I came here from out of state to get an abortion. The process was very simple and the 2 women working that day went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. Dr Cesare eased all of my worries and answered all of my questions. The anesthesiologist also made sure I was comfortable and let me know every step of the process as I was afraid of being put to sleep. Please don’t listen to the negative reviews, every experience is different and you can’t always expect the same as someone else. Overall, my experience was good and the price is very affordable.

I went there two or three weeks ago everyone experience is different, I was treated kindly and the two lady’s + the doctor made sure I was fine and comfortable and understood everything . Procedure went fine I was in no pain after & they give you papers to ensure you follow aftercare instructions & if it’s pass the hours of the clinic being closed they leave a emergency number and will get back with you fast .

The people were very friendly and the doctor Was definitely there for me Through all of my emotions.

I cannot call him a Doctor, when his sole presence scares me. He does not care for women at all, he’ll even end women’s life if the price is right. Please stay far away from this place.

The staff was kind upon arrival. Once they give you your medicine to soften your cervix. They leave you in the reception room and these chairs to just sit there for hours. It’s very uncomfortable they don’t do anything to make you comfortable unless you’re in agony, I sat there for three hours with a sore uterus just waiting for my name to be called. I did not like it at all. The procedure went very well, and I’m very happy with how it went and how painless it was for me. I just got out of surgery so I don’t know how that after process will be, but we Will see. When I went to the front window to ask for some extra pads, the woman Baeza looked at me like “we’re done with you now, so I don’t have to be nice to you anymore”. I was disgusted. Anyways, that was my take on this place.

If you’re at the reviews it’s probably for a reason, go to medstar Washington hospital center instead. 1/4 of the cost, go out just as far, better understanding as far as what your pricing will be day of. Better bedside care offered based on my customer service experience and what I’ve heard. So glad I went to medstar, I felt safe and comfortable there

Going to this place was very traumatic. I get maybe these type of places aren’t supposed to be the best because of the circumstances. But, it was HORRIBLE. The person who had to draw my blood couldn’t find my vein and instead of keep looking she just guesses and stuck me where there was no vein. So, she had to redo it, which that alone was painful and made me skeptical. The place was not very clean in the examination room there was a tube that had blood in it on the floor. For the second day, the actual procedure I was in so much pain and the main nurse who may have been hispanic was very inconsiderate and rude to me. She had said to me “hey hey you need to calm down and be quiet you are scaring the other girls in the waiting room. You wanted to be a big girl so its time to act like one. When you are alone you are loud”. When I had told my mom the lady came back and said to me I was lying about how she made ME feel. But she knew she was wrong because she said “I am not going to talk to your mother because she already thinks what she thinks”. When I told her I felt like I had to push they took me to another room. It was so painful and she didnt make me feel any better about myself or even comfortable. There was two ladies (i dont know their names) that were so nice and full of compassion. They actually comforted me. After the baby was out they took me back to this room where I waited so long for them to actually put me under anesthesia and make sure everything was out. I would not recommend this place especially if you are further along. They make you wait forever even though they tell you a time it is not what they go off of. The actual doctor takes long to arrive, and the main nurse is very inconsiderate and rude. When I read the other reviews before coming here, I knew something would be wrong and should have stuck with that gut feeling but it had to be done. Please do not come here.

This place is very ghetto, the nurse didnt wash her hands before taking my blood, its very small, my appointment was at 9 I didnt get seen until 2pm its like they are not welcoming at all very unprofessional the water is nasty the wait was really outrageous. Washington Hospital Center is the place to go.

Now that I’m finally done bleeding after THREE MONTHS I can write this review. I was serviced here and I bled for 3 months because of lots of retained fetal tissue that was left inside. (I was 10 weeks) I had to go to the emergency room and another Dr. Office (OBGYN) to find out that the procedure was “incomplete” what they call an “incomplete miscarriage”. When I went back to washington surgi clinic after noticing bleeding/spotting for so long their exact words after telling them how long I’ve been bleeding were “youll be fine it’s just old blood you should be on your period by the end of this month”… and the receptionist is just grouchy and doesn’t show care/compassion. Also the wait is super long and they know it After giving me meds to soften cervix/relax me/ and so I won’t feel pain they said “ok while you was for the medicine to kick in you can maybe go walk to McDonald’s get you something to eat because it will be a while” I’m like what?? Why the heck would I leave and come back after y’all just gave me medicine lol it’s not even funny it’s ridiculous. Oh and they gave me a wipe to wipe myself and it already had blood on it of course they gave me another but like dang. Anyways I hate that my experience was horrible maybe just not the place for me.

I’m sharing my review in hopes a woman who is in my position finds this! I called this place about three times and finally got through to the receptionist with a thick Spanish accent. She was very blunt and answered my questions with as little information as she could. I got hung up on by her twice and when I called back asking why I kept getting hung up on I was met with an attitude. She was very impatient and rushed to give me the little information. After looking online for days I felt desperate as many women in this situation do. Once again I tried calling and finally got a price. 4,600!!! Plus she did not fail to mention the added “cremation fee” on top of the almost 5,000. I talked to several other clinics and mentioned the price Washington had offered and “cremation fee” and the nurses were shocked this was how I was treated. I highly HIGHLY recommend you take yourself elsewhere. I luckily found peace and comfort at cherry hill women’s clinic in New Jersey. Takes a few calls because lines are busy but they set you up with an appointment almost immediately, offer price assistance through the national abortion federation (total cost everything included $1400) AND most importantly make sure you are okay with your decision multiple times. The nurses are wonderful there and one even held me as I cried and sat with me the entire time up until my procedure. Spare yourself from being robbed by this place and look elsewhere.

This place couldnt be better for womens healthcare. Friendly and informative staff. Willing to go the extra mile to make patients feel comfortable and safe.Shoutout to Maria, Jada, and Dr. Santangelo are all incredible individuals and I am so grateful for their care with my family member.Highly recommend.

Just pay the extra and go somewhere else sis! They’re ghetto here and no matter what time your appointment is you will wait hours before seen! They schedule people all at the same time so you’re waiting in a very small waiting room with 8 plus people! They move extremely slow here versus other clinics where you’re out in an hour! I’m not sure if it’s them being money hungry or what but they schedule everyone at once before they can get the first groupout the next set of appointments are coming in! I will NEVER GO BACK HERE AND UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT HOURS I SUGGEST YOU FIND ANOTHER CLINIC TOO! Still waiting at 1:37pm and my appointment was at 9 along with 10 other people why schedule people all at the same time very unprofessional this is ridiculous and they’re method is the most ridiculous ever

Okay, So let me just say the staff was very nice! They take great care of you and try to make you as comfortable as possible. Only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because when the lady did the sonogram she told me it was an additional 150 on top of the 275 I had already paid! When on the phone they told me 275!! Then the wait time was very long.. My Appt was at 9Am and I didn’t get in the room for them to do the procedure until 2:10Pm. So I really left at 2:30/3. On top of that completely not there fault but there was endless protesters out there harassing you and the door was locked so I couldn’t get in at the time of scheduled and was harassed by the protesters on my decision. To be honest the only thing good is that the white woman with the pony tail and the black woman with the short hair cut were completely excellent! I don’t know there names so sorry for the description. But They really make sure your taken care of!! It’s really expensive for no reason!! I wouldn’t recommend coming here really! Sorry but not sorry!! It was traumatizing

I WISH I LISTEN TO THE VOICE INSIDE BUT I FELT PUSHED, RUSHED, & TRICKED. The “operating room” is a dirty place. They will tell you one thing and THEN ONCE YOUVE PAID AND START THE PROCESS THEY TREAT YOU LIKE YOUR AN ANIMAL! Please don’t do it to yourself! I pray I heal from this and my womb isn’t damaged. Not one employee show’s compassion. I will be making videos about my experience. But all I can say is if you see this and continue to go there. I pray something stops you. Because it’s not worth it. I promise to god. DONT GO! Don’t listen to the excuses they give as to why they get bad reviews. Please!! Listen to me!!!! Leave or don’t go!!!

Had to use a fake name for my review. Travelled pretty far to come get my procedure done at this clinic and let me say the staff is wonderful. Had complications one night at around 2 am and was able fo call and get in contact with the doctor. This clinic in my opinion cares a lot for their patients. I don’t understand the negative reviews that have been left about this establishment but what do you expect coming in, for it to be like Disney world? Look no further than Washington surgi clinic. Yes the process is painful but the staff will ensure that they find ways to help with that. Thank everyone for putting my needs before theirs. That type of compassion is rare

My visit today with this office was nothing short of amazing. From the doctor who talk you through the entire procedure to the amazing nurses who are very kind. Although I never wanna have to experience this again. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for comfort during a time like this. They were simply amazing...

This place takes advantage of the fact people have no choice. First day the nurse Maria was an awful human being, then the wait was insane. On day three we called ahead they said come in 20 min. We still waited close to 2 hours. When I asked if they could do something I was met with I don’t knows and told there was still another person ahead which means a minimum of 30-45 min more.**Update**It’s been 48 hours since the posting of this review. Maria, the Nurse/Receptionist called me to complain about the negative review and took no responsibility for the negative experiences we had while dealing with a traumatizing event. She became loud and aggressive in an attempt to get me to remove this review which I Won’t do.That being said, not everything about this place was awful. While I stand by what’s written above the nurse April was awesome. After I complained about the long wait and the pain my GF was in she did get her taken into the back and made more comfortable. She made my GF feel a lot better through the entire time. The Doctor, whose name I do not know was awesome. He made my GF feel much better and relaxed through the entire 3 days. There was another nurse who I had very little contact with but she seemed nice.If you need to use this facility DO SO! There aren’t many options when you get that far along just BE AWARE that you will wait a long time, you’ll be in pain. If you DO need something from the staff, Ask April as she will do everything she can, the other one, Not so much.

If there was an option to choose zero star, I would had rated this place (0) because that s what it deserves. The Spanish lady is so arrogant, unprofessional and rude. However, April was kinda nice. Unfortunately, the Spanish lady is the one who always answers the phone and she seems to be the supervisor to that place. I never in my life write reviews but if I can spare you from going there, I would. Please if you dont have a choice but going there, avoid interacting with her because she has no manners. I wish I new her name but she got short curly black hair. I hope they get her trained or else this place would lose its clients.

I called to schedule an appointment and was given an EXTREMELY hard time on the phone by a receptionist with w very heavy Spanish accent. SHE NEVER SCHEDULED my appointment in reality and I called to confirm the time 20 mins before the appointment which I already was in route to. Nobody is problem solution based here AND I was hung up on TWICE trying to get the receptionist name and the head nurse to make a complaint. I’ve called the health department and I will be writing a letter to corporate for her MORONIC BEHAVIOR. Very unprofessional and incompetent woman.

I have never ever been more happy to write a review in my entire life! Washington Surgi-Clinic is a wonderful facility with the kindest staff. My procedure process was a few days but they were always so supportive and helpful every step of the way. Dr. Santangelo was spectacular too! After my procedure I felt no pain nor anxiety. I can truly have comfort knowing my recovery will go smoothly. Nothing is better than a wonderful staff and a wonderful Dr. to create the perfect duo patients deserve especially at this clinic. Thank you so much Washington Surgi-Clinic for bringing me peace during such a traumatizing time. They are truly a blessing.

Ive been a patient here recently and was very satisfied with the customer service that I received, as well as the way my service here was offered. Initially, I was a bit confused because my appointment was scheduled at 9 am and was then told that I wouldnt be ready for my actual procedure until noon, but after the nurse explained to me the reason why I had to wait (lab work processing and medication effectiveness time) I then understood and appreciated that disclosure. The only negative criticism I have to offer about waiting is that the waiting room was a bit over crowded. Then again, perhaps it wouldnt have been if other patients limited the amount of friends they brought with them to their appointment, and if their company gave patients being seen seating advantage.The staff was very friendly and professional from beginning to end and I was thoroughly educated about my procedure process, as well as was given thorough aftercare instructions. I was even given a complimentary follow up appointment afterwards. Despite my grave discomfort and fear with having to create and go through an abortion procedure, the staff at this facility was very compassionate with me and made this uncomfortable process quite pleasant. If I ever come across someone who may need a referral, I would highly recommend this place.

This was my first time ever making a decision like this. So I was very terrified, the staff are verrryy nice and walked me through every step before doing each process. I was put down twilight they called me and said we’re done it was a very fast process and I experienced little cramping I took tynelol I didn’t have to get the pain meds prescribed. Now if your impatient I wouldn’t suggest this place for you because the wait time is very slow do to first come first served and also it’s a process with each patient but other than that this place is great

The staff is really nice. I went there to terminate my pregnancy as I already have one child, 2years old, which is enough for me right now. I was an emotional wreck cause,.. well its my baby Im getting rid off, even though Im only like 6 weeks along.. The nurse gave me a pain pill and a Xanax for anxiety and send me back in the waiting room. There were like 6 other women. All of them got those pills too. I got there at 9am in the morning by 11am I got the meds and had to go back in the waiting room. I wasnt called in the back to get the procedure done until 2pm by that time the meds had stopped working and I was freaking out again. Had a panic attack. But the doctor was so understanding and sweet and told me that I could come back when Im ready to go through with it. He didnt want to do anything until I was 100% sure. I left the room and got a refund.not all of it but from $275 I got 150 back.ProsThe staff. Friendly and professional and very caring about everybody who comes in.ConsThe waiting time is ridiculous.

To anyone who ever needs their service now or ever in the future I highly recommend this place. These professionals know exactly what they are doing and run a great business! Everyone is so warming and comforting... No one wants to have to go through this, but if you do have to, the supportive staff here made it a little easier. Whenever we called someone always answered the phone. I never felt like we were alone in this.

I was feeling scared when I arrived at clinic, the nurses treated me with respect, no judgement, very professional and showing a lot of compassion in one of the most difficult moments in my life . All my questions were answered before the procedure.Today is 24 hours after and I’m feeling fine, no issues or concerns.

The clinic treated me amazing before I had the procedure I was nervous and the nurses I spoke to made me feel comfortable when it was time for my procedure I had a panic attack and started crying because I was scared and the doctor and nurses were right there by my side telling me it will be ok the doctor said he will make sure I come out of the procedure perfectly fine and he will treat me like I am his own I definitely recommend this clinic and this is coming from a 17 year old

The staff is always sweet and informative. They are very compassionate towards your feelings and personal privacy. Always a clean and comfortable environment. Wouldnt go anywhere else since i found them years ago. Lifetime member here and I highly recommend them.

I couldnt be more appreciative of the professionalism of the staff at Washington Surgi-Clinic. Everyone was kind and most importantly sensitive to the nature at hand. The Doctor was exceptionally precise, yet the procedure didnt feel rushed. He was as gentle as the situation would allow. So much so, I felt obligated to thank him afterwards. The nurse who lent me her hand to hold, shell never know how much it meant to me in that moment. I will absolutely recommend Washington Surgi-Clinic to a friend or loved one seeking other options.

This clinic is very dirty. I observed a bobby pin on the ground for the 3 day duration and it did not move. The staff is terrible. They told me my wife was just cramping when in fact she had been in labor for over 12 hours and about had the baby without pain killers in the wrong position due to that. Upon finding her in the floor the blond haired lady could be heard from the waiting room screaming at her to get up when she couldn’t and had blood everywhere she continued to tell her too stand and drug her by the arm down the hall regardless of blood being spread everywhere. They tell the patient whom can’t remember due to the drugs and anesthesia aftercare instructions and about the procedure instead of notifying the legal appointed care person as well. They do not keep the spouse or other support informed at all. The waiting area is cramped with one bathroom. I do not suggest this clinic unless you want your spouse to have a baby without any guidance or pain killers as their pain management is horrible. They just want their money and will do anything at the cost of the patients health to get it.

My experience here was great! The staff April, Jesse, and nurse Maria were very professional, caring, and calming before, during, and after. Dr. Santangelo was also very professional and reassuring.

I should’ve read the results before showing up ,this time around,this has been the worse experience of all time..I was scheduled for an appointment at 9:00am …from the look of things along with 7 other women, I was given a scheduled time for the procedure but yet and still haven’t been seen ,A nurse inserted a pill to help dilation and I was in then told to sit in the waiting room, in agony I could barely stand ,they placed me in a room, with no comforting ,it’s now 1:11 as I write the this …I’m still in the waiting room with 3 other woman waiting to have my procedure done this is so unacceptable,this office is unprofessional.then they move you around just to make room for the next patient it’s disgusting honestly

They are unethical as they lie to their patients about what they will experience and the nurse is rude. Didn’t even get to see the doctor once and was there for 7 hours.

I had an amazing experience at the Washington surgi clinic. I loved the light skin lady with the short hair cut and the hispanic lady with the black ponytail. Its unfortunate I dont know either of their names but they were very helpful.

Very professional and caring the only thing I didnt really like is that they dont tell you until youve paid and taken your meds that the procedure is 3 hours after, but it was quick and easy and Im still recovering hopefully Im fine after this month.Id recommend them.

The staff were nice and friendly. There a lot of people but I was on time and being the first the wait wasnt bad.Be on time , dont have any other programs and you will be okay.Everything went on fine and got the help I needed.

I went for a abortion and I paid 5,000 in cash. Just to be rush to the hospital on my third day with my baby being revived and she died July 30th 2020 a day before my birthday because the doctor lied to me about the pills and didn’t want to come in the office early enough. Almost died in the shower pass out. Thank God angels for waking me up allowing me to call a ambulance. Still till this day they don’t know what happened to me or reach out to see if I was alive or not. Do not and I repeat do not go here!!!!!

The staff is very professional and courteous I’ll recommend here to anyone... I was super scared and nervous they also ask questions to make sure I was comfortable.. during the procedure the nurse held my hand just to reassure me that everything was going to be just fine

My overall experience was okay I’d say. My complaints are definitely their pain management and the fact the doctor took forever to get there.

It was excellent experience, since I called till I arrived , friendly staffordable specially my counselor her name was jessy ;also the lady who did the ultrasound , the blood extraction, the Doctor was amazing, I came from outside the states just for a procedure and they just let me feel that I am home , thank you very much from the bottom of my heart, absolutely I do recommend this clinic

The woman who answers the phone is very rude and nasty. Her attitude is not the proper attitude to have for someone who is answering and addressing calls and questions. When i asked to speak to the manager regarding her HORRIBLE ATTITUDE SHE TOLD ME TO CALL SOMEWHERE ELSE AND HUNG UP THE PHONE! Disgusting

Everyone was very nice and made me feel comfortable the entire time!!! doctors work nice and fast.

Fast procedure although the wait was long. They told me to come at 9:00 a.m and did not get seen until 12:00 p.m

Even with the earliest appt set, I get pushed back for first come first serve, ridiculous customer service. And ride on the phone.

Horrible they tell you to come at 9am when you get there its packed they take your urine and have you wait then the do you blood and vitals and have you wait 4hrs the Dr didnt come until 1pm

This place is disgusting and terrifying. Contact the Northwest Pregnancy Center, Capitol Hill Pregnancy Center, or Gabriel Network instead.

Find another Place this is the worst place you could possibly go. The staff members are so rude. they made me feel sooooooooo uncomfortable.

I am really very grateful for the help of the staff, all very kind and attentive to the patients health. If you have complications when you are not at the clinic you can call and the doctor answers you immediately and tells you what to do, they are very delicate with everything... if your experience was not the same as mine it is because perhaps you are not prepared to face a situation like this.
