Dr. Kohli is not only knowledgeable and professional, he’s also very passionate about what he does, and he has impeccable bedside manner. His nurse is wonderful and professional as well. They both made me feel comfortable and cared for, which shouldn’t be rare in healthcare, but in my experience it sadly is. I couldn’t recommend this practice highly enough.

My experience with Dr. Kohli and Kristin, his PA, was nothing less than spectacular . I’ve been saddled with a troublesome condition for many years. I didn’t believe him when he said he could help me. He did surgery, and as I told him, it was life-altering. My quality of life has increased more than I can even put into words. Five stars are not enough.

Still scarred from my experience with this doctor and his staff. I had severe bladder issues for years and was referred to Neeraj Kohli to find answers, relief, treatment but no he insisted on expensive laser procedures, trigger point injections requiring a hospital visit with anesthesia. It was totally unnecessary and I never obtain relief from the excruciating pain that I was in.

I don’t even know where to begin. I have been suffering for basically over a year. It was so bad nobody in Massachusetts, Connecticut or Rhode Island could help me so we took a chance and to Dr. B in Louisiana.. I was met by his nurse practitioner, who never examined me ! She just sat against the wall with her arms Folded and told me I would be on long-term antibiotics for a year or more for my embedded uti . When my infections were not clearing up, and I was testing for multiple new strains of bacteria, the office in Louisiana began getting upset with my emails and concerns , telling me that the communication was unsustainable. Yes, you heard it correct unsustainable imagine that I’m supposed to be your patient and that’s how you treat me. But again they were the only ones I could even get to prescribe antibiotics for me so I allowed this behavior to continue for a month and then….I was determined that I was going to find somebody in Massachusetts to help me. I knew there just had To be somebody out here. Luckily, I do have a medical background so I know enough to advocate for myself. I knew I had more than just a UTI going I knew I suffered from severe pelvic pain. Somehow I was guided to this wonderful physician via google and research . I was given an appointment in a few weeks .. If you follow the instructions, the appointment will Go smoothly. You have to understand this office is extremely busy. But he treats you like family, not as a number . I made sure I had all of my Urine results along with my medication, allergy list , along with the paperwork Filled out prior and emailed to Alison .He greeted me with the upmost respect and kindness. For once, somebody local was listening to me , he didn’t stand with his arms folded, as if he was frustrated with me he didn’t tell me I was crazy or that I suffered from the good ole Interstitial Cystitis diagnosis( That’s basically when they can’t find out what’s wrong with you they tag you with that.) and honestly, once you’re tagged with that, nobody wants to help you they will tell you that it’s basically in your head you’re going to suffer for the rest of your life. There’s nothing we can do stop going to the emergency room stop seeking the Advice of other doctors, meanwhile, you’re at home Vomiting With fevers can’t get out of bed and only You truly know how you feel. This lovely man actually examined me. He actually listened to my lungs and heart. He actually did a Gyno exam!! Imagine that , he didn’t just say hey yeah heres a prescription for antibiotics. Take these for a year. I’ll talk to you in three months for three minutes online with multiple people in the room during our telehealth yes that actually happened to me with the doctor from Louisiana. This lovely man gave me options. He went into great detail, and I actually have hope that I will get better. Needless to say for the last year I have pretty much been bed bound no life screaming in pain / in / out of Er . Do yourself a favor you owe it to yourself go in at least for a consult. Sit down and talk to him. If you have Financial concerns be sure to speak with the office to get the proper information and don’t go off of somebody’s review on Google.

I have been seen by many doctors and this by far is the most positive experience I have ever had! When speaking with Dr. Kohli I felt listened to and he explained everything very thoroughly. He is very knowledgeable and was able to give me a diagnosis and come up with a treatment plan (which is unbelievable considering how many other Doctors have been stumped on a diagnosis) I couldn’t recommend Dr. Kohli and his team enough!

I was absolutely desperate, misdiagnosed countless times with horribly painful conditions. Dr. Kohli was a game changer. He was confident in his diagnoses, gave options and treated it. Im young so he was the perfect amount of conservative with my treatments. Any issues Ive had after my initial diagnoses, I would call the office and Kristin the amazing PA would reach out by the end of the day and answer all and every question I had with patience and a great explanation. I love this practice and feel so fortunate to have found them.

I have seen multiple specialists for my concern, and only Dr. Kohli had a demeanor and expertise that made me feel completely at ease proceeding with surgery. He is well respected and exceedingly accomplished in his field, with a warm and friendly bedside manner. Strongly suggest you see him before committing to any other urogynecologist on the East Coast. Once you meet him, you simply know that youre in competent hands.UPDATE: I have since had surgery, and I continue to be impressed by Dr. Kohli and his team!!! Highly recommend.

I feel so blessed to have found Boston Urogyn. Almost a year ago, I had severe pelvic trauma from an embedded IUD and surgery. I couldn’t sit for months, barely defecate or urinate. Dr Kohli helped give me my life back. He took the time to listen to me and communicated how he is more than willing to help me. He is a very knowledgeable surgeon/doctor that takes the time to explain everything, and genuinely takes an interest in helping patients with pelvic and prolapse conditions. He also provides excellent referrals due to him being very well known. He is always down to earth, ethical, energetic empathetic, friendly, motivated, patient, conscientious and positive with a genuine smile on his face, etc, the list could go on and on. I used to be in so Much pelvic pain, thanks to him, I can function again, he administered my Trigger point injections with extraordinary beside manners. Dr Kohli is a real gem of a doctor and extraordinaire in urogynocology field! Also, Sara the office manager is amazing, always so helpful and happy to assist with everything!Kristin, the physician assistant is very professional and phenomenal. She has assisted with multiple procedures of mine, always willing to answer any questions, hold my hand, and compassionate about helping patients get better!Sincerely,Tina Docanto

Have been seeing Dr Kohli and his PA Kristin this past year for frequent UTI ‘s. It seems lately my symptoms begin on weekend an holidays. Whenever I call the office it goes directly to either Dr Kohli or Kristin. There is no answering service telling me the covering doctor will call me back and if I don’t hear back within an hour to call back. Also they know me so I don’t have to go through my entire history. If my urine C+S results return on the weekend they call me at home with the treatment. No waiting til the next working day. They are amazing!

I went to see a plastic surgeon initially after giving birth twice to help me bring things to normal in the pelvic area after the multiple births. She quoted me 15,000. Never told me i had a full medical condition. She saw i had a full pelvic prolapse front and back causing me issues, knew the insurance would cover it and I needed to see a euro gynecologist, yet never said a word.Thankfully i did my research, met with Dr Kohli for a second opinion covered by insurance. He is not only highly knowledgeable but a wonderful human being with a great positive energy. He helped me with a minor surgery, part of that was reconstructive and tightening and was ALL included by insurance as i had the medical condition. i did not realize how much i was suffering until he helped me! GYN never even bothered to tell me that i could be helped! If you have given birth and feel things are not the same, yes it is traumatic on the body, go see a euro gynecologist first. Your insurance covers it fully! Dr. Kohli is THE Best!I love his staff as well, especially the NP, they are all amazing!Did PRP O shot todayhe is THE bestdon’t trust anyone else with itit’s more complex than they lead you to believe snd Dr Kohli is an expert!

The worst experience I have ever had with a provider, hands down. I am writing this review so hopefully no one has to go through what I did with this place.I came here for one appointment for a non-surgical procedure that Dr. Kohli recommended. I came here because of the positive reviews and they were in network. Little did I know, Dr Kohli has a contract agreement with BCBS insurance that even when hes in network, its still an extra ~$750 to see him specifically. Yes, $750 on top of what it already costs for equipment/supplies etc. If I saw any other provider this wouldnt have been the case and no one informed me of this.So I got hit with a $1300 medical bill a month after my appointment. The third-party billing company they use tried to be helpful, but failed, and ended up telling me my situation was resolved and that I didnt owe $1300, it was all covered. For a year (that I could have been saving up for the bill) I went on with my life not thinking I owed any money at all because their own billing department told me I had $0 pt responsibility.Fast forward OVER a year later and I get the same bill in the mail. I called the billing company and they directed me to call my provider. I called the office and the office manager could not have been any more rude or dismissive on the phone. She told me not to call again about billing questions and told me she has instructed the billing company not to send callers her way. Thats not my problem at all, I was doing what I was told to do and looking for help to understand whats going on. She was so incredibly rude and unprofessional. Speaking that way to someone facing a $1300 bill when they dont even make that for income in a month is very apathetic. If you hate people/your job, why work in healthcare?I ended up needing to pay $1300 for one visit, even though it was in-network, because Dr. Kohli has some agreement that in-network basically means nothing. This situation took over a year and 4 months to resolve with NO help whatsoever from the office. They leave it up to their billing department that has no idea whats going on. They refuse to communicate with patients. The back and forth lasted for months. I was promised calls back and then the line would be disconnected.I would caution anyone going here to either go elsewhere or read the fine print, because they have zero compassion and charged a broke recent college graduate $1300 in the middle of a pandemic, even though it was up to their discretion whether they could discount the price or not. 0/10 recommend. All money hungry robots and no humans here.

Excellent doctor. Helped me with overactive bladder. I used a specialized PT got exercises and it helped a lot. I would highly recommend this doctor. At the time I was Dr Kohli he had another doctor who recommended this wand you insert into your vagina snd it records your squeezes. That doctor said there’s no other way to tell if a woman is doing kegels correctly. A specialized PT can tell if your squeezing correctly.

Dr is great. His assistant will make you feel like trash. You see they treat wealthy older women at Boston Urogyn, if youre under 50 its rare, and I have been told that.My first visit I was frightened, not knowing what to expect and when I asked to use the restroom I was treated like someone who just walked in off the street. Pretty sure thats how they judged me.. OUR RESTROOMS ARE FOR PATIENTS ONLY. They thought I just rolled in off the street, I had paid my copay and had been there for 15 minutes. I felt horrible like maybe I should have worn better clothes or fixed my hair to look more Newtonesque.I cried because I felt like I was in the wrong place and that I didnt feel valued as a patient. Then a week after my second surgery in a year (Because the first one was a failure) Per the PA my pain should under control or be gone by now.. I have sutures on top of sutures that are throbbing, cauterization of cervix, I can feel the layers of mesh on top of my pelvic bone and the region is swollen up like a softball. They refuse to communicate with my primary care doctor, so I have had to fight for pain management and intervene. Treating me like trash, like an addict. My record shows I dont even drink alcohol..Seriously. Once the Doctor is done with you. They make you feel like nothing. I even paid a $20 copay for a pre op appointment. Turns out I went there and paid $20 just to sign a waiver. All about the money and nothing about the healing, pain control, bedside manner.Once youre out, they care zero about the comfort or your well being when its over. Be wary and advocate for yourself with his staff because he is hardly there. I never even saw his partner after the surgery he went to Iceland apparently, and Dr. Kholi Baltimore. I was supposed to go home with a catheter in case of a hemorrhage and a VA. I got nothing, no help.Yes Dr Kholi is a Superhero for a moment in time, then all of a sudden when hes gone, you find yourself parked under a bus..
