There was no wait time when I got there. All the doctors took care of me. They all worked together as a team. And gave me a remedy for my issues. I did still have to go to the ER at the end. The bathroom should be better though. It is weird that the sink is outside the bathroom. Other than that the facility is nice and clean.

I’ve been to this urgent care twice. Both times the nurses and drs were very helpful and friendly. I have never had to wait as I go right when they open. Would definitely recommend over other local urgent care I’ve been to

I went in after cutting my finger with a pocket knife. I knew I needed stitches. They took me right back and took wonderful care of me. I was a little nervous since this is the first time I’ve ever had to get stitches in my 60+ years. They were comforting and calm, and everything was taken care of in no time.I highly recommend this Urgent Care. Thanks.

The PA I saw tried to get me in and out as fast as possible and didn’t listen to a word I said. Prescribed me a medicine she knew wouldn’t work. The PA then told me if I wanted a different antibiotic I’d have to go to a hospital. They gladly took my money and didn’t help my problem. I went to a hospital where they let me know that medicine I was given would have actually made me worse and it was a good thing I didn’t just listen to vybe. The infection would have spread through my chest if I waited. This is the 2nd time I was disappointed by a vybe in 6 months. Don’t waste your money it’s a scam. They don’t help, just make problems worse.

My first time at VYBE urgent care and I was VERY impressed. I had no trouble getting an appointment, andvery little wait when I got there. Bill handled the reception very efficiently. I had a tiny stone embedded in my foot. Katie, the PA, did an amazing job probing, finding and removing this little irritant. She was amazingly patient and persistent. It would have been much faster for her (and more painful for me) to really dig into the area, but she managed to extract the item with a pin and tweezers.

Professional and efficient! From Bill at the front desk to Ms Mazur, the PA., and the assistant whose name I do not remember. Five stars for each!

I had a great experience here. However I was there mid-day on a weekday, so it was not busy. Very pleasant and friendly staff! Nice clean offices with high quality equipment.

Very grateful for the late hours. Was able to stop in after work, I couldn’t get away to do it earlier as I planned. They were open until 8 PM. I’ve made an appointment at my desk and filled out all the paperwork electronically. Walked in, it was a breeze. Everything was submitted electronically, didn’t ask me for all the information again. Which is so annoying. I enjoyed the care & service. Definitely recommend.

I just want to say if I could give this place 10 stars I would. When I came in I was assisted quickly by Jennifer and she helped me figure out my insurance with no hesitation, she was very pleasant and her customer service was amazing. Then Billy was very kind and friendly when he took me back, he made many jokes and made the experience enjoyable when having to come to Urgent care to begin with. He was also so kind about pricking my finger, since I’m 21 and still scared of needles. And lastly Amela was so quick to get to the bottom of my visit she checked every possibility and went the extra mile. She listened to everything I was saying and took into consideration anything it could be, I was satisfied when I was leaving and the place was very clean and smelt good. To be fair I think they all deserve a pay raise a really great Staff. If in need I would definitely come back or recommend people.

This clinic is great in person and I was happy with my treatment. However their phone service is not great. When I call I can never get ahold of anyone, and when I finally speak to a person they aren’t really helpful. If they update how they receive and answer calls I would give 5 stars.

Actually, it was remarkably easy! Came in at around 9am as a walk-in. Feeling lousy and my doc was on vacation. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Saw me by 9:20. Left with just the right script sent to my pharmacy and I’m on the mend. Thank you.

Was decent. Everyone was friendly and I got in and out quickly but I was confused/turned off by a few things.1. My temp at the office was 97.8 and at home it was over 100 all day. When I came back home I started burning up and checked my temp, it was 101.9. My blood pressure was super high, 152/102. But was it?2. I went to wash my hands in the sink in exam room 2 and there was dried blood in the sink.

Jennifer at the front desk was amazing. She was so friendly and welcoming. She was able to help my friend and I quite fast. She was so nice and helpful. I think Jennifer should get a raise.

Visited today for a sinus infection that was causing pain and swelling and redness in my eye. The PA who saw me was very kind and thorough and explained everything well. She took me back 1 minute after walking in as soon as they opened because the waiting room was empty and she could tell I was in pain. So thankful to have such an efficient and caring place so close to my house. Will definitely visit here again if needed in the future!

Helped and seen quickly, nice people. Update: hidden fees for a visit for cold/flu symptoms ($79 after insurance), claimed insurance would cover my lab Covid test but it covered about half ($51 after insurance)

It was easy to make an appointment online, I was seen within 10minutes of my appointment and back to my life within a half hour. The nurse was competent and friendly.

The queens were amazing and all had great energy. True professionals.

Appointment setting was fast and easy. Quick check in. In and out in less than 45 minutes, which included the waiting time for a test result. This is now our go to Urgent Care.

Would not recommend.You check in first via tablet, which seems nice and technologically advanced. It even asks for your insurance info and to take a photo of your card. Once youre signed in the person at the front desk then asks you for......your insurance card and insurance ID number. The front desk woman was also apparently the nurse l, who led me back to a room. She acted like she had never heard of any of the meds I was on and made me spell out each and every one, often multiple times. That is just an annoyance though.I did finally see the doctor who was decent enough, and she took a culture of the wound and said Id get the results in three days. Three days came and went, and on day five I tried to call to get the results. Good luck with that. You call a general call center and wait on hold for a while, only to be told they cant tell you anything and transfer you to a clinician.Regardless of the number of times I called and requested to be sent to any clinician who could legally check my results and give me the verdict, I was always sent to a number which rang for a minute and went to a voicemail.....which was not able to take messages.On day 7 I still had not heard, and I was now 7 days out from a major surgery and needed to get the test results, I went through the same process again, multiple times. Finally, a call center worker took pity and read me the results, nothing outside the normal range. Great, I thought. Then I got home and looked at the test results where it was clearly noted that there was a significant amount of staph found. So I of course reached out for clarification. Another day has gone by and no word.While the doctor seemed capable, the rest of the system and staff are frustratingly and annoyingly inept and inefficient.Not sure if all the high reviews were for hangnails, they were made by their own staff, or maybe I just went on a poor day, but my experience can only be given a single star.Update: Its somehow salt in the wound to have posted this only to get such a quick response from customer service and finally have someone reach out by phone. If only they didnt need a negative review to be prompted to do that. And I dont think their response could have been any more generic. We have a patient-focused culture. Sure ya do.....

I’ve never had a pleasant experience at urgent care until this one last week. I love being able to book online—when I checked in the morning, there were lots of appointments that day. The facility was spotless, & everyone greeted me warmly. The MA was so kind & funny, & the nurse practitioner was very relatable. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I don’t think I’ll ever go to another urgent care.

Disappointed because I had read positive things about this urgent care.
