Dr. Gingrich was very thorough in his explanation of my medical condition and in planning an approach to its solution. His associates were very helpful with the paperwork involved and in providing follow-up instructions. I was extremely pleased with my visit and have high expectations for the future.

Good checkup. I felt like the exam was very thorough and Dr. M explained my options well. We’ll see if I actually hear back from the testing schedulers and physical therapy schedulers. It’s only been 5 days, 2 of them weekend, but I will do my own follow through if I don’t hear from them by the end of the week.It took far too long to get the second appointment. I wasn’t told until after the first appointment that they scheduled me to see a doctor who was leaving the practice, so I couldn’t get much help from Dr. M until I saw him 4 months later.I was told over and over that I was on “the list” for cancellations by the staff until nearly time for my appointment, then I was told there were two lists and I wasn’t actually on the urgent one and they didn’t actually communicate with each other.If I had known what I know now , I would have gone to OHSU in the first place.

Surgery went very well according to Dr.No complications and quick recovery.Hospital staff.From the start of 10,000 questions OR prep, Jenny’s smile lit up the room. Such a calming presence in her. Even the gal who got my IV ready!!After surgery, my night nurse Lindy & Jose’ were diamonds. So caring. Then in the morning Athena, Sandra & Margarita took such good care of me too!! Oh, I can’t forget Ali. She was everywhere!!!Anything I needed or whatever she thought would make me more comfortable, she was on it!!!Thank you , what a team.

It was fine. Didnt have to wait very long. Went very well. Dr. Chen explains things very well.

The nurses are very professional and made me feel at ease during the awkward intimate procedures I have had to undergo to address my urinary retention.

I cannot recommend this office at all. 1/2021 appointment, difficult communication with the office, I was told a very expensive scan must be done in order for the doctor to even “triage“ me then the doctor said it was unnecessary, never needed, he asked me why I had it done and who told me to do it? I explained it was his office staff. The doctor (Dr M) himself was very rude and condescending and unhelpful. There were many issues regarding his professionalism at my appointment My husband and I both left the appointment knowing I would receive no help with finding the cause of my pain from this doctor. I have a friend who has seen him and loved this doctor but for me-never again and I would not recommend him.

Horrible doctors office. Give me proof that my referral head came through and 2 1/2 weeks later said that they had nothing at all. Would not recommend this place to anybody. Very rude office staff

Office is disorganized and doesnt communicate effectively. hard to schedule appointments. my appoint was reschudule without me being notified. If I didnt wait months already Id go somewhere else.

I came here and this place has such friendly staff and the Urologist is real nice, funny and full of information. I recommend this place to anyone
