Nurse Charlene Watts is truly one of the most professional, down to earth, easiest person to talk to that I know. Nurse Watts go out of her way to help and advise and makes the hold coming in for care experience easier and I feel more insightful and more in control of my own health by her doing so. I think a lot of the doctors and nurses who serve at this facility. Thank you Nurse Watts and to the rest of the staff and group of professionals at CAN Tampa.On July 31st 2024, I made a call and got a chance to speak to Natalia who was very accommodating in terms of answering my questions, and having patients with my ignorance concerning my health. The Professional attitude and the patience she displayed while on the phone with me was above and beyond. Please let her know that I appreciate it and that it was well noticed. I started coming to this clinic when Dr Braun sold his practice and I am very happy to be here being well taken care of by my Doctor and Nurses that are knowledgeable, professional and understanding. The front desk staff are very friendly and professional, too. Theres also a really comfortable, happy vibe here. I highly recommend. 🙌🏻🩵

I’ve received nothing but the best care at can community health. Dr. Michael Roggelin and nurse Charlene have not only helped me get on the best medication to treat my existing medical condition that brought me there in the first place but has also helped me get all of my health markers back in check. They’ve gone above and beyond on keeping me informed and have made receiving care an effortless process. Nurse Charlene personally administers my cabenuva injection and makes it a painless process, and always treats me with the upmost respect. Everyone at the facility is extremely helpful, and I’m typically in an out within 30 minutes to an hour with either a minimal to no wait. Hands down the best medical facility I’ve ever been to. That’s not an exaggeration. They’ve help me treat EVERY condition that I’ve walked in with, doing everything in house (including bloodwork) and have made it so that I don’t have to establish care with multiple providers. They’ve helped me optimized my health and have made so that it’s not a burden. Would recommend them to my own family. Couldn’t be happier

I followed Dr. Braun from regular practice to this practice. His creation. They will work with you. No matter how difficult, not difficult, and no matter how behind or not behind you are in your education about anything pertaining to your health, they will work with you.Dr. Braun, I trust to give me the best care I need to maintain my regular health and does check ins on mental here and there, though you should see a therapist/ psychologist for that.10+ years Ive been here.

This firm is so bad it ended my nearly 15 year relationship with my PCP. He sold out to this place. Between the lying and the unprofessionalism I can’t entrust my health to this group. 6 times I made requests for documents to be sent concerning my arteries. All 6 times, whether it’s forwarding to specialist, imaging or other they fail to send and then lie about it. This charlotte they stated is the “head nurse” has NO business near health or time sensitive data. I lost an appt today because this charlotte lied about the docs. She then tried to lie and say I only spoke to her once. I spoke to multiple people there including during appointments asking these docs be sent. This is people’s health, not a game! Hire more professionals. A bargain nurse or front desk like these will cost you more patients in future.

I trust Dr Braun and respect his judgment and knowledge. I find him easy to talk to and he always listens to me and my concerns as well

How lucky are we to have this in Tampa? Amazing staff, beautiful location, and incredible resources and amenities. So glad to be able to get my health needs from CAN.

Lies lies lies they are stealing money from the people who are going here!!! They tell you your covered then they tell you your not they are liars and don’t go here if you want good care they only want you if you have money because they don’t want to save life’s they only want to make money off of you!!!!

Excellent team! Overall great service and care. You can visit your doctor and leave with your medication from their onside pharmacy, same day!

I have been going to CAN for a while now and every time I have gone it has been a really good experience. Everyone was and is very helpful, sweet, and caring. You can tell from the beginning that they care about their patients. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I recently left a review, it was since then suppose to be taken down because my problem was not only addressed but solved with the upmost respect and value. It was all a huge misunderstanding and miscommunication on my part. I am so thankful for Dr Nadine and her whole staff!!

This organization is very upsetting. Maybe writing this review will be the only way to get their attention. My husband has been waiting months for his medication and everything we talk with his doctor we are told the pharmacy will get back in touch with us and no one ever does. I just dont understand why this organization is the only one who can provide the prescription. They have a free program but refuse to put my husband on it. This is outrageous.

Love this place the people are so nice. I’ve been coming here for some years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. I would highly recommend this place. Clean , organized, and smells fresh always.

I’ve been Volunteering here for a few months now and it’s been a really great experience. Everyone is very welcoming, nice and very passionate about helping others.
