Dr. Moon is one of the best doctors I have ever seen, she explains every part of the process in a very detailed and scientific way. She is compassionate and her entire team is amazing. Dr. Moon has guided me though miscarriage, my first successful pregnancy, and I am now pregnant with my 2nd baby with the help of her team. Dr. Moon and her team are absolutely phenomenal and I am so grateful for having them. They treated my partner and me with kid gloves and were available at any time for even my most basic questions. I felt like the treatment that Dr. Moon developed was catered to my specific body and needs. Dawn, the RN is one of the most incredible human beings out there. I felt like she was my personal cheerleader and coach and she never hesitated to get on the phone with me and my partner if we had questions. Zura, who is at the front desk at the K Street office on the 1st floor always greeted me with a compliment and a smile even on my hardest days. The phlebotomists in the K Street office were just so friendly and attentive to me that I eventually got over my fear of having blood drawn. I really could not have come this far without this amazing team. Graduating from the program and being pregnant after just one round of treatment is bittersweet because I will miss this entire team.
