Dr Rita Sharma ,the best doctor, I was worried to my over all condition ,she have listened and took her time to discuss ,done through lab ,finally finds out what is the real problem. If you are looking for a doctor who can listening and helping you to get better,,I will recommend Dr Rita Sharma is the one . I am so glad my primary doctor recommend me to her. Trust me ,it is possible.

Dr. Sharma is wonderful, kind and amazingly gifted particularly in surgery. She listens closely to her patients concerns and thoroughly explains everything. I highly respect and admire her, and have been her patient for 20 years.

I’ve been going to Dr Rita Sharma for a few years now for my annual, which is covered under my insurance and every year I get a bill and I have to go back and forth with the office billing and my insurance co. This year she said that my insurance co don’t pay enough so she will no longer accept them, I guess as a result of that I received a bill that was triple the amount. I think the billing is with a different company because when you call it’s a woman’s cell phone. You call she NEVER answers and you text and she’ll respond that she’ll check but you don’t hear back from her. I believe they are double billing the insurance co, but since I can’t get ahold of anyone, I think I’ll just have to see what the Insurance commissioner thinks of this. If you’re looking for a OB/GYN do not go to this one!! It’s sad because she’s a really nice lady but nobody likes to be ripped off!!

I had very bad experience with this place. Even for simple cause of treatment she wanted me to come multiple times .I told her to see my old reports but she didn’t care to look at it and making me foolish that we are not looking old reports on phone I want hard copy and when I told that let me send my reports to your mail and then you do print out and look at the reports then she gave me very tricky reply that she can’t spend more than 10 min with one patient as she has to check others people to watch but when I came outside there was not a single patient outside. They just want to make money by making people foolish.The front office staff don’t even know how to answer patient she has been very rude person. Although dr told her to give me appointment within next 1-2 week she gave me appointment with date of next year 2025 appointment. And when I told to give new appointment she told we don’t have any slot..how irresponsible person she is and in argue instead of accepting her mistake she told that it’s a annual check up appointment !!They think only they are smart and other people are foolish.Worst place to trust and visit instead of this I got very satisfactory answer and treatment with primary care doctor.

I have never in my life, been so astonished by lack of compassion, care and competency than I have by this physician. I came in for a simple request and was misinformed on multiple appointments and rescheduled for multiple appointments costing me a lot of money out of pocket for follow-ups that were unnecessary for my plan of care and could have been addressed when I was there for my appointments. Every time I went there would be multiple people scheduled within five minute blocks of me with extensive wait times. After reviewing my billing, I was charged for 45 to 60 minute consult and only spoke to the doctor for approximately 10 minutes. And to say that we talked is an overstatement because she was on her computer the entire time without eye contact or listening to my concerns. She scheduled me for bloodwork without disclosing any cost or reasoning and then proceeded to attempt to schedule multiple follow up appointments to discuss my bloodwork for issues that had nothing to do with my primary concerns. Overall, it was a horrible experience and I am so glad I found another provider.

This was my first visit, and I walked into a “storm brewing from a patient daughter. The staff held their professional demeanor very well. I was so impressed with each of them and how they handled it. Dr. Sharma was quite thorough in my examination and very insightful. I will be returning. Thank you team Sharma!!!

Dr. Sharma always takes her time with me and listens to my concerns. She gives her best medical opinion and advice. My daughter comes to her now as well. Definitely highly recommended, in my opinion. I can always get an appointment within a decent amount of time vs other places that cant get you in for months on end.

Dr.Sharma is the BOMB. She was insightful and patient with my concerns. She noticed a potential major issue and worked hard to make sure my health and safety came first. She was able to work a miracle and get me into surgery within a few weeks of coming to her. My surgery went extremely well and I am forever grateful that God sent me her way!

I should have read the reviews before I came here wow to be going to a place for almost 7 months and then scheduled for surgery but at the last minute no longer in network not given any paperwork or anything when you leave meanwhile I went to the ER after nearly passing out poor treatment very inconsiderate I should have knew something was fishy 😞 Im heart broken over this and still in pain.

The time of my appointment and the time it took to see the doctor was reasonable 15 mins. However I scheduled the appointment for pelvic pain. Most of my time with the doctor was spent talking of my family history with breast Cancer. After a physical examination I was told I would have to reschedule a week later to have a sonogram done. I was already in pain and had to wait almost 2 weeks for the appointment so I was so upset that I had to come back pay another copay to get proper examination. Then as I was leaving I was told I had to pay a $10 lab fee. This wasnt disclosed to me until I was Setting foot out the door. Very unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend this doctor at all. The staff was also unfriendly, and all seemed as if they hated their job.Update. I did reach out to the office and was told the $10 fee should have been relayed to me prior to the blood withdrawal. But insurance doesnt cover that, so I had to pay. The issue wasnt in me paying. It was not being informed until I was leaving. The MAJOR issue I had with the practice was I still left undiagnosed, none of the proper procedures were done to find out what was causing the pain. And to do to so I had to return a week later while still in pain to have a sonogram gram done. When the appointment was scheduled for pelvic pain, the consideration for a sonogram should of be thought of. So I would of been there on a day when a sonogram tech was there. In all the doctors visit was a waste of time.

The doctor is nice, however the front desk staff leaves much to be desired. This was my first time visiting this practice. I had made an appointment the day before, but when I arrived, they informed me they forgot to put me down on the schedule. It was not my fault, but I was given attitude about it. The exam room is was slightly old and not very clean. Will be going to another practice next time.

Dr Sharma has excellent bedside manner. She took her time and discussed with me all my concerns and order the appropriate tests.She also performed my yearly pap smear and ultrasound. She made sure I was totally comfortable.Waiting time in the office was under 40 minutes. I strongly recommend Dr Sharma for all GYN needs.

On my first visit for pelvic floor therapy back in May 2020, there were a few ladies in the waiting area. We all started to talk... ex: first time or returning patient. One patient stated she was a return patient and that Dr. Sharma was good but seem to rush with iffy personality!I didnt get that. She kinda dry and a little abrasive but gets the JOB DONE! SHES assistance me with my pelvic floor issues and things are going Great! Id recommend her and the practice!@

Dr. Sharmas front office was impatient with me as a new client, cutting off my responses to questions. The bathroom was out of toilet paper when a urine sample was required (in a paper cup with no lid). The doctor reminded me during our consult that she had other patients waiting to hurry up my questions. Finally, after not receiving results of my urine test after several days, I called and was told it would take a week! They said theyd call me with results, and never called. I went to my own internist a week later and found I did have a UTI. I wont be back to this office.

A true Charlatan! Patient beware! Doctor saw me and billed my insurance for two months and then told me she wouldn’t be taking Medicare as of January 2023. This was 2 days before Christmas leaving me with severe pain n nowhere to go. Front desk person very rude n unacceptable behavior also. I have gynecology as wellas unrinary infection. This is medical care at its worst!

I have been seeing Dr. Sharma for 7 months. From my first interaction with her I was impressed with her directness and knowledge, her calm, reassuring manner. She has since performed a robotic surgery on me and I never had any doubt that I was in capable hands and I have had absolutely no problems. Dr. Sharma takes the time to educate her patients about all possible procedures available and the expected outcomes as well as her recommendations for the best outcome for you. The office staff is very friendly and extremely efficient. I am very pleased to have found Dr. Sharma and her team.

Dr. Rita Sharma is wonderful! She is knowledgeable, personable, helpful, professional, and empathetic. Her patient communication is exceptional as she tells you everything she is going to do before she does it. This way you are prepared for the next step in the exam. Im so glad I found her & she is worth the long drive for my appts. As a woman with Incontinence issues, I had suffered long enough. She was very thorough in her tests, logical in her conclusions, communicated to me her findings, and has helped me tremendously.Her staff is awesome as well. Hilda her assistant is the Happiest Person on Earth! She is always smiling and has the most positive attitude. Hilda is so compassionate about her patients and it shows through in everything she does! From handholding to procedure tests, she is knowledgeable, competent & gentle. Topeka handles the front desk and will make every effort to ensure your appointment times are correct & that you stay well informed. She is a delight also! Im sure there are others in the office which provide excellent service, I just havent met them yet.If you need a first rate, kind, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable Gynecologist office, I highly recommend Dr. Rita Sharmas office. She is truly 1 in a million and you wont be disappointed.

Dr. Sharma is very knowledge in her work. She listens to your concerns and will offer different solutions to help reach your medical needs. Though, I will say, her front-end staff is very rude and not accommodating for the patients in the slightest. They get very snippy to simple requests and will leave you on hold for the rest of the day. To the doctor- She does well. The staff- not at all pleased.

Dr Sharma is a fine professional who listens to you. She laid out a testing regimen to determine the reason for my multiple UTI’s.She is accessible and prompt in her responses to medical changes and issues. She called back within 20 min when I had to contact her service.My only “complaint” is that each test was a separate appointment. I would have preferred to spend more time on 1 visit rather than making 3 separate trips.

I wish I could give you 0 star. I called more than 5 times just to make an appointment and the lady on the phone was extremely extremely rude and mean. First, she told me to call back because they are cleaning office. Second time, she told me she is with another patient and can’t take my call at the moment. 3rd time she literally hung off on me. I called again, this time she was communicating and I told her I don’t have my Medicaid but I have my member Id, but she was like call them back once I receive my card. I called them after I received my card and she told me they don’t accept Medicaid. Practices like this do need to get their license revoked.

I hope never to visit the office by mistake. The doctor was not interest in listening but very condecending made me feel that I have made a mistake choosing the office for my visit. After the doctors visit, I was not able to check-out for any follow-ups because no one there to check me out.

Rita Sharma and her staff have been nothing but professional life savers. Shes very detailed oriented with a staff that matches her. I could not ask for a better place to be as it pertains to my health.

Dr. Sharma was very rude. I waited for 1 and half hours to see her and finally when she came in, she only spent 10 minutes listening to me. After I asked her a question she made me feel dumb and said I should know the body system since I am a biology major in college... After spending 10 minutes, she kept looking at her watch and said she is busy and has other patients waiting as well as a meeting in 5 minutes, when I had been sitting there and had an appointment long ago. At the end, she said she does not have an online portal to communicate with patients and we were not allowed to call the office for any questions or concerns with side effects of the medicine. She said If there is a problem while taking the medicine I have to come in for another appointment, which would not be able to be scheduled within the same week since she was SO busy. She tried to be nice but her attitude showed otherwise. As a healthcare provider, you would think she would be considerate of her patients and their time, however this was not the case. I was very angry when I left her office that I did not even get any medicine from her or go back to her office. I am only 20 years old and this was my first experience with a gynecologist and I feel like not to even go for 10 more years because of her attitude.

Ive been seeing Dr. Sharma for over 4 years. When I suffered a miscarriage Dr. Sharma was so compassionate and kind. She was truly caring and she gave me hope to keep trying. Now I have a happy healthy 1 year old and Im ever grateful for her care. The staff are always warm and nice. This is a great practice!

UPDATE: I was left in what I thought was a bad situation when I received a registered letter from the doctor stating she no longer wanted to work with me after my HONEST review. In short, and to use her staffs terminology, I received a DIVORCE LETTER. Great timing, I had already hit my deductible and the end of the year was drawing near. I was having a hard time finding a doctor that could fit my surgery in before the end of 2021. But I am glad to say in this post, THANK YOU for treating so badly. It all worked out and I found the best doctor in Atlanta for ME. My laparoscopic surgery was a SUCCESS. Wish I could give ZERO stars!On my initial visit I loved the doctor. Each visit since then has proven to me that, for her this is simply a business. There is no bedside manner shes very rigid and condescending. And whatever you do make sure you bring your checkbook with you because they will turn you around at the door no matter how sick you are.

My experience with Atlanta GYN Center was fantastic!The office staff is respectful, friendly, and busy, but they quickly get you in and process you to be seen by the doctor.Four weeks ago, Dr. Rite Sharma performed a surgical procedure. And for anyone that is terrified like I was, let me assure you that my experience was highly successful. Dr, Sharma took care of the problem, and I am healing well.Thanks team!!

I love Dr. Sharma she is very professional and knows what she is doing. Prior to schedule. I read a lot of negative reviews about her that she rude etc but she is very professional. She gets straight to what you need! Ive had 8 years of infertility and finally Dr. Sharma took the correct steps to figuring out my problem when she sent me to get an HSG and found out my tubes were clogged! The front staff is a bit non warming but they are doing their job. Overall I am truly blessed to have found Rita Sharma!

The office is run in a very efficient manner. The wait time is always reasonable and I am always in and out in about 1 hour. I have been going to Dr. Sharma for years. I love chatting with her. She is frank but kind when discussing various issues.

I called the office to schedule the appointment as it was getting really painful for me because of my cyst, the front desk lady literally told me call tomorrow after 9 am and we will get you scheduled for same day. I called the front desk and the lady spoke to me very rudely telling me my next appointment will be next week and when I tried to correct her with what she said earlier, she gave me a rude reply. Totally unprofessional, if you see a patient in pain, don’t play around them in this critical time.

I arrived at Dr. Rita Sharma office 5 min late for my 11:30 am appointment. I was seen about 15 min after my late arrival. I thought the staff to be unprofessional discussing patients medical information in the waiting area. I thought Dr. Sharma was well educated and had overall concern with me. I was at ease in her office I would visit her again as an OBGYN. I didnt enjoy the gossip at the front desk I thought that to be very disappointing no one wants there medical information divulged. I did enjoy Dr. Sharma I am considering her for my fibroid surgery. The front desk staff is what makes me consider her and not be definite about her.

Dr Sharma definitely is a very good Doctor. Being going to her over 6 years she pointed out to me what was wrong with me had surgery and doing good.

Dr. Sharma saved my life. I went to her on a referral from my gyno re: fibroid removal. Dr. Sharma worked with me on the best approach, and after some prep work, performed a more complicated surgery that removed all of the fibroids. The life-saving piece happened when, during the surgery, she noticed something that seemed abnormal. Her advanced training allowed her to remove that as well. As it turned out, the abnormality was cancerous. Had it not been for her knowledge and skills, who knows how long the cancer would have remained and what more detrimental effects it would have caused to my health. Im very grateful that she is my doctor!Updated 7.24.21: I was at the office earlier this week, and I remembered that I forgot to mention how great the office managers and nurses are as well - especially Tameka and Hilda (sp). They are always very nice and welcoming. They are a valuable part of the experience.

The visit went fairly well although I am still confused as to how to comply with instructions. Dr, Sharma has been really patient with me and I am trusting that this next test on May 17 will clarify what she is seeking.When I google you, the above always comes up. You will notice it was from the May 17 visit. As for the most recent visit on Oct. 12, Dr. Sharma went over the meds she had given me and stopped one. The new one will be tested for two weeks, then I come in for follow up on that, Soooo I will see you then.

I was referred by Dr Sharma by my OBGYN Dr DAUS. As soon I get there Dr Sharma said if you have been referred that means you need to be here. I love Dr Sharma and she is very passionate about her job. She definitely knows what she is doing. I highly recommend Dr Sharma because I trust her with my life and I know she is a great OBGYN.

Dr. Sharma changed my whole life. She did my hysterectomy in 2020. I was under 40 and insurance loves to fight a hysterectomy in that age range. They worked with insurance to get them the info and medical history they needed. Dr Sharma and her team made me feel cole and HEARD. I was in horrible pain every month. My OB/Gyn and dr Sharma had worked together before and when she said to me I know if hes sent you here, you need to be here. Ill never forget realizing i was going to get help and I wouldnt be miserable anymore. What a weight lifted. Thank you Dr. SHA

Avoid this place at all costs. I came here because the reviews were good. This practice does not care about patients. The front office is incredibly rude and incompetent. I called to see what my copay would be for iud removal. They told me $50 which is consistent with my insurance place. I arrived to the appointment and am told it’s going to be $349. Front office spews some excuse thar the billing department sometimes gives the wrong answer. Incompetent billing department it seems. I called a different practice and I’m told the iud removal is $100 total… $50 for the procedure and $50 new patient fee. So tell me how Dr. Sharma’s office is going to try to charge $349 for this procedure?! I was told by front office they could not longer speak to me since I was “outside my appointment time” after I stepped out to call my insurance company. I wish I could give their office and front office staff 0 stars. They are completely rude and do not care about patients or resolving issues without getting an attitude with patients.To touch on Dr. Sharma, she was nice. Sometimes. Most of the time she made me feel completely incompetent for not knowing certain medical things. Once, I asked her to check for and treat suspected BV that was causing discomfort. Her response? “BV is normal and will always occur because you have the bacteria in your system all the time. It’s not necessarily a bad thing.” I literally asked to be treated for an issue and was basically told no.Not to mention the multiple other times they have charged me for services that seemed unreasonably expensive. Or the times they tell me I have to book two separate appointments days apart because they can’t bill two services (iud removal and place new iud) because insurance won’t allow. Overall avoid this place. They will over charge you for services and if you don’t stand your ground, they will force you to pay ridiculous prices for procedures. I urge you to find literally any place else.

Atmosphere was comfortable and clean. Staff seemed nice. My visit was not long, and the wait time in the waiting area was not long at all. The Dr. seemed genuine and she listened with care to my description of the problem I was there for. The only concern I had was that the staff wore their masks below the nose. One staff member had just returned to the office and had her mask slung against her ear rather than have it on her face. If you work in a dr.s office, I think you should set a better example and wear the mask in the appropriate manner, covering the nose and mouth. This was my first visit, but I would still recommend this practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sharmas for nearly 15 years and have always had good experiences when visiting her office, including when said visits are not for very pleasant reasons. She is always thorough in her explanation of results as well as when I have numerous questions about my body/health. She is very personable and I appreciate the fact that I am not dealing with a new assistant and/or front desk associate upon each visit. I am pleased with her as my GYN and look forward to continuing our doctor/patient relationship.

Awesome staff and Dr. Sharma was so personable. I felt comfortable and genuinely heard. I highly recommend their services and feel good about putting my health in their hands. I was treated as a whole person and not by symptoms alone. :)

I visited Dr. Sharmas office for the first time and was pleased with how courteous the front staff and nurse were. Patty at the front desk was very helpful when I called to make the appointment as well. Dr. Sharma took time listening to my concerns and symptoms, asking questions and laying out a plan of action to find solutions with surgery being the absolute last resort. She is conservative in her approach but very knowledgable and thorough. Even though I had read a couple of negative reviews, I decided to select Dr. Sharma because of her credentials and experience. If there was a negative to my visit, it was that I had to wait about 45 min. to see the doctor, but overall I was impressed with the entire experience and have confidence that Dr. Sharma is the right choice.

Dr Sharma and her team are always so professional and welcoming. Dr Sharma listens to your concerns and has a wonderful bedside manner I came to their office after my long time Gynecologist stopped accepting my insurance. That small inconvenience was my gain.

My last OBGYN passed away so Dr. Sharma came highly recommended to receive his patients, and I am thankful for that because I was looking for a female OBGYN who is caring, concerned, and attentive to my needs as a female over 60 years old. Dr. Sharma appears to be professional, knowledgeable, and confident when giving verbal medical recommendations, and that is very important to me. Also, feeling comfortable was a concern for me but with Dr. Sharma, I feel very relaxed, and comfortable, and for any female over sixty, I would definitely recommend giving Dr. Sharma a visit.

Dr. Sharma is the best OB/GYN doctors in Georgia. This doctor not only found cancer in my breast but sent me to one of the best oncologist in GA. And lastly but most importantly, she literally gave me the hair off her head when chemotherapy took my hair out. She is the best, and if you don’t believe me, check her out for yourself.

My name is Felicia Williams and I have been a patient of Dr. Sharma for three and a half years. I am a hairdresser and one of my clients recommended her. She is awesome.!!!!!!!! She is the most personable and thorough obgyn that I have ever had. She really makes you feel special , and I know she has a lot of patients but when I see her I feel like I am the only one. Your health really matters to her and in this day and time that is rare. Her staff is also very professional and friendly.

Dr. Sharma has been caring for me for about 13 years. I cannot say enough great things about her. I put my full trust in her when it comes to Womens Health. Most recently, Dec 2015, I had the DaVinci robotic hysterectomy. Dr. Sharma always made me feel calm and that everything was going to work out just fine. I only had 2 small incisions and they are barely even visible now. I am 7 weeks post-op and she has been readily available for any questions or concerns that I had before surgery, during the first few weeks after surgery and even now 7 weeks post-op. If I have ever had a concern, I can call the office and they will get me right in to be seen and taken care of. Dr. Sharma has always been very knowledgeable, professional, yet very compassionate and caring at the same time. She takes all the time I need to explain any questions or concerns. Her staff is very helpful and very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend Dr. Sharma to anyone, especially if you are considering DaVinci. She is one of the very best and highly trained surgeons when it comes to DaVinci.

Ive only just had my first initial visit with Dr. Sharma. I appreciated the staff and Dr. Sharma herself. They were very professional, courteous and provided the best care possible. I was impressed! It was a very pleasant experience. Their Covid-19 safety protocol and procedures were also very well appreciated.

I was only a patient of Dr. Sharmas for two months. I wish I had found her earlier, but Im glad I did when I did. The only reason I am no longer a patient is because I moved out of state. Dr. Sharma and the staff provided me with excellent care when I was in crisis.

Poor bedside manner. Very matter of fact and business oriented. I was shamed about my body, despite actuallyhaving lost a lot of weight recently. Dr. Sharma seems to be knowledgeable, but she made a lot of judgements about me for my first visit. She does not know me or how far Ive come. She addressed my weight multiple times, made me promise to make certain changes, and told me that basically all the problems Im having are weight related (which I know for a fact, some are not- there are genetic issues out of my control). I left the office wanting to cry. I know Im not perfect, but there is a way to go about these things and be sensitive to the needs of your patient. Plus, I waited almost 40 minutes in a hot room. No music, and there is a window for anyone to watch you changing as you walk by. I wish I didnt have to do a follow up here, but I couldnt get in anywhere else. The office staff is great, thats the only positive.

I went to Dr. Sharma’s office because of infertility issues. I’ve been to many other Doctors who weren’t able nor interested in finding out what was wrong , so a skeptical me enters her office. Needless to say she was able to immediately find out what was wrong and performed a laparoscopic procedure that went without a hitch. I am super ecstatic and can’t wait to continue my journey. She’s awesome at what she does and I felt at ease with her.

Dr. Sharma provided us highly useful insights that reflected her knowledge, skill, and deep experience in treating patients. We saw her as a new couple seeking information that would help launch our relationship. She answered all of our questions completely and offered helpful advice.

I love Dr. Sharma, she is an Awesome Doctor to me! Her office is always clean. Her staff is always kind, responsive and helpful.

I try to follow the Dont say anything if you cant say anything nice mantra, but I am still upset about this visit many months later. 1st off ladies in front were very rude to an elderly lady that was having difficulties with the check in tablet and were so condescending it was heartbreaking. Next was my 5 minute visit after a very lengthy wait which cost $600+ after insurance, and was told that I would need another initial visit due to lack of communication on their part. I felt no confidence to undergo surgery with this practice. Overall poor communication from top to bottom.

I tried to make an appointment many times but customer service is so bad here. A lady at front desk she speak so rudely when we try to book an appointment; she keep hanging up calls when we try to ask for different days and times for doctor availability. I wouldn’t even give 1 star to their customer service. This is not a patient should be treated when patients are trying to get help. So rude and unprofessional. I don’t know how people hire this kind of people who doesn’t want to work and who are rude to patients. 0 star. Bad customer service.

Dr. Sharma had a nice bedside manner and I wanted to like her office even after they lost my chart after my first visit and the fact that the office didnt seem very clean. However, after she performed a biopsy I had massive bleeding and called her on a Friday to see if could see me. Her office was closed, but she called me back to tell me that it was just my cycle, but that if the bleeding was severe I should proceed to Urgent Care or the ER. I told her that I knew it was not my cycle and sure enough after a very expensive ER stay (Urgent care wouldnt even see me the bleeding was so severe) it turns out that it was a complication from the biopsy she performed. She never called me back to follow up and I immediately found a new GYN.

Dr. Sharma performed my myometomy to remove some fibriods, I had a great experience with her and her office. The scar was seamless and so were the directions she gave me before and after surgery. I enjoy her and her office when I come for my office visits.

Dr. Sharma is kind, considerate, extremely qualified in her field, explains everything, and is gentle when she does an examination. The office staff is friendly and helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

So here is my story..I found Dr. Sharma on google and Im so thankful I did.Im 27, no kids and never have been pregnant.I went to Dr. Sharma for a pap and womens exam. During my visit I was expressing to her about my infertility. Right away she schedules me just for an appointment to talk about myself and the next steps we were going to take.She then scheduled a ultrasound and sonohysterogram.My pap smear came back abnormal with HPV.I then had a colposcopy and the results came back saying the same thing HPV.She gave me information on it and its something we would have to keep an eye on but it wasnt suppose be a big concern right now since Im so young.During my ultrasound and sono, she found a polyp. So we then scheduled a D&C to remove the polyp and we would be another step closer to getting pregnant.During my D&C, Dr. Sharma removed the polyp, I got to see inside my uterus and saw the polyp inside. During my procedure, she saw something wrong with my cervix and took a biopsy.And Im so thankful she did.My biopsy came back.Invasive squamous cell carcinoma.Cervical Cancer.Dr. Sharma delivered the news to me in her office, all the while, she had her receptionists Mrs. T find and schedule a appointment to a Gynecologist Oncologist the following week.As hard as the news was to give, the harder I couldnt believe it.But I am so grateful Dr. Sharma pays attention to details. And Ill tell you, she pays attention to details.Mind you, I will have a hysterectomy and my hopes of bearing my own child will be no more. But Ill be here.Dr. Sharma has given me another stepping stone in this life.She continues to show her concern and oath.She wants to know where I am along this journey and I know if I need her, all I have to do is call or just pop in the office. Even if its just to talk.Thank you Dr. Sharma, Hilda, Tomeka and Mrs. T. I am forever grateful.You cant choose what life brings you, but you can surely choose who you want in your life.Choose Dr. Sharma.Get your pap smears and if you are 27 and under get the HPV vaccine! Get the vaccine for your children, male and female!

Dr. Sharma is the best, very knowledgeable, I had abnormal pap smear for many years and other doctor didnt do anything. When I saw Dr.Sharma, she suggested to do a cone biopsy to remove the abnormal cells. Till this day, I still tell my daughter that Dr.Sharma is very nice, and she my life saver :-)

Front office staff is abysmal. Have tried to call to schedule an appointment as a new patient twice now. The first time I got put on hold and never helped- just gave up and hung up. Called back and the woman was talking so quickly and low I could barely understand her- I ask what she said again and she snapped at me. Proceeded to cut me off as I was asking a question. Lol. I’ll go somewhere else.

I have been seeing Dr. Sharma for years now. Shes the best and really do care about her patients. The staff is very nice as well. If you need an good Dr. I recommend her. Love you Rita Sharma.

Everyone in this office is so professional. Dr. Sharma is a doctor who really cares about her patients and she goes the extra mile. I was referred by a fellow colleague and it was the best decision i have ever made.

Thank God for Dr.Sharma and her staff!!! She cares about her patients and she gives you all your options and what she think is best for your well being. She removed several fibroids. I am feeling like a new woman thanks to her.

The first thing she asked about when she entered the room was about my insurance code for my visit! Thats ALL she seems to care about. This lady thinks because she is a doctor she knows EVERYTHING! She walked out the room after my examination and didnt say anything to me. She did NOT listen to me at all regarding my concerns. She continued to interrupt me and cut me off mid sentence to rebuttal what I was telling her. I FOUND OUT THAT SHE HAS BEEN SUED SEVERAL TIMES because of inaccurate insurance billing after my visit!!!! Stay away from her and her overbearing, money hungry attitude. I would advise that you seek someone who actually cares about you and your concerns not just billing codes and insurance coverage. This woman is incompetent and extremely rude. I would NEVER recommended any woman to waste her time with this so called doctor. She really needs to find another occupation.

Super awesome services!!!. Given the Covid-19 I felt absolutely safe. When I arrived I will called the receptionist and she will courteously conduct a proper Covid-19 examination before enter. The waiting time is normal short and definitely get the proper treatment and diagnosis for my issue which I had for years. 100% recommended!!!

I Will not return to this Doctor, bedside manor needs work. I was told that i would be getting a call regarding my results, never received one. I am use to receiving a call with results from either my Dr. Himself, or his secretary with lab results etc. You will receive a letter and no phone call from this Dr, very impersonal. I was sent a pamphlet about a disease that she thought i might have, not a confirmed diagnosis. Please have facts before assumption. All of my test were negative from my second visit as i knew they would be. I stressed for months thinking that i had something, that i know i shouldnt have had. Also during my most recent visit, out of the blue I was told They have a great GYN group at Emory, Why dont you go there? as if she was trying to push me off. Im done! Wont be going back there. Wait time is great, front desk staff are great.

I am leaving this practice. I have been jerked around and refused help too many times to count. They left me in a terrible situation, so I asked for my most recent test results to be sent to another doctor so I could hopefully get in to see someone who would help. The results were never sent and then her office promptly closed for two weeks. Needless to say, I am extremely angry and I feel that a patients health is not their primary concern. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

The front desk staff, tech nurse, and Dr. Sharma were all pleasant and very professional. They really work well together to give great service and medical care.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Shes dismissive and cold and it takes forever for her to see you. This had been ny experience with her after seeing her twice before, but I just needed birth control pill prescriptions. Any concerns you bring up are brushed off as stupid questions. I really should have seen the signs. This year after about a year of being on birth control pills I had terrible breakthrough bleeding and went to see her and she recommended depo provera. She did this knowing I have PCOS and I cant NOT have my period, but she did not explain that I wouldnt be getting it on the shot. I told her I have a history of depression and anxiety and a horrible experience with antidepressants so I asked about depos links to depression and she barely even looked at me and said Well it might be fine and you might end up way worse but Ill send you a prescription for Prozac if it happens. Fast forward 3 months later I have never been so physically and emotionally miserable in my life. She completely failed to educate me on the shot before hastily administering it and took advantage of how desperate I was to stop the bleeding. Depo provera is black labeled for those with PCOS which I learned on my own after I had gotten it, and she also failed to mention that I could be experiencing symptoms of the shot for up to a YEAR. Plus she has the nerve to send me a $400 bill for lab tests I never even knew were taken. Please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. She does not care about her patients.

Everyone is very friendly and professional. The doctor is very detailed and I dont have to wait 4 months to get an appointment.

Absolutely time wasting, and misleading consultations is all I can say about her.-Reports obtained from the doctor says lots of illegible things which were never discussed or told in person.-She will attend you for 5-10 minutes and the reports will say she attended you for 30-40 minutes!!!-She will continue to push for further appointments to handle/ answer concerns instead of taking it in the same session.-MISLEADING COMMUNICATIONS,-EVEN AFTER ONE YEAR OF CONSULTATION AND MULTIPLE TEST AND CHECK-UPS SHE HAS NO IDEA WHATS WRONG WITH THE PATIENT.She may be better in other fields, but I am not sure she is the gynac you are looking forward to visit!!!One last thing, if you ever decide to visit her, stop worrying about what you will end up paying and have a fax machine ready ... she cannot mail/ email or provide your reports in person without extra charge!!!-RIDICULOUS, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALLSAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

If I could give 0 stars I would. She was ONLY concerned about insurance and they overbilled my insurance THREE TIMES. I called several times to remedy this, with my insurance company, and the amount owed keeps increasing. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy.

I will not be returning, this was a very poor experience for me. I was given a test without my knowledge based on a poorly designed tablet questionnaire. My questions were not answered without agreeing to make another appointment even though there were no other patients there.
