Great place to go when your feeling sick.Always easy to schedule an appointment when Im not feeling well. Its so easy checking in when I arrive. Staff is always friendly and Im out in 30 minutes or less. The services here is great and recommend my family friends to go here. Thanks for always getting me on the road to feeling better. Love you guys.

The staff is so wonderful and friendly. They have great music and awesome personalities. Even though I was in pain, the nurse and the doctor made me laugh and overall they both had great energy. Definitely a 10 out of 10! Also, the services is really fast!

NextCare urgent Care is a great place to go. We are always seen pretty quick. We were in and out in less than an hour. Took my daughter today due to a sinus infection. Staff is friendly and the nurses and NP that saw my daughter were wonderful. Excellent bedside manner. This is our place to go. Thank yall!

This location was absolutely awesome! I scheduled an appointment. They sent me the paperwork. My daughter completed the paperwork. We had the appointment and we were out within an hour time! I would definitely recommend others to consider this location next year for their non-urgent medical needs. The receptionist was Nice and very helpful. I was having trouble with the sign in. and she took my phone and help me out. We got in within minutes of signing in the nurse and the Doctor was friendly and efficient and we were done in like 30. Maybe less than that. I think it took longer to sign in than it did for the actual visit so thumbs up.

Went in 6/12 for 2 cuts on my finger, this was 2nd time here and had no issues. Very fast to get seen with NP and then sent on my way. Everyone here was nice and always smiling. Definitely recommend!!

I made an appointment for my daughter at 9:20, we didn’t get seen until 10:15. They looked at her throat for 2 seconds and said it was strep without swabbing to confirm that. Turns out it’s not even strep, so I wasted over an hour of time and money to get the wrong diagnosis and be in the same place I was before I even went!

My daughter is so afraid of the doctors, even her pedi!The only way I can get her to calmly see a doctor is this office! The staff here is incredibly gentle and understanding with her. :)

I was having a terrible earache! I have an HMO insurance so I thought I could only see my own doctor but they were able to see me with a $40 co-pay. I was in and out in less than an hour. If I would have gone to the ER, it would’ve cost me $950. Thank goodness for NextCare!!

NP Chelsea has been awesome every time the kids and/or I have gone in for a visit. So thankful we have a great walk-in clinic here! The staff are both professional and courteous. The average wait time has never more than 30 minutes.

The practitioner nurse on the bill for insurance said she did more and put more stuff down but in reality didn’t ! My ingrown was back in a week and a half and she didn’t seem to know what she was doing . Please get knowledgeable staff

The staff was helpful and pleasant. I was there around 1 hour so that wasn’t bad at all.Very happy and will return when I’m sick or injured.

I scheduled my appointment online and waited less than 10 minutes to be seen. The front desk lady was very nice, the nurse was so kind and the NP was very caring. Overall, I had very positive experience and Im so grateful.

Customer service at the front desk was so nice & personable. Dr (sorry didnt get her name) but she was really good and informative.

Absolutely incredible service. First time ever going in and I was able to fill out the forms, be seen, tested, prescribed antibiotics, and out the door all within 45 minutes. The receptionist was such a nice lady and very helpful, the nurse was also very kind and attentive as well as helpful, and the PA-C Marcel Garza was really friendly and answered all my questions and did a great job of making sure I was well informed about what was wrong. His assessment was easy to understand and I left feeling very confident in my treatment plan. Thank you Next Care!!!

As for service it was great. As for the wait time, that was pretty long. 2 hour wait due to busy and I think they needed more staff. I would def stock up on help. Then 5 stars would be given. Overall, service was great, signing in was so easy. Just please dont overwork your staff hire more workers that crucial as a whole. Thanks

Everyone that works here was awesome! I was in and out and still felt heard with all of my concerns. I loved that I could do all my paperwork online and didnt have to sit in the waiting room filling it all out. Would definitely go back if needed.

Took an hour and a half for someone to see my daughter and was literally in the room for maybe 5 min.

I had an appointment, was seen within 10 minutes of checking in. Everyone was extremely friendly. The doctor was super nice and explained a lot to me about my medical situation. Was in and out within 35 minutes.

I was seen rather quickly which was nice b/c I felt horrible. The entire staff was very nice and everything was explained to me so that I understood my situation. High level of professionalism and low level of nonsense. What more could you ask for when you’re sick as a dog?

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful besides the front desk associate that seemed entirely too busy to be at the front desk to assist the few of us waiting & needing info on how to proceed with the check-in process (gossip & laughter was far more prevalent than assisting patients) how or why he even has a PAID position at that location is far beyond my comprehension 😕 other than that the nurses & Dr on staff were all outstanding & understanding with exceptional bedside manner & patient care. Super simple, super easy, in & out quality care! 👍🏼👍🏼 Highly recommend in non emergency cases as a walk-in facility, especially if youre crunched on time. 👌🏼

I came to next care while visiting over the holidays. I would have given a 5 star review ,however I made an appointment and still had to wait an hour to be seen. When I was called back the process went rather quickly. Staff was friendly and efficient. PA was attentive and thorough. Great full for the care I received.

Seen promptly and courteously. My complaint was attentively listened to by those involved with my care. Total time in the clinic was less than an hour and, for me, the fee was reasonable.Due to the nature of my work, I tend to be a repeat customer. Their quality of care and empathy, which was already high, in my opinion have actually improved when NexCare partnered with Baylor.I do recommend NexCare and will continue to use their services in the future.

The doctors really care about getting us patients well again! Its super easy to check in, you just scan a QR code, and set up your profile. When youre ready to be seen, they will text you. Its super easy and convenient to deal with while being sick. You can wait in the comfort of your own car instead of the waiting room. I will come to this location every time I need to see a doctor. I highly recommend!

Very nice staff and quick and simple random drug screen.

I was in town from Houston visiting family and this was the only place that was open and not booked up. George was awesome and the staff were very prompt , knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Thanks for getting my daughter in and out quickly with her meds.

It didnt take long to get in to see nurse practioner April. She quickly diagnosed the problem and began immediate treatment. Before I left, she ordered a course of treatment, called in a prescription to the pharmacy and sent me on my way with clear instructions. I have used this clinic before and will again.

They very professional and very helpful. my nurses were fantastic. i had some issues and they went out of thier way to help, calm me down and rectified the situation and it all came out ok. thank you again, you know who you were.

I had went to the wrong one, and instead of letting me go to the other one which was farther, they transferred my appointment there so I wouldnt miss it and arrive late. Im so glad for it since I was already stressed beforehand and needed a rapid test done for travel. Reception in the front was very kind and straightforward with my questions. I went in when they called me and left within 5 minutes. Great service!

They male receptionist was very rude and had an attitude. He acted as if he did not want to show me how to check in. Which made me want to turn around and walk right back out the door. Im so glad I didnt because the rest of the staff were very polite and understanding. The PA I had which was M. GARZA showed awesome bedside manners!

I highly recommend NextCare they are great with my kids. They treat everyone with the up most respect. Christina was great with my son. Hardly a wait time and even when the wait is long just remember that hour Healthcare workers are giving each of us the time we deserve, be kind and respectful.

I went online to set the appointment and when I got there they told me I said the appointment with the wrong Clinic I tried to explain to them that my time was valuable because I am the only driver working today for my company but the lady would not listen to me she said she can get me in and she didnt know how long it would be because she had a couple of people in front of me when I was trying to explain to her is that I needed a specific time she kept arguing with me saying that I would just have to wait or theres at 1:30 appointment I tried to explain to her that I would take the 1:30 appointment three different times and she didnt listen to me so I pretty much had to walk out and set the appointment by myself

They took me in fairly quick and checked me over thoroughly. I had to wait a little longer than I thought for an x-ray to come back but otherwise they were all very nice and concerned for me. I’m already feeling a little better today. Thank you to all the staff, and FNP Thompson.

All the staff was super friendly and accommodating. They worked really quick to get me into a room, get me seen by the physician, and get my treatments in office. I’m very thankful for the team that handled me.

Didnt like check in process. Waitn 45 to b seen. The nurse was awesome didnt feel nothing when checked for the flu & covid. Then got my steroid didnt feel nada pain free. The doctor was friendly & new I had sinus infection,Damn allergies.

Made an appointment for noon and at 12:23 I am still in the waiting room. Not very timely or considerate of clients time. Of course you pay before being seen. So you are motivated to stay longer than you should.

My experience today went like it Always does…Absolutely Perfect! I recommend especially to any Veterans out there like myself who are on the 40 mile program and allowed to seek care outside the VA…I have always been seen in a very timely manner and highly recommend!

Since my move to Victoria 4 months ago this place has been a life saver. Very friendly and efficient and professional care. I visited back in March of this year, 2022 and had outstanding patient service. Because it was on the weekend that I needed care, this same place was my go to. Very impressed and will be my future urgent care needs.

I had never been there but today I had to. I was seen quick. Didn’t have to wait. The staff was very polite. I would definitely go back.

My experience was great, other than the wait time. I finished my paperwork at 2:06, and was told there were four patients in front of me. I was called to the back at 2:42 and finally saw the PA sometime around 3:30. Otherwise, everything went smoothly, and everyone I saw was kind and professional. I have been to this clinic three times for a “migraine cocktail” shot when I’ve had a migraine that lasts for days. It works!

Great service and the provider April Thompson ,FNP was very nice and did a full exam and was able to diagnose my symptoms and gave excellent care. The other team members were also very friendly and even getting a shot wasn’t terrible.

I take myself and my kids every time we can’t get in with our original doctor. It’s convenient to check in online before even making your way there. They are always nice and very quick.

Had to make an unexpected trip on our way to south texas and these guys were great. We thought my son was having an asthma attack. We were seen promptly, all questions were answered and bedside manner was great with our PA. The facility was super clean as well. In and out in 45 minutes.

No waiting, that was exceptional. When you don’t feel well, the last thing you want is a long wait. Staff was friendly and courteous. Community care stepped up and also did a wonderful job.

I currently dont have a local doctor and plan to go to NextCare for all my non-emergency acute conditions. Based on this single visit, I would highly recommend this provider.

Went to this Urgent Care and got blood tests done. It has now been days since they received my results. I had to call them to follow up on my blood tests. Will never go here again.

I’ve never been so nauseous in my life. Room spinning. I had a sinus infection. They were so patient and kind. I was a hot puking mess. April and Maci were terrific!!

The team is very welcoming, polite and professional as well as efficient. I wouldnt suggest hitting the back button on the check-in app, it will hang, but the staff is willing and able to assist.

I do not like going to the doctor AT ALL. Matter of fact I prettt much avoid doctor visits at all costs, but today I had to bite the bullet and go in. Every single person was extremely kind and helpful. Very informative. Didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or like a burden. I 100000% recommend nextcare urgent care to any and everyone that needs them

I usually go to the NextCare near my house on Main Street. The facility has become filthy and I decided to never go there again after my last visit. Today I needed urgent care. I went to DeTar on Demand and they only take patients by appointment, now. So, I decided to give the NextCare on Sam Houston a chance. The facility was sparkling clean. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. They understood my health issues and took care of me very quickly. I highly recommend this urgent care center! Thank you for taking great care of me!

Online registration was easy and convenient and once we were seen the nurse was extremely efficient, understanding, and quick. They could improve a bit on wait time after arrival. We waited about 1hr from check-in until being seen, which might be because of low staff & Covid-19 protocol. But overall good visit

This was my first visit here at NextCare Urgent Care. Everyone was really friendly. Really quick and easy. The doctor was really helpful in asking all kinds of questions to figure out what’s wrong.

They are all so nice I never have to wait long to be seen or called to the back the doctor is so informative and does a great job to figure out what is wrong with you

The staff was excellent, we saw a PA named Theresa, she was great. We waited 2 hours for a covid test because they were very busy. In my opinion, they still deserve 5 stars for the care my son received. Thank you twin fountains and Theresa.

I fell at work Wednesday and was to “pick a place” to go for workers comp evaluation. I originally chose this location because of a D.O. listed there. She has stopped working there, but the contact person was very nice and so I decided to stick with them. I’m glad I did! Very professional, very concerned, very courteous. Went for my flu shot and physical. Both were very quick and performed by nice, welcoming staff members. Gentleman at the desk was helpful and pleasant.

Upon entering, I was demanded to put on a mask. I am fully vaccinated. Okay. Front desk person had awful attitude. The back staff were amazing an took care an listened to all my needs. Thank you for taking the time to actually listen. The ortho surgeon they sent me to was not even this attentive or took the time to really access my leg.

Every staff member at this Urgent Care center is professional and thorough. They attend to patients quickly and take their time diagnosing. They also ensure that a patient understands the diagnosis and will follow through with treatment.

Great care from the NP at the visit and she called after I left because the pharmacy I originally had medicine sent to didn’t have what she ordered so she offered to send it somewhere else. Will return if needed.

The nurse at the counter was so nice and was patient with me and I loved that! Dr. Guy was so informative and answered any questions I had and I felt like he was doing everything he could to make sure I was take care of :) the only problem I had is once the nurse came in to give me my steroid shot she didnt warn me it was going to sting until she already had the needle in and just pushed in the medicine like it was a syringe! Ouch! But everyone was nice, the only bad thing is just making sure you explain ALL aspects of the medicine youre gonna put in me and not WHILE its going in...

The PA was very nice and professional. She listened and tested my joints and found the issue.The only reason i didnt give 5 stars is my first visit the blond med assistant and nurse practitioner we kind of cold when dealing with me.

Great doctor and very warming nurses

Was required to go there for a work related injury. Would not choose them on my own free will. Super long wait times. Its pointless to make an appointment. Even with one, it will take up to 2 hours, with all but 5 minutes waiting to be seen or discharged. Waiting room was always dirty. Furniture is worn out. Staff is not particularly friendly or helpful and the workers comp coordinator, Claudia, is the low point in the experience. I had 6 or 7 visits and saw a different nurse practitioner almost each time.

As always, very professional, timely, and results oriented. This urgent care clinic is a huge asset to this community. Thank you.

We came to NexCare at 5:55pm. We picked our child up from daycare. The daycare said that our child was complaining of a ear ache with a temp of 99.6. We were in and out in under 20 minutes. The staff were kind. They were very welcoming and patient with a very grumpy toddler. We will definitely come back.

Worst attitude and work quality Ive ever experienced.1. I told the front desk lady that I was here for wellness checkup, she asked me Anything else other than the check up?, I told her I just recovered from the flu, but thats not what Im here for. She then said okay.As I went in, the nurse told me we do not do wellness checkup, then the front desk lady came in and said I told him we dont do wellness checkup, but he said hes got a flu that needs to be looked at.2. As soon as I told them I will then leave, and refund my co-pay. They told me to just LEAVE THE ROOM AND CALL IN THE NEXT PATIENT FOR THEM.3. Additionally, they called me simply by my last name, while they were calling other patients Mr. Donaldson, Mrs. Maddix and such. I did not see the need of confronting them for such a trivial fact, but I still wonder why I was treated differently.4. Lastly, throughout the entire experience and conversation, the whole crews attitude was very rude and unprofessional.

I have been here many times in the past few years. I have grown to hate this place and will never return. My husband and I have been turned into collections twice. The first time was when we were making monthly payments. They apologized and worked with us and the credit bureaus to resolve this issue but it was a big pain and took months. The next time we went there we payed in full because of this problem and they sent us to collections again, unbelievable. I am currently sick and was going to go ahead and go in there because I need antibiotics. I have been misdiagnosed before as well so I called to see who I would be seeing and how long the wait is. The receptionist told me they were no longer allowed to give out either information. Well...you just made an irritated patient very angry and no one in my family will ever return.

It is hard to find a place that is open on Sunday.Finding a walking that is open on Sunday and theyre on my insurance Network, its worth an extra star all by itself.I made my appointment on the website when I arrived I filled out their paperwork and was quickly in to see the doctor.The staff was friendly and my visit went well. You dont always find a doctor that hears you. You will find that here.

Receptionist was rude. She whispered oh god under her breath when I asked an additional question regarding my concerns. She made me feel as if I was a nuisance. Customer service fail!

My husband‘s appointment was at 9:30 in the morning. At 11 AM he still had not been taken back to do his DOT drug test. The receptionist told him they only had one nurse who could do the test. Very unprofessional, inconsiderate and rude establishment. Would not recommend.

I visit the clinic today wasnt feeling well. As soon as I was sign in about 5mins was look at . They took my vital signs took me to a private room a nurse practitioner came in couldnt find anything major wrong with me was very kind and sweet but most of all concern how I was feeling. Whole staff was great. Glad they r open on Sundays, very convenient for those of us with Monday-Friday jobs. Wait time was short and Dr was great. I would recommend and go here again if I need to be seen on the weekends.

I absolutely love it here I’ve never had problems until today Jessie @ the front desk was very rude and disorganized this morning.

Very pleasant and gentle staff- mind you, I was there for unpleasant reason. That goes without saying, really. Nurse- one of the two best shot givers of what is normally very painful. I did not catch her name. Doctor had excellent bedside manner, something I find a little hard to come by- but there are some few and far between who are still very compassionate even with the crazy changes in insurance/ rules/etc. location: Twin Fountains walk-in clinic/ Sam Houston, Victoria, TX.

As soon as I did my appointment online it was fast and quick. The staff was very nice and courteous. The nurse 👩‍⚕️ was amazing very well understanding I give this office a 5 star.

Well first of all I didnt wait long. I found out more about what was wrong with me at this visit, then over a year going to my Dr. They did a great job I highly recommend next are. Thank you

I gave his place many chances. For my last three visits, I was one of only two or three patients, and waited well over an hour. In one caseI parked in an empty parking lot, walked into an empty waiting room, and no patients came out in the twenty minutes I sat in the waiting room. Then I waited 40 in my exam room.This visit, I was informed of changes to the type of facility, now being an Urgent Care. Also, the pay policy changed from after visitation to before visitation.Once I receive service, it is usually what I need, but I am usually waiting needlessly.

Made appointment online and I was directed to the clinic that does not do DOT physicals. I arrived 10 minutes late and waited an hour and a half to be seen. Online option should have a drop down box for “reason you need to be seen” so it can direct you to the correct clinic.

Jaycee was quick to call me and assess my symptoms during intake. She was friendly and efficient! 10/10 recommend 🙂

One time l went there, there was not many people there in the waiting room, didnt wait long before they took me to the exam room and l realize l was waiting there for 2 hours l have to stick my head out to see if staff was around and they were slow at some point. By then I eventually saw the nurse told her l needed today and tomorrow off (for my back) from work and later she had it for today.

I will never go back to this clinic. The front desk person was rude. The wait to be seen was excrutiatingly long - 1.5 hours in the waiting room and there was not very many people there. A few people who were there left because they just say no end in sight to the wait (including a sick mother who had brought 3 children with her). We were taken back to a room where we just waited for 30 more minutes. Finally, we had to stick our heads out of the room and get the attention of the staff, who were moving as slowly and non-purposefully as can be (which was frustrating because people were waiting so long and they werent even hurrying). They took an x-ray of my sons hand and the physicians assistant on staff (the only medical professional in the building - there were no Physicians) came in, told my son his hand was broken and ordered the LVNs to put on a splint. The splint was ludicrous. Basically, it was a hand sandwich with the LVNs admitting they had never done this before. It was obvious. You would do much better going elsewhere.

They were polite and professional. Took time to listen and answer questions. Wait time was short.

Called in for random drug screening. Paperwork was submitted at 9 A.M., they lost my paperwork and didnt prep the exam. They then casually found the paperwork and then acted as though I had just walked in, asking for my id a second time.The entire time I was dealing with all of this, I had to pee because obviously I was coming in to take a screening. They did not rush to accommodate me. I had to sit in the waiting room for more than an hour with a full bladder.

Everyone there was so very friendly I didnt even feel like I was at a doctor office setting. Very personable and sweet all of them were

This place is a joke. I was sent by my employer, had open bleeding wounds. They told me to go home and shower, didnt even try to clean me up. Just wrote me a script for antibiotics and sent me on my way. They have had me come back multiple times to make money off my employer. Never again will I step foot in this place. The healthcare in Victoria is tragic.

This clinic (NextCare) demonstrated terrible customer service on my last visit. The staff was unfriendly and the wait was almost an hour with only two patients in the whole place. No one seemed to care about me or my time. Poor communication. I will never return.

My wait time was low, the staff was very friendly and efficient, and the doctor took the time to assess my properly.As far as care goes, I feel I made a good choice.

The Twin Fountain on Sam Houston did not do any extra testing or dig any deeper in to the cause of why I was sick or how to fix it. They gave me half a diagnosis with no solution on how to get better. If you want more in depth care then use the location on Twin Fountains off Main Street. I have had more satisfactory care from that location every time.

My appointment was at 4:00 and got seen at 6:00pm. The Doctor was friendly though but front desk staff fkn suk 🖕🏼

This is bull! What the hell is the point of making a damn appointment if walk ins are getting seen before you. Ive been here for over an hour. My son is in need to see a doctor not sit and wait while all these other people who didnt bother making an appointment to get seen before me! I keep getting youll be seen shortly. My appointment was at 9 and it is now 10:38. Still waiting to get seen this place is a joke! I was forced to give this place a start but in my opinion it doesnt deserve one.

They’re really dragging people around why the throat with their phone service. There’s no direct line to any desks that are at the actual clinic so forget actually talking to anyone. On top of the the number that they do have down is run by a robot that doesn’t actually lead to anything. You’d have to go to the actual hospital to talk to anybody

The wait was ten to fifteen minute long. Everything else was fast. Had to use cause doctors office would not take me till next week

This is THE worst urgent care known to man!.. They have no regard for the hippa laws that they consistently violate. They are extremely slow even when no one is there. The hours posted on the door dont correspond with the ones on the site. Whomever manages and/or own this locations needs to reconsider another field of work.

Came in at 8:11. It’s 9:37, still in the waiting room. My son has a 100.5 fever. Yeah let’s make sure the contractors get their piss test on time. “Emergency” clinic! Sure!
