Dr. Yagneshvari Patel was personable, helpful and thorough, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of from start to finish. The staff was equally accommodating and likable. The facility was also very nice and convenient. It was a very positive experience.

I got a pic line put in by Caitlyn at the Tampa office and she did a great job. I felt no pain what so ever. I showed up and she took me right in and I was getting my meds in no time. Hats off to Caitlyn who does her job quite well !

Dr. Carrington was amazing! She truly cared about my problem - which has been treated unsuccessfully by 2 other doctors over the past year. She spent time with me and even called me later that same day to personally tell me something else she thought of. I felt like she really cares - she puts the “care” in Carrington - and I’m praying she is going to be able to finally cure this stubborn infection.

I wanted to take the time to write a review regarding Ashley and the infusion group at Infectious Disease Associates of Tampa Bay. From the moment I spoke with Ashley she was professional, kind and extremely compassionate. I have been suffering for over 6 months and she took the time to understand my issue and get me quick treatment. I have been gaslit for months and have been made to feel like my issues arent serious and been passed from doctor to doctor. My quality of life decreased and ive been absolutely miserable. Ashley sensed my desperation and got me in treatment the same day. I cannot thank her enough for taking me seriously and treating me with dignity and compassion which is a rarity these days. Ashley if you see this THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.

I suffered a bone infection and was treated at Tampa General Hospital. Several of the doctors from this practice treated me. My favorite doctors were Dr. Harris and Dr. Torres. Both doctors treated me with kindness, care and respect. I also developed allergies to the IV antibiotics, and developed rashes which Dr. Harris subsequently had to tread. I highly recommend this practice and Im glad they were able to cure me of my infections.

Worst customer service! First of all, when my father’s appointment was scheduled it was scheduled for 230pm. We arrived to the office at 220pm, they took our copay and made us wait atleast 15 minutes later only to tell us that our appointment was for 2pm and no one called to even ask if we were going to show up for the appointment! The rude woman who came out said well the nurse practitioner waited 15 minutes past 2pm to see if he would show up. Okay and why didn’t anyone call and ask? If that was the case I would have said our appointment is for 230 at which point they could have said it was a 2pm appointment and we could have reschedule and turned around and gone home! Now 45 minute drive there and 15 minutes waiting in waiting room and now they’re telling us we can’t be seen when their office hours are until 5pm! The rude woman proceeds to tell us no one is there that could see him! My father has a post surgical infection that he’s not supposed to have his leg down for more than an hour and now we made the drive 45 minutes there and 45 minutes back and his leg is so swollen that it could possibly cause more complications! But they don’t care it’s Friday and they just want to leave! if your office hours are for 5pm Monday through Friday, someone could have accommodated him considering his condition! I work in healthcare and I understand where they are coming from when someone shows up late to their appointment but we call our patients when they are 15 minutes late to see what is going on and we are not rude about it! We saw Dr Pandya in the hospital and I care for some of her patients myself she is great ! But sometimes the staff that runs the office is what turns people away and it’s who represents those doctors in the practice! Once we get this picc line out of my dad’s arm we will never go back to that office which is sad because Dr Pandya is a great physician.

Dr. Carrington is very understanding, patient and attentive to my needs. Ive been seeing her for years and completely trust her medical expertise. I am very fortunate for her to be apart of my medical team. Thank you Dr. Carrington!

I saw Dr Patel as an inpatient and I can not tell you how incredibly grateful for her I am. I firmly believe I’d be back in the hospital possibly looking at being unable to use my leg functionally ever again. Honestly she was my guardian angel when my surgeon ignored the obvious!

On 04/06/ 2024, I was referred to this office from Tampa General for IV hydration after a Kidney Transplant week before. The nurses, were not considerate, didn’t really care about patients, once they get the IV, you’re just a body! I had my visit with my Dr P in TGH and referred me to get IV hydration at this office. Since 5:45 am I was told not to take medications because they needed to check levels of one of the medications. By 1:30 when I arrived at this office, they got the IV, and had to wait for 4 hours. Unfortunately with the rush I still hadn’t taken my meds. By this time, I was very hungry,the lack of nor taking my Effexor, I started getting the uncomfortable shakes, was crying and called nurse and told her I was extremely hungry very uncomfortable and wanted to leave. To which she replied if I left it would be against Dr orders. So although she saw the state I was in, she just sat with a co worker across the room and ignored me! I was a Nurse for 40 years and have never been so irresponsible as to ignore a a patient! These nurses showed no empathy!!!I left at about 4:30 to 5.

The knowledge that Dr. Patel possesses and the collaboration between us make this a 5 star rating. We went over previous findings, bloodwork, and test. We discussed care and what to expect on the next appointment.

The team is so efficient and kind. Everything went as planned for us. However, Ingrids guidance and professionalism wad awesome during the whole process.

Very professional from the front desk to the back offices. Warm, caring atmosphere. Dr Shewayish takes her time to explain what she does and why. I never felt rushed. My PCP commented to me how thorough Dr Shewayishs medical notes are and easy to follow. She is a great example of Quality Medical care.

Dr Mayer has been my doctor since 2006.I trust her with my life. She is thorough, caring, and sincere. And always take’s her time to make sure all of your questions are answered before you leave. I hope I never have to get a different Doctor! Dr. Mayer is the best!

Her thorough diagnostic and understanding of body medical systems is unparalleled. Couple this knowledge with 40+ years experience in medicine and her treatment plans are effective as well as firm and disciplined. In addition, her dedication to favorable outcomes in patient care allows her to offer guidance if you wish to consider alternative options. She knows and has experience with local academicians (being a Professor of Medicine herself at USF COM) as well as private practitioners and can handle your care or refer to an expert on her team or another indicated Specialty. Hers is a no-nonsense approach to favorable treatments, recovery and improving your future health. Dr. C-C is fluently bi-lingual (English/Spanish), very personable and cares about your better health. Its tough to get an appointment but worth the wait.

The representative on the phone whoever named Ashley was terriblely rude unkind impatient. If you think you have been bothered by a patient, you should stay home. Remember, if the doctor office doesnt have any customers, you will have no job. You should treat your customers/patients better.

This has been the worst health-care experience ever. Concerns were expressed at our visit last week. The Dr never replies,and then ask hateful what questions do we have. I told her the home Healthcare is no longer changing the pic line dressing or doing labs. She said she put the orders in and home Healthcare dropped the ball. I called home health-care today and no one returned my call. I also spoke with the pharmacy that delivers the meds for home infusion. They said that they would fax a copy of the orders to home health-care. Also left a message on Yaimas extention that nurses are no longer changing pic line dressing or labs. The pic line has not been changed since February 12th. There was no offer to change it at last weeks visit on February 21st.It had been over a week at that time. It has been an absolute nightmare

Dr. Harris is excellent. She actually cares about the patient. She listens and does not rush. She is extremely caring and honestly seems to be the most competent doctor I have ever met.

Dr. Haridas is very thorough with my care. She is personable and warm and easy to work with.

Dr. Harris had poor bedside manner and never explained any next steps for me. After being sick on and off for three months, I was hoping for some type of plan or help and received nothing of the sort. I had a lot of blood work done and never received any follow up or information regarding the blood work done. When I tried to get in contact with them over the phone after the blood work said completed, I never received an answer or call back. Just a poor overall experience and feel like my money was wasted. Wish I could have had a more positive experience and gotten the help I needed for my sickness. Would not recommend.

Dr. Harris is very intelligent, & has a great old school bedside manner towards patients.She takes the time to get to know her patients and listens to my concerns. Whoever Amanda (and Esmerelda, her apparently just-as-awful friend) is that answers the phone in there is rude, dismissive, a poor reflection on the practice, and living proof that Cs do, in fact, get degrees. I wouldnt entrust my medical health to any practice that finds her behavior towards prospective and existing patients acceptable. Think about it, if SHES the face of this place... what goes on behind closed doors? An alarming thing to consider. Very unhelpful, very rude, and obviously peaked in high school and cant handle the fact that this is their life now. Please get out of the medical field if you hate your patients this much.

Dr Patel is very compassionate and good at her profession. I love her and her staff. They work hard to make sure you are taken care of. I highly recommend her.

Dr Meghan Harris was incredibly rude, condescending and unprofessional. I do not recommend this practice to anyone. I wasted 2 months waiting for this appt. Her knowledge is lacking to say the least. I did better going to my GI dr who was knowledgeable. I will be going back to my GI dr to get treatment since they actually understood the situation and were educated about n it. Sadly I would NOT consider Dr Harris well educated on pathogens.

Ive been battling infection from a hip surgery for the past 2 years ina facility in the Clearwater area with no success, my surgeon finally chose to refer to me to Doctors in Tampa, Infectious Disease Associates being one of them, right from the beginning the attention to my issue was so much better then in the past with other doctors, The testing so much intense. ultimately we know the type of infection I have and how to combat it. Great Doctors and staff.

You found it! Dont look any further, my doctor and the staff in this facility were absolutely amazing the best doctor experience Ive ever had they really took their time to talk to me explain to me my options along with the pros and cons. instead of going with the option that would make them the most money their first opinion was quite the opposite, they preferred I took the most evasive action that would have me back in good health and be lesser of a financial burden! Every other doctor I have seen has done nothing but stringing me along running my pockets dry these people really showed they put their heart into their work and their patience rather than just see a dollar sign when they look at you! thank you so much for being amazing!

It was my first visit. I filled out the paperwork online. I had only about a five minute wait! The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The doctor was very nice and she answered all my questions thoroughly.

I really like Dr. Harris. She has a good bedside manner as a doctor, she is compassionate and genuinely cares about her patients. A clinic visit with her is more of a conversation rather than plainly medical. Check-in seemed easy, there wasn’t too long of a wait, and the facility seemed well organized and clean.

Moved to Tampa and was directed to USF which directed me to Dr. Carrington. On my first visit she came in, put me at ease and answered my questions in a way I easily understood. She has been the same for every visit since. And she always has a smile, which goes a long way to making a patient feel comfortable.

I absolutely love Dr Murthy. She cares about her patients and is very helpful with making sure you are comfortable with your care. The staff are all so wonderful. From scheduling. I have been fighting UTIs for 12 years. I was so hopeful but after 18 infusions I was sent home as if I was cured. Last treatment on Thursday. Sunday I was in the ER as the infection was still there. When I tried to explain the problem I have had it seemed like no one was listening. J bush did my. Intake and never spoke to me after that. The employees were wonderful but they were doing their job. They treated me well but I feel there should have been more communication

Pi was very disturbed by my infection upon arriving at the infectious clinic on Habana I was respectfully and enthusiastically welcomed by a receptionist that make me very confortable by welcoming as well as I needed to being I was in pai, I saw Dr Harris and that was a very positive and a great experience and finally JENNA a nurse who went as far as she could to make sure I was comfortable.Jenna is very professional and made me feel protected ...and respected, I .m so glad she is a member of the staff and so honor to be under her professional care. She installed a pick line on me with such sensitiveness I did not even feel it and it works great.Thank you for having such a wonderful care team,I know i.m in good hands

Dr. Shewayish was very nice, professional and thorough. She was willing to answer any questions and did not make me feel rushed. I would highly recommend both her and the practice. Everyone was very nice and the visit ran very smoothly.

I dont know Dr Patel very well, but she seems like a good Dr. She seems reasonable, logical, and knowledgeable. Of course these days Dr visits are so short any routine appt doesnt give too much of an impression. Im thankful my visits have been routine. As for the rest of the staff at Infectious Diseases they have generally been fine, although I did have one incident where a staff member made up stories one day when they were very late taking me in for a routine lab blood draw. She changed her story a couple of times, so it was obvious something was wrong. No idea why she did that. But the office manager, Colby, is excellent, and he handled the matter very well. Hes one of the main reasons I gave a 5 star review.

I called yesterday to book an appt for my brother . I called around 11am and everything was set up for the next day at 9am . I arrive to the office and front desk told us that our appt was yesterday at 9am when I called at 11am the previous day and the only option was to reschedule for the next week.It was for something urgent and for a minor .

The atmosphere os pleasant and warm. The staff are nice and caring.

No one wants to go to the doctor but we did and the whole staff from front, nurse and doctor were great. All girls were nice and attentive and really did a good job. They were running behind but that was fine with us.

Staff and treatment at this office has been outstanding except for 1 individual, whose name I will not divulge, except to say it starts with an E and ends with a D, with 2 letters in between. I wouldn’t say she is rude but, has pretty close to ‘zero’ service/people skills. If it were not for the importance of getting this treatment done, I would opt for a different office or practice. Font desk lady and the administration department over the phone I’m not sure what’s going on with them. They may have marriage problem or hate the job because I have never experienced such a rudeness and unprofessional behavior. Please, if you don’t like your job, out there are plenty of people who will be happy to replace you. People who come in there are already overwhelmed with them own problem, no need for you to answer the phone dying laughing and be rude and unprofessional.I’ve seen Dr. Pandya and she is very professional, i 100% recommend her.

Dr Murthy is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. She explained all aspects of my condition, lab & radiology results, treatment and follow-up. She made me feel very comfortable during my exam and answered all of my questions. Overall, my experience was positive.

Dr. Mai and all the staff were wonderful. Friendly caring and always took the time to explain things. Highly recommend them.

I have a serious health issue that led me to Dr. Anmary Fernandez. I am not one who settles in quickly with new physicians and very cautious. I found Dr. Fernandez to be very professional who takes time to listen to her patient, consider all the possibilities before determine a diagnosis and very much a person of caring and empathy. I highly recommend her as someone you can trust for your personal health and loved ones.

All of the staff were very kind and professional. The doctor took her time talking to us, explaining the condition and course of action to take. She was very knowledgeable, kind and personable.

As a Registered Nurse , former Chief Nursing Officer and patient of many years this practice is the best in the Tampa Bay area. They excel in their diagnostic abilities, and treatment of patients. Although my primary physician is Dr. Margarita Cancio, I have been seen by several members of the group and all are excellent. I have to correct some of the comments I have read regarding wait times. Your waiting time may be longer, but what you receive in return is a thorough exam and physicians who take the time to listen to you, I have very high standards when it comes to my and especially my familys health care, so when they have an issue this is the team of doctors I recommend. Thanks to all the doctor an staff.

Dr Torres is very attentive, understanding and knowledgeable. I could not be more appreciative of her foresight and treatment. ID has been wonderful to work with and their customer service is exceptional.

Every one of the physicians in this practice are absolutely top-notch. I have many chronic conditions and they listen to my opinions, take everything very seriously, whether I am correct or not. This is how doctors should be. I trust them with my life without hesitation.

Dr. Mayer is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Mayer listened to all my concerns and was empathetic and supportive with all my questions and issues. She made me feel much more at ease with my condition of having Covid Long Hauler symptoms and my treatment of it. I highly recommend Dr. Mayer.

If I could leave Negative rating I would. These ppl have failed to even be decent human beings left alone doctors!!! Waited 3 min for appointment ; MD (short blond w Italian name) refused to do a basic exam, or to look at existing labs or Dx, refused to test. Just told me to go get lost. I don’t have anywhere else. These ppl are unethical and awful and now I can’t work or live as they refused to help me.

Very friendly, very professional, the office is very nice and clean. Everything was done in a very timely manner. From the time we walked in the door, the receptionist, the nurse & Dr.Harris all very nice & treated me as if they were really there to help,not just get a pay check. Would highly recommend

My experience with the staff on May, 6, 2021 was unforgettable. I was trying to explain something to her regarding my appointment mishap and she seemed aggravated and agitated like she needed to get off the phone and did not want to be bother. I do customer service every day and if I am working for someone I am going to be respectful to their clients because they are paying me to do a job. I also run a business and I am always respectful to the clients no matter how they are? One bad mouth can destroy a business. This staff was sour mouth and horrible attitude.

Great staff and physicians. They go the extra mile to take great care of their patients. I have also used their infusion center and I give their staff in that area equally high marks.

Dr. Patel is a very knowledgeable and caring physician she takes her time answers your question and never rushes you out or makes you feel like you’re just a number to her.The office staff is extremely friendly answers all questions and are always happy to help you and get you in as soon as they can.

The doctor insisted that I take another test where she was able to determine that I had a serious situation that needed further attention. Prior to that everyone thought I was in the clear. Good call doctor!

Tried to schedule a family member without health insurance and the receptionist said go to the health department as this could be expensive. We were fine with self paying, but they wouldn’t provide an appointment. Callous and uncaring behavior. If my staff member said that to a person calling for an appointment they’d be fired.

How can you trust a clinic and doctor that has a machine answer the phone, puts you on hold for over 30 minutes, so then I call back. I choose a different department this time. Again, the machine puts me on hold again for another 15 minutes before someone FINALLY answers the phone, TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!I will be seeing another doctor and clinic. How am I suppose to trust my life to a clinic that keeps you on hold???Unreasonable and unprofessional.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a physician group. Dr Khan was arrogant and would not listen to my recommendations. When asked to see a different doctor within the group, the said I had been discharged and would not assign me to another provider within the group. Keep in mind that I had just been prescribed by Khan a new three month treatment and they had no concern about that. Healthcare is not provided here. Go somewhere else.

Ive been a patient at Infectious Disease Associates in Tampa for several yrs with Dr Busciglio. She always steps up to get the help I need and takes the time to speak with me. There can be a bit of a wait to get in sometimes, but Im sure there can be patients needing immediate care. Highly recommend her expertise!

Outstanding care. Replied to urgent request; ensured urgent appt; provided full attention with great detail to identify need, treatment plan and care with professionalism and expertise. Dr Cancio then personally followed up. Amazingly kind and thoughtful.

When you go in, the staff is courteous, kind, and knows what they are doing, generally very swift and professional. The doctors are like doctors anywhere so I cant really comment anything different for them. Heaven help you if you need to get anyone in this location on the phone though. The IVR is as annoying as any and I have dealt with Tech support with less hold time. But once you are in there you are gold.

She is very knowledgeable and found the source of the problem immediately. Thank you so much for helping my famliy.

Was in middle of being treated and they stopped taking my insurance. I had the option to come see them for a “post-op follow up” and pay out of pocket. My insurance was fine with them two weeks prior for surgery. They denied my care and refused to see me or authorize an order to take out the iv in my arm unless I paid them. All they care about is 💰💰completely unethical.

Great service and attention to detail. I got a clear and comprehensive information of my situation in regards to my injury. And the necessary treatments available to me.

The actual office was horrible. Communication is made by an individual whos primary language is not English. This makes communicating virtually impossible. This office denied VETERAN service because of an administrative issue. I was extremely unhappy with my experience with Infectious Disease Associates of Tampa Bay, (IDATB). Throughout the entire process I was never seen by a Doctor or rep of this organization.

Twice now, Ive suffered from postoperative infections. Dr Busciglio, Dr Carrington, and Jennifer APRN helped me to survive and heal. Their office and infusion staff were professional, caring and proficient. As a medical professional, APRN, I highly recommend them. I owe a world of thanks to them all.

Dr. Mark C. Nuguid provided me with the necessary information ab9my cultures, checked the knee for any additional swelling and provided a prescription to stop the invulsive antibiotics treatments to give to the Baycare Home Care nurses.

Such a nice doctor and staff. They got me in right away as I showed up and were very thorough and expedient with their service.

I have had to take my daughter to this place for IV antibiotics for an infection she got in her abdomen. There is a nurse here who has dark shoulder length hair worn in a pony tail and is about 57 in height maybe 58 who was man handeling my daughter and openly display frustration and anger around my daughter. Talking bad about people who come in there and really making my daughter nervous when she has been already so stressed. Horrible employee who need to be doing other work then this. What a ride person you are. Dont come to the one on habanna if shes working. I think she has dark brown hair with light blue or green eyes. Honestly though the only employee working with the IV is this black woman there. I hate to say it like that. I wish I would have gotten names. She was so sweet, always smiling, and quick. The other women back there are so angry looking and you dont need that when your health is so bad.

Dr Mai is excellent. Answered all my questions. Took care of the issue. I would recommend her to anyone who needs an infectious disease expert.

Got here for bloodwork at 858am, my appointment was 915, I waited over an hour just to get bloodwork done. This happened before, when I was supposed to see the doctor, also over an hour wait. Last time they lost my sign in, I wonder if they did the same thing.

I saw Dr Mannu Haridas today. She was obnoxious, berating & condescending. I was treated as if I had no reason to be there. She was worthless & cost me $65 that I cannot get back. NOBODY SHOULD EVER BE TREATED LIKE THIS WHEN THEY ARE SEEKING MEDICAL CARE.

Dr. Frances Irby who I met during a stay in St Josephs Hospital in September 2012 is by far one of the finest physician in the Tampa bay area.

Extremely thorough when interviewing my medical history. Explained infectious process well. Very pleased. Professional courteous and friendly.

She was very professional explaining the reason why I was there and seeing as how I wasnt experiencing any problems there was no reason to proceed with a test

As a new patient, expected a long wait and lots of paperwork. It was fast and easy. Dr Irby was great and the staff was friendly and very professional.
