Dr. Carroll has always made me feel so special and cared for. She always asks bigger questions on how my family and I are doing. She cares about mental health as much as just my gynecological health. I love the new office. The staff members were friendly and efficient. I was able to add an extra service right then and get 2 appointments covered quickly. I love that they are now offering mammograms at the office!

I love it here but...get ready to wait a LONG time to be seen! Wait times are very long. However, Dr.Carroll is great! She listens to every single one of your concerns. She is very warm and friendly. She delivered my baby 2 years ago and she was awesome!

Have been with this practice for many years and have always been happy. The new office (far from original Stone Oak one), but absolutely beautiful. Staff is friendly and helpful. My yearly checkup isn’t my favorite exam, but this office makes it easy. Highly recommend!

Dr. Carroll has been my GYN for well over a decade. I love her! Shes competent, proactive, supportive, and caring. Its icing on the cake that they give 3D mammograms right in the office before your appointment.

Dr. Carroll is excellent! Shes kind, thorough and a pleasure to deal with. I feel relaxed when I speak with her. She listens to her patients and does her best to help. A class act.

Being my first wellness exam, I had some nerves about the pap smear and pelvic exam. They took my concerns seriously and made sure I knew everything that was going to happen. There was no pain whatsoever, and I felt very comfortable. Secondly, based on my health concerns, Dr. Carroll suggested I draw blood which isnt something I would typically do based on bad blood drawn experiences. They let their phlebotomist know that I had bad experiences drawing blood, and once again took my concern very seriously. I could not have asked for a better experience, no pain, and very quick.One note, Dr. Carroll pointed out my stretch marks which I thought was strange. The topic of my weight was discussed prior, so I knew why she brought it up but just didnt think my stretch marks were a focal point needing to be addressed.

Dr. Carroll has an amazing bed side manner. She genuinely cares about her patients. I went in for a biopsy recently and was having a rough day. She took the time to talk to me before the biopsy and was very attentive during the biopsy.

Wonderful OB-GYN! Professional and warm. I highly recommend Dr. Carroll for you needs for young ladies and menopausal women. She listens and is very helpful.

Dr Carroll is one of the best doctors Ive ever seen. She is very caring and listens to your concerns. Ive seen her for a few years now, and have not once had an issue with her or her office staff. My most recent appointment ran smoothly which is all because of great office staff.

Dr. Carroll is wonderful, she makes you feel very comfortable and secure, She is a professional and knows at all times what she is doing and at the same time she is very pleasant. I was with her throughout my pregnancy process and I could not have had better care and attention.

I saw Dr. Elisa F. Carroll for an annual and to also discuss my concerns regarding my BRCA1 gene mutation. She did not ask about my family history of any types of cancers often associated with the gene mutation. Instead she advised I try a plant-based diet. She said that this type of diet would benefit my gene mutation and may help lose a few pounds. Not once did I say I was concerned about my weight. I will be cancelling any future appointments and finding a new dr

The staff is incredibly rude, dismissive and flat out argumentative. There is zero communication between anyone. I asked 6 times for the Dr to call me in regards to my medication and not once did I get a phone call. It’s all about collecting money here, nobody values you or your health- only your pocketbook.

I moved out of town for 3 years & when I moved back shed dropped me as a patient, and theyre not accepting Medicare patients now. BAD FAITH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
