Dr. Barnett and the entire staff of Dallas IVF were very helpful and efficient. Quick replies by nursing staff and 10/10 customer service. IVF is a complicated process with a lot of different stages to get through, but this team certainly kept us informed and in the know. It was an incredible experience. I would recommend it to anyone needing reproductive assistance. I’m 44 and was one of the lucky ones to be able to use my own egg-- with IVF successful on my first try! Truly blessed.

After over 2 years of trying on our own, me and my husband finally agreed it was time to see an infertility professional. I had several mothers I am friends with here in Tyler recommend we try Dr. Barnett, so I gave the office a call and set up the appointment. I could not say better things about Dr. Barnett and his assistant in the Tyler office. This man truly cares about his patients and its obvious he loves his job. He is very knowledgeable and if you do not understand something he will explain it to you in different ways until you do. He will make a detailed plan with you for your journey, and if there are any complications along the way, he will clearly explain what his new plan will be and what will be done differently next time. Yes, the long drives to Frisco are not fun but in the long run I assure you its all worth it. I did have a hard time getting the Frisco Office to return my phone calls multiple times when needing to make payments or confirm appointment times/dates. But once this was brought to Dr. Barnetts attention, he handled it immediately, and I had a phone call back that day from the Frisco Office. Now, I also have to compliment the afterhours Dr./Nurse hot line, every time I left a message, I would always promptly receive a call back from one of the Dr./Nursing staff members with answers to my concerns/questions and they did a great job calming me down when I was in a panic about an issue. Yes, our infertility journey was long, but after a year of seeing Dr. Barnett we have been blessed with our little miracle. I am 22 weeks pregnant today and we are excited to be welcoming our healthy baby boy come early March. Thanks to Dr. Barnett and his loving staff this wouldnt have been possible. There are not enough Thank Yous in the world that we could say or give to them for this. So, if you and your spouse think you are having infertility issue and are needing help, dont wait, go see Dr. Barnett.

Dr. Barnett was very knowledgeable and patient with me and my husband to get us to our dream of becoming pregnant. We were able to become pregnant on our first IUI attempt with Dr. Barnett and his team. All of his staff was wonderful and always very helpful. Hannah was always there for me, every step of my journey. Every time I had a question about anything she was always willing to take the extra time and go the extra mile and put me at ease. 10/10, 100% would recommend this wonderful group of people!

Absolutely loved Dr. Barnett! It was quite a journey, but he made it easy. At first he seems like a gruff guy, but once you get to know him (I’ve been with him for 2 years) he really is sweet. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because some times it seems impossible to get ahold of a staff member. Which can be very irritating sometimes. But overall a great experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone!

We came to Dr Barnett to have our second baby. We switched reproductive endocrinologist and resumed care with Dr Barnett because of poor treatment by the staff. That facility was a 10 min drive from home. Dallas IVF is a 3.5hr drive for us. The treatment we received at this facility was second to none and we would gladly do it all again. Never a wait. Never a hesitation. They always help with any questions and do it with a smile. This facility is top notch! We are so grateful for Dr Barnett and his staff.

My hope was restored after my first meeting with Dr. Barnett. He took the time to listen to my concerns and was able to give us clear direction about the next steps to take. The staff was helpful every step of the way. We are now enjoying our sweet baby girl!

I was so nervous starting with fertility treatments and was immediately calmed once I realized that I was going to be treated like an individual and not wrapped in with what works for others. Dr. Barnett has been patient and so understanding with every step. We are now 8 weeks pregnant. I recommend Dallas IVF!

We are so thankful for Dr.Barnett and all of the staff at Dallas IVF. We came to the Tyler location after a 10 year struggle of trying to conceive naturally, and we are now pregnant after our first round of IVF! It is hard to wrap up how amazing they are in a short review, but if you are in the east Texas area and considering fertility treatments I strongly encourage you to just make the initial appointment. Dr.Barnett is amazing and we are so thankful for his dedication to helping couples like us, and his nurses are wonderful!! Any question I had they would respond so quickly and we always knew we were in good hands.

We were referred to Dr. Barnett by my OBGYN after MANY unsuccessful rounds of ovulation drugs. After meeting with Dr. Barnett the first time, he came up with a plan for treatment without hesitation, put me on a combination drug plan, and after one month of treatment, we found out I was expecting! So thankful for Dr. Barnett and his staff!!

Dr Barnet has helped my wife and I get pregnant twice!! Never lose faith and never give up!!

If you are looking for someone who will sit down and make a plan and discuss every option you may have then this is the place for you . The staff are very inviting and the office atmosphere is welcoming . Not over crowded and people on top of each other like I had in a previous experience . This was a great experience and feel very hopeful going forward .
