0 stars. I have been going here for years now and each time it does not getting better. Originally I came for annuals, which went well (partially feel like its because its a routine exam), but my first concern with my health occurred over a year ago. I had pretty harsh pain and I went months with no guidance or assistance from the providers or staff even after multiple appointments were made. I have seen over 3 different doctors at this facility and its all the same experience. I get no help until its become unbearable. When I call the office, its like Fort Knox trying to speak with someone over the phone. So much so that I have to call them back to back almost 5 times just to get an answer. Once the phone is answered, it seems as though the reception has NO access to my records. Every time I call, I provide my name, dob, and concern/request and some of the receptionist refuse to pull up my chart to identify who my provider is and schedule me with that provider.They are asking me questions about my history at this facility when all they can do is pull up my chart. I have been hung up on twice, I have been put on hold for over 30 minutes a multitude of times because they are looking for someone who can help me. Ive been to this location many times and purposely call at a specific time on a specific day because I know its not too hectic, however they still do not answer the phone. I have been told by reception that my issues are normal when I know they are not. I have also provided my physician with specific information regarding my history and my genetics and every time it seems as though its new information when I bring it up, even though they have all the paperwork I filled out with this documented on it for their reference. For someone who has worked in a private physicians practice since 2016 as a receptionist, biller, and manager, it is disappointing to see so many issues within one facility. In this day in age, its hard to find a physician or facility that actually takes your concerns about reproductive health seriously, and I know for sure that they DO NOT care at this facility. I have even received advise from other GYNs that state they are concerned for how they are treating my issues here. I have let myself deal with this treatment for too long for me to give them another chance so in order to save myself and get the help I need, I plan to cancel all appointments and move on.

Do not have any concern for patients health. Have been ignored, deemed as “over dramatic”, and the receptionist do not understand how to assist with appointments. They admitted to “I’m not even looking at your chart to see, can you tell me” as if I have my entire medical record on the palm of my hand. I’m not sure the point of completing paperwork and going to this facility for years just for them to tell me they don’t have an answer or cannot help me because they can’t “pull up my chart”. Unprofessional as I also work in a physicians office. Feels like I’m on my own when it comes to my reproductive health.

This company has definitely went downhill since my first pregnancy in 2016… the wait times are EXTREMELY LONG. I jus waited 2 hours to come to the back.. haven’t even been seen! They always schedule your appointments wrong it’s either the time or the location… and nothing against Dr Lemon.. but I have seen her once since I’ve found out I was pregnant and have never seen her again I’m 36 weeks today 4/13/23 .. they need more providers and more compassionate accurate staff

Horrific experience! I booked my appointment as a new patient in January for a beginning of March appointment. I received a call stating the doctor would be in surgery and my appointment had to be rescheduled one day before my appointment. I was rescheduled for April 21st which which was the next appointment available. I decided to wait to be seen until that day. Today is April 21st. I am sitting in the doctors office got an 11:00 a.m appointment. I have literally been sitting here 2 full hours. I went to the desk and asked to be rescued and was told the next available appointment would be May 15th. I am in awe when it comes to what is happening here at this doctors office. I am here to see Dr. the only female doctor in this office. It’s for a well woman exam. This is sad. I will be calling my insurance company making a complaint! I was given this particular doctor by a representative at Aetna. This is a very sad case! Horrible

I have stuck with these folks for too long. Theres a few Docs/RNs/Midwives I like a lot. I thought about changing with my pregnancy last year, but stayed for the few that helped me. But over all my experience was bad. I just called because I have Mastitis from nursing my son. Ive been in pain with a fever since Saturday. They kept me on hold forever, passing me between a few people. I was told they couldnt see me for 11 days, couldnt call me in antibiotics, offered me not advice or support, and told me If I thought it was an emergency, I should go to the ER. It reminds me when I went into preterm labor and I was told something similar. No advice, no support. Its like none of their nurses or doctors can use a phone or email to help you or guide you though any reproductive emergencies, which we all know can be dangerous. Just called my primary doc - they are squeezing me in because they know they without treatment this can become serious. If you want to be treated well when you need it the most, find another OB.

A well-oiled machine! My first appointment was quick and smooth. I was called back exactly at my scheduled time, and all the labs and tests happened right away. The employees are all so sweet and patient too. I felt immediately comfortable with everyone I interacted with. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Traci Lemon delivered both of my childrenthat are now 15 and 12 years of age. I have been a patient of this clinic for gynecologal services and obstriectrics during all three pregnancy. As a matter of fact, I am expecting now. I received exceptional service on every visit. There have been very few times where the wait time for my scheduled appointment was longer than expected but theres no doubt in my mind that it was due to the diligence and thoroughness of the staff and physicians there. I prefer to wait if it means that the service I received is at 110 %. The staff there are always friendly and professional. I notice this during one of their most busiest days, when the volume of patients waiting to be seen was high, everyone throughout the whole practice kept the same smile the same positive attitude, while promptly assisting everyone needs. Also there were certain situations I felt uncomfortable discussing with my gynecologist in depth and the nurses there made me feel very comfortable before speaking with the gynecologist that filled in for Dr. Lemon. I would recommend this practice to everyone if I could. I love their professionalism and their passion for what they do.

Words cannot explain the gratitude and appreciation my husband and I have for the assertiveness and professionalism of Ninoshka Rios. I am a high risk patient, based on age and my husband and I have been blessed to become pregnant without any external help after we were told our chances to conceive were low. I was in a dilemma between my insurance company, primary care provider, and OBGYN office. I needed a referral from my primary care to be generated through my insurance, so that I could make the OBGYN appointment. My insurance canceled the referral request twice, both time Ms. Rios was on the line with myself and the insurance company explaining what her office needed. She was asking fact finding questions and offering suggestions to help find a resolution. She was ABSOLUTELY amazing! She was able to navigate and get the information she needed, therefore helping me get the appointment that I needed. She was also able to get me a same week appointment, due to my work time frame restrictions, again she made it happen! My husband and I are ecstatic and cannot wait for our first appointment on this Thursday. We are off to an fantastic start and I can only be optimistic by feeling that this is a great start to a great ending journey! Ms. Rios, thank you for going above and beyond; again you are appreciated; every business needs someone like you, youre truly an asset! Thank you.

Terrific experience everyone was very respectable . I was in ,& out of there in no time .

I came a month ago to have my annual exam and IUD consultation. I waited for about 90 minutes past my appointment time to be seen, but I understand that can be unavoidable sometimes. The reason for my low rating is that I set up an IUD appointment in advance to occur while I am off work so that I would have time to recover, so the date was very important to me. I received a call the day before appointment should have occurred and told that they are out of IUDs and do not know when any more will be available. This is seriously distressing to me as I have been anxiously waiting for this procedure and now cannot find anyone who can take care of me this week. The care I received at my first visit was good, but this sudden announcement has caused me undue stress, and now I have no idea when Ill be able to get my IUD.

I hate this place with my soul. They told me I needed to reschedule an appointment I made and then never called to confirm. Then told me I never rescheduled the appointment and withheld my meds (a hormone blocker) from me. They had no samples of the meds and proceeded to just say oh that’s tough maybe you’ll remember to schedule an appointment. Then this receptionist or RN told me “you don’t need to be on them anymore anyway”. This place is awful.

I am one year away from being a doctor myself so hear me when I say STAY AWAY. I urge you to notice the numerous 5 star reviews with no comments over the last year in order to boost their overall score. This is one of the worst doctors offices Ive had the displeasure of going to. Ive been a patient for years simply because of the convenient location and wanting to keep the same doctor but Ive had enough. Ive never actually seen Dr. Lemon, instead I get a new random person every time I go. Ive never waited less than an hour (and up to 2 hours) even when coming on time to a scheduled appointment. They do not have the gardasil shot, a microscope or many birth control options yet theyre supposed to provide gynecologic care... My last straw was being charged $225 for a test I asked not be run and they did it anyway. They are now ignoring my calls and emails to settle the matter.

I came and got my annual at this location just recently and everything went smooth I was in and out in less than a hour of my appt time, I was comfortable all my questions were answered! Very professional. Ive never disappointed when I come here my doctor was a new practitioner! And she was awesome! Ive been coming to Dr. Hackney and the other doctors for over 10 years now! Thank you!

This office is so poorly managed and poorly run. The wait time to be seen is ridiculous and the patient flow is terrible. Not to mention, when I did finally make it back, the medical assistant had someone else’s case history form in my chart. And to top it all off, when I gave my urine sample, there were 2 other urine samples still in the receptacle. Sitting in the waiting room for an appointment for 2+ hours is unacceptable. People already started leaving without being seen. I will never, ever be back here

Finding a good GYN can be hard, so Im thankful to have found Dr. Li here! Everyone I interacted with during my visit was incredibly friendly, warm, and kind. I felt heard and seen, which is important in a medical setting.

Of course I’m super excited because this is my first pregnancy and I just had the most horrible phone experience ever. I called all happy and chipper to be shot down by a disgruntled receptionist. I was like ok, she’s not going to still my joy, however being placed on hold for eight mins is just pure disrespectful. I was already skeptical from the 1.8 review on the doctor so I’m taking this as gods way of saying dear daughter please pass on this and carry on to the next. I can’t rate the doctor however I don’t want to start off like this! I hope your appointment setting and visit is more enjoyable than mine.Blessings.

They hang up in your face! They’re money hungry. Will schedule you a C-section that you won’t have no knowledge of. With no reason. They’ll also lie on the ultrasound techs from other facilities. You will never see Tracy lemon who so called will deliver your baby. If you are in labor don’t call them they won’t be no where near to answer or return a call. You’ll be in the wait room 2 hours before you even get seen. You’ll see new people every time you go for a OB appointment. Switch your OB

Dr. Hackney I hope Im saying it right was very professional and answered all of my questions with wisdom and guidance. I appreciated the time and services there. However, the nurse assistant was rude and quite hostile towards me at the end and slammed the door after saying I need to get blood drawn b4 i go in front of my children. I have 6 yrs of customer service experience and that behavior in ANY workfield is unacceptable and you lady will piss off loyal and new clients. Other than that I would recommend this clinic and amazing Doctor to any woman

If I could give Georgia Center for Women and Dr. Lemon 0 stars I would. My experience with her practice and with her as my physician is the worst I have ever had. Stay away. On Dec 19 Dr. Lemon sent me to the ER to have them do an emergency ultrasound for a potential ectopic pregnancy. Dr. Lemon never called to see how my ER trip went, and when I called her the next afternoon (Dec 20) and left a message with reception for her or Dr. Samaddar to please follow-up with me. I also tried to schedule an appointment when I called and the next available was 10 days out. I informed the receptionist that it was important and I had emergency surgery that Dr. Lemon sent me to the ER for. It’s been a week and I havent heard from anyone in that office.There were a series of negative experiences over two-week time period leading up to this event. I wanted to switch providers but stuck with them throughout the process because I felt that I needed continuity of care to get me through whatever was going on. It started with my first ultrasound – my husband and I waited 2 hours past our appointment time to be seen and had to switch rooms three times. After that I was referred to Atlanta Perinatal Associates (APA) for specialized ultrasound the next day which they sent over to Dr. Samaddar to discuss with (although Dr. Lemon was my original doctor, my referral was in Dr. Samaddar’s name - very confusing). Over the two-week period the doctor and/or the nurse practitioner I had seen on my first visit NEVER called me to discuss my any of my labs, the results for APA they referred me out to (which were inconclusive), treatment options or possible next steps. And it was not for lack of trying on my part. For three days in a row I called I left messages that the receptionist sent to Dr. Samaddar and Nurse Audrey directly requesting they call me. If I had gotten to discuss next steps with my OBGYN, I would have selected the medical treatment option and avoided surgery and losing a fallopian tube, but the treatment doesn’t work when you hCG is over 5,000 and by the time I went to the ER I was well above that level.

I should not leave any stars and I haven’t even been to the place yet. I wanted to schedule me an annual check up and I’ve been looking for a great women’s clinic but I happen to call this one because I seen they had ok review but the moment i call to the schedule me appointment . The schedule Lady was very unpleasant the tone in her voice sounded as she didn’t want to be at work she talked to other in between me answering her question conversation about things that Was not related to her work environment she was very unprofessional and rude and I think that was enough for me to know that I can’t be somewhere no one is taking me seriously

Im so (sadly heart broken) about how this Center has changed. Unfortunately, I cant say for the better as far as Customer service goes. I have been a patient of Dr. Lemons for several years. I can say that my Doctor is Out Standing there is no other OBGYN I would be under care with. However, the Staff is so Unprofessional!! Everytime I call it takes 3 or 4 times of calling back. I do understand this is a Doctors Office and that sometimes calls have to be transferred Etc. However, speaking with someone and hearing laughing and giggling in the background is something totally different. Its as if I had been forgotten about on the phone.(10 mins goes by) Not to mention when I go for a visit its same experience... not to mention I can NEVER get my Doctor to contact me back on very serious matters. I do believe this is because she may not be receiving this messages from the Staff answering the phone who keep asking me to call back from someone name Almeda Its like a play ground.. she spend more time asking me what was it about which I found very disturbing after I have already explained to her S it was something I would rather discuss with my Doctor only. I wouldnt recommend this Location to anyone if you wanna be taken seriously. The Doctors are great but GOOD LUCK getting through. (Seriously unbelievable)

Staff was professional kind and caring. Dr.Lemon kept a smile on her face of positivity which made me feel relaxed and at ease. She made me feel that no matter whats going on, she was there to help and everything was going to be ok!

I came here for an IUD consult/physical and insertion. The first visit, my NP was very friendly and knowledgeable. Making sure I chose the right iud for me and making sure I was aware of all risks and possible side effects. Then the day of my insertion, the obgyn I had seemed more unprofessional. I heard her through the door talking to her peers about my procedure and my choice iud. Then came in the room and asked if I was sure I wanted this. Asking me over and over again if I’m sure I don’t want to have kids. Then proceeded to tell me horror anecdotes of women that had it. I was not scared off from those stories but more so of the “women’s health professional” doing this procedure on me. I wish I’d gotten up and left because she was so negligent during the procedure. I had no idea what she was doing and when it was done, she just got up and left. I can see this office being good if you want to have a child or you are pregnant. But as far as contraception goes, I would never return.

This is the worst office ever. I originally came to that office to be treated by Tracy but only saw her once for my 1st visit. Ever since than, for my entire pregnancy I never saw her again. It was a parade of endless new faces everytime I went to that office. I couldnt even build a relationship with any of the doctors there. If that wasnt the worst part the wait time in unbelievable 😤. No one should wait over an hour to be seen and today was the last time dealing with the b.s. I deserve better and I will get better service elsewhere.

This was my first day here. I came from an obgyn in riverdale that wasnt concerned with my situation only wanted money. The staff at Georgia center for woman was so nice to me, they decided to do other procedures to help me with my situation. I felt so comfortable and I am thankful that I found them. On my road to recovery.

Really happy with everyone who I came in contact with. They are just so nice. Also, it feels empowering in there! All my questions were answered and it was a smooth process. Definitely recommend!!

Ive always had the best experience. They are always informative if there are any delays and find ways to get their patients through their appointments in a timely professional manner.

Please run far away from this office . They do not care about their patients or staff . I worked here as a front desk for a short period of time . In 2 months i saw hippa violations, fraud , malpractice, and not COVID regulated . Worse obgyn office . If i put all the horrors i saw in that place ... i would run out of space to type .

This was my first time coming and they were nice and quick. My appointment was 10am and I was out by 10:40. They also had great conversations

Making an appointment is easy and they make sure to follow up with you to confirm. Sometimes the wait time is longer but Im a fairly patient person so its not a big deal.

I had the pleasure today to meet Mary Beth Koho, she was very good listener. In the past I’ve seen Dr. Lemon who is just as understanding and amazing.

Very clean and conveniently located. Plenty of parking in the parking deck and on the street (BOTH PAID)$2 per hour but worth it for the convenience. Dr Tracy and her staff are very caring and compassionate.

Wait times are ridiculous every time you go for a scheduled appointment, staff are unprofessional and lack proper knowledge of filling out FMLA paperwork . The lady who normally answers the phone is not very professional at all!! Staff lack compassion for patients and no respect for people’s time!!

I love georgia women’s health center. I didn’t wait long for my appointment and everyone was so nice and helpful. so glad to have this place in my neighborhood!

Dr.Lemon is for lack of better wording the BOMB compassionate friendly. Non judgemental and shes willing to not just treat you but educate you in the process.
