Prime One Urgent Care

I have been to this urgent care both times and both have been a pleasant experience. Once with food poisoning where I gave them absolute hell moaning and groaning in the room until I felt well enough to leave. They took very good care of me and did all they could do. The doctor and staff are very kind and the place is impeccably clean.

Called to verify my insurance was accepted, they said I could come and see anybody. Im sick so I immediately went. They were awesome, got me signed up and super friendly staff, got me tested for covid and flu which were negative luckily. Not everyday the doctors isnt a terrible experience. Clean environment as well. Got some antibiotics, and a diagnosis all in less than a half hour!

I took my sister to this urgent care and we received the best care. We were attended to right away. The nurse and the Dr.were very kind .we were very happy with our experience and this place is highly recommended.

Now here is a convenient place to get well quick! They helped me and my mom before. No hassle they do Covid 19 and Flu testing with results in 5 minutes. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I meant to write this in December 2023, so its a bit overdue. The staff here are absolutely amazing. They are attached to my fathers exceptionally gifted and kind Nephrologist, Dr Chaudry, and it was he who recommended that my father get his infusion for his kidneys there.The front desk gentleman was so kind and caring and the attending physician was brilliant and got right down to the extremely difficult challenge of giving my head injured, severely hearing impaired, and obstinate 91 year old father what was to be a 4 hour infusion to rehydrate him and restore proper kidney function.The days prior he had been hospitalized to receive this infusion at Beaumont Taylor, and lo and behold TWICE my father (not on my watch would have never happened had I been able to be there) ripped out his IVs and walked out.Needless to say, the urgent care staff of 2 was able to reassure him with their calm and professional presence that he was safe and they were there to help.He was able to relax and lay down, and the REAL challenge was for the doctor and his assistant to find a vein that hadnt been blown or stripped from the previous hospital stay.After a few tense minutes, the doctor managed to do a miracle and get the IV going.Thankfully, it only took 3 hours rarher than 4, but they were very attentive to his needs the whole time, despite being busy with other work.I am soooooo thankful that this Urgent Care is close by and that the staff is so attentive and adept.Between them and Dr. Chaudry next door, you can rest assured that you are beyond well taken care of.Thank you, and keep up the exemplary work!!

I had a wonderful experience. You can tell if the Dr. is genuinely caring and in this case all the staff members were courteous and professional. The treatment I received was top notch.

Great staff with a ton of experience. Dr. A genuinely cares about his patients before anything else and takes the time to actually know whats going on and the best course of treatment instead of rushing in & out of the room. Definitely recommend!
