As a first timer I had a great experience. Wait time was very short and I received a warm welcome from the staff. Bridgett was terrific, knowledgeable and sensitive, I walked away very impressed with the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.

Even though this site was really busy the gentleman administering the Covid test operated in an expeditious fashion and was very professional.My results were back within 24 hours, via email without any hiccups.

From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel right at home. The premises are gorgeous! We were greeted by a wonderful office manager who led us into several rooms filled with treatment options. The possibilities were endless from Botox to IV hydration therapy. The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I live the in city, but it was worth the traveling distance. I tried the IV Lipo Shot and I am so excited to see the results. I shall definitely be returning!

This was a fantastic option for my small business + family. Tons of value, tons of great features and knowing that Bridget is only ever a single call or text away when you need her helps me sleep at night. If youre not a member of Prime Direct Care youre missing out on something completely amazing!

Will not be returning! My family and I went to get covid tests. The guy was all over the place needed help and it was too much.i had to have my test results back within 48 hours of returning to school. My entire family received theirs within 24 hours. And I was the first one to test. I called and complained. They kept saying they were going to be in blah blah. They never did. And I ended up going to pay for a rapid one just so I could go back to school. I will never go back here. I will stick with vital solutions! Never had an issue with them.

Absolutely loved my interaction with Ms. Bridgett! She went above and beyond her role and was truthful and transparent about my condition and treatment plans. My interaction with the other staff was exceptional as well

They took the time with me and walked me through step by step and I can appreciate that they wasnt in a hurry wasnt rushing me or anything and when you become a senior you sort of appreciate the younger generation helping you and I can truly say they are in the business that God has chose them to be in because they were a blessing to me on today I appreciate it very much I appreciate them thank you
