Amazing staff! From the first day I got there till the last day. The staff made me and my partner super comfortable. Took care of us amazingly. For my first ever experience I am very happy. Thank you so much 1000+ times. I am very grateful for every each one of you. ❤️❤️❤️

The staff I interacted with at DuPont Clinic were absolutely amazing. I could not, and have not, had a better experience as a patient in any sense my entire life. Staff were very thorough with explanations every step of the way, comforting, and helpful. I’ve cried several times since my last appointment from just the care I received from them. Thank you all so much ❤️

I want to start by saying that coming here to get an abortion was not what we wanted but my baby had a life threatening condition and we decided this was the best decision.This has been the hardest and saddest decision I have ever taken because we really wanted this baby.The staff in the clinic treated me and my sister, who accompanied me while my husband stayed back with our other children back in Florida, with a lot of respect and understanding. My nurse was Jenny, who discussed everything and was extremely knowledgeable, the doctor who treated me was Dr.B and my doula was Heather who was the sweetest most patient person. The procedure was painless and pretty fast. But what was most important for me is that they let me see and hold my baby for the last time which meant a lot to me. They also gave me his hands and foot prints and gifted me a little hat he was wearing when they presented him to me.All I can say about my experience is that they made is as easy going as they could and I will always be grateful for that.For anyone else going through something like this I wish you the best, and I’m sorry you’re in this situation but know unfortunately, it happens, you’re not alone.Thank you, Heather, Jenny and Dr. B; I’ll never forget how well I was treated by you.

The staff is amazing and the clinic is very well thought out. We were there due to heartbreaking medical reasons, and we are forever grateful that the staff were able to make us feel well supported and comfortable throughout the entire visit. The location is very clean and welcoming, and the process allows for you to avoid seeing other patients. Everything was thoroughly explained and taken at our pace with plenty of opportunity for questions or concerns. They also follow up with resources, suggestions, and compassion following the visit. Thank you to all the amazing staff I met through my appointments.

Amazing staff and Dr.Reeves is the best! The energy in the office is beautiful and you will never feel alone in the process..I came on my own (no support) and I can honestly say everyone made me feel at home. The rooms are nice and clean and it doesn’t have that eerie feeling. They give great resources and will help as much as they can. I wish I could give this review 1000/10 because they truly deserve it. GREAT JOB TEAM

When I first arrived to DuPont I was extremely nervous and having a hard time emotionally but when I left I had found a new extreme appreciation for this place. I don’t think I’ve ever had a more positive experience at any other medical facility. All the staff are amazing and made me feel very safe and comfortable and I couldn’t thank them enough. They explain everything very thoroughly they also provide any refreshments you could need and the rooms are private and very comfortable. Daisy was an absolute angel and made me feel like I had a new best friend the whole time I was at the clinic. Just having her to talk to me through every process made everything so much easier and helped me so much with coping emotionally/physically. Thank you all for making such a hard experience a great one ❤️

I am writing my review way to late but the fact that still vividly remember just goes to show you how amazing these people were. 3 years ago I traveled to DuPont Clinic from Florida and had the pleasure of having Dr. Jessica and Camille at my services. (There were more people at my service, but these two people stood out the most). Dr. Jessica listened to my every word, worries, and concerns. She assured me that everything that was going on with my baby was nothing that I could have prevented. The development and growth of the fetus naturally went wrong. Camille was such an angel and never left my side. I cried the whole time, and she never tried to get me to stop crying; she allowed me to process all my feelings. She even whipped some of my tears away. Her emotional support was top-tier, and Ill forever thank her till this day. 3 years later, I have nothing but good things to say about this Clinic and would highly recommend this clinic to another pregnant patient.As for the cleanness of the clinic, beautiful. There is really nothing bad to say about this place. I was greeted kindly when I walked in for my procedure and treated with respect. The young lady who called me on the phone after I filled out the request online was also a sweetheart. I am not sure if the staff is still there but the staff back in August 2020 was simply professional, beautiful, and amazing.

This clinic regularly places its patients in the emergency room due to poor management of life-threatening complications. Many patients have died because of this clinic - DO NOT GO!

I came in on 5/31/23 at 11am ready to start the process of my termination. The staff was amazing. Everybody was very nice and offered their comfort. I felt like a priority. I felt important from the moment i was greeted. The staff makes sure that you understand every piece of what’s going on through out the entire process. I appreciated their clarity. Anita really made me feel like I had someone in my corner that understood me… & Dr. Kupperstock was amazing. I’m crying as I write this because I’ve never felt so shook up from an experience but I also never felt so safe and sure that I would be taken care of… this is my public THANK YOU. The whole staff made me feel extremely comfortable and safe. The building is set up where there are no protesters & the patients dont run into each other. The patient rooms are super cozy and they have water & snacks available. My advocate Anita was great & so easy to talk to. All of the nurses and doctors I came in contact with were also super nice & made me feel comfortable. They dont push anything you dont want & are great listeners, they explain everything in great detail & dont get annoyed with questions. Also it is true they never ask any questions about why you are making this choice, they just ask if you are positive because its obviously not reversible. I loved my experience here.

I wish that there really were words to ever express my forever gratitude for this amazing place. Dr. Kuperstock, Cecile, Jennie & all of the clinic staff are truly amazing at what they do.They were able to show my husband and I light on the darkest of days. It was such an emotional process, but their kindness, compassion and support really got me through this. They treated me and my angel baby with the utmost compassion, and I will be forever grateful for meeting them.Thank you for making the hardest day of my life, slightly more bearable. You guys are truly amazing at what you do.

I personally cant put into words how amazed and blessed I am to able to have had the experience with this facility like the one I endured. You might be feeling anxious or nervous before your appointment but I can promise you the moment you walk in all of the employees treat you like family and the warmest welcoming ever will be delivered right to you! Im still amazed by how amazing my experience was the whole thing. Big shout-out to my doctor and all of the nurses that took amazing care of me, but really I want to make a huge shout out to Anne-Olive who was with me every single step of the way and Im so honored to have met someone like her, she was my BACKBONE. Again, thank you Dupont Clinic!

This clinic was, not say the best experience, but it was the best way for my partner to experience her abortion. Her dula (Bria) and care guide (Bailey) made sure my partner was felt comfortable and safe, and explained the whole process to her so she could understand what was happening and let her know that at any point before the time period she could stop at anytime. Dr. Russo and Dr. Jeanlus were very helpful throughout the process to make sure at anytime anything went wrong they would be available and I mean at anytime. They were very kind to me allowing me to be there for my partner and made me feel comfortable and safe knowing she was also.Hope everyone is doing wellFrom Melanie and Brand

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles, kindness and calm. I didnt feel judged or pressured at all. I got emotional a few times and they were so patient with me, letting me know that it was completely ok and normal to feel what I was feeling. They were all amazing. They make the hardest thing I have ever had to decide and go through just that much easier and will be more than happy to hold my hand at every turn. Theres no way I could possibly put into words how amazing these people are but i will try. Every single person I met at dupont was outstanding. I couldnt have asked for anyone better. They help you in so many ways In your time of need. They make a hard life changing moment so much easier. My doula Tamia is God sent. She is an angel from above. I will never forget any of these people but mostly her. I had my mom, my best friend with me as my support person but for someone who does not have someone and goes alone, believe me when I say, you will not feel alone at any moment through this process once you get there AND once you leave. They are supportive every step of the way. And do everything they can to make you feel extremely comfortable. I could write an entire book about how amazing they are. I almost cried when I had to leave them because I wanted to take Tamia home with me. Dupont truly cares about you, friend to friend. This is more then a job to them. They truly want to help you and love doing it. Do not second guess coming here. No decision is an easy decision but you know deep down what is the right decision, FOR YOU. Be selfish. This is YOUR life. You are NOT alone. You are loved. I love you. After I found out about my situation I went through a roller coaster of emotions but after leaving dupont today after my 3 day procedure, Ive never felt more sure of myself. Im now comfortable and content. I know I made the right decision for myself. I thank you all at dupont from my whole heart. I love you all. Especially thank you Tamia for being you. Do not worry if you cannot afford it whole cost. There is many funding places that will help you as much as they can, dupont will help you in any way they can. They want to make this as little stress for you as possible.

I don’t even know where to start, all I can say is, this is by far the best clinic ever. I was super nervous and dealing with a lot by the time I arrived but the staff and Dr. Rubin was amazing! I loved my nurse Sarah and personal care giver, Albright. The experience was very relaxing & the entire office was super private & extremely clean. All I’m saying is, if you want a comfortable experience & a place where you actually get treated not like a patient but family, this is the clinic for you.

This place felt like a safe haven. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and the staff were so attentive to my needs. They walked me through the entire process and were there by my side every step of the way. This is typically not an easy process, but they made this experience nothing short of calming. There are no words that can truly express my gratitude to this clinic. I was so extremely nervous as time was getting closer to my appointment. As soon as I sat down in their patient waiting room and was greeted by my doula, Bailey, I knew that I was in the best hands possible. First of all, lets talk about my doula. Bailey is SUCH an amazing person. Shes an incredibly soft natured and a comforting human. I cant thank her enough for the continuous care she provided. She was able to answer every single one of my questions (and trust me, I got a lot of questions lol) she was happy to explain procedures so that I wouldnt feel lost about what was happening. She was funny and just an all around incredible person and I am so happy I was able to have her as my doula. Thank you to nurse Jenny for taking care of me and making sure I was feeling okay the whole time that I was there. She was also happy to explain all the medications she was giving me and she has some of the softest hands ever!!! And of course, I have to thank Dr. Reeves for helping me get through this and also making sure I was always on the same page as the medical team. Thank you guys again for being there and helping me through one of the hardest decisions of my life. When Im rich one day, I know exactly where Ill be donating my money.

DuPont Clinic was the best decision I could have made! This staff is OUT OF THIS WORLD!! From the intake process to the overall experience. The togetherness these ladies display is like bar none there natural connect is what you need when making tough decisions. These ladies worked so well with each other! Who ever is in charge of this establishment needs to host a seminar on customer services and being a team because these ladies display this very well! They made me feel so comfortable and loved & not once judged. I can go on & on but its not even enough words to describe this awesome place or staff. Facility is clean and beautiful. Both physicians today are very skilled and knowledgeable with great bedside manners. Staff are dedicated and amazing. Thank you very much for all you do day in and day out to help women in need. Just amazing all around.

I searched so many places trying to figure out where I wanted to go. I wouldn’t have gone if I didn’t need to, but that was the case and I’m so blessed to have found you guys. The way I was taken care of and treated was immaculate. I hope I never have to come back for anything negative, but if that so happens to be the case I will be back here and if I know of anyone else that needs help, I will most definitely be sending them here. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart and for taking away any pain my little boy had!

I had a procedure done about a week and a half ago. I really can’t even express just how amazing this clinic was to me ! I’m still shocked at how easy going this clinic made my procedure. I was beyond scared at first and I’m telling you, they will change that from the minute you walk in. I originally was supposed to go to another clinic that turned me away because my iron was “too low”. The minute I made my appointment and spoke to the desk receptionist I knew I picked a good place to come to. Very professional and just nice. Even from the moment that I walked in, the staff was just amazing. Especially during a difficult time. They were never judge mental at all and answered every single question I had. I never felt rushed or anything. I had a lady named Shy (might have spelled it wrong) she was beyond amazing the whole time. Literally talked to me and comforted me both days that I was there. Felt like I knew her forever lol. Sarah was my anesthesiologist and she was wonderful. I was panicking a lot about being put under anesthesia because I never had been before. She made sure she talked to me about everything and answered all 100 questions I had lol. By the second day she definitely made me comfortable and ready. Dr. Kuperstock did my procedure and she was just overall great ! Fast and and answered all my questions. Always made sure I was comfortable before proceeding. That’s another thing that I liked about this team. They worked with me and was just was very patient. They never proceeded without my ok and just asking am I ready. It’s already a difficult time and just so much stigma about certain procedures and the staff here didn’t judge at all. Nothing felt forced, I was comfortable from the first time I walked in until when I left. Everything here was a 10/10. Even in the recovery room. I definitely felt like family instead of a patient. This is definitely the best clinic by far !

I recently visited the clinic for the first time and I was very impressed. The entire process from the initial phone call to patient care is professional, caring, and comforting. The patient care professionals who answer the phone help patients navigate what can oftentimes be a difficult process. They will help get your records and reports, help with logistics--including how to get there and where to stay--and they will answer all your questions without judgmental or pressure.The clinic itself is welcoming and exudes calmness and zen. The flow of the clinic is set so every patient gets individualized, private, personal care. They see patients one at a time so there is no busy waiting room. The nurses who work there are kind, empathetic, and professional. The physician is among the most qualified in the country with many years of experience. The care patients receive in this very special place.For anyone who finds themselves in need of specialized care at this clinic, you will be in good hands.

I am forever grateful to the beautiful people who work here. I was treated with kindness, respect, empathy, and gentleness. Quality, compassionate abortion care in a non-judgmental atmosphere.

This place is phenomenal, and from start to finish it just blew my mind the love and kindness that the doctor and staff showed me, (little ole me, a stranger off the street). They didnt know me from Adam and yet everyone single lady, and one male 😉, treated me with love and compassion, like I was family. I would leave them 100 stars if I could . We traveled from Indianapolis and they took SUCH good care of my husband and i . They were so friendly and empathetic i was beside myself . Our patient care guide was a literal angel , I loved her so much . She was with me the entire process , and even held my hand during my procedure/surgery . Hugged me , let me cry , let me cuss and scream and cry some more . They had the best doctors anyone could ask for - so gentle and caring . They gave us foot prints of our daughter to keep , which was so kind . If I ever have the misfortune of having this travesty happening again , I would go back to DC in a heartbeat . I will definitely keep in touch with the clinic just because they were that great . I love you guys and thank you so much for taking such good care of us during this tough time . ❤️EDIT:even TWO weeks later they have still been one of my biggest support systems throughout this grieving process ! They check on me to see how im feeling and doing , see how work is going , and just see what ive been up to in general . I email the site whenever I have a concern , and they get back with me within hours , never the 24 it says it could take . I miss their warm smiling faces everyday and if DC wasnt 10 hours away , I would remain even closer with them . Morgan and Jeanette are literally heaven sent - Im so glad when I called with some concerns recently , I got to talk with Morgan , she is the best nurse Ive ever had . The jokes we shared during my time there havent faded and they know how to make me smile and feel better after getting me to talk about myself and crying (thanks , Morgan lol 😂😘) . Made me wait several hours, when I asked how much longer Id be waiting staff was very rude I was very uncomfortable.

There are not enough superlatives to describe how extraordinary the employees of the Dupont Clinic are. From the first phone call with Caroline, to the intake interview with Kevin to Elizabeth, to Morgan, and to the office manager Maritza, words cannot express the amazing efforts these wonderful people put forth on behalf of their patients. Their quality of care is exceptional and their empathy, sympathy, knowledge and support are unequalled. The clinic itself is serene, smells lovely and is decorated cheerfully and warmly. These wonderful people make an unbearable situation, manageable, tolerable and comfortable, as possible, with no judgment whatsoever. Maritza performs her duties diligently and painstakingly and is extremely intelligent and experienced regarding insurance and other funds that may be available to their patients. There is no other clinic that I would ever consider, but the Dupont Clinic.

From the first phone call I felt really cared about with no judgement. I wasn’t being thrown facts and rushed off the phone. I traveled alone from down south to DC for this procedure so it was really nerve wracking to do this alone but when I got to the clinic they never let me feel that way. They treated me instantly like a long time friend and made sure I understood what I was getting myself into. They were very clear on the procedures, medicines, side effects that may happen which made me feel confident to leave and be on my own at night. The clinic is also so clean and inviting! The whole staff was seriously amazing and I wish they could be my doctors for everything else too 😂

You can’t find better care than here. Dr. Reeves and the team are absolutely amazing and wonderful. There aren’t kinder words to describe how great they all were. Made me feel safe and comfortable from the moment I called them up. I miss them already, and will forever be great full to them.

I’ve been dragging my feet when it comes to writing this but DuPont clinic is the most professional medical facility I’ve ever been in. Not only is Dr. Reeves a riot, he’s completely understanding and explanatory. He’s thorough in his work and does an incredible job. The staff there are truly welcoming and make you feel as comfortable as humanly possible and then some. From the initial first phone call right up to the date of my appointment, DuPont took care of me. I was apprehensive and nervous beforehand, having to deal with such a scary and first time experience was overwhelming but DuPont did everything in their power to make it relaxing, easy going, and easy to process. I truly am grateful for the work they’ve done for me. I have a new lease on life thanks to DuPont and I will be forever indebted to every person there. If you have to go through a similar situation, go to DuPont.

Had a 3 day procedure so I got to know the clinic and everyone there very well. Im so glad I went here because my experience couldnt have been better. They made a very difficult and trying situation as easy as possible by being so attentive and kind to me when I truly needed it. I was even trying to plan a last minute doula, but come to find out they provide this! My doula here was so amazing I wish I could take her in my pocket! Dr. Reeves was very professional and everything was explained to me ten fold, and double checked.This place really needs to be the standard that every other clinic looks at. Couldnt be cleaner, the entire staff couldnt be nicer, couldnt be better by any means. Thank you Dupont team, you all will hold a special place in my heart forever, I truly needed the love and compassion I was shown by everyone, especially my nurse and doula. Patients each receive individualized and personalized care in a private setting. Care and medical attention is patient focused and is provided by experienced medical staff. The physician is one of the most knowledgeable in his field as well as one of the kindest that I know. The administrative staff ensure that this clinic runs at peak performance.
