Had to take my bf here to get help with something in his eye. Really clean inside! Only had to wait long enough for the receptionist to get his information and make him a chart. He was taken back within 10 minutes. They also have a little coffee/tea bar to use while you wait. Very nice place, would recommend

The staff here is the absolute BEST. As soon as you walk into the door you are greeted with a warm welcome. All of the staff here make a conscious effort to make a personal connection with everyone. You don’t feel like another number here, you feel like a person. The medical assistants , nurses and doctors are all super nice here. The location is always clean. The wait is never long. You are treated with fast and friendly service. I appreciate you all, please don’t change staff.

There was no waiting. I was seen immediately by a nurse practitioner. She listened carefully then examined me. She made a plan for treatment then sent me for X-rays and prescriptions. She called later to discuss the X-rays. It was very well done! I am very happy to have this new facility in our neighborhood!

I have been into this location multiple times for myself and my children. Dr. Blaise is always very helpful and kind. We always have a positive experience!

The staff was so good and on time had an X-ray. Dr totally explained my fracture. I work for Henry Ford and I will be going back to this clinic

It was easy to make the appt. I was called back in less than 10 minutes. My total time at the clinic was 30 minutes tops.

First time at this one the doctor she was amazing Marie and the receptionist didn’t catch her name but was very polite greeted me and took care of me quickly thank you

They were very friendly and took good care of me. They listened to what I had to say about my symptoms and cared about helping me to feel better. I definitely will go back again if I need them. Trusting a healthcare provider is a big deal especially when youre regular primary care physician is unavailable! Thank you so much for helping me to feel better! You guys were amazing!

Very professional & friendly staff, the provider took very good care of my daughter who was seen here. The cleanliness of the facility & we were outta there in no time. Definitely will visit again if need be.

Very clean & took me in right away. Giving info online made it quicker to check in. Had an Appt. Within an hour. Answered all my questions. Very nice with the nurse partitioner. Received a prescription & other OTC medicine. Will use this urgent care if I have an illness .

Very nice atmosphere. Doctor and nurse very professional and genuinely cared about the medical problem I was having. Diagnosed condition in a timely manner and sent medication to drugstore right away. I would definitely go there again for any urgent medical needs.

Nice Medical assistant at the front desk and clean office and the Doctor gave good medical advice for me.

Very friendly! Very quick! Listened to all problems including things that I was not going in for and checked what they could to make sure that I was okay and didn’t have any other issues going on. Will definitely be returning!

Best urgent care I’ve ever been to. Currently in the hospital recovering from a staph infection. We wouldn’t know about if they didn’t suspect and test it.

I live in the neighborhood right behind this place and went in there today and got zero help. They insist on logging in through an app that does not work and the ladies behind the counter could not care more left with zero help at all

The Doctor was down to earth. Showed concern and gave the time to listen.

Easy to book a visit online for the next morning, I didn’t wait long once there and the provider was thorough in assessing my issue and providing a solution.

Beware billing department are liars and thieves they owe me a copay back even had bcbs on 3 way call with them and they said they would process refund never did went up there called multiple times was told it was escalated at least 3 times to a manager never did get my refund just noticed their response below have not heard a word from them 4/4/24

Is a beautiful, new urgent care for sure. I went the to be checked for thrush, the so called doctor ended up telling me I might have cancer!! What! My day was destroyed. Im reporting the incident Ill Never go back!

Great experience. Was in and out in a short time. Receptionist very friendly and efficient. Do nailed my problem, sent RX to pharmacy and out the door. Would definitely go back. Close to home. Thank you

I came in for a covid test because I had a positive at home test but needed a note for work. The staff was nice which is the reason for 2 stars, however thats as far as that goes. They stabbed my nose and the guy came back saying theres a faint line but we debated it and are going with negative. Faint lines can be the pocket behind the test. I took another test after and it was again positive. I went to another urgent care and they did the pcr, it was positive.So this facility either needs more training on these tests or just need to take it more serious. If I didnt listen to myself I could have been spreading it around everywhere.Also the lady who did my test was not wearing any mask at all knowing I was there for covid.

Dr. Blaise Eby was efficient, knowledgeable and compassionate! We’ll definitely be back to see him when the need arises.
