Mens Health Center at UW Medical Center - Roosevelt

This place is completely impossible to get a hold of. My husband and I have each tried calling countless times over the past few months. Will leave you on hold so long that we have had to give up each time (over an hour). Sometimes they give you an option to get a call back but when we have selected that option, when the call comes it just puts you right back on hold. At this point I wonder if they even exist???? Honestly it’s infuriating.

Had a very good experience here. Staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Not too much to say more than that. Dr. Choy was very professional and helpful!

I tried calling last week wanting to see Dr. Thomas Walsh. They do not answer the phone. It goes to a call center. The claim they are too busy to call patients back. Even though their website claims they are accepting new patients. Ive never been treated so poorly just trying to make an appointment. Id avoid all the doctors at Mens Health Center at UW Medical Center. If you could even get an appointment.

Been on hold for an hour, the only way you can contact the clinic is through their call center that will relay information. No actually way to get a hold of the front desk unless you physically walk in. I still have not got the results for the tests I was sent there to get.

My sons hydrocelectemy took much longer than was supposed to. As I waited and grew more concerned no one communicated why. I later learned the surgeon had to attend to another case in the middle of his surgery. Then when he was still having pain and major swelling 3 weeks post surgery the physician was very dismissive of concerns and seemed annoyed we were there with complications. We will be going elsewhere to follow up and possibly have surgery redone. Praying no permanent damage caused by either their ineptitude or carelessness or both

Waited over an hour for my appointment. Was eventually told that they needed to go get more medical equipment? Dont know if I feel safe trusting this place again. How does a hospital run out of supplies for a sceduled appointment?

I was hour early for my appointment due to ferry schedules. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and eager to make me comfortable, Loren Trew got me in in very timely manner. They all have been very good

Gave me an appointment after a month and was told after reaching the clinic that my appointment has been cancelled for unknown reasons. No regal for patients time. I have a follow up appointment with another doctor tomorrow for which this consultation was pre-requisite. Not sure what shoutI do now. Very disappointing.

Canceled an appointment via phone and automated reply. Week later received a mail about missed appointment and a threat about possible assess.

Undergraduate STD clinic quality treatment: understaffed, insensitive, and wisely unwilling to address complex mens health issues, or challenging medical histories.

A 35 minute wait to get a human on the phone is unacceptable. I would suggest finding another provider. This place sucks.

The people I dealt with for the last 5 years are excellent of what they do.and care

Scheduling wasted my time and money.

These people were totally professional, knowledgeable and caring.
