My issue isnt with the MA or all the doctors but with their customer service, billing dept and owner. I was charged incorrectly because the MA coded my visit as an UrgentCare2Go home visit instead of a Zeal-to-Heal clinic followup (which is also owned by the same person). Fine, people make mistakes. I was assured that I wouldnt be charged even though it was already set as pending in my bank account. Two days later, it posted. I called and was told the only way to get ahold of their billing dept is to email them. Which I did to no avail. Once I did receive a response (days later), I was told I had to wait for them to bill my insurance, which took another week (business days). Then I was told Id receive the refund in 3-5 business days. I was assured it would post yesterday, which it didnt. Emails left unanswered so I called their horrendous customer service line again only to be told the ONE person who has authority to issue the refunds left on an emergency. And guess who that is.. one of the doctors who consults. The convenience of not having to take my special needs son into an office when hes not feeling well is great but the inconvenience of this ordeal, overdraft fees and having to constantly be checking in to make sure they do the right thing, is not worth it.The worst part is being misdiagnosed for over a month and pumped with nonstop antibiotics only to be told by a specialist that they were only treating the symptoms of my actual medical issue instead of the issue itself. Unnecessary spending on prescriptions and damage to my gut for nothing.Update: now Im being charged $358 months after the other billing debacle! What for? No one can tell me anything. I will be seeking legal action!

ZEAL-TO-HEAL Has an amazing staff!My daughter is on the ASD spectrum and has trouble with trusting medical staff. But Tristan did all she could to make her feel comfortable and safe. They allowed her to walk around and twirl around and allowed her to hold on to her favorite toys while the exam was performed. The physician that saw her was extremely concerned and knowledgeable. And took the time to explain why she recommended the care plan she did, instead of just giving her medication and sending us on our way. I will definitely be back. The care we received was great and they also have a membership program for a great price. Thank you ZEAL-TO-HEAL we will be returning when needed!

Zeal-to-Heal saved our trip to another country! We tried to get Covid tests at a different lab, but the results came back inconclusive the day before our trip. Zeal-to-Heal tested all 7 of our children the same day of the trip and they emailed the results to us before we got to the Houston Airport. We are so grateful for this service and will recommend this lab to anyone!

If you call them dont expect them to call back. At least I had no luck. Have yet to hear from anyone and its been 3 days. Voicemail is full. Spent lots of money on my employees Covid-19 tests. Rapid test was extremely fast and easy to get a last minute appointment. They email and text the results right away. Really great...until I had a problem and needed to call them. Very frustrating.

Sure the wait time was a bit long as seen in other reviews, but I have zero complaints as I got my rapid test done for free without insurance. Times are hard for everyone, I don’t see how people could complain about waiting for a FREE RAPID test. They were very helpful and informative once I got in. I will definitely come back here if I ever need rapid testing again. Also currently the only place I could book an appointment the same day.

So grateful for this clinic all staff members were so nice from the receptionist to all medical assistants to the Doctor, they were very informative and thorough, Definitely a big difference from what we experience at our regular doctors office/ Urgent care. Hands down one of the best experience Ive received in a Doctors office/ clinic. If only all Doctors visits could run so smooth from the convenience of booking your own appointment online to no long wait times or waiting for results. Zeal to Heal should be the new norm!!

I never received my refund for a covid test that I paid out of pocket for (payment was required)even though I had insurance. I was told by the person that did my covid test I would get a refund if my insurance paid in full. They filed to my insurance, my insurance paid at 100%. I reached out to them called and emailed them and at first they refused to refund me even though I explained that my insurance paid in full leaving me with no responsibility, after I got my insurance involved they stated they would issue me a refund I kept emailing to check the status of that refund and I never got an email back and no luck trying to get someone in billing on the phone. This place is definitely a scam!!

I would not recommend going here! Had a 2:00 appointment for COVID test and waited until 6 PM without seeing anyone - said they can’t refund the $79 “booking fee”. This place is a total scam - beware if you are paying yourself for this!

This clinic is so unorganized! I booked last week my appointment at 12 and they said it was a 4 hour wait. So we left and decided to reschedule this week at 9 and when we arrived they said it was a 3 hour wait. Im so frustrated and confused bc 9 was the earliest you can make an appointment. I understand waiting 30 mintues up to an hour but 3 hrs or more is ridiculous when you had an early appointment already scheduled. I wont be coming back very disappointed.

The PCR testing was quick and easy. Misty was kind and attentive during the process. The location was easy to find and parking was plentiful. The office was a bit warm as if the AC wasn’t properly working but still comfortable enough.

Tristan is very sweet! The actually Ste was not so difficult to find but I was not sure what to do when I got to the door but I called the number on the door and they let them know I was here. Other than that, they were sweet and helpful!

I dont know what changes have been made but my bf and I had a great experience, yes we had to wait about an hour but thats pretty fair considering the amount of people looking to get tested, the staff was very friendly and Im choosing to get retested here again.

Mary and the whole staff were awesome. I have my covid 19 PCR results in an hour.I definitely recommend anyone who needs a rapid test to go there.

Be Aware!!!!! Before you book your Covid Testing at This Place !!!!There is clearly saying that you get Covid results In 15 mins . It’s giving an option of appointment times. It also says Medical will be waiting for you then they want you to pay and won’t book without paying and money is non refundable. Nowhere near it was Wait Time for Covid testing is 3 HOURs. When you ask for money back because you could have booked somewhere else , they say you agree to pay. When we said there is Nowhere states that there is a Possible Wait , they say I’m sorry . She is by herself ! The worts Medical Place Ever!!!!They don’t comply with what they put on their website . That’s why they collect money upfront !

I walked in without an appointment & was greeted by a lady who didn’t give two fuc’s about what I needed help with & gave me a sigh alogn with putting her mask on & asking for my name. She was very rude & the negative energy was definitely felt. I didn’t bother after the bish wanted to give me attitude so I told her I’ll just go somewhere else.Don’t come here unless you expect to be treated like a burden…

My visit to zeal-to-heal was great. Tristin was very nice in directing me to the clinic as well taking my vitals and tests. Hopefully won’t need another visit but if I do I’ll definitely come back here!!!

Worst place to go! My appointment got rescheduled so many times, had to paid 79$ for booking plus another 70$ for the Covid test plus another 50$ For a zoom meeting appointment that got rescheduled and then never actually happened. Still waiting for Pcr results to return to work no one answered the phones at all. DONT GO HERE…..

Worst place to get covid testing done. Any type of testing as a matter of fact. You would think choosing the earliest time would get you quick results but it is the complete opposite. Had to wait with my family almost the WHOLE day. Zeal-to-heal is very unorganized and late with telling you your results. Highly don’t recommend this place.

My appointments are always professional and very well done! I have driven over an hour in the past because Im satisfied with My care....at times it was busy but understandable it takes time per appointment and over all job well done.

Terrible place!The pictures are from their other clinic. They are not from this location. They only have black folding tables and chairs and I was tested for Covid in a storage room with boxes. The lady that tested me also basically shoved the swab all the way to my brain and it’s been hours and my nose still hurts. And they charged $80! STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM ZEAL TO STEAL!

This place is amazing! i needed a super fast covid test for my new job and i came here, i was in and out. super easy directions from the staff which was nice as well, clean organized place. the nurse was really nice asking me about my new job and everything. i’m gonna be back for sure.

This place is my go to!! I’ve been here multiple times due to having to test for travel & work. Samantha has helped me both times & she is such a pleasure!! I would 10/10 recommend this clinic! They are super fast & efficient. Clinic is clean, everyone provided excellent customer service.

We had an appointment at 9:45 and we’ve been waiting over two hours to get in , why ask you to come in 15 minute ahead of time and give you a scheduled time if it doesn’t mean anything. I made other appointments around this time just to have to move my entire schedule around having to wait almost 3 hours longer than the time I scheduled for. Very unprofessional and would definitely recommend going somewhere else unless you have plenty of time to waste.

I had an appointment for covid screening scheduled at 10:00 a.m. scheduled my appointment mid-morning yesterday got here to the clinic 20 minutes early this morning and was told that it is going to be a 4 hour wait and I would get a text when it was close to my turn. So I have been sitting in my car outside the building like they asked all day, I go inside, now 5 hours later, since I have not gotten the text and I am told theres still a 3-hour wait that people that are insured are being seen first for the covid screening. (San Antonio Location)

Good stuff , I was treated by Tristan and shes the best at what she does. I was treated as if I were family, and handled with care. 10/10 would recommend for getting a COVID test

They saw my son ON CHRISTMAS because we wanted a Covid test done on him before we boarded a flight to Seattle to cross the border for a funeral. They were kind and patient and we found out our son was negative and we could feel safe flying with him. Thank you Zeal to Heal!

Amazing! I was able to get an appointment the next day as a new patient. Mary and the physician’s assistant were wonderful and very friendly.

Had an appointment for 1:30pm and told to arrive 15 minutes early. Got there at 1:15pm. Didn’t get tested until 3:15pm and had to wait in the car. For $150 totally unprofessional and wait time was ridiculous. Will not be returning or recommending.

Scheduled my appointment on the 1st saw there was a earlier time called to reschedule Said they would call me back in 20 mins never got that call. I called back the next day when they opened and Noone answers my call Saya the mailbox is full and hung up on me. Spent 80$ with is no refundable dont waste your time or money here they dont care about you just want your moneg

This guys are fraud! I was charged $199 for a Covid-19 test that i didnt received. Ive called several times they dont want to refund my money. Such an unprofessional environment. Please dont go here for any reason.

My family and I went for a Rapid Antigen Test, and a 2nd test with the 3-day results on February 9th.Called them 4 days later and they didn’t have record that we were tested. That they “lost the tests”.They called on February 18th asking us to come back to re-swab. No thanks.Maybe they lost it under their folding poker-table receptionist desk.

I would never visit this office again for any reason...the nurse had no sense of humanity..cold and plain ..come on my little one is 8, be reassuring that its gonna be ok..a real B#%@&!!our appointment was at 2:15...its almost 6pm and still here waiting!!!

I realized they are charging $150 for a Covid test, if you have insurance its 79 FOR administrative fees B.S i needed the test immediately unfortunately I GOT SCAMMED i went ahead and paid because the girl on the phone confirmed THEY take my insurance i get there to the other location and another lady said they dont take my insurance so I had to pay full price. All of the staff were great. They were all professional, informative, and friendly. Tristan made my appointment comfortable and stress free.

Great timing, most I had to wait was around 30 minutes but it’s understandable given the rise of covid cases. Decent service, can’t complain, and results were very quick!

I made a appointment at 9:30am and It’s now 12:30 pm and I still haven’t been seen it’s absolutely the worst service I have ever received they obviously do not have a zeal to heal !!! I do not recommend this facility to no o e not ever ur better off going to curative or the hospital literally for quicker results

Out of pocket cost is 129 for a primary care visit. Its 179 with insurance. This place smells like insurance fraud

Horrible customer service! Had my appointment at 1:30pm did not go in until 6pm. With having insurance they forced me to pay out of pocket if not they were going to have me wait another 2 hrs. Would never recommend this place!!!!

They have you scheduled an appointment u get to ur appointment time and you have to wait 3-4 hours to get seen. They have a number your supposed to call to check in but nobody ever answers the phone do not go save ur time

Worst experience I booked my apt at 9:30 am it’s 11:48 am n I have not been called I was told that people that paid had priority n that I had to wait about another hour… What world are we living so basically money talks n all others don’t matter I’m very disappointed and would not recommend coming here..

Worst place in San Antonio !!!! Address they provided was wrong, on google says closed permanently the charged me more then eat they said on the phone and on the website by double said they never got paid and wouldn’t release my test results .... they made it way more complicated then it needed to be complete waste of time!!!

Waited for like 2.5 hours past my appointment. Took the test on Friday it is now Wednesday and still haven’t received my results. Never AGAIN!
