When I finally decided to get a hysterectomy I first went to another doctor and was told would have to cut me from navel down and decided to get a second opinion. I then met Dr Sharma very thorough and did test the other doctor didn’t even do. She did a beautiful c section. She literally changed my life. She is so personable and friendly. Her office staff is wonderful by the end of my surgery I can say this is now my doctor my new extended family. Luv them

I’m giving this place only a couple stars only because of Dr. Sharma. She’s very detailed and helpful and extremely knowledgeable about her field and subject. However, the nurse and other staff seemed to be very unprofessional. I was first seen on September 2024 and some blood work was ordered. I was supposed to see Dr. Sharma back in a period of 3 weeks so pre booked. Once I arrived at the clinic the nurse/medical assistant sent me back saying my insurance company hadn’t paid my bills. I called my insurance company and they said that all claims had been processed and there were no bills pending. It wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. I’m not seeing this practise ever again. Moreover in my first appointment there was a crazy wait time too! Once this practise refused to see me, I’m having to struggle to book with another practitioner and obviously appointments aren’t available so easily. So yeah be aware. Although Dr. Sharma is wonderful! :)They refused to apologize when I told them the issue and the complaint. My insurance company apologized on their behalf for their unprofessional behavior:(

Dr Rita Sharma is very skilled at her craft and quite knowledgeable. I was referred to her years ago and of all the physicians I saw before hand, she was the only one to properly and correctly diagnose me. I have referred all of my friends to her and they too have been quite pleased.

Dr. Sharma and her staff are awesome! From setting up a last minute appointment with Opprecia who has great customer service to getting my blood drawn with Tracy who kept my nerves at way with her charm.

Dr Rita Sharma is an amazing kind doctor when it comes to surgery. I was very worried about my condition but she took her time to listen, discuss and made me comfortable to understand the whole process. The surgery was smooth. I really admire this doctor. If you ever need a gynecologist Dr Sharna is highly recommended.

Went to the office for illness - had tests done. When test results came back, called the office to get medication prescribed and it took over a week of multiple calls to the office and couldnt get anyone to call me back. After a week of trying to each someone to prescribe medication, the wrong medication was called into the pharmacy and when I spoke with office personnel to get medication corrected, they were extremely rude and basically hung up on me.

I wouldnt come back here.Over all, the staff was pretty rude, which makes sense considering that the doctor was condescending and dismissive.When I had to ask the receptionist a question, she kept cutting me off and talking over me. This happened several times, causing me to repeat myself several times. I think she was under the impression that she already knew what I was going to ask, so she seemed to feel very comfortable in talking over me. Loudly giving me information that I didnt ask for.Irritation isnt what you want to feel from the first person you talk to at any business, let alone a doctors office where you go to for help.The triage nurse was sweet and friendly. So the brief time I was with her was very pleasant.The doctor, as I mentioned before, was so incredibly condescending. She also cut me off several times during the appointment. She seemed annoyed in having to explain treatment options. Also when a treatment preference was clearly and repeatedly stated, the doctor said, Go home and think about it because I like to discuss things over and over until we select the right treatment.She clearly didnt agree with the treatment option selected. She seemed to think that her own opinion was more important than a patients right to select their own treatment.I would never return to this place. Too much unprofessionalism.

My appointment is at 12:45....im in the lobby still at 1:30 pm. One new patient arrives 10 min after me and another one. But both women were called back. I was asked for my copay and it was happily collected. The front office staff didnt acknowledge me once I walked in. Sat for a good 8 min before someone acknowledged me. What she did do is close the door glass window and continued with her phone conversation. Im a patient in front, yet she ignored me and the phone call was more important. Custumer service is #1 in any business. Other people do not. It sucks that physicians can allow this type of behavior. Sad.... I had to end up leaving because one hour is way too long to wait and wait and not be acknowledged. Hopefully I wont have to fight them for my vo pay. Since their intentions were to I guess never call me to the back.I will pray for Atl Gyn.... Women that are pregnant be careful. Your health and babies should not be at risks just because people think we need them.ATLANTA GYN YOU GET A 0 star

Took 20 min to make an appointment. They made me answer the same questions like 3 times. When I was asking questions about insurance and copay, whoever was speaking to me kept leaving to ask about my questions. After doing this someone else came to the phone and very annoyed, asked me what my question was. After I asked my questions they were answered but like I was stupid for not already knowing. I just canceled the whole appointment because making the appointment was so bizarre.

Very efficient caring doctor. Good staff.
