Very impressed with this urgent care. Easy to find, free parking, great staff who listen and want to help. I will definitely return here for any urgent care needs I have in the future.

This place has amazing staff! Mikkie was very sweet and funny. She was very helpful and I truly appreciated her. Bridget is amazing and so is Michael! I appreciate each and everyone. Nicole is very great too and kind! This place truly takes good care of you and great listeners as well. I recommend this place to anyone!!

I woke up with a sore throat and Congestion. That has been going on for two days. I went to the immediate care center and they took very good care of me. The Nurse practitioner Bridgette was very informative and helpful with my care since I was diagnosed with Covid and I was 30 weeks pregnant as well. She gave me all the detail of what to do when my symptoms worsen. She was very good with explaining everything and I am glad I went to this awesome immediate care center.

My visit was GREAT....THE DOCTOR AS WELL AS THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL....The Doctor gave me SUPERB information about my situation and the receptionist was very nice to me...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

Showed up at site at 1:30 pm on a Monday and they are closed. All signs indicate the place should be open but they are not.

Melissa and Mickie were so nice, very welcoming. Treated and prescribed antibiotics to my daughter with no hesitations. Will definitely be coming here again! They answered all the questions very helpful.

My mom burned her hand while cooking and she has a second degree burn on her finger and first degree burns all over her hand and she has huge blisters now, we took her straight here after the incident and they where so helpful, understanding and patient with my mom because she was stressed and scared from the pain, they cleaned the burned area, and wrapped it, and they have told us to come back every few days to check up on her hand, and they have been so helpful while my mom gets through this journey, and making sure she still has sensation all over her hand, and mobility for her fingers. I wanted to write this review because they were so wonderful. Thank you !!

Staff was amazing. Unfortunately, meds went to wrong pharmacy and they don’t answer the phone or emails. I really need those meds. Too sick to go back. Make sure to get all of your answers before you leave.

The front seat is really friendly, the doctor is caring and Pay attention to her patients. Is really hard to find a great doctor like this now day. I will highly recommend it. Most importantly they are quick unlike any other urgent care

I went here after another urgent care stopped accepting patients for the day. They accepted me immediately and I was seen within minutes. Very clean and modern facility. Will definitely come here again.

Absolute game-changer! I was so thoroughly impressed with everything, from the brand new facilities to the super helpful staffand top notch health care delivered. I was in and out, instead of waiting hours in the emergency room or at a hospital systems walk-in.I visited on Christmas Eve morning to have a painful and worsening infection on my arm examined. The staff addressed the infection perfectly (as confirmed by a surgeon a few days later that said he would have handled and addressed in the same manner, including the complicated stitching and medicine prescribed).All of my expectations were exceeded. I plan to go back next time my family need urgent medical care (hopefully, no time soon though)!

Bridget was able to provide my diagnosis within 30 minutes. Aside from the antibiotics she prescribed me, her level of compassion assured me that I was in good hands. Thank you!

Online checked in stated there were two slots available, but when showed up we were turned away since there is already a 50 mins wait.The staff on site was polite and told us they could not take us. So the staff was nice to talk to for the 30 seconds of exchange.With the time wasted to register for a spot, we could have spent the time to find another immediate care that could have taken us.If there is going to be quoted of wait time, please make sure it reflects the true state of the clinic.

Booked an appointment and showed up at my appointment time only to wait an entire hour to be seen. Then the girl was so frazzled she didn’t process my tests correctly so I just had to go an entire week with a missed strep diagnosis which has been HORRIBLE. Do not recommend coming here - super unreliable

Im not sure if my results were mixed up with someone else or they contaminated the sample but I got bloodwork done here and one of the nurses called me a few days later telling me I need to go to the ER immediately to get more testing done, telling me my results were critical and basically making it seem like im on the verge of death. Being very anxious from that call I decided to go to the ER. All my tests showed I was completely fine and healthy, I ended up wasting my night there and now have a ER bill for literally thousands of dollars.

Highly recommended! The nurse Mickey was great and very thorough. She tested both my girls and was patient with them. I was in and out and we got our results fast.

I made a last minute appointment for about 20 min before closing and the staff was very kind and accommodating to me. I had a sore throat and cough and Michelle was able to prescribe some meds to help relieve my symptoms while trying to figure out what’s ailing me.

Today my son and i visited the local urgent care for the first time, I was very amazed by the care .He was seen by Dr Michelle and her assistant they were so amazing I’m so grateful we have this in our community

Honestly this is the first place I’ve ever been that you walk right in and right out Maybe I just got lucky on my day but the staff was amazing and great and the doctor was so sweet and explain things so clear I didn’t feel rushed or confused when I left I’m definitely going there for my next needed check ups or emergency

2 hour wait. Receptionist wasn’t very gentle with child. Nurse practitioner was nice and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t come back to this place.

Dr. Michelle Burns was very caring and explained the processes well before doing it. She was more invested in my health issue than even I was.

Not good at all. They told me to they’ll do tests but called me two days later that lab couldn’t do test. They could have said that on day1 and saved me the troubleCouldn’t find my pharmacy either

Horrible service. Come in only to find out they’re closing and i had made an appointment. They didn’t call and I drove in with my son and they rudely said we’re closing and won’t see you. Don’t go here
