I have to tell you that this medical office is saving lives and making a difference. So hospitable and kind genuine people here. Truly touched my heart when they helped me in a very troubling and hard time. They truly care about you. Tamara and the provider Mr. Romeo are so amazing at what they do they are truly making a difference and helping the community. This is the kind of business you want to tell all your friends and family about. I truly will be telling everyone I know if they ever need help this is the place to go. If it wasnt for Patrick introducing me to this practice I would have never known there are such amazing people out there like this. I cant stop telling all my friends and family about them. I am amazed at what they can do for you and your life. Give them a chance and just watch how much your life will change for the best.RN. Jeffrey is a sweetheart. I have been a patient of Dr. Dunns for 25 years. Dr, Dunn saved my life 25 years ago, I consider him to be the most intelligent, compassionate and professional Dr. I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. His office is located close to my home, and is always immaculately clean! His office staff is always very friendly and they take time to always make sure you are treated with a very professional attitude. They are always ready to answer any questions you may have. I feel so lucky to have met Dr. Dunn 25 years ago and to have had him as my physician for so long!

I cannot recommend this clinic enough to anyone in search of exceptional primary healthcare services. My primary care provider, Rodrigo Sabec, is truly one of the best providers I have ever encountered. His professionalism, compassion, and genuine love for his patients shine through in every interaction.Mr. Sabecs attentive listening skills and clear explanations of medical advice create a comfortable and supportive environment for patients. There is never any pressure or judgment; instead, he focuses on empowering his patients to make informed decisions about their health.Every visit to the clinic feels like coming home - safe, supported, and warmly welcomed. She worked tirelessly on the pre-authorizations with my insurance company, turning what is usually a frustrating and complex process into a much smoother experience.Nory’s dedication and relentless effort were truly remarkable. She was always quick to assist and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently. The office is 10/10 all staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly, and Rodrigo is a diamond in the rough! I cannot recommend him enough. It pains me to give a low rating, as Im a loyal patient of Dr. Dunn. Ive been a patient of his for almost 20 years, and remember how much of a tight ship he used to have.Now? I dont know whats happening, but the quality and efficiency of staff and managing patients are sub-par.Scheduling is a complete mess. One issue I can forgive, but habitually?The important thing for a patient is to be able to have a professional relationship with a provider and the office. If the doctor tells its staff to create an appointment in two weeks or two months, thats what literally should happen. I literally had a handwritten card with the date of my appointment for a Telemed follow up yesterday (2/6). Something told me to just call and verify the appointment,...sure enough!...No appointment scheduled.Very frustrating, as I literally planned the time to be available. When I called, I kept being provided times I couldnt reschedule after specifying my availability.Theyve had change after change with staff, where one time they didnt even bother to mention that the doctor I had an appointment with was no longer there!I literally cringe with anxiety when having blood drawn because it always turns out to be an ordeal with the phlebotomist not knowing what theyre doing.I believe patients should be treated with respect and importance, and what Im experiencing there is very disheartening.

Dr. Dunn has been my primary care physician for 15+ years.He has helped me navigate through the most difficult times of my life. His staff is knowledgeable, efficient and compassionate. Together they make a consummate team of the professionals.

Dr Dunn has been my primary care physician for over 20 years. He is kind and professional and thorough. His facility is one of the cleanest Ive ever been in. He has several staff that handles different things, I have had the pleasure to be assisted by everyone of them. They a kind, professional and thorough as well. I have followed DR Dunn through 3 or 4 relocations and will continue to keep him as my primary care physician, for as long as he is working. I dont think I would be alive today, without his medical help and his guidance and caring. It is a pleasure each visit to receive such amazing care, and treatment. I feel like Im part of a family when Im in his office.

Wow how unprofessional can a group of people be? My friend owns a medical practice and he would fire his staff for how they acted. I walked in and walked right back out. 1st if you want to close at 4:30 close at 4:30 if you want to close at 4:45 close at 4:45 but it says you’re open until 5pm. Yes I came in at 4:45pm it shouldn’t take more than 20 min for what I needed. 4 people all standing there packed up ready to go home visually distressed when I walked in.Second this is an ID practice is it not? There’s one reason people come here to get STI and STD testing. As soon as I mentioned why I was coming in 2 of them started snickering and holding in their laughter. ABSOLUTELY THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL IVE EVER SEEN AND IT MADE ME FEEL SO UNCOMFORTABLE. I am just beside myself right now my stove has a knot because of how they just made me feel.They were so bothered how dare I come in here and ask to be seen. Like find another job really. Not only will I never recommend this place I sure as hell am going to file a complaint with as many outside agencies as I can. Just the things I want to say right now ugh.. so unprofessional. Then I come here and read the reviews and absolutely agree with every negative review on here they were all the same.As a doctor I’d be embarrassed to have staff this unprofessional. They represent YOU and your practice.STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

I could not emphasize more on the excellence in the care I got. For the first time visiting this clinic, everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and very helpful from the front office staffs to nurses and practitioners, and most importantly the care. I called in to schedule an appointment and I was able to make a visit and get treated on the same day. Everything was explained to me and ensure that I got the treatment that I needed. Very professional, super friendly, and informative. The best health care I’ve ever gotten. Thanks everyone for making my experience great.

Always kind, and to the point, very pro-active in my recovery. And Iam even willing to change insurance carriers to stay under his care. The staff is amazing, welcomed me always with my first name when making calls, they are always friendly and caring. I only have had great experiences with Dr. Dunn and his staff.

Called them on December 21st to ask a question about my test results. I was on hold for 10 minutes, no one responded. I called again left a voicemail, and did not get a response until YESTERDAY. I couldnt get to the phone. I called back the number on caller id, only to be spoken back to and was told theyre no longer with Midway care center. Was given a different number. I called it, but to no avail. nobody is answering. Im being forwarded straight to voicemail. Not acceptable!

I spent years here as a patient, and it was consistently terrible. They’re EXTREMELY unprofessional. Their staff is completely incompetent, they would mess up labs, lose them, and most of them did not even know how to perform their job. The first time I got my blood drawn they stuck me 7 times until they listened to me on where my vein was. All I got were measly apologies, nothing to correct any situation I experienced. I’ve spent years here getting told incorrect information, them messing up important labs and information, and finally once I left this place they ignored all of my phone calls and my insurance company’s calls- whether that’s for billing concerns or extremely serious situations that require a specialist to transfer the information to my new doctor. Their phone answering system is a joke. AVOID THIS PLACE! They don’t deserve your business. There’s much better practices.

Recently started coming to this office so that I could keep Corie Beniasians as my PCP! Its a very nice office, and the staff are so easy to talk to. I also briefly met Dr. Dunn and he seems very personable, so if Corie is ever out of office and I need a doctor, Ill be happy to make an appointment with him instead.In my most recent visit, I had to get an immunization and some labs drawn, because Im going into a nursing program soon. They were given/drawn by an assistant named Sarah and I wanted to give her a shout out! The injection and blood draws were totally painless, and she was so patient with me when I asked for some detailed info on the immunization, because my nursing program requires it. Im sure she had other things she had to do too, but she never made me feel like I was asking too much at all. Thank you to everyone who works there for always giving 100%!

Drove ONE HOUR, ONE WAY to find out the Dr is on medical leave and they need to reschedule. They never bothered to notify me ahead of time. Wasted trip Wasted time. They need to get their house in order !!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Dunn has awesome bedside manner. He takes his time to really listen to you! I highly recommend him to anyone. Btw theres a lab on site which saves you time from going off site for blood work. Been seeing Dr Dunn for 20 years.

I didnt get a chance to get her name but the African-American lady who drew my blood was very nice and courteous. These kinds of things go along way especially when youre already not feeling well. Great experience thanks again

This is the 3rd time Ive called my DRs office and the receptionist could not understand my English. Because of this I ran out of my necessary medications. My life is put in danger by their receptionist inability to understand English. Ive been with MD Dunn for more than 10 years but will now have to switch because of his staffs inability to comprehend English.

This place is a mess. they dont really enforce masks anymore. i wasnt suprised when one of the nurses tole my husband theres a current covid outbreak going on. sad for these staff. these people should be ashamed of themselves, you work with hiv positive people!!

Ive been seeing Dr.Dunn for over 20 years now. My only real complaint is not answering their phone. I had missed their call today by a second. I immediately retuned their call. However when I calledthe answering service picked up stating they were closed. This was this morning. Ive tried calling back several times. It now 3:45 pm and there is still no one answered. This happens quite frequently with them.Thats no way to run a business let alone a Doctors office. 🙁

Ive been going to Dr. Dunn when he moved from Orlando to Tampa. About 20+ years. I cant say enough about the Trust that I have in his judgment and our relationship.
