CIMA - Doraville

First I want to start off by praising the nurses in the back. They are nothing but kind & caring. I also want to praise Katy the midwife who is just so awesome 🥰 I am so happy I was scheduled with her that one time because it only took that one time to know that I was in good hands with her. The only thing I was not happy with is that she could not deliver my babies because of the pandemic. However I did understand it was something that was out of our hands. Besides that inconvenience she is very knowledgeable, attentive, caring and takes her time to explain what your having done, need to have done, explaining results and answering any questions. I also want to take advantage of this review and also recommend Dr. Bassil, I have only met him once but it was another experience I had where I know I am in good hands if Katy isn’t there. Thank you Katy for being so caring and making sure I’m ok ❤️

My wife was has been a patient for our babies! Has been an amazing experience. From front office to the medical assistant in the back. Very grateful for the care that was giving to my wife.

Exceptional care! The staff here at CIMA made me feel comfortable and well-cared for.The entire team is friendly and efficient. I had a great experience during my visit!

About to deliver my 3rd baby and have been treating myself with this office for all 3 of my kids , and the experience I have had with them have been amazing with nurses and Providers ! They are amazing ! Recommend them for sure !

I highly recommend the clinic. I came here for my prenatal care for both of my kid and it’s my go-to for my gyno check up. The staff are helpful and kind!

I totally would recommend this place to anyone that’s looking to get checkup with their pregnancy or etc. I love the staff here there super nice example everything to you even after close hrs they have someone that you could spoke with if you have any questions or emergency. I went to a different clinic before but nun like this here they check for everything they care about the baby and you. Bilingual which helps for people that only speak 1 language very professional & have a lot of patience’s. Everyone in here is a sweetheart

10/10 Would recommend! First off the receptionist Diane is the sweetest, most patient person ever. I just moved here from another state and facility and they helped me and transitioned me ASAP! I’m so thankful for all her help. Everyone is so kind, it really made me feel good. The midwife Katie IS AMAZINGGGGG! This is my second baby and I learned so much from her with my 1st appointment today, she listened to all my concerns and I felt heard! The lady that did my interview was also so nice and made me feel relaxed throughout the process!! Not sure why this place has bad ratings. I felt so good , compared to my previous obgyn office in Georgia.

The office in Doraville continued to call other patients back to be seen that came in after my wife. Maybe 8 people, they were Hispanic while my wife is African so it made it seem like they were being shown preferential treatment since most of the workers there just happen to also be Hispanic.When asked why they were being called before her she was given a reason that didnt make sense to us.Even after bringing it to their attention they called two others ahead of her still. After being there for 1 hour we canceled the appointment and changed to another location.This is my wifes second pregnancy and we used them for her first child. Its sad that were paying for their services but are treated as if theyre providing it free.

Worst place ever! I brought my friend here for a visit her appointment was at 3 they took her in quickly but we were there for 2.5 hours. Until closing! They would not allowed anyone in with her and would not give you any updates. They blame it on covid and being their clinic policy. It took 2hrs to see a doctor in a room. It is way too long. She needed an ultrasound and blood work and stated they couldn’t do it that they because they didn’t have a technician so for us to come back another day… this is very disappointing you need a whole day… other clinics allowed family and were much quicker. We are finding somewhere else

I used to love coming here (had prenatal care back in 2015) but now the attention is not so good anymore. The current receptionist is the only person I am content with, very nice and welcoming, but the other staff/midwives are a big disappointment. I came for an annual checkup as well as a problem I needed further evaluation on but it was never addressed in the 3 or 4 appointments I’ve followed up. In other words, I didn’t get the help or treatment I really needed here ..or at the very least, a reference to another doctor.. it’s incredibly disappointing and I will not be coming back. Wouldn’t recommend.

I have been treated at CIMA since back 2007, 2010, 2015 and now 2021. It has always been a great experience with the receptionist, nurses, midwifes and doctors. I love that they always welcome you with a smile :)I highly recommend CIMA in Doraville for your next baby experience! Blessings to all :)

I went for my first baby I will never go again they had given me a false report saying I had preclampsia it took me to tears I ended up going to the hospital that same day in tears just to find out that it wasnt true the midwifes were very unprofessional dont get me wrong the girl at the front desk was the only professional there !! Never going there again !!! Thank goodness I transferred to a different clinic before I gave birth if not they would of came up with something else !

I used CIMA my entire pregnancy with my daughter. They were absolutely wonderful!! I never had any problems with them, like Id had out of my 1st childs ob/gyn.The midwife who delivered my daughter was excellent.. I cant remember her name but she was the one with short hair. My daughter was turned the wrong way and she managed to turn her with no pain to me... she and all the nurses were very supportive throughout my entire pregnancy.Everything I wished was taken into consideration, and if something couldnt be done exactly the way I wanted, they explained why, and what the options were.I plan on using them again with this pregnancy =)

I was a previous patient for two of my babies! They are amazing! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure my prenatal care goes smoothly. Highly recommended!

Came here back in 2014 for my first pregnancy and this year 2022 for my current pregnancy. Both times I have received amazing service! I would definitely recommend CIMA.

This place couldnt be more annoying, whats the point of an appointment if you have to wait over and hour after you arrive to be seen. Schedulers are the worst, had a lady point blank ask me when would u like to come back I ask for a date....her response oh sorry we dont have any openings for two weeks. So why tf would you ask me when I wanted return as if I had the option???? They act as if youre the problem if youre upset about there lack of giving a damn about your time. Ive had two other pregnancies, and I have never been so irritated 😤

Very unprofessional place. Worst place to start prenatal care. Obstetricians are not highly train at all. They are fresh rookies out of school that dont have any idea on how to take care a high risk pregnancy. MAs dont perform routine check appropriate. Receptionist are dropped out girls from high school who dont even have a GED. They clearly dont care about the patients even when are told that its an emergency. I was told to seat down and wait when my condition needed assistant ASAP from a OBYN doctor. Horrible place ... please review your future place to start prenatal care because clearly not all clinics care about the patient or your baby development at all.

Have had three visits so far and every time have had to wait 30-to an hour to be attended in the waiting room and once inside as well. I understand nurses are very over worked but don’t schedule people if there is limited staff. Disappointed

Unprofessional they made me feel unwelcome and judge horrible people from staff to midwives. You don’t get to see any doctors or midwives until the second or third visit.

Please don’t let this people be in charge of your prenatal care, are un irresponsable and unprofessionals ..... they don’t care the woman or babies .... if you have any problems or issues the don’t gonna help you. Please don’t assist to this place I lost my baby for their fault . Thanks

I’m not happy with Cima Clinic because they said I went to the hospital and my baby wasn’t on time and that’s not true, my baby born before and they charge extra money 😡they don’t know what they do

Not professionals, they helped me after more than 3 hours of waiting. I went there because they transferred me from another clinic to the gynecologist and they charged me again for all the tests already done, then they gave me the appointment for the gynecologist and when I showed up they told me that they had called me a day before to cancel the appointment, but I didnt have any calls from them or a voice message. They told me they would call me later to make a new appointment but Im still waiting for more than 2 months.

Bad serviceRogueI paid $880 for a urine blood test and pressure measurementHalfway through the procedure, the attendant came to tell me that I was missing 200 dollars because I had forgotten to charge for another exam.Over the phone, they cost me 150 dollars and when I got there they started sending me a bunch of tests, detailing the laboratory is inside the clinic, they wanted money. I asked for my money and left.

Very bad experience, I do not recommend it at all, now I am on complete rest only because of the medical diligence of that place, they never told me how serious my placenta was, now I am 25 weeks and with a grade 2 placenta, which is supposed which is after 32 weeks that degree, I had bleeding which they told me to monitor myself at home (🤦🏻‍♀️ I am not a nurse and much less a doctor) to know what is happening with my body, they never told me come to check you out, after that bleeding it took two weeks for them to call me for a new appointment, imagine if I had monitored myself like they said, now I dont know what would be happening with my baby and me, I went to another clinic where they are treating me Serving very well, they are calling me every two weeks to see that everything is going well because they are worried that the placenta will continue to mature, here in this clinic the only thing they care about is the money, because that is if they take you out and take you out, because according to anyone thing is not in the package, the truth is I dont recommend it at all... look for more opinions or ask before getting in there. The one who does the ultrasounds there also gives terrible service 🤦🏻‍♀️, they charged me two more than what the package covered and they wanted a third because according to them they didnt look at my babys heart 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻 ♀️ and they never looked at what grade the placenta was in 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I have a lot of anger.

Terrible service with the schedules, they change the appointment and time at the last minute, I know that in the contract it says that we cannot bring children, and I dont justify it, but on occasions and more so if they change the appointment at the last minute, how can I find someone? someone who takes care of my son, terrible with that service

It seems unfair that they make a rule that often makes it difficult for us as moms 😞 how to find a place to take care of our children because according to them they dont let anyone in because of COVID it doesnt make sense, my children live with me if they had the virus 🦠 I would have it too and the person in front has no professionalism to care for pregnant women, we are so sensitive at this stage that any little thing makes us feel bad 👎 I do not recommend it 2022

Terrible service. I made an appointment for Monday. I called the same day to confirm why they dont call you and until I get to the clinic they tell me they cant attend because a nurse didnt arrive. ENEFFICIENT INCOPENT

I didnt like that clinic at all because the girls who work there give bad customer service. They are boring, I dont know why they work if they dont feel like doing anything.
