Ms. Patrice was my guiding light throughout, offering steadfast support and guidance that made the entire process a breeze. The procedure itself was surprisingly painless, a testament to the expertise of the medical team. I am so grateful to have had this incredible experience! I had an amazing experience here as an egg donor. All of the staff was very kind to me. Specially noting Lana the recovery nurse for being so informative and comfortable, she was very smart and also pretty funny which made me feeel more relaxed. She took great care of me (As well as the new nurse training with her, she had amazing energy and seemed like she will be a great addition), Dr. Lavy for always prioritizing what’s best for me, he made me feel very safe, the amazing medical assistant (who’s name I forgot) but she was also very friendly, compassionate, and very helpful, and Shaintai the program coordinator, I’ve been in contact with Shantai for over a year, regarding my egg retrieval and she has been so personable, understanding, patient and kind the whole process. If I needed her or Dr. Lavy I knew I could always reach them. All of the staff including the front desk, were very friendly and made me feel at home, while going through a very new process that could be intimidating. They were also very patient with me and really worked with me with all of the scheduling stuff, as I’m currently in an accelerated nursing program with little time available to take off. Moral of the story.. I would 100% work with them again!

Dr Lavy is very sweet and personable. He makes me feel safe, understood and cared for.All of the nurses they hire are very informative, sweet and have great customer service skills. All of my appointments are taken care of with ease with no wait times. I adore Lana the recovery nurse and Margo.This is a great office. Even the front desk is very friendly and kind.

After my experience with NEFI, one thing has become apparent: you can either have a really good experience with them or a very awful one and ultimately, whether youre a surrogate, egg donor, or IP, its up to you whether or not youd like to take that gamble. My advice: dont. Regardless of your position, the journey you will embark on in completing your family or helping create one should be an intimate one. It should be handled with respect for the patient and their objective and NEFI has completely obliterated my faith in this regard. Instead, the have done nothing more than given me the impression that they want only whats in your pockets and not whats best for you!

I used this clinic and felt uncomfortable and not explained anything. I felt like a number. I did conceive twins but it felt very impersonal and the care was subpar.

Dr. Lavy is phenomenal. I have been so impressed with his detailed care and ability to get me and my partner to our end goal. He is kind, he is smart, and he pays great attention to detail. Even after our first call his summary email stating exactly what we needed and desired was so thorough. We have two kids now through NEFI and we are overjoyed. I highly recommend their services for any IVF journey.

Words can not describe how grateful I am for Dr. Lavy and the staff at NEFI. They are caring and supportive.They have forever changed my life in ways I can never repay. Getting pregnant both times was very difficult and took many tries. Even at my worst when I had given up hope of having a family, Dr. Lavy and his staff lifted me up and never gave up on me. They were always willing to try new protocols and for that I am grateful. I now have a beautiful 2 year old son with another on the way. I am so thankful that I choose NEFI and I would recommend them highly to anyone who needs fertility support. It was a wonderful journey that I will never ever forget.

Im a surrogate mother for a lovely couple working with New England Fertility. As a surrogate from the West coast, Ive been really happy with the team. Everyone is kind and well put together and they guided me through the process quite well-- even from a distance. But what struck me the most about New England Fertility was how Doctor Lavy is absolutely one of the most pleasant people Ive ever met. But he was so gentle and caring-- didnt even feel it. I which my other doctors were as gentle with the speculum. By the expression of his face when he was finished and wished me well, it was apparent that he does his work with joy and love. Even though hes had so many patients and quite a busy day for him, the presence that he had and attention he gave to this specific embryo, family, and me, in the short amount of time that we had was so touching. I was left with a clear impression that Dr. Lavy love his job and it creates a beautiful culture and work environment for his team.

We had a very bad experience with NEFI and do not recommend this clinic. The doctor canceled one of our cycles scheduled for December 2022 due to flu/RSV fears and we have not been reimbursed for the service that was never provided. I reached out countless times and they mentioned they will do a partial reimbursement (which doesnt sound right), retaining the amount for monitoring services and doctor consults via phone. However, no amount has been reimbursed so far after almost one year of going back and forth on this issue. Furthermore, due to my numerous follow ups pertaining to this matter I was called recently and told by phone that it is not part of NEFI policy to reimburse their clients for any services that have not been provided, regardless of said services being cancelled by NEFI.Equally important to mention, is that none of our prior IVF cycles with NEFI were successful. We switched to a reputable clinic this year, they found the root cause of our infertility and fixed it.

My husband and I have used New England Fertility Institute for both of our surrogacy journeys. Although we live in New Hampshire, we knew the drive to Connecticut was worth receiving the very best fertility care for ourselves, our surrogates, and egg donor. Dr. Lavy and his team are beyond knowledgable, sincere, and trustworthy. Their success rate is incredible (both transfers resulted in pregnancies on the first try) and their team did a great job making us feel safe and informed. I cant recommend this talented group of people enough.

I found this clinic on egg donor connect which was to connect users with top donor egg clinics across the country. I looked through donor profiles & was interested in learning more. However, the woman who returned my call over a week later was only fixated on how I found the clinic & demanded that I tell her how I was able to view donors. I explained that their clinic had the same process as everywhere else & I created a profile to view the database.She then basically called me a lier and put me on hold to ask her coworkers. Even after her coworkers explained the exact same thing to her, she remained annoyed & refused to answer any or all questions about the program & told me that if I was interest that I should drive down there because I’m out of state & pay for a consult with the doctor. The conversation was beyond inappropriate & she’d have to be crazy to think that I’d want any further communication with anyone at their clinic.I’d recommend avoiding this clinic altogether & Egg Donor Connect needs to remove them from their recommendations!

My husband and I had the absolute best experience at NEFI. I cannot say enough about Dr. Lavy and the staff as whole. I have never had such personable and caring experience at a medical office, including front desk, nurses and lab techs. I was always greeted with a smile, they knew my name, what is going on with me, and were there for absolutely anything I may need. Even though I was the primary patient, they also made sure to make my husband feel just as important during the whole process.I liked Dr. Lavy from the first time we met. He is not a doctor who will sugarcoat things or a touchy-feely kind. But he is honest, exudes calm and confidence. Cool as a cucumber with an occasional joke to lighten a difficult conversation. He explained the process in simple terms, answered all questions and we never felt rushed. When he looked at me and told me: we will get you pregnant, I believed him, even after the first attempt failed. Yes, it is true that you do not see the doctor often unless there is a need to discuss results or do retrieval/ transfer. At the beginning I thought that it was strange but after 20 blood tests and ultrasounds I realized that nurses and techs are doing an excellent job following Dr. Lavy’s instructions. I realized that there was no need for a doctor to assist with routine check-ups. The doctor was aware of what is going on with me and I was assured that he is in constant communication with his staff.Access to a personal patient portal online was extremely helpful and calming. I probably logged in a 1000x just to check my results, go over list of medications and instructions. Nurses do a great job explaining all meds and provide training in giving shots. And they were always accessible by phone/email. And the waiting time during routine appointments was always very short. I felt sad when we had to transfer to a regular OBGYN, because this staff knew me and my unborn babies and I could tell that they genuinely cared.We are proud (thankful and blessed) parents of 1 year old triplets and we would recommend NEFI to anyone. We believe that NEFI is passionate about helping families regardless of their personal financial background or any other status/situation. Best wishes on your IVF journey!

If you are looking to start a family, we truly believe your best chance at success is with Dr. Lavy!! The care and treatment we received from Dr. Lavy and his staff was incredible! From the nurses, the women drawing my blood to the front desk staff, we were always treated like family. The office is very clean with a calming atmosphere. From the moment we walked into the office we were greeted by name and with smiles. Dr. Lavy has one goal and its to help you create a family. He is a true professional who will research every possible treatment and select what he feels will work best for you! He will discuss all of your options and work with you the make the best decision! Going through the fertility process can be very stressful and sometimes scary. However, we loved going to every appointment! Dr. Lavy and his nurses explained everything, every step of the way and always answered our questions and our calls. They genuinely care about their patients. We even received calls just to check up on me to see how I was doing. As a result of Dr. Lavys knowledge I have a son and I am currently pregnant with my second child. He is an outstanding Dr. with an amazing staff!

There are not enough ways to thank NEF for making mine and my husbands dreams come true. My husband and I were high risk for a genetic disease as we are both carriers. Not knowing where to turn and feeling totally helpless when trying to conceive, Dr Lavy and his team explained the process step by step. Not only is his team friendly and courteous, they are understanding and do everything in their power to help me feel comfortable. I remember my very first phone conversation with Deborah at the front desk, she listened entirely to my story, was compassionate and walked me through the steps to get started. I immediatley felt at ease with my decision to choose NEF to help us start our family worry free. Throughout the process, I was able to ask questions, speak with the doctor and nurses any time I needed to which I loved.Shortly thereafter, we were blessed with triplets, 2 identical and 1 fraternal. All beautiful boys! We are beyond grateful for our instant family as it wouldnt be possible without Dr. Lavy and his wonderful team. I would highly recommend Dr. Lavys office to anyone struggling or wanting to explore IVF options.

I have had a positive experience from the first call i made to this clinic. Everyone is warm and professional including Deborah, Rani, and of course Dr. Lavy, they are organized and have great follow through, everyone knows who you are when you go there, Dr. Lavy is compassionate and very knowledgeable and thinks outside the box. I really appreciate that he doesnt overmedicate and if its possible, he works with your natural cycle. This was especially important since we have a surrogate who has a healthy reproductive cycle and lining who did not need extra medications/hormones unnecessarily. Their clinic has a luxury boutique hotel type feel also which is a nice bonus. I highly recommend this clinic since you will feel just like another number at most clinics that are out there. And by the way we are over 8 weeks pregnant and our frozen embryo took the first time. :)

New England Fertility with Dr. Lavy and Dr. Browne are fantastic. They were highly recommended to me by a friend who also went to them and had great success. The office staff are wonderful and very helpful. I was always greeted with a friendly smile and remembered who I was. Dr. Lavy and his Nurse Practioner Franci Sheenan were truly amazing and knowledgeable. They were compassionate during the entire process. It was all a roller coaster of emotions. Franci was fantastic at helping me every step of the way. She always answered all my questions and was a tremendous help through the whole process. There are so several medical staff/nurses who who wonderful. I met Dr. Browne shortly after she joined the group and she too was wonderful and able to accommodate me in the Danbury office when I was unable to travel to the Stamford office. I am very happy I was referred to them. It is because of the tremendous team work between them all that I can happily say I’m now 7 months pregnant and expecting our baby girl in May 2019. Thank you New England Fertility for all your hard work and making it possible for me to become a mother. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to grow their family as we have done.

Writing about this group proves difficult to articulate, as the words to adequately describe them don’t come easily. With that said, I’ll do my best.A brief backstory- in the spring of 2018 I found myself (A previously healthy 36 year old woman with no prior health conditions), diagnosed with a rare form of cardiomyopathy called LVNC.While this diagnosis rattled me to the core, it also left me with a profound sense of clarity.I had just met the love of my life, (who earned this title by never leaving my side over the months of sickness and recovery). We dreamed of having a family, and sought to get some answers. Needless to say, it was quickly advised that a pregnancy could prove fatal for me. We were discouraged, Once again we felt as though we were at the bottom of a very uphill battle.Enter Stephanie.A childhood friend of mine, who (ironically) had been a surrogate previously with NEFI and elsewhere. She was a huge support through my cardiac journey.Stephanie, who had previously proclaimed that her role as a professional surrogate was over- had changed her mind for me.This time was different.We couldn’t believe this could be a reality for us, and a friend would sacrifice such a great deal to give us a chance to be parents.Stephanie couldn’t speak highly enough of NEFI, and assured me we were in the best hands choosing to work with them.She was right.I work in the medical field, and understand how paramount professionalism is in an environment such as this. NEFI sets the bar. I was incredibly impressed from stepping off the elevator.Assisted reproduction of any kind is a delicate, emotionally charged, hormonal time for most people. The staff at NEFI was there to help me navigate the entire process with ease. From answering anxiety ridden emails, to just checking in with informative information about the next steps. I found this so reassuring.Dr. Lavy provides a high level of comfort through the transfer as well.Our transfer was done on Valentine’s Day, 2020. You could feel the energy in the room.The two week wait was brutal, and I found NEFI to be incredibly supportive.Stephanie is currently 21 weeks pregnant with my miracle girl, and without NEFI this wouldn’t have been possible for us.Dr. Lavy and his team have made our dream a reality.Dr Lavy, Linda, Deb, Rani, Grace, and Megan are a class act. Dr. Browne is the most empathetic, flexible, and patient provider I have ever come across. She gives you options and never pushes you to do anything you dont feel comfortable with. I was sad when I graduated on to my regular obgyn but grateful that she was able to help me conceive. You wont be disappointed!

What can I say? New England Fertility gave me my miracle rainbow baby. My husband and I had 3 losses in 3 years and no one could tell us what was happening. Then we were referred to NEFI and everything changed. From the moment we stepped into the office we were treated like family and were cared for and consoled and made to feel that our dream of having a baby would be realized. Dr. Levy, Deborah, Pam, Tiffany, Stephanie, Grace, Francie, so many people who have changed our lives for the better in so many ways. My husband and I will forever be thankful to NEFI.

This is a review for Dr. Browne, who recently switched to this practice from Hudson Valley Fertility. After going to a well-known clinic in NYC and being treated like a number/case, someone recommended Dr. Browne to me. I initially thought Id just go for a single consult, given she was 2 hours away, but I was blown away from the first appointment and ended up going through an IUI and one cycle of IVF with her. She diagnosed me with PCOS, which my first doctor had missed, and didnt push IVF on me, unlike other doctors Id seen who wanted to immediately move to that without caring about underlying issue/s. Although I did eventually do IVF, I never felt pressured into it or like Dr. Browne didnt value me as a patient if I wasnt doing IVF, as Id felt at the NYC practice. Although I got pregnant in my first IVF cycle (2nd FET), thats not why Im giving Dr. Browne 5 stars. She is the most compassionate, intelligent, caring doctor I have ever met. She was available day and night by text and made the whole infertility experience a million times easier. She truly cares about her patients and is so extremely generous with her time and energy. After my first FET, I was feeling very pessimistic and nervous about the result. Before we even knew it had failed (right before my beta), Dr. Browne took the time to talk through options with me IF it failed. She didnt rush me or make me feel bad/crazy for thinking worst case scenario. When it didnt ultimately work, I felt SO much better having had that conversation and feeling that she was 100% invested in my becoming pregnant. This bedside manner is invaluable when dealing with such a fraught process as ART. I cannot speak to this practice as a whole since Ive never been there, but I cant recommend Dr. Browne enough and am eternally grateful for her.

Anyone having infertility issues have to come and see Dr. Browne! She’s truly remarkable. Her warmth and love she has for her patients is special. I’m so lucky to have had her. Because of her I have an amazing baby! Cannot thank her enough!

Best place! Professional. The staff is wonderful and very attentive, especially Deb the office manager. Dr. Lavy is so caring and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.

We have used Dr. Lavy for the past 5 years now with the New England Fertility Group in Stamford. The office, staff and Dr. Lavy are amazing. We are so grateful for all that Dr. Lavy and his staff have provided us over the years.

This place is a cash cow with obsolete technology, equipment and talent. It was night and day for us when we left NEFI and went to an Ivy League NYC hospital. Choose your provider carefully and stay away from this place.

LOST MY EMBRYOS!!NEF has been storing my 19 embryos for years. A few years ago, my embryos had been transferred to another long term facility by NEF where I thought they had all been for years as I had been paying storage fees. Come to find out that the other facility only had 15 of my embryos for years. For days, my missing embryos were LOST!!! Thank God they didn’t ruin my IVF transfer because I had my other embryos to use. NEF rep taking care of my case has refused to talk to me on the phone. Nobody else as an NEF will speak to me ( except the lady who answers the phone) because they said “It is not their case and they have no info.” I haven’t received any email or any contact as to why my embryos have been separated for all these years without my knowledge. Will somebody at NEF tell me what happened to my “LOST EMBRYOS”!!! Will somebody at NEF have the decency to at least give me a phone call!!

Absolutely the worst clinic around. We worked with Dr Nicole Browne who ended up getting fired. She was disorganized and couldnt put a competent thought together. Her staff was also disorganized. They were overpriced by far compared to other clinics. I would not recommend this clinic.

The only thing I did not appreciate is that the nurse did my IUI and not the doctor who I have a rapport with. It made me feel so uncomfortable because I didn’t know who the lady was inside my private area.

Wonderful experience with the team there. The doctor and staff are intelligent,attentive and caring. Highly recommend this office to anyone in need of treatment/care.

Update:I was a donor here, but there was a confusion and they thought I didn’t want to donate again but I did. I wish they would reach out to me.
