NextCare Urgent Care Victoria

Came in for extreme sciatica and lower back pain. The NP Christina (I think was her name. Sorry) was amazing. She treated me respectfully and compassionately. Highly recommend for my fellow veterans.

My son got a fish hook deep in his finger so we took him in. We checked him in through the phone on the way and when we got there, they took him back in less than 5 minutes! They numbed his finger and took the hook right out! They were all so nice and took very good care of him!! We were out in less than an hour!

I signed in online but I needed to add a form of payment/insurance. I approached the front desk to talk to the lady and give her my card to make a copy of it and she brushed me off saying she had a lot going on and that there were 5 people ahead of me when the website said 4. She took my card and tossed it on her desk. This is extremely rude and if she cant handle the flow of work she should look for another job but not be rude to people!!! Well see how the rest of the visit goes! The visit went fine, the wait wasnt too too long and the nurse and NP were very friendly. Took care of me quick and called in my meds in. The front desk lady became nicer to upon my departure too. But that doesnt excuse her initial attitude.

By far the worst urgent care visit ever. I made an appointment and arrived 30 min. early checked in via the code and all paperwork was complete prior to arriving. This is Monday so of course we got to listen to all of the nurses conversations about what they did over the weekend and gossip over other patients charts and claims which is incredibly unprofessional for other patients to be listening to. I watched the checked in list as we were next in line 3 walk-ins came in and were seen before us. After asking the desk clerk how long it would be she rudely rolled her eyes looked to the nurse to her left. I sat down she got up went to the back whispering and looking toward us and gave yet again another rude smirk. We were eventually seen but will NEVER return to this location.

The wait time wasn’t bad at all. But they didn’t help my husband at all and never called about the blood work. Sent my husband home, when he wasn’t doing well. They never followed up, we ended up in the ER and the Dr there diagnosed him within a minute after seeing him and it was confirmed with lab within an hour.

Leticia the front desk staff was very patient & welcoming. Thank you so much to Dr. April Thompson & Sadie for taking great care of my three children I was very pleased! Has a mother with three sick babies it can be tough and very overwhelming, Thanks to a good staff for looking passed the madness & treating us with much care & respect thanks again to you ladies.🤍

I have been at this location several times and have always had a good experience. Today was not the case. I had an appointment but there was still A slight wait. Once inside the nurse was rough but did what she needed to do. She was also short with her answers. I didn’t really feel like she was considerate of what I was asking.

I went in with a sprained ankle and it was painful to walk and stand up, now a couple of hours later I already feel relief from the excruciating pain and it’s beginning to feel normal again. The front staff and back staff persons who helped me were caring, helpful, and courteous; and the medical care provider who treated me was accurate, exceptional, and successful in her treatment. I will go here again first if needed and I highly recommend it!

Came in late on Saturday night for a rapid Covid test. Could not have been treated better. The check in outside was a little unwieldy, but once that was done things moved quickly. Thank goodness they were open and able to accommodate us because I was supposed to keep my granddaughters for a week until my test was positive. Highly recommended!

My four children and myself all were not feeling well. I scheduled an appointment for the 5 of us and we were seen in a timely manner. They handled our big bunch very professionally. I was very pleased.

We went to the Twin Fiuntains facility on Main Street first. We were in and out in about 15-20 minutes. It wasn’t super busy. We had to visit the other facility to get an X-ray at my request. Overall a great experience. Everyone was super friendly and Nurse Practitioner was knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and fulfilled my wishes. We waited for about 10-15 minutes at the other facility just to get an X-ray. No one else was in the waiting room and I can’t say how many were in the back but the parking lot was pretty empty. Once she went back for the X-ray it took about 3-5 minutes and we were done.

We stopped in for urgent care and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Sara Lewis was excellent she is very knowledgeable. My husband had some preexisting conditions and she made certain that his prescriptions were safe. They were also great with the kids when we were waiting. Very friendly and nice also a very clean facility.

I went through the drive through covid testing. And in my opinion this was a complete joke... I arrived at 1030 me and my 2 kids. I waiting where we were supposed to and then 30 minutes later I called to find out what was taking so long. The lady on the phone said people had been waiting for at least an hour. I figured 30 extra minutes wasnt to bad and Id tough it out. 2 hours later I was finally asked for my information and told to pull in the parking lot and wait until someone comes out to get me. (All while people were cutting in line and just driving up) i waited another hour and called to ask why the people behind me were getting to go first. And was told they were going in order. After 4 hours of waiting I got my 10 minute test done. I think they took their lunch break during my waiting time which Im fine with but they should really make that clear to the people waiting or have shifts. I will not be returning ever again. And I will not recommend this place to anyone.

We’ve been waiting in this room for well over an hour. The person who came here to be seen has excruciating back pain and they seem not to care. All we need is a prescription. There is no other patients here and it’s ridiculous. They may be polite but are not efficient, even when it’s slow.

I brought my 89 year old Mother in law in with a head wound from a fall. The staff was VERY responsive and saw her immediately. Leticia got us checked in post haste. Jennifer was friendly and attentive as she did triage and cleaned her up. Christina then did a thorough examination, closed her wound and referred us to the ER for a scan. All in all, great care. Thank you, and BRAVO!

Dr. Misdiagnosed my 10 month old daughter. Said she had step throat without even doing a test, prescribed medication and everything. I went and had a second opinion because it didn’t seem right to not have a test done. Had a test and it came back negative. She just has allergies. Attempted to get through to talk to someone to do something about this and no one would help me.

This is a great place to go if you need medical help. Very short waiting time and very friendly people. Shelly is very friendly and helpful. Joe is friendly and very good st what he does. Sarah is the greatest. Makes you feel like an old friend. She is also very knowledgeable and helpful. I have a regular Dr. but I go here when my physician is unavailable.

This group of amazing people are just genuinely caring. I made two visits in one week due to my symptoms. I felt truly blessed on my first visit because they were very sympathetic and gentle with my care. Two days later I go back and I get a totally different set of staff members and they were amazing, caring, kind, genuinely sympathize that I still was not feeling better. I was twice blessed with the TF staff.

I was greeted upon 1st walking in the door. The reception this was very friendly and signed me in quickly. The assistant did on my vitals in a very professional manner. The nurse practitioner was phenomenal. Alannah took care of everything that I needed and got me Out of there feeling a 100% better and on my way to full recovery. I would you recommend Victoria urgent care in a heart beat.

The wait was a little longer than I imagined it would have been, but once I got in to get tested didn’t take to long. I was aloud to leave right away and would be contacted about results. Results took about 2 hours, I assume to be ok. The people were very nice and professional. I would go back.

We were traveling and had to stop at Twin Fountains Medical Center unexpectedly. My son ended up having the flu. We weren’t able to make an appointment online because they were full, but they were still taking walk ins. I was hesitant and figured we’d be there for hours. This visit was the most pleasant urgent care experience I’ve had. They still got us seen quickly and efficiently. Whatever they are doing, they’re doing it right. From start to finish, we were only there an hour and a half. That was with 4 people ahead of us. I’d highly recommend this urgent care. Very clean and friendly!

So proper treatment for a sprain is Rest Ice Compression and Elevations. Its one of the first things you learn in nursing school. So I sprained my wrist and I work at a desk job. It had been a couple days of me treating it at home, but it wasnt getting better so I decided to make an appointment. The NP refused to give me a work release. Would you tell a person with a sprained ankle to stand for work or rest? Im kind of confused. I can barely make a fist. The staff wasnt very friendly. The wait was fine. If youre going to spend money, I would definitely choose somewhere else.

Would highly recommend staff was extremely pleasant. Although it took a little while i think for the amount of people in parking lot went faster than what they had timed it. Very clean and staff took all precautions. Would definately go back and recommend my family to. Thank you guys for all you do to keep us safe. God bless each one of you and keep you safe

I went to the other Twin fountains location when I tested positive for COVID-19 and the staff were quick and professional. I am now here to get a negative test so that I can return to work safely... I was told it would be an hour wait which I was okay with as I knew they were busy. 1 1/2 hours later I called to find out how much longer it would be as I have a dog a home who needs to be let out... I was told that “I need to be patient because they are the only open testing site in town and that they are on “group 2” so it’ll be at least another hour.” I called three other testing sites who all said they were open... Frustrated, I decided to wait because I need the test and was already in line. Another 45 went by before I was moved to another parking lot to continue to wait. Another 45 minutes and not a single car waiting has been taken for testing and people are actually having food delivered to their cars! This is ridiculous. Completely inefficient service. Rude staff. STILL haven’t gotten tested.

Everyone was super friendly and very accommodating. I asked if I could wait in my car since so many people were sick. They even called me when it was my turn. Doctor was great and took time to listen to my concerns. Would definitely use them again.

Appointment was very easy to make and process using the Solv app. Employees at Twin Fountains were excellent. Took extra care to protect others from Covid, protected my privacy and were very encouraging and sweet. Would recommend them for anything to anyone. NP very knowledgeable as well as the nurse. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

As a new patient, upon entering I did have to fill out some paperwork before getting in line, and the wait from finishing that to leaving was about an hour. I went in for a bruise I got out of nowhere (turns out I just popped a vessel ugh). Some complain about the wait time but honestly it was not that bad because the place had JUST opened for the day and there was not many people on staff. I highly believe the experience would be faster for some if they come around a busier time or are definitely a returning patient. The vitals nurse was kind and fast, the doctor was funny and efficient, when I was finally seen, maybe half an hour into waiting, I was out in just five minutes. I would recommend, and I will go back in the future if any other medical concerns were to arise.Oh yeah, and those prices compared to that of an ER? Absolutely awesome. GO HERE FIRST!!!

It was great. I made an appointment online. Download the patient forms and filled them out. Took them to my appointment. Checked in quickly. Called us back quickly. Was seen by the super sweet NP. Everyone was nice. I will definitely go back here. I dont know why I hadnt yet.

I really don’t like doing these surveys but I wanted to let people know my experience.Minimal wait time, friendly service and actually got a phone call to inform me my Covid test was negative. A personalized phone call is rare and I really appreciated that. Great job by all there! Thanks, Rudy.

I came to Twin Fountains with a urgent need of care without an appointment. I was greeted kindly and treated promptly by a knowledgeable team of care givers who patiently walked me through the process as they were treating my issue; giving me a few moments to compose myself as we went.I am grateful for their sensitivity to my needs and professionalism regarding the entire process.

I took my daughter there today. She had a temp of 101.1. Shelley, the receptionist let us wait in our truck & she called when they were ready to see her. Joe, the nurse, was very kind. Tina, the nurse practitioner, was thorough and patient with my daughter. Very happy with our experience.

So I set an appointment for 6 get there 30 minutes early signed in everything. 545 a walkin goes in gets pulled to the back at 610. Still haven’t gotten called yet going on 620. Nurses got an attitude really quickly when I inquired as to why someone with no appointment can arrive 15 minutes after I’ve been waiting and be seen 25 minutes before I’m even called then to be told itd be another 30 minutes waiting in the room

The staff at Twin Fountains NextCare are very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The provider they have, Kristi Williams, was attentive, reassuring, nurturing, calm and skillful. I left with a smile and satisfaction in my care today! Thank you NextCare

Long wait but excellent patient care! Grateful they are open late. The Dr. did a great job with my sick son and he is feeling much better. Would recommend!

I had a wonderful experience. Shelly took real good care of me and my needs. I live far away from home and since I was feeling pretty sick and Im uninsured. Shelly gave that motherly feel to me and helped me so I could get seen and taken care of. If your sick I highly recommend this place they are so sweet and loving and the wait time is amazing as well.!

Everyone here is extremely nice and beyond professional. I was so amazed with the fast care I got here that I am definitely gonna make this my place to go to whenever I need medical attention. Awesome service and super nice and caring. I didn’t feel rushed or like a burden.

So disappointed! Use this clinic a lot and today was a bad experience-front desk and nurse unfriendly-did the check in online, which is suppose to save time because you can come when they text you and not have to wait very long-we were here 15 min prior to expected time and were all checked in etc-hour and a half after our arrival, we finally saw a doctor! Doctor was nice when she finally came in. I am beyond upset with the service in general! What is the point of the online check in if you have to wait as long or longer than others who just walked in??? And why cant people be nice??

DO NOT GO HERE. Arrived at this facility at 9:07 with one person ahead of me inside and one person in the drive thru. After waiting an hour and a half and seeing six or more drive thru vehicles and the person inside of taken care of. I asked the extremely professional person working the front desk how much longer and if the drive thru customers are given priority over people waiting inside. She responded yes that they did. I walked around to the side of the building to inquire how much longer it would take to be seen. I informed them I had arrived before all of the half dozen vehicles that both of them were working on, and that I had been there an hour and a half. At that time an extremely belligerent and pompous young female told me I had to go back inside and that I was being disrespectful. Disrespectful to me is ignoring people who have been there. Upon asking the name of this person at the front desk I found out she was the PA. I NEVER did see a doctor on the premises, much less actually treating the three people waiting inside. Absolutely the MOST unprofessional staff I have ever seen in 64 years. Choose another place that treats you with respect for your time AND as a customer.

The staff provided exceptional care with an upbeat attitude! All of the Nurse Practioners and staff members I’ve dealt with at this clinic are extremely nurturing and take the time to give a thorough diagnosis! My two boys and I love this doctor’s office because of the people who work there!

Not foster-child friendly. Their sister facility does not have problems understanding the demographic. It’s a shame their staff are not educated on state-standards of care. Will be reporting the refusal to offer care at state level.

My daughter stuck a hard corn kernel in her ear and we couldn’t get it out. The NP was great and she got it out. The front desk lady and NP were both very nice and got us out quickly. Thank you !

Just went today(8/11/22). NextCare took real good care of me. Had a hyper extended achilles tendon. Gave me two shots and a prescription. Fixed me up good. Only one disappointment. Checked in at 4:17pm, got out at 7:20pm. Three hours for a ten minute service. Well atleast they took care of my health concern. Now, I can get back to work without any issues. They took good care of me and they all were quite pleasant. The checkin process is screwy as heck but id definately go back. I had actually gone to another walk-in clinic only to be told i had to make an appt. A little while back i had used another clinic only to be told they wouldnt take medicare but i was in too much pain to go elsewhere. NextCare Urgent Care did good...except the check-in procedure.

Took my sister to this clinic at 8:15PM and the outside was unlit. Looked closed and felt very uneasy walking into the building. The doctor spent the 10 min visit digging into her past procedures. And speaking veryunprofessionally about my sisters past personal experiences. She swore multiple times during our visit. And told her she tested negative for the flu when they never tested her at all. I was very offended by how little the doctor actually spent discussing her symptoms and what was wrong with her. We had to ask for the diagnosis because she was not offering up anything helpful. We had to ask the nurse afterward about what she was prescribed, only to have him offer an additional shot that we already knew she needed but was not originally offered. We will not come to this clinic location again.

I came to Twin Fountains on a Sunday morning after having either an insect bite or sting on Saturday. I had never been to this facility. Staff were all very friendly and competent. I was in and out in about an hour!Thank You!

They are nice, but I went in to take a COVID test that they said would take 5-7 days... 3 weeks later and I still am waiting. I have been calling and calling them to no avail. They won’t even answer my calls, but this is need to know info! Meanwhile, other patients are getting their results in the frame allotted. Really disappointed with this place, and I feel like they’re never gonna call me.Update: I called and finally got some youn g chick with an attitude, only to tell me that they still don’t have results! This was 3 weeks ago tomorrow. I am so upset and my wife is feeling down and we don’t know what to do! I’m never going back to this establishment. Guess I’ll just live in anxious fear until they decide to call me.

First impressions are everything!First time patient. Every interaction with the staff at Twin Fountains was amazing. From the initial phone call & intake with Victoria (front staff) to the x-rays/casting with Elise & Jennifer (back staff) all the way down to my results/treatment moving forward with Dr. Tina Hendrick, I couldnt have been more pleased. It was close to 9pm when I came in (which is when they close) and honestly, I expected everyone to be ready to end their long day and get out of there but this wast the case at all. The level of professionalism and courtesy I was shown left me with absolutely NOTHING to be desired. You can tell these people truly care about their patients. The fact that Im taking time to write this review with one hand (the reason I went in was for a broken hand haha) should say a lot about how awesome the staff is here. Came in with my toddler crying out in pain and left with a happier camper. Overall good experience except I wish it wouldn’t have taken us coming to the front desk asking for pain relief while we waited since we were literally on a road trip and had no meds with us. Not very proactive of them but once we got meds we asked for while we waited to get seen, things went smoothly and antibiotics we needed were prescribed. Thanks!

Very professional staff from the front desk to the nurse practicioner. Was seen promptly and taken good care of. Only one person ahead of me so I was in and out rather quickly. Definitely recommend anyone to go there.

They were busy but the wait was reasonable. Very professional. I appreciated the Dr taking time to listen to my history with respiratory infections before she determined a treatment plan. Highly recommend!

Took my daughter for a COVID test. All staff was very professional. Our NP was great. Very efficient, and very thorough. Clinic was very clean and organized.

Very quick and easy with the online check in and filling out all the paperwork online as well. Just showed up and in 10 min I was already in the back. Then was out of there at 12:40. Awesome job!!!

If you are expecting any kind of customer service, this isnt the place for you. They will make you wait. They will tell you wrong timeframes. They will then be very short and rude to you whenever you call inquiring anything of your visits. Ive tried giving multiple benefits of the doubt. Every interaction Ive had ends with patience on my part and rudeness on theirs. These may be trying times, but there is no excuse for this clinics lack of any kind of customer service.

This is my third time coming to this location and I guess I should have learned my lesson by now. The first time I came with flu symptoms but wasnt sure what was wrong with me. I threw up multiple times in the waiting room and the lady behind the desk gave me something to calm my stomach. I kept throwing it up...you would think after the fourth time of giving me the same pill I NEEDED to see a doctor. After two hours of wait time I passed out in the waiting room and no one did anything. I didnt wake until the doctor came to call on me. The second visit I waited for around two hours and the lady asked for my insurance as I was about to go in. I then noticed I forgot my insurance card so I got to drive all the way back to Cuero to get it. I know that one was my mistake but I wish the lady would have asked for my insurance card earlier. Today was my third visit and as Im checking in the lady looks at me and says its going to be a three hour wait just so you know and acted like she wanted me to leave. Ive never felt welcomed here and every time Ive come Ive waited over two hours. Honestly the ER is worth the pay then having to wait so long and get treated like you dont matter.

Registration and check in is all done online which is nice and they were ready for me when I got there. I didn’t have to wait at all. Everyone was really friendly which isn’t always the case at other places when it’s later in the day. Will definitely be going back.

A HUGE THANK YOU to Shelley F. At Twin Fountains Urgent Care. My son and I had to have covid testing done prior to traveling to Alaska. Unfortunately, when we showed to test, the results would take 2 to 3 day minimum, due to our insurance. We needed results 72 hrs prior to landing. I explained this to the staff, who got me in contact with Shelley. Shelly was so patient and kind, taking her time to look at different programs, and answering all of my questions. When we came to a decision,,(she was so patient with be going back and forth), she was very instrumental to make sure we got tested first thing the following morning. The staff on the phone, the staff testing and especially Shelley, were polite and professional. She made what couldve been a HUGE headache into a good experience.

Everyone I spoke with was very nice. I new it would take a bit due to situations going on at this time. Once I was in a room, it didnt take to long. Very professional and caring.

Great service and they were fast. The doctor on staff has a wonderful bedside manner and really listened to what was going on.

I did curbside visit. It was quick and easy. The staff was very helpful. They called me within an hour with my test result and called in prescriptions for me. I highly recommend using Twin Fountains.

This location of twin fountains urgent care has always been my go to clinic when I’m in the area and need medical care. The staff is always kind and welcoming. The facility is clean and the care is excellent.

Worst place you can go. Needed a COVID test done. Got it done Wednesday, it is now Saturday, and they still do not have it. Not only that, waited over an hour of my appointment time when they were clearly not busy. At least go to the other location they are way more helpful and better.

I checked in online for an appointment at 9:15am. They did not even open the clinic until 9:15am, even though their posted hours state that they are open 7 days a week from 9:00-9:00. They do not honor the appointments that are made online and serve guests that come on a first come first serve basis. I have now waited over an hour to see a doctor. Very understaffed and inconsistent with several of the other reviews I have read about this location. I have been here once before with little to no problems but today was an unenjoyable experience.

My husband and I want to give a big “thank you” to the staff at Twin Fountains Clinic located at 108 Twin Fountains Drive in Victoria. In mid-November, after visiting family in Texas, my husband and I were ready to return to our home in Central America. However, in order to travel internationally we needed written proof of a negative Covid-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of arriving at our final destination. Because of the travel time to our Central American home, we essentially had only 48 hours in which to get swabbed and receive written verification of our negative Covid-19 PCR test. On Friday afternoon at the start of our 72-hour window, the staff at Twin Fountains efficiently swabbed our noses and then directed us to call the Clinic’s main desk on Saturday and Sunday so that we could track our samples through the lab analysis process. Shelly and Erica working the late shift at the Twin Fountains Clinic on Sunday evening were especially helpful. They checked frequently to see whether the Clinic had received our testing results from the lab. Finally, just an hour and a half before the clinic closed, Shelly was able to send an email to us with documentation of our negative Covid-19 testing. Without Shelly’s help we would have never been able to board our 6:00 a.m. Monday flight home. Thank you again to her and her colleagues at Twin Fountains.

We had quite a long wait in our car in the service area prior to our test. When they came to the car to administer the test, they were quite efficient & did a great job.

I went in for possible strep throat. The entire staff was very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend checking in online to cut down on the wait time. The Dr was quick and thorough, just was I needed when feeling terrible.

Some wait, but that is to be expected with everything that is going on. Very good care, very thorough, very kind and caring staff , and diagnosed my problem. So happy they are available on a Saturday night!

I had a great experience here. Short wait time, well informed and considerate staff (Victoria up front and Alyssa, Mariah, Jennifer and of course Dr. Thompson in the back) combined with a very reasonable out of pocket cost makes this a great resource for Victoria.

If youre sick, theyre quick. Plus efficient and friendly. I always get good results each time I come. The NPs are very knowledgeable.

Waited 54mins for a 2min test but the nurse was friendly and got me out fast,before leaving i asked to have my results emailed to me so I can send my results to work so I can return, they called me told me my results and I asked for a email again,I then waited about 30 more minutes and I called trying to get my results emailed before my case manager leaves for the day,well I just called and they left so im going to have to miss 3+ hours of work tomorrow until they open and confirm I can return,this will be the last time i come to this place

This is an excellent place to come when your doctors office may be closed. Wait time is minimum and doctors are very thorough. They caught my cancer! Tina is wonderful! She saved my life!

Beware anyone with Medicare and/or United Healthcare.......their website states they accept this insurance; however, it does not state it cannot be an HMO. Took my mom there on our way back from an out of town trip. After filling out all of their paperwork I was informed they couldnt accept her insurance. Cash pay is $100 plus additional charges for anything else done. Please change your website as we went out of our way to bring her in.

I highly recommend Twin Fountains to any one needing minor medical care. I have been there several times and they are always very professional and friendly. They care for their patients. I am 100% satisfied with their services.

I had a great experience here. Short wait time, well informed and considerate staff (Victoria up front was Kaci. Back staff was Mallory and Tiffaney. The doctor was Dr. Alsop. I would go back again. They were very helpful and caring about my condition.

The appointment app was easy to navigate.Made an appointment for 7pm, arrived for appointment 15 minutes early for paperwork, name called around 715 and doctor saw us at 8pm. Thats about the usual wait time here.

I made an online appointment. We arrived and the receptionist was very efficient and checked me in promptly.. I was in and out with a shot prescription and a blood work order all I less than 50 mins. They were very professional

To be frank this place is not a urgent care center. I waited over a hour in and half in the waiting room, then over a hour in the room to see the physician . Their website says standard wait time is 45 minutes to one hour. That is a false representation! This is the third time this had occurred. When the nurses and doctors are gossiping in the main area and not treating their patients in a timely manner . You lose business . You lost mine.

I got charged for a COVID visit even though my insurance covers it. Very lazy first and last time I go there, Detar on demand is better, I just came here because they do x-rays on the weekend and they even ended up denying that service.

Caring, polite, Drs take time to listen, quick to evaluate and prescribe the right med.usually not more than 20 min wait. Peak flu season maybe 2 hr wait.

The worst place the dr didn’t even know what she was doing I asked about head lice and she had no knowledge on it or couldn’t even tell me what to do she looked up stuff on google Which is something I already done. She told me go to a different dr because she had no idea on what to do. Totally wasted my time. If your really sick this would not be a good place to go.

Staff at Twin Fountains is very friendly and so helpful and the FNP Sarah Lewis is so down to earth and cares about the patients she takes the time to explain everything to her patients she is just awesome she just makes you feel right at home an the one that was training with her that day I went also was very friendly and explained everything. They have poor staff. One particular doctor is very rude. They charge customers with insurance $200 for an office visit and people without insurance $100. That is screwed up, never going here again.
