Dr. Freedman and his staff were nothing short of caring, compassionate, and kind. Dr. Freedman was always accessible. He’d call me personally to deliver news (good or bad) and he displayed sincere disappointment if a procedure didn’t work and excitement when all was going as planned. He was willing to tweak treatments and hold off on procedures until my body was 100% ready. He never gave up on helping me get pregnant, even when I felt hopeless. We have two healthy and beautiful baby boys thanks to Dr. Freedman. I cannot say enough about this wonderful man and his practice.

Dr Freedman cares about one thing - your money!! He will recommend the most expensive treatments and surgeries to get your money. Then when nothing works he disappears. He won’t contact you and won’t return messages or voicemails. Why? Because he only cares about your money. Be super careful about Jodie the finance person. She will tell you your insurance doesn’t cover services and send you random emails telling you that you owe large dollar amounts with no explanation. Then when you research it you will see she never even submitted the services to insurance. They never send you an actual legitimate bill. Just random email requests for with no details. Stay far far away from the Willow Grove Office!
