NextCare Urgent Care San Antonio

I had an 1130 am appointment. I waited 2 hours. It was horrible and I was not told by desk staff that Thursday morning is Worker Comp day..so they were seen ahead of me! What is the point of making the appointment. Also, noticed how very unclean the lobby waiting areas are. It appears no one has swept, dusted or mopped in months evidenced by spider webs: spider egg nests especially in the children area and debris of dead bugs area..how unsanitary! The nurse and doctor were very nice and professional once they got to me.

I would give Dr. Paquette more than 5 stars if I could. He is thorough and professional with great bedside manner. I trust his wisdom and medical expertise. He is personable with children which makes them feel at ease. Highly recommend!

Everything about the scheduling, check in, and paperwork was easy to manage. All staff were friendly and efficient. Minimal wait time with my scheduled appointment. Doc was kind and I felt like he listened to all of my symptoms. I was given an and diagnoses, prescription medications, and a summary of my visit. Very happy with my experience.

The doctor was great but the desk staff needs some training. Gave the call center all of my sons information, was told he was already in system since we had been there before and proceeded to schedule appointment. We spent thirty minutes at the desk trying to check in and was told he was a new patient. We tried giving his military card with dod benefits number and she looked at us like we were idiots and just wanted his dads social. Well no surprise when we recieved a full bill two weeks later and told we gave no insurance information. Luckily the call center resolved everything quickly and easily but very frustrating

I received a same day appointment. Entire staff was very professional, efficient and friendly! I was seen exactly at my appointment time. Only spent less than 5 minutes in exam room waiting for the doctor who actuately evaluated my symptoms and prescribed the medication I needed to address my issues.. Wonderful facility!!! Highly recommended and I would definitely visit this office again!!!

NextCare was there when I really needed it. I saw Dr Raymond Paquette. He was astute, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He took care of my health issue in an excellent manner. Im on quite a bit of medication and he was proactive in checking that the medication he was giving me did not interfere with any of my current medications. The office staff were kind and helpful. I wouldnt hesitate to use NextCare again if needed.

I like being able to reserve ahead, though that doesnt mean other people wont walk in before you and you have to wait on them. Still a much shorter wait than ER and the medical staff has always been great about listening to whats going on and prescribing appropriate treatment.

Easy to make an appointment! I have been using this location multiple times in the past. Always was seen at scheduled time. Yesterday they were 30 min behind. Otherwise excellent care by nursing staff and doctor.

My first visit to this clinic and I was very pleased. It was a very shot wait, excellent care by the staff and prompt treatment. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional. The clinic was very clean and attractive.

This location is convenient, efficient and pleasant. Usually seen and treated within an hour. The people are always friendly, very kind and patient. This has been our go to Urgent Care for the last six years.

It doesn’t matter if you check in online and make an appointment. They will continue to take anyone in before you. I have waited over an hour now after the appt time I was given. Go to CareNow on Huebner and Bitter instead. They are WAY more efficient and bring you in within 5-10 mins of your online check in time… As an update, I was there for over 2 hours before seeing anyone. With a 1 and 6 year old. They take walk ins before people with appointments.

Great visit. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The PA we saw (Brian Lupfer) was great - he was thorough, explained what was wrong so we understood the diagnosis and the prescriptions given, was friendly and knowledgeable. After starting my daughter on his treatment plan, she was already feeling a lot better the next day. Definitely recommend…thank you!

Visit was good. Since my primary retired and the new people that took over do not affect walk-ins. So I will be using you for my needs. Plus you taking Tri-care for life is an added bonus. Lindsey, Felicia and Travis took care of me. I am very satisfied.

Im in the clinic right now and although its clean, Ive been waiting for an hour with barely any patients here. I hear the PA talking it up with the counter, but no one has come to my room at all. Ive been here an hour. The PA finally came in. Nice guy, but no explanation for the excessive wait time. My appointment was at 11am. I finally left at 120pm. Over 2 hours.

Schedule for son’s school physical. Got me quickly. The ladies upfront were super sweet and the dr was very nice! Made my son very comfortable through out the entire physical. 10/10 would recommend

Words cant express how truly satisfied I was with my visit. I took my daughter to this location to be seen a few days prior to my own visit and I was incredibly satisfied with the care they provided to her. Dr. Raymond Paquette was outstanding- he listened to her concerns and prescribed her exactly what she needed. It seems that antibiotics are hard to get these days and as an RN myself, I am pretty confident when an infection warrants antibiotics. We were happy and she was better within 48 hours. When I also got to the point that I could no longer manage my symptoms at home, I went to be seen a few days later. I saw Gilbert Cervantes FNP who was wonderful - I got the meds that I also needed and Im also well on the road to recovery. Making an appointment was easy and convenient with very minimal wait times. This will be our place to go when were sick! Thank you NextCare Urgent Care - and especially Dr. Paquette and FNP Cervantes - yall are wonderful!

Had to make a return trip because sinus infection wasn’t clearing up. Dropped in mid morning, was processed in, evaluated and out the door in less than a hour. Good folks, good service, and the meds got me feeling better and active again. Excellent experience. Greg

My Dr listened to my symptoms & struggles & prescribed exactly what I needed. It’s a breath of fresh air . I visited 1.5 years ago for a torn hamstring & same results. I highly recommend Nextcare Urgent Care!

This Clinic is great. Always friendly, helpful, and very effective. I never have had to wait too long and always get the help I need. Very happy to have the Clinic close by, too.

We love Dr.Pickett and staff! We have been going here since my daughter was 1.5 years old. We tried pediatric urgent cares, but they took too long and didn’t seem to help solve the problem. Dr.P knows and remembers us and is on top of what we need. It’s completely helpful that they are open 7 days a week and late, PCP doesn’t have that flexibility. We would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

With their app, it’s very easy to book an appointment. I needed to follow up on a previous visit and got an appointment quickly. There was no line, so I got in right away. The nurse practitioner who saw me completely understood what I needed and prescribed a new direction for my treatment that has really helped. I’ve been to this facility several times and have always been very satisfied with the service I received.

Feleshia & Dr Paquette were awesome today! They got me in and out as quickly and professionally as possible. Gave me the care that I needed and and as always made me laugh thanks again, NextCare Urgent Care...

The visit was fantastic. The receptionist Lindsay was quick to check me in. She was so friendly and professional. Felicia took me back and was very thorough. She was so sweet and I didn’t even feel the shot she gave me. Lexi was the provider that saw me. She listened to me and helped me to feel better right away! My family and I only go here. Place was empty, still took time to get me a room.Dr. Did not even examine me and he did not order second medication needed. The nurse or LMRTPOONAN was nice and professional.When I called for an appointment seemed indifferent as to wanting to see me or Not.Attitude is important in care service.Next time I will do a phone visit with my insurance

The lady at the front desk is very helpful and knowledgeable. She checks to make sure you utilize your benefits for medical care.

I got the care I needed with very little wait time. In and out and my meds were ready for pick up at my pharmacy within 10 minutes of my visit.

Photos to share however, places convenience to my home. The people are very kind, courteous and professional places well kept clean. Everybody is to wear a mask to help whatever’s in the air down professional and they take most insurances. If not, they also have a plans You can buy on the spot and use also the Walgreens is just in front of them which is convenient as well

Was seen by PA Henry Waters who did my face stitches and for the amount of procedures and time they provided high levels of compassionate care and great customer support. They heard me out and took my considerations serious while helping me stay cool and be less anxious.I highly recommend him and his team of medical providers and nurses. Great job guys.

I was seen within a short period of time, had my vitals checked, symptoms logged, and seated in an exam room. I came in for a concussion examination after I had passed out and hit my head earlier in the day and didn’t feel like I was being taken very seriously. I was put into an exam room and I could hear the doctor and staff having a casual conversation outside the door while I was waiting to be seen. The doctor spoke with me about my symptoms and did a touch test on my head, but no further examination. I didn’t even know I had a gash in the back of my head until I got home and had my husband examine it further. I understand it may have seemed like a “minor” incident, but a more thorough examination was definitely needed.

Dr. Paquette was one of the best primary care doctors I have ever seen!! His bedside manner is amazing. Wish I could be seen here on the regular but at least I know where to go when I’m in a pinch and need exceptional medical care.

Made appointment easily. Reception was clean and bright.Receptionist was polite. Went back to exam room within 10 minutes of checking in. My nurse/med tech was kind and patient. Loved this location! Receptionist was great!! We went on Memorial Day to this location after being turned away from the Culebra location. We were in and out in less than 30 minuets! If even that! All the staff was great and the woman who seen my little one answered all questions and was extremely knowledgeable with what was going on with my son. His prescription was sent before we even walked out the door!! Thank you guys for helping my don this day I know you all must have wanted to be home enjoying the day!!!

I have been using this urgent care for a few years now. While I have had some negative experiences in the past (I haven’t been in over a year) there’s always one doctor that’s fantastic here. Dr. Paquete is very knowledgeable and has a very welcoming and inviting personality when he walks through the door. I almost always attempt to visit this urgent care on the weekends (if possible) because 9/10 Dr. Paquette will be working I booked an appointment at 8:45 am this morning for 9:40am. I arrived at 9:25 and I was out of the clinic by 9:50 am. This location can get fairly busy (which is to be expected) so I’d definitely recommend going early in the morning if possible! I’d definitely recommend this location for all your urgent care needs and they accept a wide range of insurance including Medicaid!

Long wait time - 10:10 didn’t get us back until 11:10; usually they’re very personable when you get back there though.

Booked online as requested. Arrived at scheduled time.Two people in lobby when I arrived. 6 people 75 minutes later. A walk in was seen before me due to a system glitch. One person left after waiting an hour. Not much movement in or out so.....Guess its just slow here.Still waiting as I have already paid. 1245 appt. And its now 2:05.I will not return to this location.

I set up an appointment online and was seen about 20 minutes after. Not bad for a walk in urgent care clinic. I also could check in online. Dr. Paquette was great and he knew his stuff. He knew exactly what medications I needed to help me feel so much better. He said within 24 hours, I had my doubts but he was right! Front staff and intake nurse was great as well. Friendly and professional.

One of the best urgent clinic experiences I’ve had. The website to make a reservation was super straightforward and simple. When I got to the clinic the staff were all super friendly and helpful at checkin. I was in and out within 20 minutes and the nurse and doctor were extremely nice and professional. I would go back to this clinic.

Came in with bloody mucous and a really sore throat. The nurse and Dr. Raymond were very good. The nurse was fast and Dr. Raymond was able to identify both covid and Bronchitis and I had medication within an hour. With my insurance the copay was $100, I was there 90min checkin to checkout

Lexi and Alejandra were so helpful ! Lexi made sure all of my concerns were addressed and made me feel very comfortable! The wait was not long and everyone was so caring . I would definitely recommend this urgent care. Thank you Alejandra and Lexi for your care !

Excellent experience. I was a walk in and still treated in a timely manner. Everyone was upbeat and personable. The Dr. had an exceptional personality and took time with me. Unlike other Urgent Care centers I visited prior, I never felt rushed or as if I was “just another patient”. The staff here appeared to enjoy their jobs. I will definitely return (well hopefully not, but I’m rather accident prone, so it’s likely)

I made an appointment online and was seen on time. Got a thorough first eval by the nurse who was kind to my miserable state of being as I feel like death on a bad day. I am a mess and she gave reassurance. Subsequently saw Dr. Paquette who gave me new hope, other medication and some reassurance I will live. Ha ha ha I really needed that. Visit. I would recommend this location of these people.

My first visit. Could not be more pleased and impressed. Very efficient and professional PA. The doctor was friendly, knowledgeable, communicative and rendered great treatment. What a tremendous resource in this part of town!

Jackie, who I spoke with on the phone, was helpful and courteous. She provided a lot of information, ordered a vaccine for my son, then ensured I’d only have to make one visit to get everything done by having me cal to verify it arrived prior to booking an appointment. Top notch. The guy at the front desk today, appointment day, was not unkind nor unprofessional, but he was not friendly or responsive, either. He didn’t say anything except to answer one direct question. The medical staff were quick, efficient, and accommodating. The speed with which my son was seen was great. The price was fine - $162 for a meningitis vaccine and $65 for a physical exam required for a new health insurance policy. Overall, it was a good experience. Would recommend and return.

Update after waiting for over 1 1/2 hours we ask how much longer and they are having computer problems and it will be another hour. I am nurse this is ridiculous you can do paper charting and upload later. While waiting someone who had been seen had to come back because they cant even right a RX correctly and they are not answering the pharmacy. NEVER AGAINSo far not good. I went to the one on 281 where I made an appointment online to see a provider in the office no where did it say they only had virtual available. They then move our appointment to this clinic with an 1145am appointment it is 1 hour later and we have not been seen or triaged even.Appointments should be seen before walk-ins and if that is not your standard you should tell people before you pay. We could have been seen faster at an emergency room. This is absolute ridiculousness. We used a different UC in Longview and since we had an appointment we were first in but that does seem to be the same practice here.

I presented to PA A. Silva Bali w/ fatigue, virulent cough, days of diarrhea, and wheezing in my lungs (a post Severe hospitalized Covid survivor 🙌🏻)… she sent me home with every base covered. Things I was even going to ask for- she rx! Great bedside manner. Kind. Knowledgeable! Love this particular UC center!

Super simple and easy paperwork which is completed all on your phone. Makes it the process quick with auto fill. Got my x-ray, information from the doctor, and left in decent time.

Second time at an urgent care clinic. The experience was excellent again. The lady at the front office was very polite. The clinic is very clean and modern; the wait time was minimal. They diagnosed me correctly and prescribed me medicine without hesitation. The medicine was available at the pharmacy quite rapidly. I could not get my doctors to see me for the same day or the next day so I went to this clinic; I will go back to the clinic without hesitation.

The check in is easy and the office staff and doctors are friendly. However, I schedule an appointment online every time. During my last 2 visits I was not seen until almost an hour after my schedule appointment time. This definitely makes it pointless to make an appointment. I would recommend this urgent care but be prepared to wait.

Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. I appreciate Dr. Remkus time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. He had my boyfriend and I laughing even though I was feeling terrible which I really needed to be cheered up. They were just as amazing the last time I was under the weather. I’ve been to NextCare Urgent Care several times. I like using the online scheduler and have never had to wait too long. The staff are pleasant and efficient. The doctors are engaging and informative. I highly recommend this place for your urgent care needs.

I arrived and was X-rayed within 10 minutes. Physician came to evaluate my wrist after a fall. He was thorough and wrapped my hand/wrist - discussed pain methods and care of site. I was advised to return if pain and use continued.The radiologist tech / med tech explained the procedure and all activities prior to the activity. She was a pleasant and knowledgeable about her job.The clerk was really pleasant and helpful pulling up previous times and checking for changes. Keep me updated.

Dr. Naschke and the nurse (I didn’t get her name) were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They made me feel super comfortable and I knew it was an environment where I could be honest and not be embarrassed about any issues I was having. Thank you!

Nature of visit was for throat soreness! Quick and to the point! .Less than 15 min from being seen to discharged with antibiotics and pain medication..Recommend highly to all concerned Americans..They take (Aetna CVS Heath -All Plans)..$5 copay and no hassle..Will visit again!!!...Ask for Dr. Paquette

Everyone and everything went very smoothly from check in to check out. Being able to register online made the process really easy as well. The doctor was very thorough and listened to my concerns which was comforting. An all around great experience.

Ive been here twice to test for Covid and both times I was treated with respect and had all my questions heard and answered. Yes I tested positive, but the physician didnt treat me like a waking virus as I have been treated by other urgent care clinics. If we ever need urgent care in the future, I will happy make the 20 min drive because it is worth it. The clinic is clean and regularly sanitized. The staff is kind, professional and respectful. Made online appt and got right in, no waiting. Took vitals, used earwax removal kit, and back home within 30 minutes. Professional and efficient.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great for the usual bumps, bruises, and illnesses. Much more convenient than doctors office or ER.

My doc was super calm and pleasant, and quite timely. I had a very pleasant experience (other than the fact that I was being treated for a minor emergency). Copay was low with our insurance. Only difficulty at all was locating our pharmacy... which isn’t even a complaint. I’m glad they were there.

Visited clinic twice for a follow up, all staff members were professional, respectful and the process was relatively fast especially since they were busy! The front staff and assistants Joseph, Marisela, Jeanneh and Felicia were so nice and made the process easy and fast. The NP, Andrea, was so great, she listened to my issues and was able to get me in and out so I wasnt spending all day there!

I do enjoy using this urgent care. I make my appointment at home. Walk-in, go back quickly and the physician on staff is perfect! Kind, intelligent and understanding. We have been going here for a few years now.

Awesome clinic! Entire facility was spotlessly clean. The nurse (I wish I’d gotten her name) was so kind and cheerful. She was also extremely gentle while administering the dreaded nose and throat swabs! She even apologized to my son for having to perform swab tests! The PA, Henry Waters was tremendously kind, considerate, and optimistic, as well! He graciously answered all of our many questions! My family and I will visit this Nextcare/Impact Urgent Care location in the future, if needed. 100% recommend!

Monica is great! I came in for an earache after trying to get an ENT to look at my ear today. She was able to see me right away, 30mins vs weeks/months for an ENT. The online appointment process is pretty smooth and you can set up an appointment under 5mins. I had many questions about my symptoms and she took her time explaining them all. Definitely my GoTo urgent care facility from now on.

The front desk girl, understandably, is overwhelmed. The Nurse who called me to begin my test was so warm, relaxed, welcoming. She allowed me to speak comfortably. She was very thorough and just so very kind. The Dr. was very personable. I over heard him speaking to a child, he was so welcoming and I’m sure making the child feel very safe and comfortable. He was kind and relaxed. He was not rushing me through. I highly recommend NextCare Urgent Care on Huebner Rd., SATX. They are a tender and caring Medical staff.Thank you!

Customer service was polite and prompt. The doctor and other staff had amazing bedside manner and a very calming, relaxed presence.

I tried to come to this urgent care for basic care - vitals/check up as I’m sick and it’s not COVID-19. I have an out of network insurance provider which doesn’t matter as long as I can provide the correct information to be seen a billed. The front desk worker, with blonde hair and looked to be Hispanic, seemed uneducated at her job. She was informed I wanted to be seen for basic care after they said they couldn’t help with the service I requested online and then became difficult the more it appeared she didn’t know how to help. She didn’t ask for any information from me yet called someone to ask if I could be seen, I have my insurance on the line wanting to talk and she overall didn’t understand I needed basic care. My husband showed her the paper with all the insurance information we were provided and told him she didn’t like his tone of voice, which he wasn’t loud or rude to her and told him he needed to leave because he’s not the patient and can’t speak for me. We and my insurance provider decided it was best we leave because she didn’t have the knowledge to help get us basic care. How hard is it to bill the insurance for someone that has a cold? I wasn’t asking them to perform surgery on the front desk. It’s inconsiderate to patients and an inconvenience when you make an appointment. We understood they couldn’t help with what I requested initially but we asked for basic care AND WERE DENIED SERVICE BECAUSE SHE DIDNT APPRECIATE HIM TRYING TO GIVE HER A PAPER WITH INFORMATION ON IT

Got us in and x Ray and next steps to a different doctor. Very helpful, gave us the items needed; crutches, bandages, copy of xray and dr. Note. Nice staff

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a good morning. The front desk staff ( Valerie) was super nice. It took 5 min for them to call me. The back staff was very nice and super helpful .Melinda was awesome in getting my info. The provider I got was Dr.Naschke..she was amazing . She is very nice and is very well informed. Totally recommend going with them.

I was developing a sinus infection. I went in, the doctor took one look at me and said we will take of you. Everyone from the front desk to the back staff and physician took great care of me. I highly recommend NextCare Urgent Care.

Staff was great. A little delay on appointment but ran tests to help with diagnosis. Got a prescription and was on my way soon after test results came back.

There’s barely anyone there but it’s taken two hours to see a provider the last two times we went. Not sure what the issue is. Providers are good but the wait time makes no sense as it’s not even busy.

Sat at this location for almost an hour while waiting to get X-Rays of my daughters foot. After 55 minutes someone finally came out and said their machine was down and we would need to go to a different location. They were friendly and professional but not communicative in a way that showed the least bit of respect for our time. It would have taken very little effort to give us that info from the beginning and we would not have wasted our morning.

The front desk staff was respectful and quick to handle appointments, the nurse was very kind and gentle when administering the tests, and the doctor was very friendly and wasted no time in returning my test results and hospitable when discussing home treatments. The facility was clean and easy to access. The Solv app was user-friendly and helpful.

Amazing experience I just recently had. I have been ill for the last couple of days now and called many clinics but just spoke with rude people. Just when I was about to give up, I called and spoke with Joseph. He was very helpful and answered all my questions without hesitation. Checked me in and informed me of the process which put me at ease. Enter Dr. Paquette, he was very empathetic and showed true concern. He was very knowledgeable and was amazing to be under his care. I would highly recommended the urgent care clinic and will be going here for all my future needs. Great job team!!

I highly recommend this facility for any medical needs. Staff is friendly, professional and thorough from the time you walk in to the time you leave! I have had multiple visits in the last few years from a sinus infection to broken bones and have been pleased with the care given each time. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

I’m not typically the type to write reviews - but this place was amazing. Friendly staff and accurate wait times (which wasn’t very long at all). The doctor was so kind and didn’t seem rushed at all despite them being busy. Highly, highly recommend this place!!

From the second you walk in the door you are treated with a level of care and customer service that you rarely experience nowadays!They are extremely pleasant, efficient and professional. The PA, Henry Waters Jr. was just great! Really enjoyed and appreciated everyone! Thank you!

Since I had gotten CoVid testing at another location last year, I was already registered in the Solv. app, so making an appointment and checking in was very easy and I was able to go when it was most convenient for me. Though I was in pain and and anxious, there were still certain affairs I had to get in order before I could go, like getting my son to school and then taking care of a few things at work. When I checked in, there was no wait, I was seen right away, treated with compassion, got a detailed discharge summary, with referrals for follow-up treatment and prescriptions sent to my pharmacy. Basically, I was in and out, with plenty of time before I had to pick up my son. I was given an injection of some antibiotics while I was there, so I was beginning to feel a little better within a couple of hours. I am so thankful for the care I received and I would definitely go back if I ever had another minor emergency!

Everyone was wonderful. Yvonne, Sandy and Dr. Paquette took great care of my son and this is my go to place anytime one of our family is sick or injured.

The staff was super sweet and super patient even though I was late and still saw me and took my covid test. I would definitely recommend going to this place for any and all of your emergency needsI went back to this clinic because I was having terrible pain throughout my body and I has several extremely sore lymph nodes in my neck and head area. My blood pressure was super high and I had bad anxiety . Dr. Lexi calmed me down and breathed with me and let me vent a little she was very sweet. I was in and out without hassle. The only thing I recommend is to make your appointment before you go or else you might be stuck waiting for a little while if you’re just a walk in.

Always my go-to place for non-emergency services. Easy to book on line. Staff and doctors are great. This time, however, I had to wait an hour after my scheduled time to be seen. I normally don’t have to wait. Unusual for this clinic, so I’ll still go back if needed.

Mo is an amazing outstanding staff member who always helps me when Im in medical need. He remembers his patients and he is the only one who gives me no pain when it comes to vaccines. Great character great service great guy all around. If next are sees this please promote him and get more people like him he is the best in my eyes and from the experience of me going there. Very friendly & professional staff. I was surprised that a real Doctor took care of my son, as it was a minor injury. The office is clean & modern; minimal paperwork is a bonus. Great 1st time experience, feels good knowing we can count on them. Thank you!

Worked well with my insurance, was easy to schedule appointment online and was seen on time. Best time to go is during the week and in the morning. Great staff there and made sure I was diagnosed correctly and not rushed in and out. They also do an incredible job with patient safety in regards to COVID restrictions set forth by CDC.

This is new review for Monica, my provider at Next Care this time. She was gentle,careful, and thorough. Went over my symptoms with me, found my ear infection, cautioned me and told me to watch for symptoms of mastitis and went over my new prescribed meds. She was excellent!

My family and I have been to Impact Urgent Care on three occasions. Each time, we received prompt, excellent care. I have felt that I was at a regular physicians office and not at an urgent care clinic. The staff is personable and efficient, the waiting area clean and comfortable. As a medical professional myself, I know when I am receiving good care. I also appreciate that they call you to see how you are doing. Highly recommended!

Everyone is always super nice at both the Huebner & Stone Oak locations. The nurses are sweet & friendly. They all work diligently to get through all of their patients but never have I felt rushed. Thank you for everything.

I always come here in cases of emergency and Im always pleased. I never have to wait terribly long which is always good.The PA Rick Benavidez was especially good. He was informative, caring and made me feel at ease and comforted. His professionalism and time he took during my visit was impressive. Ive been blessed to get good physicians anytime Ive gone to Impact Urgent Care but he stood out. The overall time spent there was pleasant from the front office staff until the end of my visit. Every medical staff who tended to me was nice, caring n professional towards me. Thank you all.

Ive been to the clinic 4 times in the last year or so. The staff and nurses are always very welcoming and friendly. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes from the time i walk in till Im back un a room. Ive seen two different doctors and they have both been very thorough, patient and attentive to my needs. I have and will continue to recommend this urgent care facility to anyone.

The Staff are friendly and professional. Clinic post all information needed to inform you how to schedule. I left a message and someone returned my call promptly. Ive been to other urgent care clinics but this one seemed more thorough.

Visited twice for my cough and sore throat in two weeks. Really easy to make the appointment and checked in timely. Nice staff and helped me to treat the cold!

I was able schedule an appointment online and get in quickly. Wait time was minimal, and everyone was friendly and professional.

My wife and I went in and were seen within 10 minutes of showing up. Although there werent many people there, it was nice to be seen so quickly. The nurses were all very nice, and the doctor was incredibly nice as well. Without getting into details, they were very thorough with their examinations, and we left with a clear course of action on what to do, all for a $50 copay (Platinum Plan from ACA).Very happy with this Urgent Care clinic, and we will go back to this one again if the need arises.

Next Care Urgent Care is the best clinic in San Antonio. My family members and I always go to this clinic when we need medical help. From the very amicable, polite, and caring receptionist all the way to the doctor professionalism - everybody is awesome.The facility is impecable. I highly recommendthis clinic.

Update 9/13/21: I had to drop it from a 5 star review to now a 3, because I have reached their call center 2x and they do not call you back in a timely matter for your child PCR covid test.9/8/21🧑🏽👧👦🏾🧒🏿👶🏽With the help of Solv(app), I was able to set an appointment with this clinic to do a PCR test for my 4 year old son due to a day prior we went to Dub Ferris NISD stadium and my son was not at all cooperative and I drop the swab twice unfortunately. There was nobody inside the clinic except the staff and even they was limited on the number of employees. The afrikan-american receptionist in the front was very nice and courteous. And when my son older brother tag along with us he was able to assist me in the room along with the hispanic female employee that did my son pcr swab. Surprisingly, all she needed to do was only swab 1 nostril and not both. We got in and out no time😊. I would now be bringing my child here a lot more for any future issues knowing they accept children. 🧑🏽👧👦🏾🧒🏿👶🏽

They got the job done. The nurse was extremely nice and gentle with my 3 year old. The doctor was efficient, however her bedside manner was a bit lacking. Maybe she was having a bad day. Total time spent there was around 2 hours from arriving to leaving.

Went to this clinic about a month ago based upon the previous reviews I read because I was new living in Texas. They did not disappoint. The front desk receptionist was patient and able to assist me with everything from signing in to insurance. The nurse & physician were smart & efficient. Ruled out quickly what the problem was and I was back on my feet in no time. The wait was not long at all. I was in & out under an hour. Would recommend this facility highly.

I went in for X-Rays of my foot. The staff was friendly and attentive. The office is clean and inviting with plenty of seating. The wait... well there wasnt one at all really. They got me back right away! The X-Ray techs were friendly and professional. The Physicians Assistant was informative and had a sympathetic bed manner. Overall I was thoroughly impressed by the whole experience. The best news my foot isnt broken.

I’ve gone several times to get tested for Covid-19 and all the times I’ve gone everyone has been excellent, patient, kind and on a good mood and as a costumer knowing how hard this field is, I really appreciate the energy the staff puts to take care of us. Their waitlist online services is also one of the better ones I’ve seen. Would 100% recommend :-)

IUC was recommended to me and I will recommend them to friends and family.Front desk was prompt and kind when answering my questions, and giving directions.. My go to place when I get sick and has always been awesome but this time was different. I told the front desk woman that my address changed twice and she didn’t ask me for my new address or seem to care to update my address. So when I got my prescription it had an old address. The MD there looked very young and looked at me for 5 minutes and was done. He seemed a little shy but was nice. The medical assistants were super friendly and attentive. If I had to change anything it would be the customer service in the front office area and having the MD spend more time with me.

In these days of COVID-19, I was expecting a long wait and a big hassle getting checked in. I couldnt have been more wrong. Their process was quick, safe, and professional. Check in was handled via cell phone from the parking lot. A nurse called me to nail down my symptoms and in less than 5 minutes she was checking my blood pressure in the examining room. I saw no other patients and only had contact with the nurse and the doctor who were fast, friendly and competent.

Ended up visiting this urgent care 2x in one week. 1st visit for my son’s broke toe. 2nd visit for covid related issues. Both visits were better than I could expect. My son was take in w/in 15 mins of his appointment time. Waited another 5 mins for the Dr. He was funny, to the point and informative! My appointment required a much longer wait time. I realized after the fact that they intentionally had me wait bc I am covid positive. It’s good practice to have brought me in as the last patient of the day. That way I wouldn’t run the risk of passing the virus on to other patients. The wait was long but I do understand and appreciate their concern for all. I would absolutely recommend for urgent care needs!

I was able to check in before I got there and the wait time was not long. The staff was SO friendly and pleasant, which made my broken ankle more bearable. The X-rays came back quickly. All in all, I was in and out in less than two hours. The staff even researched where to get knee scooters for me! I would come back any time

It was a very pleasant experience from going to the clinic and meeting Tech and Dr. They were very friendly and courteous and show that the cared about my Med problem. I was seen within an hour and had no appointment. I cannot day enough nice compliments about the two care givers Tulane and the niceMed Tech. Please be assured if needed I would go back anytime to this U C center.

I had severe back pain. We were in and out in less than hour. Saw Henry Waters who had a great demeanor and was able to give me some prescriptions to ease the pain. Overall great experience.

Spent nearly two hours here to be told they couldn’t help me and said they would refer me for a CT scan. They then didn’t do that, so the whole visit here was essentially a waste of time and money.*Edited: went from one to three stars. After asking why they couldn’t schedule CT scan they then went and did it, meaning the lady lied the first time. But at least they did their job.

Extremely efficient and thorough medical care. The morale of the employees is high and they seem to enjoy working there - even during this pandemic. Every physician that has seen me (3seoarate visits) has been exactly what you want in a doctor: caring, engaged, and well-informed. 5/5 stars. Highly recommend.

The nurses and staff are kind and quick with getting you in. They make it a little less like a doctors visit and more like a friend giving advice which is nice when youre at a clinic (it really calmed me down). I really recommend going here!

Very unorganized, you set an appointment for 1pm come 2:30pm you’re still waiting. Ridiculous!! I ended up cutting my loses and leaving. There is no reason you should have to wait an hour and a half to go in to get your nose swabbed and sent home. I’m baffled. A couple years back I had a terrible experience with them missing a diagnosis due to negligence unfortunately they became the only practice close by my insurance covered. Don’t rely on them if you’ve got an appointment clear your entire day. And don’t be fooled when every time you call it’s just “10-15 minutes more” first time they said that 15 minutes turned into an hour and a half. Only reason they’re getting a 2 star is because when you can finally get through the doors it’s a clean office and the doctor there is a good guy real nice gentleman. Only thing they lack is organization and punctuality.

Arrived 1/22 at 7:22 pm and was advised not taking any more walk ins today despite closing at 8 pm. When this place was Impact Urgent Care it was an Urgent Care we received good care. Now its just a building with people that dont do what they advertise. There is one other car in the parking lot. Believe me I will never darken their lazy doors again.

Having 4 kids= several trips to urgent care. The staff and doctors at this location are always kind, professional and timely. Couldn’t ask for more!

First visit was perfect. Checked in online, they saw me straight away and the PA was very nice and funny! Super clean! Second visit today, checked in online, after arriving when they told me via text (love technology) I waited for an hour between waiting room and patient room. Not ideal, but the staff and Dr Ratner were so nice it was hard to stay annoyed. If ONE thing could change the urgent care industry and set them light years apart from each other...it would be for one (just one chain) to start treating us patients with urgency and respect for our unfortunate discomfort and our TIME! This place comes pretty close, but consistency would be nice.

Got a DOT med card recertification, great friendly service. It didn’t take too long with a few other people in front of me. Under $100 for a DOT physical.

12/3/21UPDATE: WAITED A WEEK FOR MY LABS, no one would call me back or follow up. NOW FINALLY I GET A CALL AND THEY TELL ME THE LABS TAKEN ARE LOST….Staff and providers are great here but the phone system is awful. At least 40 minutes wait time every time I call, then you can talk to a third party who will “send message” to the clinic. Youll be lucky to hear back from them. Been trying to get my results for a week…

First time at this clinic and the staff was great. I was able to check in online and got seen quickly. Doctor Stephens was great and loved her approach of not using antibiotics unless I was not improving. The nurses (sara and kathryn) were great and kept stopping by and checking on me. The office was also very well decorated and clean. Will keep it on my list for any future needs. Thanks for the great help.

The doctor was professional with a great sense of humor! Much needed when both my daughter and I were dealing with the stomach flu.Went back today with a horrible sinus infection. The doctor assured me I didn’t have the flu, gave me a cortisone shot, and 10 days of antibiotics. Felt better leaving!

I was in a bit of a panic since I needed a tb test for work late in the day. Staff took care of me quickly. Was in and out in no time at all went back to have it read and was given the documentation needed. Appreciated the friendliness, proficiency, and professionalism.

Went in for an x-ray... Injury to the foot. They have an easy set-up system to get you in. Ive downloaded their app Solv. Puts you in que and lets you know how soon the appt be. Lady at the front desk was super kind and friendly. The X-ray tech was also super kind and friendly. She even complimented my outfit. The doc was great. I cant remember his name. Super kind, friendly, and made me feel at ease. Thank you for another great visit.

On a Sunday afternoon, I dont mind that there was a PA and not an MD available. The PA was competent and diagnosed a corneal abrasion which is what I expected. They called in eye drops and gave me thorough information about the condition. Best of all was the wait time: I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! But there were a few more customers there when I left so it could be longer if your timing isnt right. I was totally satisfied!

My son needed a sports physical on short notice. Impact Urgent Care was open on Labor Day, so my son didn’t miss school to get his physical. Their rates were much lower than any other clinic I called, and we were in and out in about 30 minutes. The office is beautiful and clean, and the staff was very kind and professional. We will definitely go back if we have other urgent care needs.

Great experience- fast, friendly, and super efficient with a Walgreens literally in the next parking lot for convenient prescription pickup. I was dreading a long wait, and even brought a library book to read- completely unnecessary. Being able to check in on line is a huge game-changer as well. Highly recommend!

I went to the urgent care for a bad cough on a Sunday morning. I was able to get in the queue on line and had minimal paperwork to fill out once I got there. I was first seen by a tech who got my vitals and then by a nurse practitioner who did the exam. After the exam and diagnosis, I received treatment, got my prescriptions and was on my way. The place was clean, professional and well run. Since I was from out of town, the visit was out of network for me, but Impact had worked out a reasonable price with my insurance company that included all services. Though I hope that I dont have to go to Impact again, I would recommend it.

Woooow, these folks are just great!!! The check-in process was very easy and patients friendly. We have a kid with autism and when we walked in he was very resistant to going to the waiting room because he doesnt like doctors office . However, Doctor Raymond Paquette was smart enough to greet our son at the waiting area, had a little chat with our son and once he got to know him and being aware of his condition, he prescribed him his medicine. Doctor Raymond is a good Doctor and above all...a lot of humanity for his patients . I definitely will recommend Urgent Care. Thank you Dr Raymond, from the bottom of my heart.

Very helpful and courteous staff. I took my elderly mother in and they took care of her and were very kind with her care. We have been here several times before and it is always been very high-quality. I’m sure we will be back

My seven-year old fell off the monkey bars at school and broke his wrist in two places. All of the staff were so friendly, kind, competent, and compassionate. The price was fair and easy to understand, and the entire facility was spotless. We won’t hesitate to come back when needed.

I’ve been to this Urgent care 5 times now and each time has been a wonderful experience. Barely any wait, very friendly and caring staff, and gotten the care that I needed. So fast. In and out, and hassle free.

Very good service overall, but they did forget about me today and saw about 2-3 patients that came in after me, but when the Dr. finally saw me, he was awesome. He was honest and kind and said to come back, even on Saturday, if my arm didn’t improve. Plus my medicines are already filled. Thanks Impact!

Been waiting about 30 minutes and just found out it’ll be another 30 before I can even go in to the office to be seen. Typical for medical appointments but that’s NOT an excuse! If I ran my work like this, I’d be unemployed. I’ll never understand why medical offices refuse to properly schedule a reasonable amount of people. Queuing is well understood and is done very efficiently by most professions/industries.

From checking in to checking out. It was super easy,fast and everyone was very nice. Will definitely make this the place to go back to for sports physicals and anything else.

Great experience today at the Huebner/1604 location! Some tips ~~ if you have questions about cost, call ahead and just ask! I have a high deductible insurance and they can help explain pay options as essentially I was a private pay. They bill as an urgent care (so it may be higher than doc office but lower than any ER). I checked in online, downloaded forms to fill out and had about a 5 min wait in the office before i was seen. Friendly staff, good communication. The key with ANY medical facility these days is to be nice yourself, stay calm and ask questions. They are there to help you and will work with you to make sure expenses are known ahead of time!

They are super slow and front desk people are incompetent. O by the way thanks for the $110 bill I just received when I was last seen from u in August and I have insurance and I came there for Covid testing. So why give me a bill that’s 5 months old ? If that was the case u should’ve given me this bill in September. It’s a whole new year.
