Absolutely ADORE Miss Cheryl!!! I am now working with Dr. Browne and they are all so very nice and comforting. I do NOT feel alone and have such great support going through my fertility journey. Thank you for doing what you all do!!!

Environment checking in was very inviting. Staff were very nice and kind. Doc was very informative and easy to communicate with. Made me and my husband feel very comfortable.

Cheryl along with all of the staff we interacted with at Aspire provided excellent service. This was our first fertility appointment which was overwhelming to say the least. We didn’t know what to expect. We felt genuinely cared for and were treated with such kindness. She took her time to answer our plethora of questions and walked us through each option in great detail. I feel so much better about going through this journey knowing that I have an excellent team to guide us through it. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

Dr Brown is amazing!! What I love about her is she communicates with transparency and doesn’t sugarcoat but also is compassionate. We are 7 weird pregnant now because of her! Thank you Dr Brown you are making dreams come true!

Dr. Browne is who you’d want in your corner during your journey. She has been incredibly kind, understanding and she constantly provides the best medical advice and guidance. I’m so glad to be her patient. She has made this emotional process worth it.

BEWARE - DO NOT GO HERE. They are are crooks. My wife and I went against our better judgement based on the reviews. We went in for a consultation which was covered by our insurance, we did no labs, no tests, nothing other than chat for 30 minutes. We decided not to go with their services as it wasn’t covered outside of the consultation.We then went to the “billing department” was assured that our chat was covered by our insurance and a $75 copay. We paid it. We even made the joke about not getting a surprise bill right?!? Which the front desk lady said “no maam, you won’t be getting any surprise bills”.Not even 3 weeks later we get a $500 bill for “New Patient Moderate Chat”. Showing we received a discount and the $75 credit. Owing $270. We called the billing company who is run by PRELUDE, they are amazing. They said “you don’t need to pay, Aspire needs to submit this to insurance call back in 2 weeks to verify it’s been taken care of.” It’s now been a month, I just got off with billing again who expressed their frustration saying ASPIRE is not answering their requests to bill to insurance but instead insisting on sending us to collections. Their own billing team now I escalating it with their management and going against ASPIRE.DO NOT USE THEM! They lie and they will rip you off and ruin any excitement you have about progressing your family as LGBT.

We are not having a good experience with Aspire at all. Nobody will help us or guide us through our journey. We always bug them for answers. Lack of care and communication is what weve been going through for the past 2 months. They also seem to have a high turn around for medical coordinators. Not good.

Bad communication. They were constantly busy. They seem to care more about quantity over quality. I was left in the dark multiple times on next steps. I had to keep calling to figure out what I needed to do. Overall, I don’t want to give thousands of dollars to someone who is not thorough, especially with something as important as family planning.Update 7/3/24: Come on Aspire…I need my files to be sent over to my new doctor. Why are you not sending them? Again I am having to call and call for a simple task of releasing my data. SMH

Doctor is nice and seems caring but... nothing makes me more angry than having an appointment and not being seen at that time. There is NO reason for me to be waiting 45 minutes for a 10 minute consultation.

Cheryl was extremely helpful and gave me a step-by-step plan. My experience with her was very positive and I would recommend her to others without hesitation.

So far, so good!As for my first appointment she really say down with me and talked to me and explained what I was going through….. she wasn’t like every other doctor who gave only one solution. She listens…. Can’t wait to see where this journey leads me!

I had a great visit today with NP Cheryl Koone. She took the time to answer all my questions and explained to me step by step what was going on and also the steps for the next process. I was able to get a appointment scheduled quickly. I upload all my patient info in the patient portal with ease. Definitely a office I will recommend.

She was nice and accommodating however I was hoping for more information on the initial appointment. She did have the third party staff contact me the same day but unfortunately I missed their call. Suggestions: a direct transfer coordination would be nice, considering many people wait for weeks or months for fertility appointments and typically have a lot of excitement and questions. I’m looking forward to starting the process.

Cheryl Koone is beyond the sweetest nurse practitioner that I have ever had! She walked me through my procedure step by step and made sure I was doing ok at all times. She made small talk with my husband and I which I thought was amazing! She makes time for you and all your questions. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I had my first appointment today with Dr. Aimee Browne. She was terrific, assisting with our questions and explaining processes and things, and so was Nancy! Everyone in the office is so kind and welcoming. I left feeling hopeful and excited for our journey!

She answered all my questions, made me feel at ease and I was finally able to get a diagnosis and get a good plan for our future in just 1 visit! Very very pleased with NP Cheryl.

It’s truly a life changing experience when you finally find a doctor who actually listens to your concerns! Dr. Browne made me feel extremely comfortable while remaining professional yet pleasant when asking such private questions regarding my medical history. I highly recommend Dr. Browne! While I’ve just began getting answers to my recent infertility I already feel well cared for and informed on every step of the process I’ll be facing these next few weeks.

My first visit with Cheryl went really well. She was very kind and informative. Undergoing infertility can be extremely stressful and draining, so it is very comforting to feel like I am working with a team that cares about my needs.

Dr. Browne is amazing. Shes both warm and professional. Everyone in the office knows me by name, which makes me feel seen and cared about. I am always seen on time. All my questions were thoroughly answered. The atmosphere is a warm one.

So glad I switched! The doctors and staff at RMA have been wonderful! Ive never felt rushed during my appointments, the doctors have taken time to explain and answer my questions. Ive never had to wait more then 15 minutes to be seen. The staff are so very kind and it feels everyone there understands the sensitive nature and emotional struggles associated with fertility treatment. Nursing staff are super responsive to emails (even during the weekend!). I cant recommend them enough.

We love Dr.Browne! She helped us conceive my twins via IUI. She broke down everything to ensure we understood, was super nice and patient. Her office answered every email (i emailed ALOT) in a timely manner. Very transparent about everything. We are now seeing her again to expand our family again.

I have been with Aspire when it was RMA. I don’t know what has happened in the time when it was acquired by Aspire and the entire Covid ordeal but I am increasingly frustrated by the lack of human interaction. They used to be super attentive and considering it took almost 4 years to have a successful pregnancy, I got to know the staff and team very well. Now that I am ready to start a sibling cycle, I can’t get anyone to return my emails or phone calls without following up. I am allowing 4-5 days between follow-ups to give them a chance to respond but it’s just not the same. The new patient portal is not user friendly. You cannot reply to messages but are forced to create a new message. If you forget what the message said, you have to back out of the email, find the previous email to open and read it before going back to your new email to respond. When you call, it’s an automated menu that doesn’t work all the time. Your medical team doesn’t have their extension # in their email signature. The active directory spells out who you are trying to reach more than half the time and you are scrambling to jot down what it is spelling to find it’s some default name of Hotel Aspire something something. Such a waste of my time!! This said, I think the staff and team are still great if you are lucky enough to get through and book an appointment. I wish they would resolve this correspondence issue because it really does make for a poor experience.

This company is practicing billing fraud!! I paid ALL OF my FEES in full on the day of my services and I am receiving delinquent collection bills from the Laboratories! I have left numerous messages on the office numbers and have received no responses!!Update: You response is useless I have called, numerous times! I have left my name and number, numerous times!AND this is the only response from your company! (Call us) AGAIN..You should be able to look in your files, and voicemails, find me and call me! Or do you SO MANY customers that are having this (double billing scam!!!) that you don’t know which one I AM!!?

Beware.... The staff was unreliable did not provide guidance or a clear understanding of the next steps in the process. All communication was via the Aspire portal. Their main concern was getting me to pay money out of pocket for future services. Once I requested to discontinue services, I actually received a phone call trying to convince me other wise. The refund process afterwards was a nightmare I paid by credit card yet had to wait almost 3 months for a check to be mailed to reimburse.

Such a lovely environment with the sweetest staff. NP Cheryl Koone was so informative and kind. I’m excited to go through this journey with aspire fertility.

My wife and I went there in April of 2021 and was excited about our new journey. Our dr was very professional no complaints there… but the BILLING !! If I would’ve know the cost of each “lab” they did we would’ve waited til we’re more financially stabled! They gave my insurance the wrong information and now we’re thousands in debt trying to pay off a bill we weren’t even aware of til after the fact, my insurance is getting the run around, the lady who’s supposed to give me information about my bill never even called or gave me any information and it’s been months! Nothing was explained, y’all took away such a happy experience from us. The billing process has been so stressful! There was no “help along the way” I extremely regret coming here. And pls don’t come with the “if you like you can call…” cus I’ve been waiting on your call !!! It’s a shame that all you’re going to do is listen and not fix anything

Several employees have been very rude and condescending. I had a very upsetting experience with a doctor who was very pessimistic about my situation, and gave me a hard pressured sales pitch. I think they make a cut off the profits. The service is really hit or miss, according to who you get. I highly regret ever going here. I had to fill out extremely tedious paperwork that was lost resulting in the need to fill out again on the new system.

I would just love to say thank you so much Mrs Koone & staff for your wonderful care and guidance during this incredible experience! We are beyond thrilled.!!

NP Koone is very kind and listens to all of your needs. Yes, there are some hiccups with the office, but no issues at all with her!

They need to tell patients what is going to happen *before* it happens in an introductory appointment. They said they were going to do an ultrasound but didn’t say it would be intravaginal until she was staring at my tampon telling me I needed to remove it. They seemed disappointed and annoyed that I didn’t need financial aid. The doctor laughed while saying “the OB’s leave the negative news for me to tell”. Um. It’s not hilarious to your patients. Everything from the elevator to the waiting room was dingy and worn. The thing in the waiting room was blaring reports on more and more people getting cancer. The receptionist has a mug that literally says “I don’t feel Worky today” to top it off.

This center causes more stress than trying to get pregnant. I switched doctors and requested a month ago for my records to be transferred. I received a phone call this morning from my new doctors office, that they received my records but only from my last visit with Aspire. Of course trying to call Aspire you receive a nightmare of an automated system. When you do get to the correct line, you receive their voice mail . Not going to hold my breath that someone will call me back today. My prediction is it will take them another month to resend my records.

My wife and I went in for a consultation November 2020.One of the employees told us she thought about switching to dating women but wouldnt because she doesnt like to lick things.They proceeded to submit more blood tests than we approved resulting in costing thousands of dollars in lab fees. At the time we were quoted a $200 fee.We contacted their billing department in November 2020 and still have not reached a resolution.

Easily one of the friendliest, warmest, and most sincere physicians Ive had the opportunity to work with. Amazing support staff, everyone is willing to assist in our care. Highly recommend.

The staff at this facility is so incredibly unprofessional! Their billing and financial team is completely unorganized and rude! They are terrible at returning phone calls and are completely full of lies. It’s truly sad that people are already stressed out about infertility problems, and then have to deal with this trash! Please take your business elsewhere. I promise you it is not worth the stress.
