Dr. Troy Robbin Hailparn

Here is my experience with Dr. Hailparn. I had my surgery on June 20th, I just completed my six week follow up appointment, and I love the results. The procedure that I had performed on me was labiaplasty. After the initial consultation with Dr. Hailparn I was convinced that she was the surgeon for me. I did not want a man performing surgery on me and I wanted a woman who would be sensitive and caring. Dr. Hailparn checked all the boxes for me, which says a lot as I am probably the most critical person I know. Dr. Hailparn took time to answer all my questions and explain everything to me. After the surgery, she was available to answer all my questions and concerns no matter what time of the day it was. There were a few hiccups along the way, mostly due to the lab and the surgery center; not the fault of Dr. Hailparn and her team. The only recommendation I would make would be to make the forms in the office more appropriate to each procedure instead of having a lot of general questions that have nothing to do with what I was wanting. I highly recommend her, and If I need any future woman services or procedures, I will never consider anyone else but her to work on me. Thank you, Monica and Nelly, for putting up with me as well; women can be moody and your patience with me is truly appreciated.

2-Week Post-op experience:My 2-week post-op recovery has gone smoothly, with no issues or complications. Thus far, the surgical and recovery process as-to-date has gone exactly as Dr. Hailparn thoroughly explained at my pre-op appointment — this has been especially comforting.At two weeks, I am extremely happy and grateful with my surgical results and the bowel and urinary functional improvements I have experienced thus far. In fact, for the first time in over 3 decades I’m having normal and regular bowel movements. Plus, I am starting to recognize that I am better able to empty my bladder completely.Thank you Dr. Hailparn for making me feel safe and comfortable to honestly advocate my health concerns to you, for listening to me with an open heart, and for providing me a solution for functional wellness.Self love is important, and it is never too late to love yourself more. I look forward to completing my recovery and experiencing the full benefits of the surgery. This is the start of an empowering, new chapter in my life.

I cannot recommend Dr. Hailparn and her staff enough! They are available to patients in a way that is so uncommon now in healthcare, they are truly invested in your happiness and well being and clearly love what they do. She is a talented surgeon that has mastered her skills but also makes you feel at ease under her care. She invests time and effort to learn your goals for treatment, and she meets them entirely. She is a rare gem in healthcare today. Thank you Dr. Hailparn I cannot express how pleased I am with my results!

I am a UROGYN who participated in Dr. Hailparns in-person cosmetic vulvovaginal surgery course. I found her to be an incredible person and host and an excellent surgeon and teacher. Dr. Hailparn has true compassion for her patients and her staff is wonderful. I highly recommend her to both potential surgery trainees and to patients looking for cosmetic GYN surgery.

Dr. Hailparn is an amazing person . Before my surgery she was very kind and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. She is Very thorough with information and made Sure she answered all my questions and more . I recently had my procedure with her and she made sure I was ok every step of the way , she even went out of her way to contact me personally several times throughout the day and night after surgery to make sure my pain level was low and manageable. I am VERY VERY happy with my results and glad I chose Dr. Hailparn as my Surgeon ..

I have had the most amazing experience with Dr. Hailparn and her staff! Dr. Hailparn is so sweet, personable and understanding. I have been embarrassed about my body ever since I was old enough to realize that I was “different” than other women. Dr. Hailparn made me feel comfortable the first time I saw her and I knew then that she would be the only doctor I would trust to perform this procedure on me. The results are unbelievable!! I feel “normal” for the first time in my life. The discomfort was minimal. Dr. Hailparn called to check on me the night of my surgery and even gave me her cell number to call her if I had any problems or concerns. As a nurse, I know that very few physicians do that. Her staff is amazing as well. I cannot Thank Mari enough for all she did to help me get everything coordinated since I flew in from out of state. Antoinette is just as sweet and helpful!! If you are considering labiaplasty or any other procedure, please don’t entrust this delicate surgery to anyone other than Dr. Hailparn!!

It’s not often you get to spend two and a half days with an actual genius in our specialty. At first I was concerned about the cost of Dr. Hailparn’s course. Once we sat down together and she began to explain so many nuances of the detailed and strategic anatomical approach as a surgeon who desires to help each unique woman as an individual I had a complete calm wash over me regarding the investment I made . So worth every dime!You will not find a kinder or smarter doctor to teach you and challenge you in an intimate learning environment . I was filled with excitement listening to her historical accounts of our many gynecology mentors all over the world and the comparative results of several approaches . Dr Hailparn is a quick mind….. better take your vitamins to keep up with her ! Her passion and energy refreshed me in an inspirationalway after a long work week of obstetrics, and she was the breath of fresh air I needed . She knows ACOG standard and improved my detailed informed consent practices although they were pretty thorough already. I got to meet her patients back in the office ( awesome and professional team staffers too!) and saw the ways she handles postoperative pain and their questions.She treated me to a wonderful and casual lunch in a beautiful San Antonio restaurant where we got to know each other in terms of life story and career goals , as well as the evolution of interests in gynecology practice . Troy Hailporn and staff exceeded my expectations of service! The results came out Beautiful and the step by step healing process was explained very well to me. I highly recommend going to this office for all your lady bits needs. You wont be disappointed!!
