Womens Wellness Center

Everyone who is a part of this small practice is wonderful. From Dr. Fleming to all the staff, they go above any beyond to create a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment. They are responsive, friendly, thoughtful and trauma-informed. I feel lucky to have found Womens Wellness Center.

There is a reason why it is hard to get an appt with Dr. Fleming, shes fantastic. Patient, personable, explains things in a way that is easily understood, not rushed, and does not give a one size fits all response to your issue. The woman at the front desk was so nice, as well as the woman who took vitals as well.

This was my second visit to Women’s Wellness Center, and both times it exceeded my expectations. I was seen promptly at my appointment time and felt very comfortable the whole time I was there. Dr. Fleming and her PA are both very informed and professional and answered all of my questions with patience and care. The office space is beautifully decorated, too!

I had a very good 1st visit with Dr Fleming. She listened to my concerns, she is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable. The nurse was very friendly as well. Overall I had a very welcoming and comforting experience.

All the staff are caring, kind, professional and very competent. I got to spend about 90 minutes there. It was so nice to feel like an individual, not a number at a medical factory. Special shout out to the front desk staff, I wish I could remember her name (my first visit). She was so kind and made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Start to finish it was a great experience.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Fleming at Womens Health Center. I was impressed with the office and the visit. Dr. Fleming is a great listener and totally gets the many issues of menopause.

As always, everyone at Dr. Fleming’s office was friendly and professional. They make you feel so valued and Dr. Fleming really takes the time to listen and answer any questions fully. I feel lucky to have such a great GYN with an amazing staff.

At first, I believed Sandra Fleming to be a good gynecologist. Visits were easy as long as I complied with her medical suggestions on her treatments for perimenopause symptoms. But once I communicated my concerns about side effects from birth control pills and IUD it all went sour. On the day of my IUD removal, Sandra Fleming questioned my decision and told me you need to be on Ozempic. After she reluctantly removed the IUD she then asked what I would do for the bleeding. I told her of my plan for alternative medicine and acupuncture. Fleming said, It wont work. Youll bleed out. This is from the gynecologist who has a reiki practitioner in her office! So much for Flemings concern because she never called to follow up. I have read her summaries of my office visits. Its as if she listened 10% of the time and made up the rest.Its nearly one year later, and I did not bleed out. Im thriving and better than ever.

I’ve never had to truly advocate for myself as a patient. Never had to seek a second opinion. I’ve had an autoimmune disease for 24 years and dealt with infertility. Always receiving amazing care, and felt heard. Not until I started experiencing perimenopausal symptoms did I feel lost and at times, crazy. For 5 years I dealt with a long list of symptoms that slowly appeared after I turned 40. They progressively got worse, and I sought help and guidance from my female OBGYN. I went prepared to that appointment with a timeline of my symptoms, and was hopeful for answers. I left that appointment feeling hopeless. I was told there is nothing I could do to get things back on track. My bloodwork was fine, therefore I am fine. For a year I thought I had to suffer. I started to research my symptoms and came across hundreds of women fighting the same fight. I read extensively about HRT and set out on a journey to find a doctor who would listen to my symptoms and not solely rely on bloodwork. I feel incredibly lucky that my search landed on Dr. Sandra Flemming. My first appointment lasted an hour. From the front office to the nurse to Dr. Flemming, I was so cared for and felt seen. Dr. Flemming is the perfect combination of caring and confident. I left the office that day with a plan. Will the plan work? That is to be seen, however, I walked out of the office with answers and hope that things can get better. My treatment plan is in place and I’m excited to start HRT. I travel an hour to get to the office and I can’t imagine a better use of my time. I cannot recommend the Women’s Wellness Center enough.

Finally someone to help! This is the first place to validate how I was feeling, and to offer real help. I am so happy to have found Womens Wellness Center. Dr Fleming is patient and kind. I live an hour away and was able to do telehealth visits, which I greatly appreciate.

I had the good fortune of finding Dr. Fleming when I was pregnant with our daughter 14 years ago. Words cannot say how happy I am that she has been my doctor all these years. From our first meeting, she put my mind at ease. Dr. Fleming has never once made me feel rushed at an appointment. She has such a kindness about her and she is genuinely friendly. There is never a question or a concern that is too small for her to take seriously and to spend real time answering. She really is extraordinary in the time and effort she gives to her patients and she makes an appointment I definitely do not look forward to tolerable with her lovely personality and her years of experience. Dr. Fleming is a gem.

Ive started seeing Dr. Sandra Fleming in September 2022 and Im really happy I did. She is professional, knowledgeable and very empathetic to my needs.

Ive been seeing Dr. Fleming for 5 years and am 100% happy with my experience; shes the best.

The treatment people have received here is absolutely unacceptable.This dr is fine if you are a completely healthy person and also you don’t take birth control. That is it. If you have any concerns she will gaslight you and seems to have very little knowledge in her practice. Any concern brought up she responds in a manner that is similar to that of a teenager who feels she is being attacked. Very defensive, invalidating, rude, and unprofessional.Examples: she scheduled a surgery with a patient, and the patient reached out multiple times to make sure this surgery was necessary. The dr continuously said there were only two options and the patient decided the surgery was the more accessible option for her. The day of the surgery came and the dr said the patient no longer needed the surgery! And although it is best practice that the dr didn’t go through with an un-needed, she repeatedly told the patient that the surgery was necessary! The patient also had to pay for the appointment and medications although the operation NEVER TOOK PLACE!!!Example 2: A patient had to go to the ER because her birth control gave her a blood clot. Multiple nurses and doctors told the patient that it must have been her birth control that caused this. The patient called this dr to speak about solutions concerning switching birth controls and how stopping her current one would affect her body. The dr responded in saying that it was not the birth control that caused the blood clots, because it is a rare side effect. After multiple medical professionals had already said it was caused by birth control and after research multiple sources said it was one of the top side effects of birth control!!! She quite literally said “how many people do you know on birth control, do they all have blood clots” as if one patients side effect should be the same as everyone else’s!!! And then refused to speak about other birth control options.Example 3: a patient got blood work done during an appointment and as she left she paid the so-pay for the appointment. Later got a bill for the bloodwork which she was never informed was not a routine part of an appointment so had no knowledge of the cost. This was also the patients first time in the office so had no prior knowledge of how OBGYN appointments operate.The front desk person was incredible and made a wonderful atmosphere for the office but unfortunately you can’t go to a dr based on the front desk worker! I would highly suggest going somewhere else or switching doctors if you currently go to this practice. Very sad

Dr. Fleming is amazing!! She has been my OBGYN for the past several years and I couldn’t be happier under her care. Dr. Fleming is so kind, warm, approachable, knowledgeable, and caring. I wouldnt want to have any other doctor for all my gynecological needs. Not only does she make you feel at ease and calm any nerves you might have about your appointment or procedure, she makes going to see your OBGYN enjoyable. She also takes the time to get to know you personally which is such an important piece of the doctor-patient relationship; she genuinely cares about her patients! Additionally, Dr. Fleming is very punctual, and never makes you feel rushed through your appointments. She always listens extensively and answers any questions with the best advice which includes up to date research and data. I highly recommend and wish I could have her as my primary care physician!!

She dismissed my abdominal pain as oh, just an old fibroid. When I went for a cat scan on another issue they noticed a growth the size of a golf ball. I sent her a still shot of the growth, and the report. She told me she didnt take Medicare patients anymore, which was a lie. By the time I got to surgery it was the size of a cantaloupe. If it had broken inside my body Id be dead by now. It was ovarian cancer. All she really had to do was refer me after seeing the image. She didnt want to be accountable for her indifference to my concerns, and her misdiagnosis. She is absolutely the worst doctor on the planet and needs to be held accountable.i went to Dr Bethany who is also a radiologist. It took her a split second to snap into action and direct me.

NP Clark spent a lot of time talking with me and answering my questions.

Last year, I saw this doctor and brought up a few concerns including a cyst and a nodule in my breast, she wouldnt even entertain a conversation about either. A doctor I saw two months ago recognized both as endometriosis, something I could have not suffered since last year if this doctor had treated me like a human being.

Very kind and professional staff, however as someone who is of a shorter stature the doctor made me feel a bit alienated with some of her comments on and questions about my height, none of which were relevant to my visit.

Having gone to Dr. Fleming for my GYN needs, I visited her in her Wellesley office. She has a beautiful office and emphasizes overall wellness. I have been seeing her for health and wellness counseling and it has made all the difference for me. We are working on healthy eating and I am losing weight and learning to seek out nutritional value in my diet. She inspires me to improve my overall health through diet and exercise. She is an excellent doctor and I would highly recommend her.

Compared to previous women centers, this is by far the best experience I’ve had! Dr. Fleming is so kind and warm and really makes you feel comfortable. This entire center is a safe and warm place with kind, helpful, and reassuring staff!

I needed a second opinion and asked my friend which doctor she uses. That brought me to Dr. Fleming. Well I was so pleased because she provided me with some answers and suggestions that I had not received . It is important to me to have a doctor explain what is down the road and what I should do now. I can not always think that way and I am counting on a good doctor to do that. I see that in Doctor Fleming.

It has been such a relief to find a doctor to help with the issues of perimenopause and menopause. She has been so helpful, kind and patient. I feel so much better now that I have been doing HRT for the past year and I feel lucky to have found a doctor educated in this.
