Dr. Gordon is wonderful at treating hormonal issues but if you are coming to this office for a UTI you need to be treated elsewhere!!!!!! I came in in terrible pain, even though I showed every symptom of a bad UTI, they made me wait a FULL WEEK to get the urine culture back before they would treat me. By the 3rd day I was peeing blood. This didn’t happen once but TWICE!I am on medicine that comprises my immune system. A untreated UTI could be deadly!! When I explained this to them they acted like they had not heard me. I had to call my rheumatologist to let him know they were making me wait a whole week for treatment. When I called the office to talk to Dr. Gordon about it I was told by the office manager I was welcome to make an appointment with Dr. Gordon to pay a copay to discuss it!!!Very disappointed in the lack of concern about my wellbeing. If you have a UTI you need to go somewhere else!

Dr. Gordon is a wonderful physician! She takes time to sit down and talk to you and makes you feel comfortable throughout the appointment. She is extremely intelligent and kind hearted! Hands down best Gyn!!

My first visit with Dr. Gordon after using the same dr for 40 years. I was looking for a physician that I could trust with my health for many more years. I found that in Dr. Gordon and her office staff. She is very personable and listened attentively to my long history and offered some newer treatments that fit my needs. They were all very friendly and professional.

Dr Gordon has been my gyn over 15 years. She’s experienced, caring and compassionate and most of all understanding! Explains the results of her examinations, listens and determines the best course of action to treat any medical issues. She is a wonderful doctor!

Today I had my first visit with Dr Gordon and I was very impressed with how ready she and her staff were to receive me as a new patient. They promptly got my pertinent medical records and before Dr Gordon walked in the room, she was familiar with my concerns and efficiently addressed them and put me at ease right away. I look forward to a long-standing relationship with her and her staff.

Felt very comfortable and welcomed! The staff is very nice and polite. Dr. Gordon just made it easy to be myself. She is very informative and down to earth! Very rare!

The office is clean and provides an air of warmth. The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Gordon has a way of putting me at ease and is very open to answering questions that some may feel uncomfortable with asking. I recommend this specialty practice.

Dr. Gordon was very thorough in explaining the procedure she was performing on me. She was thoughtful and gentle and I felt extremely comfortable with the care she provided. The front office is another story…when trying to call them I was left on hold several times. Also, the charges are excessive! I was quoted one price (after my insurance paid out) but then when I got there, they added an additional charge which was not previously discussed. I’d read on several reviews they would do this, but now I know it to be true. I’m debating on whether or not I’ll remain a patient here. I love the care provided, but their billing practices are questionable…

Dr. Stephanie Gordon is thorough, yet very efficient. She cares about your health and works to know the source of the problem youre having. She and her staff are very professional, attentive, and kind. Upstanding and ethical practice!

Dr. Gordon took the time to read through my file before my first visit. She already knew my history when she came into the room. She explains everything in terms that are easy to understand. She is caring and thoughtful enough to not make you feel rushed or like she is rushing through your appointment. I have been searching for solutions to my gyno issues for years. I have been to at least 5 different gyno’s and none of them compare. Dr. Gordon is in a league of her own.

Dr. Gordon is awesome. She takes the time to listen and is so down to earth. Met her when I needed surgery. She was great at explaining the procedure and answered my questions. Very happy with her.

Dr. Gordon and her team of nurses and office staff are the best. I have never been disappointed. Ive been going to the Stockbridge office for 20 years. I look forward to every visit. She cares, her staff cares and the office is so calming.

I have been using Dr Gordon’s office for many years and I have always be pleased with their service. I would like to tell her though that my daughter did not have a good experience with your office. She has been to her office a number of times, her latest time you did an abilation for her. Then when she called you 2 or 3 weeks ago with a cyst she was told to go to the emergency office, that they will not see her. She had to go another place, and has a 11. Cyst. I wish help would let you make the decisions for needy women.

Office staff is always friendly and professional. I love Dr.Gordon, shes always comforting and supportive. Dr.Gordon is a great listener and always make me feel comfortable and like family.

Dr Gordon at The Women’s Center is just fantastic! She and her staff always do a great job and treat patients like friends in the most professional way. I recently took Dr Gordon’s advice to try Botox for my OAB. I wish I had done it years before! I’m able to sleep through the night (or maybe get up to urinate one time) for the first time in many years, and I don’t have to wear incontinence pads now! The procedure is quick and easy, is done under light sedation (like the anesthesia for a colonoscopy), and within a few days I felt like a new person! Better yet, a treatment can last up to a year (but about 6 months is more the norm). I’m very happy!

I would NEVER recommend Dr Gordon to anyone. She may be well educated, but she has a terrible bedside manner if you challenge her at all or have pain in a procedure that makes her nurse practitioner uncomfortable. Dr. Gordon cornered me in the exam room and mentally badgered me. I told her several times she was being aggressive, but she never backed away from me or settled down at all. This really happened! I had to turn my body away from her!

Dr. Gordon and her staff were friendly, professional and very informative explaining the causes of my problem and explaining what form of treatment that would be used to help me. The two visits that I have had are probably the best doctor visits I have had in many years! 🥰

I have had the best experiences here. I feel seen and heard. Dr. Gordon, Joi and VeNeah have wonderful bedside manor as does all the nurses and front desk staff. When I had surgery last year, I was so nervous and Dr. Gordon held my hand on the operating table as I was put under. I cannot say enough good things about this practice!

The visit was good, I got a lot of questions answered by Dr Gordon and I was glad that I changed my visit to see her. However, I did feel rushed and I didn’t really have time to think of questions about the changes that were being made with my Rx’s, I had to stop someone in the hall to clarify something that was said and then again when I got in my car I still had other questions.

Always fast, friendly and helpful! Love Dr. Gordon, I am confidant in her ability to find out what’s going on with me. She and her staff are always on it! Great practice!

Dr. Gordon is very knowledgeable, she has great bedside manner, she talks to you and explains everything well, she cares about your well being and makes sure you understanding everything. She listens to you!!!

Dr. Gordon has s a great doctor. She explains everything to you. She is very thorough. She found a problem on an ultrasound done at another doctor’s office for which I was unaware and treated me appropriately for the problem.

Dr. Gordon, her nurses, and staff are always friendly. Dr. Gordon in genuinely interested in educating her patients about whats going on with health concerns.

She will charge you for two office visits during your annual exam if you ask her questions about concerns you have or if you ask about different options you have. She will not tell you in advance that these conversations are an extra charge until you check out. Then when you try to ask her about the double charge she will not talk to you. Very unprofessional and unethical. Ive NEVER had any doctor charge me two office visits for one appointment nor have I ever had a doctor charge you extra for asking questions. At very least they tell you in advance so you have no surprise bill.I DONT recommend her! If you go here, review your bill and get pricing up front.

Ive been seeing Dr. Gordon for years and even though I moved 3 counties away I still go to her! She is the best in her field and her office staff is fantastic!

In general everyone was very nice and Dr. Gordon answered my questions regarding the issue at hand. Her replies while real had an underlying negativity which I personally chose to not accept. Nevertheless I understood what she was sharing and her medical perspective. What I DID NOT appreciate was the interrogation as to my PERSONAL CHOICE to not vaccinate. (covid19 vaccine) I was asked at the front desk... That was expected, took my temp and that was fine. I passed. Totally understandable and appreciate their safety protocols. HOWEVER, it should have stopped their. I was asked again inside while getting my vitals. Why? I had already answered and the employee knew it. After my procedure the subject came up AGAIN. I was not at that office for respiratory, immunological issues. I was there bc of a gynecological issues. I shouldnt be cornered to give Dr. Gordon my why about my decision. Thats my personal healthcare choice, my business and was irrelevant to this office. Im not Ill, have never had covid19 and dont have it now. My choice is my personal business and owe no one an explanation. I would recommend stay in your lane. Unless the virus is an issue bc it would affect them, it should not be asked beyond entry. I would not have even kept my appointment had that have been the case. The constant asking and inquiry was ABSOLUTELY UNNECESSARY.

My visit was a recheck/reassessment of a medical condition. Dr. Gordon and her staff, as always, are professional and so friendly. My one issue was the amount of time it took to see the provider. I waited at least 25 minutes before I was called back to triage. This is unusual.

Dr. Gordon and her team are wonderful. I feel I am heard and my questions and concerns are validated. Highly recommend!

Dr. Gordon explains everything that will be done that day if it is just a regular visit. If there is a procedure that needs to be preformed she explains everything in detail. We are very satisfied with Dr. Gordon and her staff.

Dr Gordon is amazing...she listens...is compassionate and is very bright..she diagnosed me with cancer years ago and she is why Im still here.. shes the best!

Nurse practitioner was fine. Reception staff was rude and talked out loud about someone who phoned in while my daughter was in reception area. Treated my daughter with disrespect.Also, she is considered a specialist and our co-pay was more. This is not listed nor told when I called in for appointment.
