This is a beautiful facility and an even better staff! Dina at the front desk has such a friendly personality, she makes you feel comfortable right from arrival. She was super efficient to get you checked in and processed. As others came in and the phone rang, you can just tell she really cares about helping each patient! Mike, the medical and x-ray tech was beyond polite and detail oriented. He is one of the best I think we have ever had triage us. He explained everything he was doing as he did it, he made sure he had all the information correct and when he spoke to us, you could tell he really cared about you, you felt instantly relaxed and calmer. Alexandria, the NP, was so nice and thorough. Which is greatly appreciated, since urgent care is always busy, but she took the time with us and you could tell she really cared to make sure we would be ok. She explained everything she was doing and going to prescribe. She was extremely detailed and just an absolutely wonderful provider! This is a great team they have in place at this facility. They all seemed to work very well together, that to me is very important!! Thank you guys for taking care of us!

My wife and I went this week to get help for what ended up being flu and sinusitis. I just have to say that Alex - I believe was her name - was a tremendous help and so informative. She was very nice and thorough to the point where Id consider visiting even if I could get an appointment with my PC doctor. Hope this feedback helps and is seen by management!

Alexandria is amazing! Her bedside manner is phenomenal, and she works diligently to get to the bottom of the diagnosis for the patient. Anytime I am unwell, I come here, and I am confident I that I’m in very safe and professional hands with her!

A big thanks to Chai Urgent Care in Tottenville! They took such good care of my daughter. Dina, the receptionist was a godsend and helped get me in the office quickly. The staff was caring and compassionate; treated her like she was their own.

Absolutely love it here only urgent care I’ll go to they’re super quick and have amazing staff. Dina and Mike are super nice and make you feel welcomed, Alex is the best doctor and knows what she’s talking about!! Definitely recommend coming here

Staff was very attentive and took me into an exam room for my COVID test within 2 minutes of my arrival, earlier than my scheduled appointment time. Everyone is pleasant and makes you feel relaxed, comfortable. I will use them again if the need arises!

Chai Urgent was the best urgent care experience I have had in a very, very long time. Normally I dread urgent care experiences, but someone told me to try here. I had a 10:15 appointment and was in a room by 10:20. The diagnosis process was very thorough and I was out before 11 am. The front desk staff, MAs, and PA-C I saw were nothing short of amazing! I was called the next day to let me know all my test results. My experience was truly great! I will be recommending Chai again in the future.

Excellent. First time using Chai and it was a very positive experience starting with the ease of making an appointment, the non-existent wait time from arrival to sitting in an exam room, and the friendless and care demonstrated by the med tech and MD/PA. The MD/PA who treated me was excellent, she took her time, addressed all questions and was responsive to any concerns.

Such a nice urgent care- clean and organized. Made an appointment at 9 am for 10 am, didn’t have to wait, was seen right away, very nice staff, and prescription was sent electronically. Nicest urgent care I’ve been to in a long time!

Took my daughter with a high fever and swollen eyes and they gave her a covid test which came out negative !!! Wonderful !!!! Did not even address the elephant in the room which was her high fever and swollen eyes plus horrific body aches !!!The next day we went back thinking maybe she had the flu for her to be tested !! Even though it’s not flu season but had to give it a shot !!!They literally abruptly stuck the stick down her throat to check for strep !!Because she’s an athlete she wanted to be tested for Epstein Barr but they completely ignored her and told her to come back in a week !!! Again ignoring her symptoms !!!!!!The nurse mentions to the PA in the hallway that my daughter had the sniffles which she did not !!! She explained that she had a high fever , body aches , and they could see that her eyes were swollen and she was exhausted which isn’t normal !!! They completely ignored all her symptoms and a few minutes ago I get a call that she has a common cold !!!! Excuse me?????They’re not the brightest !I took my daughter to our physician and we’re trying to get to the bottom of her symptoms !!!! I hope to God it’s just a common cold but by her symptoms it doesn’t seem like it !They’re not very bright there and other than getting an antigen or PCR I wouldn’t recommend this place !!!No doctor on call just a PA which I don’t have a problem with if only they knew what they were talking about !!Stay away !I just went back yesterday 4/25 because apparently I have an awful memory !!!They told my daughter she was positive for strep so they gave her antibiotics! Today I called for the results of the panel of tests that they took ! They told me she was negative for strep ! Ok !!!!! Then y the antibiotics?????Now I called and they told me she was positive for covid when I questioned her she said oh no that was last years test ! Stupid stupid people !!Please do not go there !!! They truly do not know what they’re doing !Incompetent people !!!!!!

Such a waist of time!I spent at Chai urgent care today, on Sunday over 7 hours. I came at 12pm for covid test and was told that waiting time is 2.5 hours. After waiting all this time in the car, I went in just to hear that its still will be hour and a half before they will call my name. I decided to go home, but nobody call me. Tried to call, but without success, they are not picking up the phone.At 5pm, I came back to the office, just to hear that wait still 45 minutes. I was waiting till 7 pm inside the urgent care and saw that it was only 3 girls were working with hundreds of people. They were taking patients info and also doing tests and all the work. They where taking people who just came from the street and let the ones waiting inside just to sit there and wait. At 7, I asked how much longer my wait will be, one of them said that in front of me still 5 people. While at the same time,Some people were going inside and had the test straight from the street. When I said so, I was told, that they will not work with me, that I have to leave. People working at that location so unprofessional! Do not waist your time! Go somewhere else!

Best place to get covid tested. The staff are very helpful and the building is well maintained and sanitary. Getting the actual nasal swab done was a dream. It was my first time getting it done so naturally I was nervous but they do not stick the swab in deep. It was non invasive and didnt hurt at all. If anything it felt ticklish

The office was clean, the front desk staff was super courteous and friendly. The NP Alex was knowledgeable and personable and I felt like she really listened to my ailments. I would definitely recommend this facility and would use their services again!!

Nasty place. Never ever going back. Blonde girl in the front tried acting like she was a tough girl telling me I must wear a mask even though hers was below her nose. I agreed but didnt have any with me. They refused to provide one. She was condescending and arrogant. She was rolling her eyes and clicking her pen. They never called in prescription. Pa was nice but completely incapable of diagnosing my daughter with bronchitis. Didnt know differences between medications. Complete joke this place is. Never ever going back. Id rather diagnose myself via the internet. Cvs pharmacy said nothing but terror stories from this place. To top it off the same nasty girl called me to say my daughters tests were negative and she had a common cold. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The woman at the front desk helped my girlfriend find a urgent care that took our insurance. She was very kind and did not have to do that for us. If we could we would give more than 5 stars.

I came to this urgi because a friend recommended it. Clean, courteous is what I experienced when I walked in. My son had lingering stuffiness and cough for approximately 3 weeks and wanted to have doctor listen to his chest to make sure all clear, just in case it wasn’t allergies or the common cold like I was previously told. The girl who checked in my son asked what his symptoms were etc. I told her I wanted doc to make sure lungs clear, which he listened 3 times. She proceeded to tell me she was going to give my son a nasopharyngeal swab to detect for RSV, whooping cough all stuff that is going around, make sure no bacteria. Failed to mention that this was STRICTLY a COVID test!!!!!! Covid was not even mentioned once during the initial question period like normally “have you been exposed to Covid” etc. the doctor never asked one question about Covid, knew this was something going on for weeks. My son clearly did not have Covid, I was concerned about his chest. So with that said I am still waiting for the results of pertussis RSV etc that I will clearly NEVER get! Next time instead of being sneaky just say like most establishments do, do you want to test for COVID?? The one good thing my son got out of this is was a new nasal spray that has since helped with his stuffiness. Other than that I will tell anyone who listens how this establishment operates.

I had a Great and Fast Experience here at Chai urgent care. Very pleasant people 😊 My mom was so nervous because she dont go to Doctors for nothing. I want to say Thank you Joselin for making my mother and I Have a easy n fast Experience at this location.

Made an appt. Immediately on line. Staff was welcoming. Very fast registration process.. brought me in exam rm. In 5 minutes. Saw the P.A. (very nice person ) right away.. took his time explaining and answering my questions.Called me next day with lab results..This is the way medicine should be practiced.

Unprofessional!!I went in to get a rapid test done because I needed it for personal matters. I called back later that day because I needed the results in a pdf form from the lab.I call the office and ask if they can send me the lab results through email. They tell me they can’t send it and I have to make an account thru their website. Numerous times attempting to make an acct on the site and it was not working. I called back and asked to be transferred to the Tottenville office and the agent kept transferring me to the Fax machine!When I finally get a hold of the office, the receptionist was not able to answer any of my questions regarding the site. Someone else then picks up the phone and asks for my # and says “We’ll call you back.” Before she hangs up I asked will this be resolved by today because I need it for tomorrow. She then puts me on hold and hangs up on me.I call back and ironically they were “too busy” to answer the phone (that office is never busy). I get a hold of the receptionist again and she says she was busy and proceeds to put me on a hold again for a long time. I then give up and hang up the phone because I knew they were just trying to stall until closing time. If they were really busy, they would’ve called back (like they said they would). 10/10 do not recommend 👎

Getting Covid testing can be a real chaos waiting and waiting and having rude staff but this urgent care was on time. Very quick in and out, very friendly and patient with problem patients! Definitely would go again for anything I need. My go to urgent care for now on!

Went 1/6/22 and did not have to wait & had rapid test results within 15 minutes; but now waiting 5 days and still no pcr results. Whats the point of a pcr test if youre asymptomatic and the results take longer than the quarantine time? Also phone system for getting results is terrible; on hold for over 15 mins only to be told by someone that results are in progress (after holding for her an additional 10 mins). Terrible system

I’ve been coming to this location since they opened and i always have a great experience. The girls are really nice and they treat everyone fair, the doctors are very knowledgeable and care for their patients. If I have an issue or need something done they try their best to help me out. I recommend this place for anyone that can’t see their regular doctors.

Excellent facility with great staff (professional and caring) No appointment needed for COVID testing. The young lady who administered the test(Francelli) was polite and helpful. Definitely recommend this center for health needs.

DO NOT GET A COVID TEST HERE. My boyfriend and I got a PCR test here last week. I got a call within a couple of days saying my test was negative, my boyfriend never got a call back. Just now, he received a call from the Health Department about his quarantine because apparently he was positive the entire time and nobody from this place called him to notify him. Im not usually the one to leave a negative review anywhere, but this negligence is extreme and could literally kill people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have to say the girls in that office all wonderful I had a urgent situation where I had to walk in when they were closing to get a PCR testing because my daughter was getting married in two days and they stayed open so that they would do it for me! It’s not often that you find people that will actually accommodate you when you really need them so I am very appreciarive to all the girls there thank you so much

This place has great staff especially brittany who was more than helpful. I Went here to get covid tested and i was especially nervous but Brittany went out of her way to make sure I understood everything and was so friendly. Very clean and professional. 😊

During these rough times of Covid they had no consideration for people, waited for 5 hrs and they never called. Soooo disappointed. Then people were told that if they said that they needed to see a doctor they will be seen first and given the covid test. Ugh so terribly disappointed.

Was so busy and so many people in line but the girls were so patient and kind. Got my pcr results fast via text. Thank you to the blonde girl in the front and the girl in the back swabbing me so quickly

Staff is always very kind especially with children. They have the best hours and take our coverage! There is never a long wait.

Very rude front desk girl.Spent over half hour filling out paperworkThen turned away because they could only “swab” for COVID19. Fkn waste of time.

With all that us going on the girls were so helpful & patient. They made the process of testing easy and and quick as possible!

I COME TO THIS LOCATION ONCE EVERY WEEK AND EVERY WEEK DUE TO REQUIREMENT FOR WORK. THE SERVICE NEVER CHANGES, NICE STAFF AND VERY EFFICIENT!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
