I like how quickly I got seen by the nicest PA, his name is Peter. He was precise, thorough, and thoughtful. He prescribed good medicines that helped me get better very quickly. The front desk was also very friendly and helpful. I had a great experience and will be sure to comeback whenever it need be. Please keep up the great work! My husband and I are much appreciate your hardworking, it’s not easy to be working in an Urgent care setting, you have to be well-rounded, fast, and knowledgeable.Again, thank you so much!! Elma made my experience entirely great. I was in distress from the moment I walked in and she made sure I was taken care of. She kept me calm and has amazing bed side manners. I felt so safe. Also a quick and easy blood draw with her! I definitely recommend this urgent care!

Whenever I feel sick or just unwell I always come here. Everyone is wonderful from the reception to the nurse to the doctor. They always listen and give me the best care. I always highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Staff was professional, kind and caring. The PA, Frank, was thorough and attentive, prescribed the right medications. I also had issues with getting the medications at my pharmacy, the staff was very helpful in getting the prescriptions to another pharmacy right away to avoid delays. Great service, very satisfied.

Everyone there is very courteous and professional. I must especially commend the PA Nicole Peduto. She is extremely thorough and caring. She is a true healthcare professional who cares about her patients.

I took my mom here today and the service was efficient and fast. The I believe , doctor Peter who was so thorough and nurse elma were remarkable. She was very professional and listened to me. She showed great care and made me feel so safe. I knew my mom was in great hands.

Peter was very thorough and explained everything to me. He has a wonderful bedside manner. He took plenty of time to listen to my concerns and did the proper tests to diagnose my problem. Also, the young lady who did my vitals and the gentleman who took my x-rays, as well, as the young ladies who did my EKG, were all very friendly, professional, and showed concern and compassion for me. Im sorry I forgot their names!

I took my 2 year old daughter to Go Health to check on her coughing and wheezing. She had yet to visit a urgent care as she has only been to the doctor so far for primary wellness visits which normally include vaccinations, so I was a little nervous on how she’d handle the experience. the woman at the front desk , the MA, and the PA we’re all so kind and patient with my daughter. The Dr listened to all of my concerns and took her time to talk to me about what was going on with my daughter as well as future plan of care. I will definitely recommend and will return as needed.

Client centered care is shown every time I visit. Rooms are always clean and the Staff are always professional and make you feel like an individual not just another patient.The care is thorough and the service is quick. Plus they have the capability of performing an x-ray which takes the hassle out of having to go to an emergency room.

Incompetent people working there. They don’t ask you what your there for , quick to collect your copay but then can’t service you for what your there for, very unprofessional. Took blood pressure over thick sweatshirt and on wrong arm, avoid at all cost

It was the best urgent care visit Ive ever had. My treating physician Frank Albano made me feel at ease, and took great care treating me for a broken thumb. Everyone there was extremely polite and professional. From the woman at the front desk to the man who was taking my xray. I felt welcome and I would visit again without hesitation.

I went in yesterday for the first time and I immediately loved the place. Thank you to the doctor and Elma as well as she was so kind. I was so nervous and my blood pressure is usually high at the doctor, but this time it wasn’t. I felt so safe. Definitely recommend this place!

2 stars because they were quick. But appearance was less than expected. Chairs were dirty with hair particles and dust. Dust around the brochure area. Floor dirty. Bathroom also needed cleaning. Not friendly Just basicaly robotic at the desk. Seemed new. Not coming nack to this one.

I was very pleased with the reception s concern and experience. The PA who I also had for a knee problem 2 or 3 weeks before, took care of me with the same empathy for my swollen eye which was dx. As stye eye. She informed me to soak the eye and put methyl prednisone after I soaked my eye. It’s been 3 days , I think and my eye is feeling better. I also worked for SI Hospital for ten years and the Medical Clinic I walk in off Richmond Avenue is a Northwell facility.

I have been here two times. Last September I was sick and it turned out to be covid. I was very very satisfied with the care here. Then a few days ago I went to evaluate a pain in my hip. I saw PA Frank who was very knowledgeable and suggested an xray to rule out, but the tech had gone for the day, and he advised me to come back the next day and it would be very quick, just for the xray. I went back the following evening at 6 and pretty much it happened exactly like that. I was taken immediately, had the xray and spoke with the radiologist right after who assured me it was nothing serious. The staff is helpful and very nice. I will always go back here.

Great service. Professional and attentive to their patients needs. The x-ray tech, Adam and the PA, Anna, were both particularly helpful. Ana even called me at home to let me know what the radiologyst had to say about my x-rays. Much appreciated!

From check-in to seeing the doctor to check out, everybody was so helpful and so nice especially the girl upfront. She was so nice to my daughter and the doctor was amazing with my child. My daughter has autism and was a little scared and the doctor was super friendly and very patient.

Sherece P the receptionist at bulls head in Staten Island is horrible , hung up 5 times after I was on hold for 7 minutes , horrible customer service skills she needs an I learn on how to speak to patients !!! Do not use this atrocious center , you’re better off going to Guam!!! Very combative and rude she should be fired asap!!!!! She has no people skills I will be letting everyone I know about this disgusting experience!!!!

I fell at 830 at night I was in a lot of pain but I didn’t want to go to the ER and sit there for 12 hours. I found this Urgent Care and I’m so glad I did. No waiting at all, knowledgeable, compassionate. I was really impressed.

Very quick check in for walk in. Was greeted and made to feel like I mattered on a day I was feeling so horrible. Very nice atmosphere and I was diagnosed quickly and my visit came with an xray and no added charge. My meds were sent to my pharmacy and 3 days later I’m feeling so much better. Great place.

The treatment you get will largely depend on the PA who sees you. My husband got an incredible PA Peter Ma who was attentive, kind, and explained everything in detail. Then theres the PA I got who didnt listen to me, was condescending, then under diagnosed me, gave me the wrong medication and sent me on my way. 1 full day of suffering from aches, chills, and fevers later, I had to check into the emergency dept at the hospital. They confirmed with a cat scan what I was trying to tell Mariam Lozah all along, I had a kidney infection. She made me feel like I was stupid and I suffered for it. Avoid her.

I was in desperate need for an urgent care for my brother, because he stopped breathing and I came across this place. Luckily enough I came across someone named Ellma and her last name was starting with an “F” I believe. She did not have us waiting for longer than 5 minutes she took us in right away and handled our situation with such care. She was the absolute sweetest and very professional. I’m so thankful to have found this urgent care because then I wouldn’t have met her.

Great staff, very fast. I took my 3 year old there when the pediatric urgent care was telling me 4 hour wait. They saw us right away and took care of my little one. I would absolutely recommend them

I called ahead to ensure they can provide the service I needed. They confirmed they could. I came in, paid the $50, and THEN they said “oh actually we can’t” and didn’t give me my $50 back. Absolute disaster of a center. No one seems to know anything in this place. Don’t waste your time

I went to see the doctor for my throat pain. Nobody was there on the front receprion desk, but I have seen 3 of them were there in the back. But they didnt worry about me coming in, and they were doing their work. Fortunately, another patient directed me to go to the machine and get a number. Once my turn came, they took me to exam room 3. Did the checking and just left me there saying wait for the doctor to come. But no one was coming and I was getting late to my work. So I came out and spoke to the assistant with dark hair. She was quite rude to talk said Just go inside. Wait for your turn. If you checked the cameras, you will see the people who came after me have already been released. I have felt mistreated and discriminated..never go to that place again

Service was great doctor was great only one problem I called twice on two separate days to speak to doctor I was told that he would call me back never received a phone call back

Quick and effective with diagnosed and treatments. Highly recommended but do make appointment ahead of time.

Definitely do not recommend. I came here in with bad abdominal pain that i didnt think was bad enough for the hospital. I was brought to a room, had a Dr touch my abdomen, and say you look terrible, I cant do anything for you here, go to the hospital. I appreciated the honesty, but as I left, one of the PAs forced me to give a urine sample, despite my intense pain. Believe it or not, they charged me for the visit despite my attempt to dispute it. They are clearly money hungry.

Went in for a covid test. Was taken quickly, got my results right away. All the doctors/staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Appreciate making an appointment and how courteous the staff is. For a walk in facility the doctor actually paid attention to symptoms and took a follow up phone call. Not the norm and much appreciated.

The staff were very friendly and thorough throughout our visit, from check in to examination. They placed a call in for an ambulance to hospital and since this was happening closer to their office closing time, I felt badly. I apologized in case we had held them up, but they expressed that it wasnt a problem. The EMTs were great. Everybody was so sincere. We felt at ease. Thumbs up for the crew!

I had the best provider from my last visit on 2/11/2024. The provider Nicole spend all her concern to my unwell visit. Thanks Nicole for your care and thats what all patients needed. Shes the first person from the Urgent care that makes me want to return whenever I need urgent care.

This place is horrible with there bed side matter took my grandmother to have a xray to make sure nothing was wrong I was meet with a disrespectful and I told that we were over reacting. His name is frank albano and argued with me about the well being on my 87 year old when I wanted my family member who is in the medical field. I was told ( that I’m to busy and I have other patients). When no one was in the place on top of that Catch them talking about her in front of me to other coworkers

Went on a Tuesday for extreme throat pain after already testing positive for covid with an at home test. I pay a $35 copay and requested a strep test. The nurse felt the need to use 2 Q-tips at once to swab me, causing me to choke and go into a coughing fit. All of that and strep comes back negative. I’m sent with basic at home care instructions. I wake up Wednesday morning with the worst throat pain I have ever experienced. I couldn’t swallow and could barely speak. I get a same day appointment at my primary care office, to pay an additional $25 copay. I let the Nurse Practitioner know the strep test came back negative just the day before. She insisted on testing for strep again, the test instantly came back positive and I was prescribed antibiotic. Not sure why the test didn’t come back positive the day before when swabbing with 2 Q-tips at once should have picked something up.

Was no wait and everyone was pleasant and helpful. Hours are a plus too, open till midnight daily.

What I liked best about my visit was how quick the staff worked with me and got down to the issue. Especially Dr.Peter he was AMAZING! Made sure I understood everything that was going on with me as well as how to take the medication I was prescribed as well as the dos and dont hes was very nice as well! Loved my experience with you guys! I appreciate you!

EXCELLENT providers, staff, cleanliness, and wait time. I’ve been here many times and they’re always quick, friendly, helpful and seem like they genuinely care. I’ve brought my partner here multiple times for shoulder dislocations, to avoid the 8 hour waiting time at the ER. Dr. Peter was able to get it in the first time, was patient, worked with us, was slow and got it in. The second time someone else put in a good effort but didn’t want to hurt her more so we had to go to ER and spent 8 hours there. We’re here again with Peter and we’re hopeful. He’s great 😌

The staff was great and the center was very clean and decorated beautifully..loved the state of the art look, especially the examining room doors. The PA was very knowledgeable, very thorough and kind! Appointment availability was very good too!

Took by husband since he wasn’t feeling good the PA was excellent and patience with him!! She explained everything to us and recommended that he went to see a PCP and other Doctors

Place is horrible first we waited almost 2 hours for my daughter who broke her ankle then when they called us instead of letting her sit in one of the 15 rolling chairs or get a wheelchair they had her hop to the room do not go here worst experience ever

Wish I could give no stars. Went for a simple rapid covid test. The place was filthy. When I finally got seen by the doctor she asked me what medications I was on, told her. She asked why I took the meds I was on, I explained. She proceeded to say “oh well there must be something wrong with you to be on that amount of medicine”. I was shocked that I was made to feel so uncomfortable and spoken down to by a medical professional. Disgusting.

Walked in today and had a disgusting nasty attitude of a front desk. There was no reason for someone to be rude when I asked simple questions. She sighed and huffed in my face while I asked if sick mother was still there. Don’t come here if you want someone to be rude to you

Terrible PA. My mom and I went since we both had a really bad cough, chest pain, runny nose and just felt terrible. We were waiting in the room for a while which was fine but we heard 2 women chatting non sense at the receptionist desk. We opened the door a bit to address that we were waiting in the room. Sure enough the PA came in. It felt like we were almost forgetting. ( the office was very empty btw) She completely rushed our appointment and disregarded our symptoms. She didn’t even swab our throats so we went home not even knowing what we were sick with. Plus they don’t send the medicine to the pharmacy right away and when they did. I still couldn’t get it because it was on back order. My mother had to call the office twice and the pharmacy 3 times. I still don’t have the medicine and I’m still very ill.

The wait time was minimal and treatment was optimal.

The Dr was patient and informative. He took his time and care with me. Answering all my concerns.I was very happy with the customer service line. They helped me set up my portal. Everyone was very nice. Very good experience at a time when I had concerns and stress.

This is by far the best urgent care on Staten Island. Make the check in process easy, the PAs are very thorough and got me better faster than any other provider I have been to in recent years. Will be coming here only going forward

The whole bullshead staff are great people. I came in for my sons injury of possible head laceration but it all turned out him not needing one. Although he didnt need one i was satisfied with the staff giving love and caring for my son. Gohealths Bullshead team are great ! 🫶🏼

Service truly depends on who you see. Peter is the best and I am always glad when I go there and he’s on duty. He is thorough and conscientious. But I’ve been seen by others who aren’t so thorough, which really is a waste of time and copay.

The reception was very professional and very courteous to me, the doctor had a very good bedside manner as well as the nurse who showed me first and took my temperature and blood pressure. Overall it was a very good visit I did not wait long they honored my time slot and all was exceptional.

Been there on several occasions, most recently for my daughter. While they don’t specialize in pediatrics, the entire staff was incredibly gentle with my daughter & super patient. I’ve always been in & out, never had a long wait time/check in time. I was even able to call & ask questions (several times) after the visit and each time was met with a pleasant, reassuring demeanor from the staff.Love this location 💓

This office is great! I was able to make a same day appointment on-line. I was taken right away when I got there. The office was spotless. The staff was friendly, informative and thorough. I will definitely go there again.

I went on Saturday for a very minor problem. When I came in , there was no one by the front desk. I had to call for the lady who was busy talking about her vacation and she looked annoyed when I asked for someone to come to the front desk. After the visit after like 2 hrs , I called my pharmacy and was told that NP from this urgent care prescribed some ointment that was not covered by my insurance and they submitted request for a new medication. I called urgent care and asked them to do the same. I really wanted to get the medication the same day and was hoping that urgent care would be more proactive. Nothing happened on Saturday or Sunday so on Monday my husband goes to pharmacy and there is still no prescription. By this time my minor problem with the eye progressed. I called urgent care on Monday to let them know about this, they confirmed that they have request for change of prescription in the system but no follow up has been done. They never connect you with the actual location you went to but just a call center that just records your info. Never again

Efficient, friendly, clean, plus staff has great personalities- you can tell they like what they do. My daughter and I were very comfortable there- would definitely recommend and return in future.

This was my first time visiting an Urgent Care. I’m really big on reviews and I will say that my experience was amazing. Dr. McKinney and his nurse was very, very nice. I’m so upset that I forgot her name but she was super sweet. I literally waited 5 minutes and that included me providing my information to the nurse before being seen. I was in and out. Dr. McKinney was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. I’ve experienced some bad doctors so I’m very appreciative when I find one that’s great. I will definitely return here. I pray that everyone has a great experience like I did.

Doctor and staff were super nice and I didnt have to wait long at all. It was actually empty and I was happy with all the pain I was in. They took me in quick and I was in and out of there within 10 minutes. The DR gave me exactly what I needed too. Ill definitely come back here again!

Excellent staff , highly recommend very professional and clean environment. Very accomdating . Nurses and doctors.Clearly care about their patients . I do oftenrecommend this office to anyone who asks me where to go as I have an extensive relationship with this office due to ongoing back issues . Efficient and effective procedures. Remember while reading reviews. These procedures are one tool in recovery . The patient must also put in work and effort towards their own well being .

Terrible customer service!!! Wouldn’t even look at us, or let us check in!!!! We waited a half hr when no one was even at the front desk! With hardly anyone in the waiting room!!!! Ended up going elsewhere!

Horrible! If I can give this place a zero I would!I came in to about the inquiry about the COVID-19 testing that is needed for employment. The lady in the front with light eyes told that I have to make an appointment and the next date wasnt until Sunday.She scheduled the appointment and thats when it got weird and went downhill quick. She told me not to bother coming on Sunday for the appointment because they only had less than 30 left. On top of that she proceeded to say that I had to pay 70 dollars because my insurance wouldnt cover. I told why would you give schedule an appointment with me if you will run out of the exam kits. She told me I wasnt a priority and for me to call other places to see if they have exams and open appointments. I ask for phone numbers to the other places and she told me to google it.She was very unprofessional and taking care of another patient while all of this happened. I just left and cancelled the appointment. I understand that we are living in stressful. But to confuse and dismiss potential patients is out of bounds.I honestly dont like writing bad reviews but I would never come back to this urgent care.If you need COVID-19 test for any reason. Go to Walgreens by manor road. Its free and confidential.

My daughter had I had an excellent experience at your Bulls Head branch. Everything was clean and well organized. Best of all I got my results the next day which was important because I am having a procedure a few days later. My daughter who is going back to college had her results in 2 days. I will recommend this facility in the highest terms

These guys, despite the fact that I provided several insurances, they charged me $660 for one covid test! these guys are scammers! Three times I contacted them about the bills, each time they said that everything was resolved, but until now I still get bill of $660 from them!

Decent staff, not always the most welcoming. Made to feel like I was being a hassle. I understand that their job can probably be overwhelming at times, but at the bare minimum you should be able to provide decent customer service, as people don’t usually go to urgent care when they’re having a god day

These people are the best, both times my husband went in for a common cold but needed papers for work stating his sick days & to make sure he didnt have COVID, so they gave him a COVID test as well. Everything was smooth & was less than 30 mins. Not packed at all. They were very kind too.

I scheduled the appt , walked in & was immediately called to the exam room. I had seen the provider in previous visit & he was very clear on what treatment was to be. The visit went very well...

Review edit: was seen virtually online the next morning after the fiasco described in this review. Service was prompt and I was scheduled for a rapid test for the next day. Only issue is that the phone system here doesnt work so its hard to get in touch with them.Terrible customer service- they do not pick up the phone whatsoever, tried calling 4X and it went to voicemail after I selected the option to speak to a team member. Made a virtual appointment for 6:48 PM the same day because I was exposed to someone who has COVID and wanted to get an appointment for the rapid test, was rescheduled to 6:10 PM for whichever reason. Logged on at 6:10, waited for an hour and a half, and nobody ever showed up. Tried calling the office one last time and it went straight to voicemail yet again.

Really beyond shocked by my experince. I had to get a test done which was extremely painful, I was still in pain for 2 days later. Only to find out they never sent it to the lab. I called after 5 days and was just told the results still didnt come back. Didnt even do the bare minimum to check, I had to call back again and hound them to look into it to find out it was never sent. The response, you can come back and redo it I dont know what happened that day. So irresponsible and unprofessional. Made me wait a week for absolutely no reason. I was told the manager would be in contact and was just called back and given her email to send her my concerns. She clearly couldnt be bothered.

Recently visited my visit went very well until..i woke up as usual and checked my bank account and had a pending transaction of $171 that i did not authorize. I remember the desk clerk/xray tech asking me if I would like to keep my card on file for “FUTURE VISITS”. I payed my $20 copay and said sure not knowing they would continue to use my card WITHOUT MY CONSENT. This is unacceptable you DO NOT charge someone with out first reaching out!! I do not appreciate my personal information being used without my permission.

I go to the urgent care on Richmond Ave and always had a good experience. This time my young daughter had a very bad experience. The tech was rough and made her cry. As a parent, I am very upset and disappointed. They need to train their certain staff to be more gentle to young children. I will never go there again.

The first time I went to this place, I saw the Nurse Elma Taking Care me she was very nice,and the Doctor also very nice 👍This is the best Urgent Care, Nice place and great people helping and smiling I love this place ♥️♥️

My experience with Northwell was great, I was able to walk in, set an appointment then come back a couple hours later. No long line standing outside. The staff was amazing with communicating what to expect.I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone that is in need of services they offer.

Dr. McKinney was very professional. He addressed what was wrong with me. His bedside manner was polite, and I was seen and treated faster then I have ever been at any Doctors office. The whole staff here was a pleasure to deal with.

The fact that I didnt know the rapid test was $195 each before walking into the office is atrocious. The fact the physicians assistant was excited that I paid for the test is also atrocious. I went to CityMD right before Thanksgiving and the rapid test was free...FREE!!! To shake patients down for $390 knowing people want to be with their family for Christmas is robbery. I have city coverage as a teacher and the rapid test was not covered. I will never recommend Northwell to anyone. They also seemed to care more about patient data than actual healthcare.

The staff was phenomenal, easy check in and check out, Justine literally held my hand throughout my 7 stitches ordeal and the Doctor that helped put me back together was very patient with me and did a great job. My wound is healing fantastically thanks to these two

I usually go here with my daughter or for myself. Love that you don’t feel rushed. Staff is welcoming and it’s like you are almost feeling better just by entering. Always very clean.

Dr Cedric was attending. Thoroughly checked, gave options for treatment and medicine sent right away. Found out at Pharmacy that prescription didn’t come through(some system glitch) Service is excellent. Receptionist was good.Visit took about 1.5 hours in total( can vary depending your condition)I recommend this place for urgent care needs.

Contacted the urgent care location as directed by the PA. (The one whom I saw on Sunday was amazing) Only to be given false information by the on shift PA, disrespect and blown off. The regional Manager was rude, disrespectful, wasn’t focused on addressing or resolving the issue with the staff but that our conversation was disturbing her!I would NEVER recommend anyone going there!

Unbelievable. I had an appointment today at 9:34 am to have a rapid swab test which I scheduled over a week ago, only to get a text message at 8:23 today saying Good Morning, Regrettably Bullshead GoHealth has only limited resources to perform Rapid in site Covid-19 testing and thus are reserved for documented pre-surgical cases only. All other tests will be processed through the lab. Thank you and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Was here for 30 seconds and can already tell you this is the worst urgent care on the island. Got here at 7:45, asked for a covid test and was turned away and told its by appt. Only even though 1. Appointments defeat the whole purpose of urgent care, 2. On their website they advertise no appointment needed for COVID testing. See screenshot below. Swabs take 30 seconds and they were hanging out circled around at the back counter and one person couldve just done it but whatever. Save yourself the trouble and go to prohealth up the block on Victory. Went there after I was turned away and they took me in and swabbed right away. This was 5 minutes before their closing time...hope this place can take note of that type patient care.

I live 2 blocks away from Northwell Urgent Care. Often times, when I have a health issue and I cant get to my pcp, I go to urgent care. Even with the increase of Covid testing, the wait time is not as long as other facilities. Yesterday, I visited Northwell, Matt, the physician assistant, treated me with such care and sensitivity to my issue. He took time to help me and was very attentive, and eased my worry. Nancy, the scribe, assisted Matt; she was very helpful and equally caring. Their bedside manner was top notch. I hope that if I visit Northwell, Matt and Nancy will be there to treat me again. God bless and stay safe everyone, during these tough times. 👍

Dr. McKinney was awesome!! He was so great that I returned same day with my second child to be seen. Support staff at the front desk was also really really nice. Office is also cute.

The place was so clean and immaculate. Doctor and rest of staff were very helpful, respectful, and courteous. Listened to everything I had to say and helped with everything. I was able to check in online and was seen immediately. Definitely recommend.

Where do I begin? I’m still waiting for a manager to contact me. I went to the Bulls Head Staten Island location on Thursday, September16th at 9:45 for a Covid antibody test. I was asked to go into room 3, and no one took my vitals. Immediately, a needle was put into my right arm by a phlebotomist. The needle to draw the blood was placed in straight up into my vein, and blood immediately squirted out, onto my sweatpants and onto the floor. The phlebotomist who was drawing my blood got nervous and put pressure on my arm. She then tried to draw blood from my left arm this time, but she couldn’t find the needles, and left the room. With the same pair of gloves, she came back into the room and left again. I was confused. When she returned a third time, the phlebotomist searched the room for another pin to draw my blood, which she wound up dropping on the floor. Of course, I asked for a new pin. She tightly put the rubber band / tourniquet around my left arm to find a vein. She placed the pin into the vein, and my blood squirted out on the floor again. I requested the PA who came into the room and he immediately applied pressure to my left arm while I was applying pressure to my right. PA Stanley was successfully able to draw blood from my right arm. When PA Stanley asked for my vitals, i explained that no one took them. When my vitals were finally taken, my blood pressure was ridiculously high. PA Stanley took my pressure a second time and it was lower at 161 / 114 which is still really high.The phlebotomist who initially drew my blood copied all my vitals onto her glove. How unprofessional! I asked if I needed to go to the hospital due to my high pressure and was told just to monitor it. I drove home dizzy. The following day, my arms were so badly bruised. PA Stanley contacted me 2 times to apologize and check on me after I called the Urgent Care and complained about my treatment. The PA told me a manager would contact me, but that never happened. No patient should ever be treated this way. I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone. I look forward to the owners response to this review and would like to be contacted directly as I noted the date, and my name is attached to the review.

PLEASE whatever you do STAY AWAY FROM THIS URGENT CARE especially when it relates to matters of COVID-19!!! They are the rudest, most unprofessional healthcare workers I have ever come across. (And always seem to be sitting around at the computer doing nothing with no patients around but claiming they’re “very, very busy.”) They “incorrectly swabbed or processed” a COVID PCR test for me and then never informed me of the mistake and kept me anxiously awaiting the results FOR 10 DAYS; results that were apparently NEVER GOING TO COME ANYWAY. They never called, never emailed, NOTHING. The only way I found out was by showing up IN PERSON so many days later. (Because have I mentioned, they never answer the phones either and their mailbox system is “full.”) And the debacle continued when they then proceeded to tell me that because of the mistake my only option now was an immediate Rapid Test which they CHARGED ME $75 for. I later confirmed with my insurance carrier that ALL COVID related procedures, tests, medications, treatments, etc ARE covered by them for 100% of the cost as per their own rules AND FEDERAL LAW, and that all they needed was the claim to be submitted for the date of service of the rapid test and I could be reimbursed once processed. (They SPECIFICALLY TOLD ME that the company, provider, type of rapid test, etc is completely irrelevant; they would pay ONE HUNDRED PERCENT so long as they submit the claim.) However, coincidently the urgent care then tells me that they “couldn’t find or see a claim for that date of service” and so all they would give me is a receipt showing my payment BUT WITH NO INFORMATION WHATSOEVER (no claim, no notes from the visit, etc) SHOWING WHY OR WHAT IT WAS FOR. Their own billing office (which they keep referring me to) admitted even THEY were at a total loss for words because all they see in their system is a PAYMENT on that date for no apparent reason or visit, and so they couldn’t process my refund either because there is no record of me being there or why. In short they swiped my card, pocketed it as pure profit, never submitted a bill or claim to my insurance, and then “lost” (never created!) any traces of my presence in their office for that day. Horrible, horrible mess and at a time where things are hard enough emotionally AND financially for everyone. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!

Highly recommend this facilityI went in after a fall they tlook X-rays and diagnosed a fibula fracture. The Pa Linda Aanonsen was thorough and extremely knowledgeable. I was spminted and provided with crutches. I was treated in a timely Manner and provided with follow up recommendations.Facility was very clean and state of the art. Im an RN for over 30 years and would definitely go back.

I had an appointment this morning to have a COVID test required by Hawaii. Brittany the receptionist was very friendly and I was immediately placed in an exam room. Maria was my tech. She took temp, bp, med history and the nasal swab was just slightly uncomfortable ( she had a soft touch!). I opted to wait for rapid test result since I am 69 and not tech savvy. Maria said no worries. She took time to turn written report into a PDF file and uplo aded it to the Hawaii safe travels website for me. She even gave me 2 hard copies. If you are going to Hawaii go here!!!

I visited Northwell Gohealth urgent care in Bullshead today and I want to thank everyone for a very pleasant experience. They were very professional, kind and very helpful. Justine was an amazing nurse...very knowledgeable and efficient. A painless experience and I will return for care in the future. Thanks again!

Walked in for a COVID test. There was a man yelling into his phone in the waiting area. I asked him to lower his voice so I could hear what the employee was saying to me. The employee said hes fine and beckoned me to come closer. When the man in the waiting area finished his conversation he apologized to me. I accepted his apology and asked him to raise his mask over his mouth and nose. The employee then yelled at me HEY! I told him where he could stick his hey and left. Plenty of other urgent care centers around where they dont yell at you for following the rules.

Antonio was very professional yet warm. He made me feel comfortable and was attentive to my next steps in my upcoming treatment/care.

Warning ⚠️ parent’s ⚠️ this place is not sensitive to children. I had my child taken a Covid test there and the doctor, she was horrible. She hurt my child and she show no remorse. Didn’t even care to ask if my child was ok while my child was hurt and crying. Zero professionalism, zero experience, heartless, not even an apology. Parents be alert 🚨 and go somewhere else.

Matthew Ocaccini is a perfect PA. The rest of the employees act in human and act like they dont care. Matthew acted like he cared and deserves to be recognized. The rest of them seem like they are mad to be working. They act like they dont want to help you. Especially the woman that took my specimen. She was probably the most horrible healthcare professional i have ever dealt with in my life. As long as Matthew Ocaccini is there I will always recommend my friends to go there.

My son was soooo sick on Saturday and the young lady at the front desk was so nice. I was sleep deprived because we were up all night. Then she got us in to see Dr. McKinney and he was wonderful with my son. Turns out, the poor kid had Strep! We got some antibiotics and anti Nausea meds and he started to feel better immediately! But a few hours later...I started to decline. Rapidly!!!! I had to work the next day and it was torture so I too made an appt with Urgent Care on Richmond Avenue and again...lovely girl at the fromt desk and poor Dr. McKinney had to got through it all over again, lol. Diagnosis, strep!!! Surprise, surprise! Im allegic to penicillin so I got different meds and I too felt better almost immediately!!! Thank you again. Dr. McKinney! And thank you to the staff of Bullshead GoHealth!

I recommend northwell health located on Richmond Avenue to everyone. They are truly what a drs office should be. Very courteous and caring. It was a pleasure to go there. The drs are so nice and made me feel comfortable.

Dr. Kim is very arrogant and is very impersonal. Will not return to this location because of his unmistakable ego. I’ve never experienced a doctor who was so rude and unprofessional as him.Rest of the staff was very nice and polite.

Terrible service my daughter had an accident earlier in the morning. And took her here at she had bruises And her face and lip and this so called doctor did nothing not even clean the injuries he just said oh it’s just scratches and put the same bandage the school had put on her. I had to go for Rapid covid test for a surgical procedure. They fit me in without an appt and had my results back in 20 minutes. They were so nice and pleasant would definelty recommend them.

The PA took time with me and explained everything clearly. He listened to me without cutting me off. He had a wonderful bedside manner.

This URGENT CARE CENTER refuses to give someone medical care if they have been in a car accident and have not yet filed a claim with their car insurance company. I went there a few hours after I had gotten into a car accident. I had been rear ended and was starting to have neck and back pain. I just wanted to get an xray to make sure that there wasnt a serious injury or anything broken as our local emergency room already had a 3 hour wait. When I went into this particular urgent care center I was told that because I told them what I was feeling was due to a car accident I would have to provide both a claim number and a policy number for my insurance. I explained that I did not have a claim number because I was told to wait until I had a police report to enter a claim and I would not be able to get one until the following day. I asked if this was standard practice and the person behind the station said it was at northwell and if I really needed help I could try the emergency room. I called to another northwell urgent care and they confirmed this outrageous policy. I couldnt believe they would not even let me speak with an actual medical professional. I then called a different urgent care company and explained to them that I had not yet filed a claim because my police report would not be available until the next day. The person I spoke with said that particular urgent care center would absolutely help me and I had 7 business days to provide my claim information or I would get billed. Absolutely logical. Northwell GoHealth Urgent Care does not care about the people that go to them for help.

Front desk reception tried everything in her power to stop me from being seen. She just received a food delivery and apparently that was more important than someone in pain. Sad. No empathy or concern whatsoever.

Staff is great but I need to go back 2 times because my Prescriptions never made it to my pharmacy (this may have been the pharmacy’s fault)butYou can’t just call because the phone system is ridiculous and there is no way to call them directly and the phone system sends you to a voicemail that doesn’t let you leave a message

Went in for asthma exacerbation with an oxygen reading of 93%. PA never listening to my lungs, never reviewed medical history or medications. Did not offer any treatment in office and let me walk out of the door with that low of an oxygen reading. Will never go back.

Had an appointment on the 19th at 3:40 spoke with somebody did not want to put on the mail cuz my ears was hurting me they stated to me they would change my appointment to the 20th which is a Saturday so I stayed it with a doctor still cover me for the 19th they stated yeah dont worry about it we will cover you for the 19th your appointment for the 20th will be in the morning went on the 20th doctor seeing me I told the doctor I had an appointment for the 19th but my ears was hurting me and I really didnt want to put in the mass thats why I didnt come in but I spoke with somebody and they stated that you were covering me for that day untrue Dr said we could only cover you for the day that you came in Now Im in trouble with my job because I do not have a letter covering me for the 19th I feel this is unprofessional I will never go to this place again I will go to my primary wish I would not have this problem and this is the staff and doctor at bulls Head go health urgent care walk-in there will never see my face again

Excellent staff of personnel and doctors to assist and treat you. Took the time to go through what the issues are and what needed to be done. Medicine was prescribed and did the job. Will return if any other issues should come up

The website says no appointment needed got there an hour before opening several other people lined up behind me as saff arrived the were annoyed to see the line and quite rudly told us we would not be seen without an appointment unless we were sick when someone said they were sick she said we were lying i was told over and over to log in at kiosk when I did it booked me for 5 pm this was at 9 am was told to wait in my car while I waited there were at least 3 times when ther was Noone inside yet I was never called very rude dont go hete

Turned me away with a bloody hand, all I wanted was stitches or to be bandaged up but because I said it was at work they refused me. Im not going thru workers comp but they didnt want to hear it. Horrible people.

You need to make an appointment even though online it says you dont need one. An if you show up in person to do anything dont expect it to happen cause you need to do everything online first since theres no access inside.
