Dr. Allison Hoffman and her team are absolutely amazing. If you are looking for a doctor who listen and truly cares about yours and your family’s well being, I 1000% recommend Allison. She is incredible at what she does and deserves all the recognition!

Always a good time when visiting One Community Health. The main floor has recent upgrades including all new hardwood flooring and updated receptionist area. Seasonal decorations create a welcoming home feel which is great. Heading to the second floor, there really are two choices, nice solid stairs that are comfortable to traverse or effortless elevator, either way, they meet up in the same place. The second floor receptionist/check in area is very open with the ability to check in four people at a time. No matter the wait time you are drawn to the wall to wall windows facing the Mighty Columbia River.

My doctor is great. My issue comes from the terrible communication and their terrible financial assistance programs. The financial assistance guy told me that he would give me a call back after trying to figure out my OHP application. He assured me I should be accepted based on my income and he even showed me his income bracket and it showed I should qualify based on my income. Never heard back from him, but I got a denial letter from the state. So I’m not sure where his OHP income chart came from because his numbers were nowhere near the qualifying limits according to my denial letter. Their sliding scale program is also terrible as they do not take your expenses into consideration and simply base your acceptance on gross monthly income. Providence in Hood River has you provide every expense even down to your phone bill and they base your acceptance on that because they know that you’re not coming home with nearly that amount monthly.. It really sucks that I have to drive 30 minutes away just to afford to take care of my health when OCH always advertises how well they work with lower income people. I miss one payment and I’m getting letters in the mail about collection. Until I’m able to get better insurance I’m stuck here making monthly payments on bills I’ll never catch up on.

One Community Health far exceeded my expectations . Dr.Hoffman is the best doctor there..Shes extremely compassionate and very thorough ..Shes by far the best doctor Ive ever had! One community health dental dept. Is lacking in every way tho Id give them half a star.

Love the doctors here. Especially Dr. Moreno. Everyone I have seen takes their time and doesnt rush you and 99.9% of the time. They are always on time and that is awesome. Thank you. For being a great place to come.

This horrible place offers walk in for dental emergencies. Ok cool... but what they dont tell you is that the walk in is open from 7am to 3pm. But its a cancellation based walk in. So if no one cancels you or your child will not be seen and you wasted your time in their joke of a walk in. When asked about establishing yourself as a new patient so you can have an actual appointment to be seen they say sorry we arent taking any new patients at this time. But feel free to waste your time in our shitty walk in imaginary clinic... if I could give them 0 stars I would. The one is only so I could write this review

Love Annika Brooks. I have several health issues starting August 2023. She studied my chart and didnt miss a beat going over my upcoming doctor appointment and also refered me to a blood specialist. I was very happy with my experiences with Dr Brooks. Will she continue to be a Dr at one community after Erin comes back?

Annika Brooks, DPN, FNP was incredibly thorough, thoughtful and compassionate with my mom’s recent visit with her. We had a very positive experience with both Annika, her nurse, her MA, and the front desk team. Highly recommend!

They are caring and wonderful people to go to! I highly recommend them if you have dental problems. They explain everything they are going to do. They are compassionate and listen to you. They really do care.

Elizabeth Dial is absolutely fantastic! She is very understanding and caring. She is just wonderful and my son has no problem at all when its time for his cleaning and upkeep.

I am 63 years old. With age medical conditions arise. Dr. Erin Farmer is an excellent Dr. I am certain that she is the best Ive ever had. Her genuine concern and accurately diagnosing my medical conditions are spot on. I am soooooo grateful to have her as my doctor. I also love the entire staff including the dental clinic. It made my uncertainty about my moving to a new town and state a big relief for my emotional status. Thank you all.

Dr. Jehnsen is AMAZING!! She’s been mine and my 3 girls Dr. for years, she is extremely thorough, great listener, best Dr. I’ve ever had. She never rushes even though i know she’s very busy she always takes the time needed. She’s very impressive, always kind, caring and attentive.

Dr. Moreno is amazing, she listens to what I have to say, never rushes me, takes her time makes me feel comfortable, not pushing me like she’s in a hurry to get out and move on to the next person! I appreciate her so much taking her time with me and knowing that I’m heard and my needs are being taken care of is the best feeling.

The staff was super friendly! Dr. Piatt was just amazing when it came to my daughters dental needs. Very understanding and patient and made the overall experience for my daughter a good one! The dentist is scary for kids and she made sure to make a good impression so when we go back she’s not scared or anxious!

This is without a doubt the best medical facility in The Dalles. The people here are professional and comprehensive. They also work with people throughout the socioeconomic spectrum and even offer community outreach to folks in need. My experience with the doctors and staff there has been very positive. If you need medical care and live in the Eastern Gorge, this is your spot.

Staff were all polite, pleasant, and efficient. The wait was slightly longer than the schedule called for. The Dr. asked clear, pertinent questions and suggested reasonable responses.

Dr Moreno at One Community Health is always great. So is the rest of the staff. I have never had any issues and theyre always bright and cheerful and always happy to see you!

Staff are always so kind. I was lucky enough that my primary Dr Hoffman also works as an OB Dr so I was able to have the same Dr during my pregnancy. I have worked with some of the other staff members and they are all great. When Rebecca see’s my toddler she does her best to try to find his favorite toys. It’s a great feeling all around!

This is the most positive clinic Ive been. Theyre honest, the listen to the patients concerns, and this clinic begins the road to recovery with empathy. Im sold on them.

I had a dental emergency and wasnt a established patient of theirs. I showed up in the half hour of their time slots available of the day. I was told if the last person didnt show up I could be seen. Thanks to faith, Gods goodness, and the compassionate, hard working easy going team they have at one community. I GOT SEEN! for my emergency and established a plan of care before the end of ther day.

This place… they only do filling and extractions. They can refer you for a denture but they will find some reason you don’t qualify or they’ll convince you to have all your teeth pulled. If you need fillings you can only get in once every three to four months. But they’ll schedule multiple, overlapping cleanings. I have had four cleaning appointments in the last 6 months. I’ve had two fillings. I missed a cleaning today because the last time I went in for a cleaning they told me I’d already done it. So I told them that when they called to confirm a week ago. But nobody talked to anyone so I just got a lecture from a young girl on my voicemail about a no show policy, like I’m so lucky to be allowed into the office and my privilege may be revoked. Nobody communicates with anyone. If it’s the only place for you to get fillings I get it, but almost anywhere is better as far as the services provided. The dentist is excellent, though. But you have to suffer through multiple cleanings just to get an x ray to maybe start getting fillings in a few months. Very inefficient.

Always leave feeling well taken care of. Great atmosphere, bed side manner and all around pleasant experience. Taking the anxiety and stress out of dentistry.

My Dr Jennifer is the best Dr and bedside manor I have ever had. She takes time to talk to you and listen. She works with my personal issues like anxiety and takes everything into consideration. Shes not fast food fast service. Shes an angel. I do not know how I got so lucky.

I want to start by saying Dr. Piatt has done all my work (pulled 14 teeth) and did a fantastic job and would recommend her to anyone. The manager reached out when I had a problem and fixed the situation which I very much appreciate.

My husband had a had a filling fallout and was causing him severe pain. I called the after hours number (it being Sunday) the nurse that returned my call was very friendly and informative.

I am a new patient at One Community Health. I was seen by Madeline Lawrence NP. She was awesome! Addressed several issues with meI have been trying to get answers for years about how my health is. She got right on all of the referrals and is going to get help for me finally

Jessica Crew did an amazing job with my dental cleaning. She was extremely polite and informative. The cleaning was efficient and it didn’t hurt at all.

I have received 2 shots - Today for shoulder and a month ago for left knee. Pain in knee was 8 or 9 now about a 2. Shoulder is about 7 to 8 now about 2. Dr. Jennifer Jehnsen is wonderful doctor— Thank you

I need to preface this complaint by letting you know that I never leave a bad review. This experience however pleads for one. I was switched to Erin Farmer at One Community Health when my doctor moved else where. My experience with her has been by far the WORSE experience I have ever had with a doctor in my entire life. She was incredibly rude and treated me as though I am imagining my pain and making up issues (as though I have nothing better to do than make a super fun doctors appointment). I have been in multiple times in the last 6 months over the same issue. Since the last appointment I had been making note of all the different symptoms I have been having so I could help her figure out what is going on. After less than a minute of talking to her during my appointment today, she gave me a wide eyed look, I stopped and asked if I was overwhelming her and she said YES! I had not even delved into my issues yet. If that was overwhelming to her you would think as a doctor she would understand how overwhelmed I am, actually experiencing these issues for myself. I cant even imagine how a doctor could feel overwhelmed 1 minute into a patient explaining their concerns. The appointment went swiftly down hill from that point. She expressed annoyance or maybe disbelief that I was having so many different issues and even tried telling me that I may be referring to my migraines incorrectly. That they may just be head aches. I have been plagued by migraines since early childhood, the aura, numbness in my hands and in my youth extreme nausea as well. At that time I saw a doctor about it and found out that I was dealing with migraines and I have dealt with them ever since. At this point in time I have several things going on that I fear some of which may be symptoms of one problem and since she made it clear that she had no clue what my problem was the last time I saw her, I made sure I didnt leave anything out this time and she treated me like I was crazy and imagining things. Insisted we could only talk about ONE of my 15 problems. I even went so far as to ask her to please listen to me and take me seriously because it has been literally, painfully clear that she is not listening nor is she concerned at all with the fact that I have anything going on. This is especially outrageous considering the nature of some of the symptoms I have been having. They are not normal everyday issues, they are very concerning to me. What I have experienced with her is the worse form of negligence I have ever seen from a professional. I finally told her that I would be getting a new doctor and walked out of my appointment. I have NEVER been so furious with a doctor before in my life! She should have her license revoked. I WILL be getting a new doctor and if it turns out that something serious is wrong and could have been prevented or cured if it was addressed sooner this woman will be facing a lawsuit of gigantic proportions. I just cant even stress enough what a disappointing and truly awful experience this has been with her. WOW. One Community Health, watch out for her, she is a liability waiting to happen.

The wait was a bit long, but the nurse (?) Was great. I made her laugh about getting my fourth polio vaccine in my early fifties after a wait of fifty years. She got a great laugh at it and I enjoyed sharing. Shes a great person. Thank you!

Im a tough customer and the continue to be nice. Thank them for that! Their willingness to always let me talk,(And I can carry on!) Makes me see that were being listen to and cared about. I have Dr. Moraino and she is top notch. I think I will continue to get my medical care from here!

***update***I’ve had multiple ma’s and a few different Drs but my opinion stays the same!#OCHROCKSI’ve always been treated with dignity and respect. I love my Dr and her staff, professional, smiling, great moods, and smart. I definitely would refer her to all my family and friends

One community has helped change my life for the good, my doctor Allyson Hoffman is absolutely amazing and my nurse Katherine, my therapist Naomi. They also listen and are genuine I get to choose my care team if I dont like a person to be apart my care team they fix it no questions asked. They care about a persons happiness. The medical upstairs.As for the dental down stairs the front receptionist ask the male dentist to come out to ask for me to put my mask on instead of asking her self. 1. That makes someone feel super uncomfortable. 2. If a person can not Ask why are u even working desk.

Ive been coming to One Community Health for approximately 6 years now, and I have received nothing but excellent care, extreme professionalism, and medical providers who have been empathic, kind, and very knowledgeable. In the past I have had some pretty serious medical issues, but they were handled quickly, and they worked tirelessly to ensure a speedy recovery for me!

One Community Health is a wonderful clinic. Their staff is always polite and willing to listen, and the new building is beautiful. Theyre also have sliding scale payments, which is really helpful as a poor student. Thanks one community!

One Community Health in The Dalles is truly the best doctors office I have ever been to. Dr. Moreno and her whole team deserve more than 5 stars, as she is the most understanding, patient, helpful and kind doctor I have ever had. I recently moved out of state and am disappointed I couldn’t bring her with me or keep her as my doctor, as I know I won’t be able to find somebody as good as her! She truly made one of the hardest times of my life much easier, and I will be forever grateful for that. I contribute a large part of my success to her and her team. She is such a good doctor my entire family switched from their primary care physicians at Waters Edge to Dr. Moreno at One Community just based on how much she helped me! She has already given both my parents more help than any other doctor they have had in The Dalles. Within the first few visits, Dr. Moreno addressed and fixed many issues and concerns that other doctors in the area had put off for months. She is always willing to explain whatever questions or concerns you may have, and never makes you feel bad for asking questions, she encourages it! She is always willing to double check to reassure you or make sure a diagnosis is 100%. She stays updated on all your health information, and genuinely cares about each of her patients. She is the quickest doctor I have ever had to refer me to outside clinics if needed, I got into a chiropractor within one week of her referring me to one! The front desk staff and nurses are all extremely helpful, kind, confidential, and I never had to wait for more than a week for a normal check up, and if I had an emergency I was always able to talk to a nurse that day, and if I didn’t get through the first time they would return my call within two hours. Nobody was ever even slightly rude to me here, always compassion and help, even when making or changing an appointment time! This is the only doctors office I have ever had that called me just to check up on me when I had vaccines, medication changes, random sicknesses or a question. I felt much better about moving states after both my parents switched to One Community as I knew their health and well-being were in extremely good hands. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars, definitely the best clinic in The Dalles and in my opinion, that I’ve ever had. Thank you all SO much for keeping me healthy and supporting me on my journey!

They listen...I have always been able to get in when I call...I am very pleased with my caregiver..Even her nurse rocks.She(the nurse)calls whenever changes are made or a reminded for something,med change..what ever.i have the opportunity to see the same nurse and the SAME doctor..so I feel confident she knows whats going on. I have had excellent dental care for over 2 years with Dr. Piatt. She is highly skilled and truly cares for her patients. I would recommend The Dalles dental clinic for anyone wanting top notch dental care. The entire staff is friendly and professional.

From start to finish my experience at One Community Health in the Dalles was really great today. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, the nurse was welcoming and my provider made me feel listened and heard and did a thorough exam regarding my concerns.

My appointment was with the dental side of the clinic. This place works on a sliding scale and will work with you regarding payments. It excepts OHP. Getting established as a patient on an appointment schedule can take a while. Like 3 months. This is the only reason I give them 4 stars. The staff is very kind and did their best to make me comfortable. Had not seen a dentist in several years. I am thankful for a place that works on teeth without insurance

THE OCHC. WORKED AS A TEAM. THE PHLEBOTOMIST WAS HIGHLY SKILLED WITH HER PHLEBOTMY SKILLS ON ADULTS. SHE REPRESENTED OCH with excellent customer service skills. The Doctor I seen was very kind and extremely helpful in obtaining the help I requested for a Medical Marijuana Card. I have severe pain, and CBD with a low % of THC controls the pain. SHE SHOWED ME THE PROPER WAY TO FILL OUT MY APPLICATION ON LINE. WHICH WAS VERY HELPFUL. SHE MADE ME FEEL IMPORTANT AND THAT I MATTERED. AWESOME CARING Doctor. THE MA was also Top of the Line professional. I appreciate every one who helped me today. The admitting staff was also nice. Great Job OCH!!!

Simple,convenient, didnt have to get out of my car. friendly staff greeted me and guided me through the traffic cones to the next friendly person. i answered a few questions, recieved my one time johnson & johnson covid vaccine and after observing there were no problems or concerns, i was given $50 visa gift card and a friendly goodbye and that was that.couldnt have been easier, i am so glad to be on board with the thousands of people who have recieved their covid vaccine. im looking forward to putting all of this covid nightmare behind us and hopefully to a brighter, smarter, and saner future.

Some doctors disagree with you and they don’t persistently kind of treatment or touching your body miss farmers, the same way, so Smith Hoffman. I don’t think that Miss Katie is even relevant to this episode of narcissism so that is a step the doctors of change to FMP versus the doctor abbreviations are nurses which she should be helpful to tame and ham. Something is broken or out of socket is something you’re supposed to do I just neglected person feel pain, Katie. She was most helpful and understanding. FNp Katie Liebenstien, FNP.

She was very thorough, explained what she was seeing on the X-rays, why she was making the recommendations she made, very willing to listen to me. All of the staff made me feel very comfortable.

One community health really needs to start listening to their clients before they end up with multiple lawsuits! i couldnt get a call back from them not one single time while i was sick with the covid. when i finally got someone on the phone and had told them i had covid and how nobody had gotten back to me i was then put on hold and nobody ever came back to the phone nor have i ever recieved a call back to this day and im now in my 3rd week of having the covid. not the first time ive had problems with this clinic.

I am current paitent who sorry to say will be no longer. Ive had a good experience up until today. Sorry to say i will be leaving as a patient . I live in the south wasco county area but work in portland during the week. This morning i called in to advise i was having vehicel issues and i would be late. I made my appointment a month ago and need to get a allergy shot and follow up from a recent trip to the ER with blood pressure issues. My dr who had been on vacation came back this week and so i waited to schedule my appointment with my dr so as she knows what my history and why im there. Well i called in and let the office know i was gonna be late and they said that would be fine and let the dr know. Well upon driving all the way in from portland get in and was 20 minutes late, was told they half to reschedule my appointment. I then told em i drive all the way in from portland, had to change shifts at work and waited a three weeks to see the dr and just because im 20 minutes late i cant be seen according to the dr. Seriously life happens and i would think this facility would understand things happen. Well thats disappointing, lived in the area over thirty years and its a close community that works together. Not the review i thought i would ever give and if the dr made that call, very disappointed.

Was not a patient here until today! I called at 8, in by 10, doctor and staff are absolutely fantastic! I had been looking for a primary care and now I have one. Awesome experience.

They are always booked out at least 2 months out . I called in April and they didnt have appt openings till June but they couldnt book it because they didnt have the schedule yet. So I called in May because they would have the schedule for June and their earliest appt was June 28. Since April having to wait till June is to long, and once I had a dental emergency and they told me they have an opening in 3 weeks 🙄 good thing it wasnt urgent.😆

When I was seeing Corolla it was all good but when I started to see ANA MERANO it started to fall apart. I am so disappointed in the way I was treated by staff and her that I had to find a new doctor on Friday of last week. I will never forget what took place this last week and trust when I tell you that I wrote it in my journal. I still dont know what to think. I think I am still in shock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not impressed at all with OCH making me Not a happy camper. Just wanted to pay my bill online and it still wont let me sign in or sign up. Nothing user friendly everything is a knock down drag out. Its their loss because if they wont allow me to pay on line like everyone else gets to then i,m not paying by calling mailing or coming into pay. My advice is to go some where else.

They are very friendly and helpful. They dont make you wait, they call you back at your appointment time. I have be going their for about 8 years.

Waited a month for a dentist appointment, was going to be 15 mins late cause I had to walk there, they then told me that would be to long and that I would have to make a appointment at the end of the month making it 2 months to be seen. Will not be going there again

Dr. Corrolla is very knowledgeable about hidradenitis suppurativa while most people have never even heard of it. Very professional and genuinely concerned staff.

Doctors and staff are very attentive, answer questions in layman terms. They take care of both physical and mental health.

Called the night before for emergency services they told me to be there at 7 am, iget there and they are closed do to whether, I live an hour away and had clear skys and dry roads,so I call and leave a message, I get a call back the guy who calls is very dismissive when I got a little angry about it he tells me that Im being recorded without my permission and hangs up, Im disappointed that I was treated like this during a dental emergency.
