Dr. Shu Fan is a fantastic acupuncture practitioner. I go once a week for pain and stress management and have seen a great improvement in my sleep, sports related neck pain, and overall well being. The location is metro rail and bus accessible. Very easy to schedule and reschedule appointments, and provides receipts for insurance. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Dr Shu for more than 3 years for various things and he is truly amazing! I have back pain that flares up and his acupuncture and cupping combo will ease it within hours. He’s never once asked me to leave a review but he deserves it, he’s a gem in the city.

For two years I am receiving weekly acupuncture treatments by Dr. Shu Fan and I must say it is truly a gift to be his patient. It is astonishing how deeply effective his work is in releasing tension and improving wellness for the entire body. His thoughtfulness, gentle and holistic approach to ailments, and therapeutic knowledge is impressive. I so am very grateful for all of it.

I really appreciate all Dr. Fan did for me. I feel strongly that acupuncture and the herbs he provided made a major difference (along with his diet and exercise recommendations, which helped me lose 7 lbs) between my first egg retrieval and the second. After my first I had zero embryos. It was heartbreaking. But I took several months to do acupuncture and get my diet straightened out and then had the retrieval that got me two genetically healthy embryos! Im now pregnant with the girl embryo and so grateful for Dr. Fans help. He was wonderful.

I have been seeing Dr. Shu Fan for several years for overall wellness, pain management, as well as holistic / traditional Oriental treatment of my hormonal imbalance. My regular visits to Dr. Shu Fan have helped with regulating my menses (period), moods, and sleep cycle. I am glad to have finally been able to get off pharmaceuticals with his treatments & herbs. Although my original intent wasnt to get pregnant, I did eventually end up pregnant later on, despite having been told by my endocrinologist that I was infertile, and Dr. Shu Fan was VERY supportive during the pregnancy! He loves children & loves helping others achieve their goals for having a family.
