done. I understand the office is busy, but so are we. We cant cancel flights or reschedule meetings with only a couple days of notice. The whole point was trying to have a less stressful treatment option, but this has proven to be quite the opposite.

I have had to take away 3 stars due to the lack of communication from the facility. My partner and I have tried to get a response call from the facility since March 21, 2022. It is now May 8, 2022. We tried calling about lab results for him that has never been addressed. We were able to talk with a physical person 3 times and not one of those times did we get a return call that was assured that we would get. If it was not for the fact that the lab that we had the blood work drawn from sent us the results at the same time they sent them to the facility, we would never know what the results were. We have both tried calling to speak with the nurse who gets the results but never get a return call after being told several times we would receive a call that day. Which apparently means at some point in the future but which future who knows.We have tried to be patient with the process but I feel like I probably should have taken heed to the reviews. Our first appointment with the facility, which was the consultation, was back in mid February. But communication since then has been pretty much none. I really hate to write this review because I had such high hopes for this facility regardless of others experiences. I really hoped that my experience would not fall under the category of some of the other negative reviews, because everyone has their own experience. Just because you may have a negative experience does not mean the next person will have one. But it seems like these negative experiences are dead on. So, hopefully the next person will have a better one than the last.My advice to the facility is to really improve on the way you communicate with your patients. Everyone there seems to be nice, but when you lack in the most important aspects of this journey for people, it over-rides your niceness. Please do better and be better.Signed a current patient

Had my first consultation with dr Dourron Sept 21st. and it was fantastic. He explained everything in details on how we can achieve pregnancy. He was very patient while listening to my concerns (being PCOS) and gave me a treatment plan which we are doing now. Will update the review accordingly.Update: Had a mini IVF cycle and I was scared but my treatments went good (sticking myself lol) and now we are having our egg retrieval on Halloween 🎃. Hoping for good number of normal embryos in the end. But I do know, It also depends on how the ovaries respond to the medication. Praying everything goes beautifully l. Over the last six months my experience at Pathways has been phenomenal. I am always greeted with a welcoming smile by Diana, along with the comfort, compassion and professionalism of Dawn and Erin. In fact, the waiting room time is brief; the fabulous Dr. Dourron is very knowledgeable and efficient. In addition, he takes it upon himself to get to know his patients via properly assessing infertility concerns, through a set protocol to help ensure the best outcome during your journey! Furthermore, I highly recommend this medical group for consultations and other specialized services.

My initial appointment was good with no problems at all. Once i went for my follow up and blood work they changed the price of how much everything would cost as I am paying out of pocket. No one called me about the results of my blood work so I called them. When someone finally called, they barely explained the results, just saying everything was normal. I also requested a follow up appointment and a follow up on my prescription which I have not received. My husband and I are very disappointed. This clinic was highly recommended by my best friend, but I am not satisfied with the way they handle business. I have since moved on to a different clinic.

Words cannot express my level of gratitude for Pathways Fertility. When another large fertility clinic told me I was a poor candidate for IVF, Dr.Dourran reassured me I was not. I did one round of the mini IVF and I am now 17 weeks pregnant with my miracle baby. What I love about this clinic is the bedside manners of all the staff. I had a subchronic hematoma during my first trimester and would have periodic bleeding. Every time I had a bleed they would see me right away and they were extremely empathetic. I consider them a super team and cannot wait to bring my baby there to show them the miracle they helped bless me with. Special thanks to Karen, Dawn, Cecilia, Deborah and especially Dr. Dourran.Update: Had a healthy baby girl 3/30/23. I feel grateful and blessed. Thank you Pathways!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Servy Massey Fertility Institute! This facility was outstanding and exceeded our expectations to help us successfully complete our journey to have children. Dr. Massey is a brilliant, thorough, and reassuring physician and spent so much time with us answering questions, individualizing our care plan, and walking us through the many steps of such an overwhelming process. He would call me with results and even arranged for me to come to the medical office during off hours on his own time when I had complications. The nurse, Dawn, would also call me personally to discuss my results and immediately call me back if I had concerns about my treatment plan. She worked with my husband and I to educate us about medications and specific days and times for follow up visits as the process is very intensive and calculated. Dr Servy was also very calm and reassuring and we had full confidence in his procedure experience. I would fully recommend this facility not only for their experience and professionalism, but also for the small family environment they provided as opposed to the larger facilities where you can often feel like a number. We now have three beautiful and healthy children thanks to the Servy Massey Fertility Institute!

If I could give 5 more stars I would! I can not express enough how grateful I am for Dr. Dourron and his whole team. I never felt like just a number there and was always greeted by name. Communication is always open and easy to understand what was going on and the next steps. The nurses are caring and kind and Dr Dourron made sure he did everything in his power to make sure we had success, I’m now 8 weeks and growing! Couldn’t ask for a better team.

The nursing staff & front desk staff are both excellent & kind, and accommodating! I even like the woman who takes my blood :) I give this 3 stars because I guess I’m still holding on to this practice when Dr.Massey owned it- he was the best in so many ways and my IVF was successful with him. I wish I could say the same about the new doctor who owns this practice, Dr.Dourron. Nice guy, but TERRIBLE bedside manner, it’s like pulling teeth. which I think is SO important when one is battling fertility issues in hopes to grow your family. What a sensitive, emotional rollercoaster for us patients, the hope would to be to trust in a doctor who is engaged with you, and your family goals, seems confident and uplifting always, and explains treatment plans in detail….. If that’s what your looking for, don’t go to this doctor. I mean after all it’s your body and your money right? In fact after my second failed IVF transfer of perfectly healthy PGS tested embryos , he didn’t even bother to call to explain to me why he thought it failed, what other testing we could do, didn’t explain my blood results with me that indicated failed pregnancy didn’t explained a “chemical pregnancy “ , nothing- just radio silent- but he had his nurse leave me a voicemail. ( talk about insensitive) After thousands of dollars, a broken heart, and no answers, no future treatment plan, no phone call from the DOCTOR, I am excited to be switching to a different fertility clinic with a new doctor where I am confident I will get the baby I have been dreaming of! I’m a “go-getter” and fortunately for me, I will now have a “go-getter” type of doctor in my near future. Thanks Dawn, Karen & CC for all your hard work and always having my best interest!

[ ] Feb 2021- Had a consult with Dr. Dourron[ ] June 2021 - Attended a webinar to get 100$ off of my IVF treatment[ ] After webinar called the office to try to schedule IUD removal and spoke to Leticia who then informed me I need to talk to someone else bc she only scheduled new patients and since I already did a consult, I was not considered a new patient and transferred me to another number but I never received a call back. I proceeded to email Caroline, Diana, and Karen. All of which Noone contacted me back to let me know they had scheduled anything. I then proceeded to call about 5 different times and used 5 different prompts to leave 5 different voice messages on different ppls phones. After this, Karen contacted me back and scheduled me for IUD removal in July.[ ] July 14 2021- did not receive an appt reminder and was late to the appointment. But they did still see me. I asked Diana about the appointment reminder and she indicated that they only contact new patients for appointment reminders. I personally think thats a horrible response and business practice, but thats definitely what she told me. She said they were going to move to a new software system soon and the system will start doing automatic reminders. That still doesnt excuse that Noone in the office picked up the phone to remind me. When I was in Dawns office I asked her about appointment reminders and she said ALL patients should be getting a reminder.[ ] Diana explained the cost breakdown to me and let me know that I will pay nomore than 2000$ for my meds. I got home and received an email with a quote from the pharmacy for $2200+. I immediately emailed Diana to understand how Im getting charged $200+ more than the cap of 2000$ she told me in the office. She said she had never seen a quote more than 2000$ and so she apologized if I felt misinformed.[  ] July 16 2021 - came back to the office earlier than I thought to start my baseline. I had emailed Dawn to let her know I needed to start and she told me to come in at 8a. Still received no appointment reminder. During this appointment, Dr. Dourron did an ultra sound to verify my follicles were good and then they need to take blood to send off. Never did they tell me what tests they were going to run with my blood. Which I should have asked the lab tech but I it was ALOT going on in the office, since on that day, there was apparently a sink flood. So when we checked out I asked Diana what my blood was going to be used for and she rattled off some letters and abbreviations rapidly and tried to move on.. I followed her response up with well what exactly is that test testing for? She said something again, very rapidly, and then the phone rang which she answered and we left. I never got got good answer about what my blood was used for. I will be emailing Dawn to get a written response.[  ] Also, we were supposed to talk in Dawns office. Noone escorted me and my husband back to her office and when we got in there, there were other patients folders in plain view on her chair and her desk. If we were malicious we could have looked through the folders and gotten ppls personal information. That is a definite HIPAA violation. All medical records should be secured.[ ]There are so many more issues with this office. They should just get a brand new staff of professionals who understand how customer service works.

I am 39 yrs old and started my first stim mini ivf in feb 2023 as per Dr. Edward s advice( may be I should have gone for ivf but i didnt have that much money) .Today I got negative preg test. I dont have any viable embryo left. But thats ok, I trust my God and fact that Everything happens for a reason. However, Dr.Edward and his medical staff were very kind ,experienced, quick and wise. Dr.Edward s smile is enough to make someone s day. I wish everyone there good luck.

The staff seemed knowledgeable enough (both Drs and nurses), however the attention to detail and response to questions and needs were not up to par, probably due to the volume of patients utilizing the practice (very affordable). At the most critical point in our process there was machine failure and no back up (we just werent able to get blood test readings for several days). I felt the protocol was a generic protocol and not tailored for our specific needs. Working through billing and obtaining records is very challenging. I only recommend them if you have no other options.

I had my tubal ligation reversal surgery performed by Dr. Dourron and so far my experience has been excellent. From the attention and care from the Doctor and staff to the thorough follow up after my procedure. My surgery was done at Northside Hospital with upmost professional and wonderful medical care.We are just at the beginning of this journey and hoping for a baby but in all fairness the attention I received so far is extremely satisfactory.

I had the Ensure removal and after a long and scary process. Dr. Edward Dourroun was there every step of the way. Him and his team made sure I had all the information I needed, all the way up into surgery. He was nice , friendly and professional. I felt completely in good hands. After surgery I went to my post on visit and staff and Dr. Dourron still showed the same compassion. A few months following my surgery, technically no longer in his care. But I called the office and the next thing I knew Dr. Dourroun called me personally and put me at ease. So grateful for him and his team. I now no longer have to live with the many complications I was having due to implantation. Again very grateful! Thank you all!

I am a current patient at Pathway Fertility, and I did the Mini Stim IVF treatment, now pregnant with my first baby! When I started my journey with IVF I had a really bad experience with another fertility clinic in the Atlanta area (I wont mention the name), but it was a much bigger establishment where you would think that they would provide you with the best service, I was wrong, and after my experience with them I decided to seek out another clinic, and thats where I found Pathway Fertility. When I scheduled my initial consult and met with Dr. Dourron he really took the time out to educate me on the entire process and what treatment plan was best for me! I am so so thankful for Dr. Dourron, and the Nurses and staff who are always there to answer any questions. There whole team as soon as you walk in really makes you feel like they care about your journey just as much you do. This fertility clinic deserves to be recognized for there customer service all the way around, you will not be disappointed if you chose to go here.

Visiting a fertility specialist is an intimidating process; however, Dr. Dourron and the staff at Pathways were very friendly and welcoming. The consultation was thorough yet concise. My husband and I left feeling hopeful and empowered. We know that we are making the right decision by choosing Pathways.

This is one of the worst doctor I have been to out of my whole life no compassion nor any empathy its the money for them if it was for Dawn the nurse I would have been left and I just received my records from them that I requested and the notes in my records are unprofessional, and a lot of the notes where uncalled for depending on who u are and your back ground maybe you should request your records to see what they think about you and your spouse it truly open my eye to who I give my money to moving forward. I should have went with my first mind and I would have probably been treated better sham on me wish everyone else better luck

Might be great once you get in to see them, but I guess well never know. My wife and I have taken off work twice and each time without fail theyve called last minute to cancel or reschedule my appointments. Very difficult to get in touch with someone, Ive had to leave voicemails and get a call back a day or two later all except for one time. Not trusting someone this unreliable with something this important.

Dr. Massey and his staff are incredible. He is very knowledgeable and provided so much advice to us as we struggled to get pregnant. No question was unimportant and all were answered with understanding and compassion. His staff couldnt be more helpful and informed and always promptly called or emailed me back. We did four IUIs and finally IVF which was successful, and before IVF got pregnant on our own just to end in early miscarriage; everyone at Servy Massey was extremely caring during that tough time. Dr. Massey wasnt pushy at all and let us navigate this path our own way, providing guidance and options as we needed. We took many breaks between procedures and mentally werent ready to dive into IVF, and during all that time Dr. Massey let us take the lead on what we wanted to do and how we wanted to proceed. You feel like an individual here, not a number like my experience at a bigger clinic in town that was so much more aggressive and pushy. The staff works hard to get you in quickly for appointments as well which takes the pressure off as the timing of all this is so critical. The affordability is key too. There is already so much mental and physical stress in this journey, so taking some of the financial burden off our shoulders was a game changer. I cannot say enough good things about our experience and encourage anyone to see Dr. Massey... I guarantee you will be pleased. We are forever grateful to Servy Massey and now have a healthy six week old son resulting from IVF!

Worst experience ever.. I had an scheduled appointment today and get here and see that its 250 consultation charge that no one told me about on the phone when Ive spoken to someone here at least 3 times prior coming to my visit the receptionist said its our policy to inform our patients and wanted to argue about it then wanted to charge me.a $50 cancelation fee for an error made on their part dont think I will come back. Clearly they lack communication skills with their patients

We had the best experience with Dr. Massey and staff. After 17 years of struggling with Endometriosis and 9 years of trying to conceive we finally have our miracle baby after just one round of IVF! We are so thankful for all they done for us!!

We had our first appointment today !!!! We are so excited to begin our journey to have our baby boy ! Everything was explained very well all questions answered they even work with you on making your payments ! It’s actually not that expensive compared to other places Highly recommended

I second the opinion of the real reviewers here. As far as I can tell they have a zero success rate. They are also surly, rude and ignorant. Also notice how quick they are to respond to negative reviews here. You would think thats all they are doing because I assure you that they wont respond to their actual patients with anything near the speed that they respond to reviews here, a sure sign of a lousy business.

Pathways Fertility has such an amazing staff. Everyone from the check in administrator, Diana to meeting Dr. Dourron, was so encouraging and giving me much hope when I thought there wasnt any. I am excited to take my journey with them.

Very detailed with explaining my options. Gave me a plan step by step procedures I need /want going forward. Seem a bit costly with the IUI process compared to my research and friends who went through the process but very comfortable going through with these experts.

We cant put into words how thankful we are to Dr. Massey and his team at Servy & Massey Institute for all they have done for us to make our dreams of parenthood come true. Since the moment we walked in and we had our first appointment we were like: Yes!! Thank God, after all these years we finally found our doctor.Servy & Massey Institute is not this masive practice where people wont ever recognize you let alone remember you and your problems. We knew in our hearts a place like that was not the right fit for us. Infertility is a very personal journey and we felt right at home at Servy Massey Fertility Clinic because we were surrounded by people that really cared about us. CARE is something you will find here but also HOPE. Dr Massey was always so confident about going against all the odds we’ve had in our way to build our family. I will never forget his words: “ok, aint gonna be easy BUT we are gonna make it happen” those words were music to our ears. Infertility sucks (we all know that!) and certainly theres nothing else you want to hear than theres hope and theres always a way to make it happen... sure thing Dr Massey was our hope to believe in and the light at the end of the tunnel to look for...and that LIGHT is one that we will ALWAYS, ALWAYS be thankful for... The pros and cons.PROS ... its smaller than I thought so you actually get move you time than waiting for a doctor time. And you actually get to sit down with Massey himself. Dawn is the nurse I believe but she basicly held my hand the entire time. Literally though my blood work she was there talking about how it will all be worth while and that she sees so many women come in and out and it is just a experience she enjoys being apart of. For me that is huge. I would have to say that if I returned it will be a pleasure to have her be apart of my journey. The prices are cheaper than anywhere I can find. And if it comes down to it at least you didnt have to pay the same as the surrounding areas. I know money is not an issue when looking to become pregnant. Yea none of us want to cut off our legs and arms for payment but the end result to have something that every man and woman should have I know it will be worth it.CONSReplieing to/ answering phone calls are a slight difficulty for them. Only because they are the cheapest and a smaller place they are in high demand .... not every phone call can be answered or replied to in the manner at which some of us want.I originally posted a review but after further communications with Servy Massey staff I have decided to re visit this review. Im giving 4 stars instead of my initial 1 star. There was a slight communication issue. I heard we will call you with results they said we will call you if they have bad results so I waited for a result call when in reality I should have been preparing for the next test sessions. ( meaning everything was fine and they were waiting on me to set up another test appointment) They did immediately contact me and inform me that my results were in fact fine from everything and that is why they did not contact me. They were waiting on me to schedule my next visit as stated in Dr. Masseys original request to me as I was leaving.I also want to point out that the man I started this journey with could no longer stand the wait with me and the lady I spoke with today told me it would not be an issue they will work with me and go the direction best suited for me.

Upon coming to Dr. Masseys office I have been to one other local RE Office where I felt like just another patient or what my husband and I called another number…you know what I mean when you feel like you are just a file/folder/case and not a human. Dr. Masseys office is small and from day one they make you feel like youre at home. The staff is friendly and they all pay attention to you and remember you.. most of all treat you like a person. If you end up at the RE you have been on a long journey, a painful one that is hard to explain so any kindness at this point is so welcoming. I have PCOS and in addition we also have a male factor so getting pregnant on our own was virtually impossible so 6 years of trying on our own and 3 failed IUIs later we finally found Dr. Massey. Dr. Massey really took his time talking to my husband and I, he walked us thru the best plan of action and throughout the entire IVF we had all of our questions and concerns answered in a timely manner. We went thru with our first round of IVF (which by the way is considerably less in $ then other offices in the GA area not to mention they will help you find discounts on your IVF medication) and now are 16 weeks pregnant with a little boy that we can only thank this office for. If you are looking for a caring office with staff that will walk you thru and help you attain your end goal..I would suggest Dr. Massey.

Im sorry, but this clinic left my wife and I with some questions ... When we started the IVF process and we got to the egg retrieval everything was going well all up to after the fertilization of the eggs. The doctors office called my wife to let her know that we had 10 babies and that they were doing great! Then Dr. Massey calls my wife to give her the sad news that on the third day all 10 fertilize eggs had stop advancing. In asking the doctor what went wrong the only answer he could give us was that he didnt know... After this, the staff became very hard to get in contact with and was not helpful through this devastating process what so ever.My wife called with no answer and even left several messages and no one would returned her phone calls ...This is already such an emotional process and the neglect we feel from this office is very hurtful.

I’ve always lived by the statement “never put your faith in man, only in God” – however after spending years with “my” beloved Dr. Massey I’ve realized that God has ordained people on this earth to restore faith and hope here on earth! Dr. Massey is a steward of such a precious gift, and he has used his innate knowledge, years of schooling and lessons of the world to create a practice that services those that yearn to be parents.What Dr. Massey and Dawn do for their patients is immeasurable. After all of their years in practice the relationship they develop with you makes you feel as if you are the only person that matters to them. Dawn is such a genuine spirit, she walks with you, and she is direct … but so compassionate.I dealt with years of PCOS and endometriosis, and after digging around I came across this practice; I admit I was desperate and I thought, “why not try, everything else has failed me”. After Dr. Massey canceled my 1st cycle – I just didn’t understand why so - I just cried. However, thanks to Dr. Massey, I discovered an underlying blood issue that had never been addressed. Moving along to my 1st fresh cycle … it failed; and I cried, but at this moment (through all the tears) I decided to let go and let God. Dr. Massey didn’t give up on me … he said “well, I will just see you next month, we’ve gotta get you some babies”.For my 1st frozen cycle he recommend I try an injection along with the typical protocol. I will say I wasn’t as stressed or intimated (which I think helped) – this time around I was in a different head space, I’d finally understood the importance of patience and having faith. After moving through this cycle not so much on edge or stressed, my 2ww was finally up and I got the call that I was longing to hear!Would I recommend Dr. Massey – 1000% yes! The hope they give you is worth every penny. Thanks to the Servey Massey team I’m the proud mama of twin girls and my beautiful baby boy! Im scheduled to have some things done here and Im at this point about to go somewhere else dye to the fact that Ive never get calls back, I feel like a stalker since u have to continuously call and speak with the nurse or reception… Im feeling very discouraged and its tough enough TTC along with save up money to see these docs and take time off to make sure everything is going good and according to plan. Ive been let down already by another specialist in another state and it seems right now the same situation is happening and Ive no more time to waste now grated theyre busy helping others achieve their prayer,wish and dreams yet I believed their motto of giving personal care and being there during this emotional time. Etc. So end of the day Im not looking to be anyones center of attention but Id like to be called back as they say theyll do and get answers for questions in the services Im paying thousands of dollars for. Im not sorry to say I expect this facility and staff to do as theyve promised and make sure Im getting the BEST care possible! The doctors are great but their nurses and staff some of em well let me say Im not satisfied at the moment and I am praying this isnt going to be a recurring situation. Im honestly feeling some type of way about this here . Pray things change before my appt!

I have called, left several voice messages, made an online appointment and I still have not had ANYBODY return my phone calls or reach out to me. I had really high hopes for this place but right now Im questioning if this is the right place for me to start my fertility journey. Not off to a great start. *sad face*

Very friendly ,clear and explains details to comfort all your needs no sugar coating or hiding much less no beating around the bush ..........he has reassured me from where another doctor told me I would never have a child of my own .........he has given me the best hope possible .......he is the true angel from God for fertility problems and the gift to creating new life .

We love Dr. Massey and the Servy Massey Fertility team. When my husband and I came to Dr. Massey- we had lost twins from IVF at week 10 of pregnancy. We took about a 4 month break and then I had found this institute. We had used the BIG name top 3 place in Atlanta before and was not right for us.Dr. Massey was able to look over all our paperwork and pinpoint what he thought was a cookie cutter approach that was used before was the culprit to our prior loss. That sometimes they use your age and just put you on same regimen as other women at your age point instead of looking at your individual results.Well he was right! We got quality eggs with the next round. We had to implant twice- but that is not up to anyone by God and the universe. :)We now have a healthy baby boy- Max that was born July 29, 2016. It was all bc we did not give up and found Dr. Massey and team!!!!Our gratitude is immeasurable. Thank you sooo much!

Reasons Not to Go to the Servey Massey Fertility Institute:- They say that they bill to your insurance, but what they don’t tell you (until you’re in the office for your first appointment) is that even if you have infertility coverage, they won’t bill your insurance for IVF, IUI, or any related procedures. They only bill insurance for office visits and tests, EVERYTHING else is paid for out of pocket.- They will reschedule your appointment at the last minute, even if you made it a month in advance and came home early from vacation in order to make your original appointment.- It’s impossible to get a real person on the phone there, and if you leave a message, they might not reply for a week or more.What a heartbreaking and frustrating day that was supposed to be an exciting first step.

I’m thankful I had the opportunity to entrust this office with my fertility journey. I am a past patient and hug my sweet 3 year old every day! If it weren’t for the knowledge and care of the folks here I wouldn’t have this miracle. Thank you ALL.

I was referred for an evaluation for a doctor at this facility from my attorney considering Im in the Essure lawsuit the girl Diana has a communication problem and is very unprofessional I cannot believe theyre allowing people like that to work at a facility like this I shouldnt be getting calls at 6 in the morning better yet you shouldnt be calling people unless you actually look at their file or do a background on who youre talking to so you know what to talk to them about I turned around to get a phone call back stating that I can speak to a manager on Monday yet today is Friday and my appointment is today so I guess I will not be able to do the appointment now because people in the office are unprofessional answering the phone is a very difficult thing for these people I would advise just dealing with a different facility instead of going through the stress and arguments of whos right and whos wrong Im a small business owner and I would never allow one of my employees to act like this or speak to a patient like that this was ridiculous and I will be putting a complaint in Beyond her position the Better Business Bureau sounds like a good idea I am furiated that I had to deal with this this morning

I recommend this place to anyone an everyone they have been so helpful an gave us hope that no other dr has. They listen to you an really care about you during the process they are right by your side !

Worst Clinic around, From my personal experience!!

I DO NOT recommend them, they are NOT professionals, they are NOT honest, they are NOT human!Because they believe that they help and think about economics, they come to these places, they are only interested in profiting, think before looking for the cheap, since the cheap is cheap!!, and at the same time expensive because you have to start from scratch LESS the invested, and not not only in money but in time, which is the most important thing for us women.

I really liked the consultation! The doctor explains each step and procedure very well according to what you need, the nurses are super attentive and pleasant 💯💯 in general excellent care 👏🏼👏🏼

It is the best clinic, the staff is very friendly, especially Karen, she is very kind, she always has a smile, the questions I asked her, she always answered me with great respect.

There are never appointments, the doctor is always indisposed

The truth is we have had a very bad experience with this clinic with the staff providing very poor service the doctor is Good Honda to begin with they wanted me to pay them everything in advance Without any treatment more than 10,000 dollars which the truth is I didnt have why I had to pay for them and they also prescribed thyroid medication for my wife and she doesnt even have a thyroid. The truth is they didnt convince me. Bad service and lack of communication. They didnt call to notify me of my studies. I recommend that they improve their service.

They gave me my first appointment, the doctor explained my problem and what I should do, I needed surgery but I waited for the call for the appointment and they never did. I called several times but they didnt answer.
