WHS Womens Center

I had my diagnostic mammogram today at the Womens Health Center today. I am so impressed at the professionalism of the entire staff. They are very organized, caring people. My radiologist, Becky, was amazing!! She knew what she was doing & explained each process of my screening. After that, the radiology doctor comes out to speak to you personally, one on one about the results of my test. Im very impressed with the Womens Health Center on Route 19. I will highly recommend them to all of my friends & family. Thank you for the everything.

Michelle the office manager of the imaging center waited in the dark after hours for my daughter who cleans the office to show up. Waited for her around the corner then appeared to treat her as if she was nothing and verbally abuse her. Then threw at her without warning her (Michelles) bathroom keys at my daughter then said have a nice day then leftVERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WEIRD

Id love if my appointment was ACTUALLY at the time I requested, instead they scheduled it for 30 minutes earlier, no confirmation call this time or Id have caught the error and been able to find a way to accommodate this prior to missing work, driving over and sitting for 30 minutes just to be turned away.Id advise ANYONE to go anywhere but Washington Hospital for prenatal care at this point.

I have had a Lot of positive experiences with Washington Heath, but not this office. I was scheduled for a mamo and then notified I was to have an ultra sound. Had to wait in my gown for an hour in a cold room. The communication was poor. I had to stop staff and ask what I was waiting for. Poor scheduling and worse communication.

Billing desaster they bill for what they wanted and completely ignored what I said I wanted and it cost me big money, I payed dearly for there mess up and they refused to help in any way. I talked to insurance and they said it could all be fixed if they bill correctly and Dr. Mary Ellen Roa refused to have anything rebilled

They found my Mothers cancer when it was no more than a dot.

They a clean, efficient and kind.

Everyone is very nice.
