I have so much respect and admiration for Dr.Loeffel. She is amazing at what she does and I would recommend her 10 times over to women. She didn’t rush my appointment, she made me feel comfortable during my exam, she listened to every detail of my concerns. We came up with a solution, she really had my well being at the forefront of the appointment. We need more doctors like her in the world, thank you so much Dr.Loeffel!

This will be my 2nd time having Dr. Loeffel deliver one of my babies. Every visit is welcomed with a smile, her customer service is top notch, whenever I have a doctor visit she makes me feel like I’m her only patient. She is kind, understanding and companionate. She remembers little things about my last pregnancy… 2 years ago. Even though she wasn’t at the hospital she came in and delivered my baby. I was shocked! I just assumed the on call doctor was going to deliver my baby. She even made my husband feel comfortable and present in the delivery room. You will not be disappointed! Hands down the BEST of the BEST!!!

Dr loffel is very kind and respectful. She takes her time to explain and go through all options of treatment for her patients. She truly looks to help and find answers instead of trying to find a quick fix. I highly recommend her.

Simply don’t have enough stars to give Dr Loeffel. The best way I can sum this up is that if you have one of those caring sweet kindergarten teachers, then you’ll love her. Her heart and passion for what she does for her patients are unique and admirable. Her favorite words are “hello my friend, tell me everything “. She doesn’t see color, she sees you. She listens, she acts, she cares. May God bless her always.

I searched up doctors and found Dr. Loeffel and loved that she had a 5 star rating. After my appointment today I can see why everyone talked so highly of her. These appointments are very nerve wrecking for me and she made me feel at ease and was very kind and compassionate.

This was my daughter’s first visit and Dr. Loeffel made her feel so comfortable and at ease. My daughter left saying how “cool” the doctor was and if she can make sure she has her again next time. I have been a patient of IFWH for a while and have always had pleasant experiences, but knowing that my daughter was so well taken care of and made to feel comfortable is a good feeling.

Dr. Loeffel is sooo great! I really liked her. Not my regular provider, but Almost want to change to her because of the great experience. the only reason I wont is because of the parking and wait time at the medical center. The nurses took forever because they like to talk to each other and I did not appreciate that... every minute counts when we take off for work to go to an appointment.i prefer to travel further to Westover hills than to deal with thatOther than that, I loved Dr. Loeffel!

I had an awesome first experience. Dr.Loeffel was very informative, kind, answered any questions I had, and she had a very welcoming vibe that makes you feel safe. I felt very comfortable with Dr Loeffel from the moment she came into the exam room. I have had trouble finding a doctor that I felt comfortable with, but she put me at ease right away. I’ve been to many different doctors for all different reasons but not one of them has made me feel as comfortable, safe and heard like Dr. Loeffel has. i used to miss appointments because of my anxiety and the way i would be treated but i have no issue coming in to see her every week during my pregnancy. i recommend her to anyone seeking treatment or care in this department.

Dr. Loeffel was wonderful! The annual womens exam is never fun, but she has this great bedside manner that helped ease my anxiety during my visit today. She addressed all of my concerns, and shared some really helpful information relevant to said concerns. Glad to have found my new Obgyn!

Dr. Loeffel is an amazing and great doctor! She is so kind and nice. As a woman she’s understanding and makes you feel comfortable and answers all your questions. Front desk staff at the Wiseman location is so nice and helpful. The medical center office staff is rude and not helpful at all! I only go there if I really really have to, plus parking garage is horrible too. I highly recommend the Wiseman location and Dr. Loeffel!

Dr. Loeffle is amazing! She did not rush the appointment, she was very attentive and truly listened to my concerns. She created a plan for us to follow and made sure to answer my questions! The lady who drew my blood was so friendly and super fast! She also made sure I was okay to leave. The reception staff was so kind and didnt make you feel like you need to be hurried out. Dr. Loeffel made me feel comfortable to share my concerns and any worries regarding my health. I love that this is a female practice. Sometimes you have to “date your doctor” to know if they are the right fit, and Dr. Loeffel and Tina seem to be a great fit for me. Change is no easy avenue for me especially regarding my health, but I feel good about this match!

Offered services I didnt receive at my previous drs. and was always happy to help. My Experience with Dr. Loeffel has been nothing short of Amazing. Being pregnant with my second child 8 years later. I was beyond nervous, scared and so outdated when it came to pregnancy. However from the moment she walked through the door into the room I was in her enthusiasm, assurance, security, knowledge, empathy and understanding was there. This pregnancy being challenging already and unexpected visits to the hospital. She doesn’t make me feel like “ugh you’re overreacting!”. She lets me know that how I’m feeling is valid and assures me every visit things will be okay and she will make sure of it. Most definitely will recommend her. Wether you’re a new mommy, expecting mommy or a mommy to be. She’s amazing!

Dr. Loeffel had a great sense of humor that immediately helped put me at ease. Her bed side manners are wonderful and she showed great interest while I talked about my concerns. Im happy to have her help me bring my next child into the world.

Amazing office!!! If I could give 1000 stars, I would. As soon as I came in, the front desk staff was amazing! I wish I had names. But they were nice and greeted me with a smile. The wait wasn’t long at all, as well. The nurse that called me to the back was very nice, she talked to me and made me feel very comfortable. And Dr. Loeffel herself ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! You guys, she talked me like a regular person would, she didn’t talk over my head to where I couldn’t understand. She literally came in the room spoke with me about my concerns, I didn’t feel rushed at all and she had a smile on her face the whole entire time (she had on a mask but I could still tell)! I seriously love this office!!! I am so glad I found them!

The WORSE experienceLong story short:- Went from our 9th to 27th weeks without health update for the baby- Major scheduling conflicts - reschedule after reschedule- Conducted glucose test late (28 weeks) that led to abnormal results- Told us at our 31st week that they will not accept Tricare in February (Month due) and have known since November.Long story:We visited Dr. Loeffel at the We visited Texas Women’s Health San Antonio – Westover Hills as first-time parents around our 9th week. Everything went fine with Dr. Loeffel, she seemed genuine and very open about her practice. Until our second sonogram around 21 week sonogram, Dr. Loeffel couldn’t meet us because she was too busy and we only got our sonogram done. We had to reschedule and would discuss the results or findings with her at a later date. At our 22-week mark, Dr. Loeffel tells us the sonogram quality was bad and we need to do the sonogram again. We reschedule and with limited availabilities, we come back at around 26 weeks. Again, we only get another sonogram without consultation. Wait two weeks and finally hear that our baby is healthy and measuring fine. Found out at the 28th-week appointment that we were supposed to get the drink for a glucose test at our previous appointment. So, we came back later in the week, only to get abnormal results as Dr. Loeffel figured because the test was conducted late. So, we reschedule just before Christmas for a full three-hour glucose test. A few days later we find out that everything from the glucose test is fine…great!Until right after the new year, the clinic calls and tells us that they will no longer accept Tricare as of February and they’ve known since November! The panic and stress begin as we attempt to call other clinics that wouldn’t accept us because we were so late in the pregnancy or they are all booked in February. We voiced our initial concerns in person at Dr. Loeffel’s clinic and the clinic manager “promised” that they would see if they would still accept us but never followed up with us. We initially decided to continue with Dr. Loeffel’s office because we had nowhere else to go. But, we ended up finding another clinic. Dr. Loeffels office still managed to reschedule us two more times. We were able to cancel our last appointment with Dr. Loeffel but not before they verified that there wouldn’t be a cancellation cost. I MUST emphasize the stress that this experience caused my wife, she missed work for days trying to recover, she broke out in hives and we can only hope it’s nothing more serious.Westover Hills wasn’t of any assistance by transferring records or helping find another clinic or providing follow-up from unkept promises. Finally, while Dr. Loeffel’s office knew about this for months, we didn’t get any emails, letter, or was there any mention of it during our four visits between Nov-Jan. I understand that Dr. Loeffel was not the cause and effect of majority of these issues. However, our situation was clearly overlooked. After we told her in person that we had no consultation from the sonograms, she was genuinely shocked. Which leads me to believe there is a clear lack of organization and oversight at her clinic. Lack of organization and coordination led to false results of the late glucose test.I hope to all current and future clients of Westover Hills and of Dr. Loeffel, they do not have this type of experience.

This was my first time visiting Dr Loeffel. My prior Dr was in the medical center (same IFWH), but I wanted someone closer to home. The location was smaller but I only waited a few minutes to see the doctor unlike the other location where it could be hours. Dr Loeffel was so kind and patient with my annual “torture” as she jokingly calls it. She listened to my concerns and made casual conversation. I’m happy she is my new doctor.

Dr Loeffel is seriously the best. She treats you like a real person instead of a number, she’s funny, personable and just an amazing overall doctor. So glad I found her! She makes going to the obgyn a pleasant experience instead of an awkward one or a hassle.

The doctor exceeded my expectations, Dr Loeffel walked the extra mile in making sure my wife was well treated and aside she was so lovely to my wife like if she was from the family , I am so satisfied and so happy that we found this place and that she is the dr. that will treat my wife . Honestly, my first appointments weren’t the best because of the wait but as I’ve continued to come I literally love Dr loeffel. She’s the sweetest and super comforting, listens very well and makes me feel like I’m a friend. I didn’t think I’d ever find a doctor I’d enjoy this much but I can say she’s one of the best doctors I’ve seen for my pregnancies and I want to keep her around as long as I can.

American Healthcare is the worst, but having good doctors makes a difference. She has great bedside manner, is very friendly and I appreciate that her goal is to always leave me feeling more educated about my body and womens health. Gynecologist visits arent necessarily fun, but finding a good one matters. Highly recommend :)

Constant rescheduling issues, and when I was finally able to see her, I was kept waiting for almost an hour in one of the rooms. When she finally saw me and I asked her for tubal ligation, she denied me because of how young I was (mid-20s) and high chance of regret without asking about my situation or anything else. It truly baffles me that an OBGYN would deny me a service that they offer simply because of how young I am regardless of acknowledging my circumstances, as if I am young and naive. Terrible physician. I should not be denied services based on her opinions. Thankfully, shortly after my experience with Loeffel, I was seen by a WONDERFUL, kind, and informative OBGYN that performed my procedure without any hesitation.

The entire staff is very friendly. My doctor was very sweet and allowed me to feel comfortable the entire experience. She is exactly what I’ve been wanting in an OB-GYN. I can trust to speak with her about any of my issues, concerns, and questions without feeling judged.

Highly recommend being seen here for all OBGYN needs. Dr Loeffel is very kind and very informative. Her office wait time is very short. Staff is well mannered and kind. Very clean and up to date with COVID protocol. Love that they allow my husband in to my appointments with Me. Dr. Loeffel is an extraordinary person. She truly listens to her patients. She truly cares.

First time seeing Dr. Loeffel & i highly recommend. The wait was so short, her staff is very friendly & she makes you feel so comfortable.

Experience was great. However, it was my wife who was seen. I myself have no need for a obeying. Facility was clean, privacy was a must, doctor was sweet, courteous and helpful as was the rest of staff.
