Dr. Tana Kim was kind, very caring and compassionate towards me on my journey. Our dream of having a child was made a reality by her and her wonderful nursing staff. Would recommend RMIA to anyone seeking fertility treatment.

Dr. Jensen helped us achieve our first pregnancy through IVF after struggling for many years. She was knowledgeable on up to date research and was willing to change our protocol each cycle in attempt to better our outcomes. We will be forever grateful that RMIA lead us to become parents to our baby girl in June of 2024.

RMIA has been great! We had a long and stressful journey but Dr. Kim helped us through the entire process. The staff there is great, kind and respectful knowing the struggles we go through. I recommend them to anyone who asks and will continue to go through them going forward.

Though we wish we didn’t have to take this route to begin with, we’re grateful we did it with RMIA. The staff was very good at taking care of us throughout and the whole process felt smooth. After months of planning and prepping we were able to have the privilege of being able to add another to our family!

We truly do adore RMIA, and how they have helped us successfully have three beautiful daughters. Our experience has overall been sooo positive. Everyone has been nice, kind, approachable. If you would have asked me two years to review, I would have given 4 stars d/t some difficult communication and not always clear direction on careplans, and not great responsiveness but with our third transfer and pregnancy, we noticed a change. Maybe different management? Not sure but 5/5 this go round. We also love the new MG location. Would def recommend to anyone struggling with infertility. Thank you, RMIA!

I will forever be so grateful that we found Dr Leonard and RMIA. I’ve felt like doctors didn’t listen to me my whole life but Dr Leonard and her team made me feel so heard. The whole staff at RMIA deserve a gold star. All are so welcoming, so friendly, so sensitive to the process and so knowledgeable. I am so grateful to of graduated this clinic but so sad to not be seeing the best care team I’ve ever had!

Through the heartache of loss and the unknowns of unexplained infertility. My OB suggested a male factor and RMIA disregarded this...after 3 unsuccessful rounds of IVF and roughly $40,000...my husband and I conceived on our own after stopping fertility treatment. I cannot complain about my doctor here, except feeling unheard on checking the male factor. The urologist found the issue within 5 minutes. His urologist was sure after the operation that we would not need IVF - he was correct. It was disheartening to feel like the male factor is not something RMIA looks into...it would have ultimately saved us money and time had the male factor written in my chart been considered from the start.I truly wish everyone the ultimate success with IVF and those with unexplained infertility, always check every base. Because nothing is more stressful than not having answers or feeling like no one is checking everything with all of the tests you are doing and money you are spending...or being told youre going to need donor sperm when ultimately, it was an issue that was easily corrected.(My sweet rainbow girl was born May 28th and our family couldnt be happier❤️)

My husband and I were given a 19% chance of success at IVF...which also meant an 81% chance of failure. But thanks to Dr. Tana Kim and the rest of the team, we now have a healthy 3 month old baby boy. I wholeheartedly recommend going with RMIA if youre looking for reproductive assistance.

Despite high expectations, RMIA disappointed. Three highlights from my experience:1. Our physician let her license to be an OBGYN lapse and my insurance correctly refused to cover the procedure performed by her. RMIA repeatedly insisted that my wife and I had to cover the difference, even though we were not told that our OB had her license lapse during our procedure. Weve been fighting this charge for about a year now - its ridiculous and my insurance company says that RMIA will not return their calls. I found it very unprofessional. Still do, since were still fighting the charge.2. Once, I didnt accompany my wife to this clinic for a procedure. During, my wife insisted that the procedure didnt feel right and really hurt. The person assisting her continued the procedure for half an hour straight, insisting that it was fine. Finally, the person performing gave up and got help. The new person did the procedure painlessly and quickly. What the heck was that about?3. We never got pregnant. This isnt really on RMIA - but it was the above experiences compounded with the high price of sperm that ultimately left us high and dry. During an already vulnerable and emotionally charged time, this above lack of care in our interactions left me feeling some type of way. Weve decided to take our business somewhere else.

It was great experience with RMIA with Dr. Phoebe Leonard and she is God’s sender to treat infertility patients like me, and I’m glad to say I had a positive pregnancy and I delivered a Beautiful Girl.

We are enormously grateful to Dr. Leonard and the entire RMIA team for their knowledge, skill, and guidance throughout our long IVF journey. There were many times we didn’t feel our little miracle was possible - THANK YOU.

RMIA was recommended to us by our OB GYN after our options were exhausted with our doctor. We had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel like we were cared for during our journey. We were given a lot of information to make sure we were making the right choice moving forward. There were many payment options and when we felt overwhelmed with our options, the financial team stepped in to help clear any questions we had. We are blessed to have recently delivered our miracle baby which would not have been possible without the help from RMIA. Everyone we worked with at RMIA was incredible, each individual played such an important role in our journey from Bree at the front desk to Dr. Jensen. Dr. Kim, the nurses, medical assistants, embryologists, receptionists, anesthesiologists were very nice, empathetic, and professional. The ladies in the billing department were knowledgeable and very prompt to get back to my emails and phone calls.Our Journey at RMIA lasted a year with two retrievals and two transfers. On September 3, 2023 we were blessed with our baby boy. We know this couldn’t have happened without the help from RMIA and are forever grateful.

The journey that led me to Dr. Kim was long. It was filled with many doctor visits, many tears, and feeling of hopelessness. Prior to coming to RMIA I was told I would never be able to conceive using my own eggs, that I would have to use a donor eggs. Which was not the case for me. From our very first consultation, Dr. Kim was extremely professional and was realistic about our chances. She went through all our test results and came up with a protocol. Dr Kim showed us compassion throughout the entire process. The entire RMIA team from nurses to the receptionist to Ashley in the Finance office are wonderful individuals. The entire process was organized and I never felt alone if I ever had a medication question or if I had a financial question someone was always available to help. I never felt like a number to RMIA I felt like they were my extended family helping me through the most important decisions. I would highly recommend Dr Kim for your fertility journey - simply put she is the best. I have recommended her to family , friends lol heck strangers in the grocery store. I will be forever grateful for Dr Kim because of her and her amazing team we have our baby girl, the love of our lives.

Infertility is an incredibly lonely experience, but RMIA welcomes all their patients as if they’re all family. From the staff at the front desk, the lab techs, nurses, and doctors, I was always met with a smile and never felt alone in this emotional process. I have been very impressed with RMIA and have nothing but good things to say about them. They have friendly and caring staff, and everything is run very professionally and efficiently. After 5 failed embryo transfers using 6 embryos at another clinic (not RMIA), we decided it was time for a 2nd opinion and a fresh start before making the difficult decision to call it quits on IVF and start looking at other options to expand our family. We are so glad we did because our very first embryo transfer at RMIA using a new protocol worked on the very first try and we now have our sweet and much loved little baby girl Hope ! RMIA is truly amazing. After struggling with unexplained infertility and multiple losses, we were finally able to have our miracle twins. I would not recommend this infertility clinic. They were not welcoming, the clinic seems prejudice. I was working with Dr. Kim Tana, I didn’t receive the welcoming to help patients with infertility, she was worried about something that has nothing to do with her doing her job which is help women get pregnant. She wanted me to wait a couple of months and she would follow up. I never heard back from RMIA, to see where things were at. I switched to a different infertility clinic and now I am 4 months pregnant!! Thanks to Center of reproductive medicine (CRM).That is one of the best Infertility clinic in Minnesota, with great staff at the Minneapolis and St. Paul Clinic. I recommend going to(CRM).

I would hands down recommend RMIA to anyone experiencing infertility. The staff was amazing, knowledgeable, and caring during a time in our lives that was filled with uncertainty if we could have children of our own. I will start by saying we cannot thank Dr. Kim and the RMIA staff enough. We welcomed our miracle December 2022! Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable and patient. The process itself is mentally and physically exhausting. The staff helped to ease this. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bri and Angelina. Bri was always welcoming, warm and somehow always knew the right thing to say when you walk around that corner. Angelina was always positive, good for a smile and laugh and made her job seem so effortless. Through this process there is not a lack of lab appointments, and she never missed a vein! If I had to choose something that I wish was better, it would be the patient communication. There were times when I didn’t know who to contact if I had a question between appointments. Overall, I would recommend RMIA to any of my friends or family. We are forever grateful for the work of all the staff, you’re all wonderful and we appreciate you! Thank you!

I will be forever thankful for Dr. Leonard and the caring staff at RMIA. We started seeing them in 2016 and conceived our daughter during our first round of IVF. We have been back for he past few years trying again for another child. Dr. Leonard feels like a close friend to us at this point. During complications last transfer, she was checking in on me daily via phone and email. The entire staff was genuinely concerned for me as a battled a scare with OHSS and treated me with such love and care. We are so thankful for all RMIA has done for our family.

Dr. Kim is wonderful! I was so uncertain about the whole IVF process, it’s a confusing and complicated world when you first enter into it. Dr. Kim was awesome at explaining the whole process, answering all our questions, and providing care that was tailored to our specific situation. You do not want “one size fits all” when it comes to fertility care. It was always easy to get ahold of someone at the RMIA offices; whether in the business office or the nursing staff. Everyone I spoke or emailed with was happy to help with what I needed. That support means everything when you are on such strict timelines and medication regimens. I’m so happy we had Dr. Kim and her team to manage our care and thanks to that care we now have our beautiful baby!

We have been so happy with RMIA. I highly recommend the RMIA in woodburry. The staff have been amazing interacting with us during this process. Bree at the front desk and Angelia lab tech have been so amazing making sure we are always smiling laughing and keeping us optimistic . They have been so supportive its incredible ! Dr Kim was amazing at RMIa. She was very compassionate during the whole process and transparent with how things could go. Along with Dr Kim, all the staff at the Woodbury location were so sweet especially Bree and Angelina. We were so blessed have a baby boy in the summer of 2022 because of the great experience with RMIa.

RMIA was a blessing. Our surrogate had a healthy baby boy in 2019 due to RMIA. The first fresh transfer failed, the second frozen transfer was a success. Dr. Jansen was great, very nice when explaining the process in the beginning. I would say the day to day people were harder to deal with as we were going through the day to day process. I believe part of the communication issues were due to me monitoring from Wisconsin and relying on timely results and faxes from Doctors here to RMIA. The phone calls felt like I cared, and they didnt, but we worked through it all including a snow storm of the century that delayed medications (I am still not sure if that was my hormones being pumped up that made things worse or their bed-side manner really wasnt the greatest.) To summarize, I would do it all again with them, attitudes and all, for another baby boy as amazing as I have. If it went the other way I may be writing a different review. All I am focused on is the results, therefore I couldnt be any happier!(Update we have another on the way due to RMIA in 2023: I felt that customer service improved a lot this time around. Not sure why, maybe it was that I knew the process, or they just had more friendly staff. 2nd baby due in 2024!)

Hands down the best experience I could have asked for. After first receiving treatment from my primary care clinic, which was unsuccessful, I found RMIA to be extremely knowledgeable and swift in helping us achieve our dream of becoming parents! Their staff is amazing, I enjoyed working with each and every person there! They were a positive light during a dark time. I had my first appointment in June and by the first of November (after 3 cycles) we got our pregnancy confirmation! Three weeks after that... Twins! Highly recommend this clinic to anyone suffering infertility.

Three transfers, endless appointments probably hundreds of calls, miscarriage, and we finally have success. We are 8w1d with twins, and we couldn’t thank RMIA enough. Dr. Kim is gentle, kind, knowledgeable and reassuring. By the time I had my (hopefully) last appointment yesterday, I was tired, mentally and physically. At the beginning of my journey I was so full of hope to be sitting in suite 300, but yesterday, I was dreading it. A few months prior we sat in the same room waiting for the same ultrasound, only to find out we had a “Pregnancy of unknown location” that ultimately ended in a chemical or early miscarriage. That was our second transfer, even harder than the flat out failed first transfer. But yesterday we got the news we’ve long awaited - we have two healthy, beautiful babies and we would be “graduating” from the program. Bri (sorry if I spelt wrong) sat with me in suite 300 at every appointment (lab or otherwise), always welcoming and warm (what a tough job - maneuvering patients emotions as they walk around that corner, and always knowing how to handle it). She does it with grace, forever thankful for your hugs and kind words! This process, for me anyways, has in a sense hardened me, but through all of the trials and tribulations, the staff always made room for last minute appointments, extra calls and countless conversations. I wish I knew the name of my phlebotomist who did her job so effortlessly for almost every lab visit, she never missed a vein, which is wonderful when you’re getting stuck multiple times a week. Thank you for that! For someone like me who suffers from “secondary infertility” with no real answers in sight, all of these little pieces are what keep you going. If I had to choose something that I wish was better it would be the patient education, I’d ask what levels this should be at or what the purpose of this medication was and the nursing staff sometimes just didn’t know how to answer those questions, which left me to google the answers, and we all know how that goes! I think more patient education would be beneficial. Overall, I’d recommend RMIA to any of my friends or family. So excited to be graduating but forever thankful for the work of all the staff, you’re all wonderful and we appreciate you for helping us create our own little miracles!A thousand thank yous wouldn’t be enough,Haily & Mack

My husband and I decided to go to RMIA after calling a few other fertility clinics in the area. What made us choose RMIA was not only the fact that they came highly recommended by people I knew, but that they made no mention of money in our first conversation. When I called other clinics, they felt the need to say several times the cost of the initial appointment, which turned me off. Every staff memember from the administration, financial and clincial team treated us with the upmost respect. I felt heard, my voice was honored and I felt as though the doctors and nurses had my best interest. I specifically would like to say that Melissa is the best nurse Ive ever encountered. She was so patient, encouraging and sweet. Dr. Stassart and Dr. Jensen are incredibly intelligent and ethical, which important when going through such an emotional journey. We had success on our first attempt at IVF and have 2 beautiful twin boys. We absolutely love RMIA! The doctors and nurses are amazing along with the warm welcome we receive walking in the door. We always had all of the information we needed, and whenever we had a question, it was promptly answered. We would definitely recommend RMIA to anyone looking for an infertility clinic. We went to RMIA for IVF. The RMIA staff was professional, courteous and warm. The atmosphere of the waiting room was welcoming, we never felt like a number and they explained to us what was happening every step of the way. We used Dr. Leonard in Woodbury, and she was wonderful. We were blessed with a successful pregnancy, and we have every intention of returning to RMIA again when we are ready. Also, they have a system worked out with Sanford Health in Bemidji, for those who live in Northern MN like we do, so that we could get a lot of our labwork done there. After spending a frustrating year at another fertility clinic with the same plan month after month and no success it was so refreshing to meet Dr. Leonard and create a new plan with her. Wow, I can’t say enough great things about RMIA! We had success with our 2nd attempt at a fresh IVF cycle in 2014 and will be coming back in 2016 to do a FET. RMIA finally made our dream come true of having a family of our own. We were blessed to conceive twin boys who are now almost 4 years old. Perfectly healthy and happy in every way. We chose RMIA based on that we knew a few other families that had conceived successfully through them. We had recommended them to a family friend after our experience and they were blessed with a little girl Cant say enough good about them. The whole process was thoroughly explained to us and all the staff were truly sincere and informative along the way. I loved that I was always able to access a nurse if I had any questions during the process. We are incredibly thankful to RMIA for our boys. I would recommend anyone to RMIA. We choose RMIA due to very positive online reviews and it being the only clinic with an IVF warranty program that is in-house. We so appreciated the time and care Dr. Stassart took in speaking with us about our options, going over the struggles, and moving forward. This took a tremendous amount of pressure off us and ultimately resulted in a successful pregnancy (undetermined infertility, age 36, 3rd IVF cycle resulted in B/G twins). To have a provider who we totally trust and gave us the knowledge, made the physical and emotional toll of infertility much less. We are forever grateful that our previous clinic closed, so we could transfer to RMIA. RMIA also made the transition to their clinic extremely fast and easy. Everyone I spoke to in person, on the phone, or via email was great. After having a less than stellar experience at another infertility clinic I will forever be grateful to RMIA for helping us through one of the toughest times of our lives.

The team at RMIA did the impossible: they gave us hope and--even better--a child after no one else was able to. Dr. Stassart was a joy to work with, humble and caring and thoroughly professional and knowledgable. Everyone on staff was thoughtful and thorough. During our very trying experience with infertility, and the annoying and sometimes painful experience that is IVF, these people brought joy and even a bit of laughter into our lives. I will be forever grateful for Dr. Stassart and his staff for giving me my two miracles. The first was an easy road (if you consider one cycle of IVF to be easy) but the second took multiple attempts and Dr. Stassart never gave up on me. After years of infertility and treatment, Dr. Stassart and his staff helped to change our lives - We now have a beautiful baby girl. The staff was always VERY kind and responsive. We looked into many clinics before deciding on RMIA to do our IVF cycle - We couldnt be happier with the choice we made. We also live far from the clinic, and Dr. Stassart and his team were extremely accommodating.

Going through fertility issues can be emotionally and physically stressful, but RMIA and Dr. Stassart truly made our IVF experience the best it could be. The initial meeting they require at the start outlines everything and was really helpful to know what to expect. We were there for half a day, but walked away feeling like we knew everything we needed to know. We were very fortunate to get pregnant in our first round of IVF, but will likely be going through more rounds to try for a second child. We will gladly be going straight back to RMIA and Dr. Stassart. Recently we visited with Dr. Stassart at an RMIA event and were so pleased when he recalled the tiniest details about us. You truly get a personal experience working with everyone at RMIA. Our family is so blessed!

I have been a donor here several times and have had great experiences. Except recently with a phone interaction. I need to come in for an ultrasound and need to work around my school schedule, while I know I need to come in during specific times, ultimately its my job that comes first and not these appointments.The lady scheduling me was quite condescending after I said I needed to be at school during the only two times available she offered a later time at 11 am, which is great. But she HAD to tack on well this is something to think about/consider when donating.Yes maam, I understand, this isnt the first time Ive donated, but talking to me in such a way is not appreciated.The tone in which she scheduled me and how she immediately hung up without saying goodbye was very off-putting and I dont deserve to be spoken to this way.Just my experience, this isnt all of the time but I will definitely be more on guard when speaking to staff.

We cannot thank Dr. Stassart and his wonderful team at RMIA enough! From the very beginning, they made us feel like their #1 priority. After 2 failed rounds of IVF, they were still behind us 100%. We were blessed with our beautiful baby girl on our third and final round. Miracles do come true! Thank you to the moon and back RMIA!

We had a a great experience with Dr Leonard and the entire staff at RMIA. We transferred here after being with another clinic and after 1 IVF cycle had a beautiful baby boy!! Would highly recommend RMIA.

I Love everything about the team at RMIA, they made understanding the finances and paperwork a breeze. Dr. Stassart was extremely knowledgeable and I couldnt have done it without the help of my nurses the Beths....we came close to naming our daughter after them.I cant praise this organization enough and I look forward to working with them for baby #2.

We had a poor experience. The communication was bad and we had to follow up for things. You had three different contacts to work with and the process was confusing. Last, their genetic testing service asks you to pay $250 as a “cash discount,” but if you have them run it through your insurance they charge health insurance over $8,000 and you end up with a $700 deductible payment. Very unethical and confusing.

I would recommend RMIA to anyone. The staff was very friendly and they were very willing to work with our home clinic since we lived an hour away. The communication was great and everything went very well. We got pregnant after our first transfer.

I am blessed with two beautiful children with the help of IVF. Dr. Stassart made us feel very comfortable with our decisions. The nurses are well trained in the diverse needs of couples struggling with infertility. My husband and I never felt like we didnt have control over our decisions. It is challenging for couples to experience infertility and to know there are advocates for you can be invaluable.

All these negative reviews on here are from several years ago for doctors that no longer work at RMIA. As for me, I am coming specifically to this clinic from a different state for my treatment. Dr. Stassart is simply the best! He was so incredibly thorough with us on our first appt. The nurses and other support staff have all been friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful to me as I navigate through this process from a different state. Now lets hope I get my miracle shortly!

The IVF journey can be filled with both great joy and sadness. Our story happily ended with joy and the birth of our son after a year of IVF. Dr. Stassart and all the nurses were very supportive as we navigated the rollercoaster that is IVF. Id definitely recommend RMIA to anyone looking for reproductive services. The Woodbury location is very warm and welcoming.

We went through 2 IUIs and 1 round of IVF without success with a doctor whom is no longer at RMIA. The doctor had terrible bedside manner and didnt take the time to really get to know my needs as her patient. She made mistakes, such as ordering tests which were already performed (at RMIA), and didnt seem to know what my medical file involved.Thankfully, when requested, we were able to switch to Dr. Stassart, whom we are forever grateful for. Dr. Stassart took time to thoroughly look at our file and gave us answers no other doctor has been able to provide. Thanks to his diligence, we got pregnant with our healthy son after only 1 round of IVF (with more embryos in storage!).If it hadnt been for our experience with the first doctor, I would give 5 stars. Dr. Stassart and the rest of the staff members were empathetic, sensitive, and overall amazing. Thank you.

The front desk stuff was really nice, the lady who does the blood work in the lab was just amazing, she was really nice and funny. But unfortunately i can not say the same about Michelle Valentine the doctor assigned to me , she was never friendly or welcoming, she made me feel intimidated . I dreaded my appointments. I had 1 cycle of IUI which didnt work , i wanted to keep trying coz i know IUI sometimes takes a couple of tries before it actually works , i never went back again because i didnt want to go through the same feeling that made me feel like I was not wanted there. I would not recommend anyone.

It was really difficult to set an appointment with RMIA, no one wants to talk to you on the phone, they only try to communicate through emails, they dont keep good records and they have different people email you asking for the same information over and over again. They dont answer your questions and provide you with proper information. They wasted all my time during these 6 weeks and still didnt schedule my appointment with the doctor. Dont waste your time with this place.

You wonder whether you will ever experience the joy of bringing life into this world, and the answerless questions that you ask yourself, over and over, damage even the sharpest of minds.Despite many devastating experiences, we fought with infertility for nearly 8 years before choosing RMIA. For nearly 8 years we struggled with failure after failure and doctor after doctor. Shots, medications, strategies, surgeries...you name it. Despite it all, no doctor ever clearly identified what was the cause of our infertility. When we found RMIA, the initial relief just from attending the informative seminar session was great. The confidence that this would work and the feeling that we were in the right place could be felt immediately. Once we began our specific schedule, the changes were drastic. It was as if the entire team had been working with us for each of the last 8 years. What they knew to do in order to make all systems respond correctly was amazing. Shortly after moving forward with RMIA, our fears were ousted. We were expecting...twins! Several months later, on the happiest day of our lives, healthy twin baby girls were born into this world. Not a day goes by where we are without joy, and not a day goes by where we arent extremely THANKFUL for the team at RMIA and the care that they provided to fill our lives with love. Dr. Stassart is absolutely amazing. Even though we have moved away from Minnesota, we still take every opportunity to let anyone with infertility concerns know that RMIA is special and makes it a priority to succeed for each of its patients. No matter the obstacles in your way, the results are worth it!

I don’t think any words can explain how great RMIA is. From the front desk to the doctors and everything in between. Dr. Stassart and his team cared for us with passion. We can tell they are there to bring happiness to others and they go above and beyond to establish that. What they did for me is a miracle! As is said I can’t thank them enough. RMIA! Is always in my thoughts.

Everyone is great who works here HOWEVER this is such a huge disconnect between provider, billing and nurses. ALSO you can only communicate with anyone at the office via email, they do not call. You can call with questions but 99% they will just email you with an answer. Sort of impersonal. Then everyone just does their own little part and has no idea of what others are doing. For example a provider recommended us two procedure only to find out from the business office it’s not covered by insurance so we can to call, get emailed back a new plan from doctor, repeat 🔁 I understand there are many aspects of IVF but I feel like providers should have some idea of what is “additional” cost which is usually never covered (sending labs to third party etc) It’s just very frustrating! A phone call or a MD who knew a little of the business would make this experience so much less frustrating and smooth. Definitely not a well oiled machine there. But EVENTUALLY you will get your answers but maybe not by the time you needed them...

Wonderful service and care from everyone at RMIA. It was a very emotional time for us and they acknowledged that and treated us with respect and care the entire time. Everyone was amazing and helped us create our family. I cant say enough great stuff about them.

RMIA was INCREDIBLE in making my family whole. They were able to get me 2 miracle babies in 3 cycles (1 fresh= successful 1 frozen= failed 1 frozen= successful). Ive talked to many others who have experienced IVF and I truly believe Dr. Stassart and his team are the very best at what they do. They were able to obtain the right number of eggs to allow them to be high quality yet also a high enough number to give us frozen embryos for future pregnancies. The egg development process is a critical stage in the IVF journey and they got it perfectly right for me and my family. Im so fortunate we will never have to go through the stimulation process again. Dr. Stassart is completely brilliant and I truly believe his talent could have been used for many specialties in the medical field, Im so incredibly thankful that he chose infertility and making miracles happen.

I am so happy to have found them and after four years of infertility my dream has come true with only one cycle of doing IVF. I am thrilled beyond words could imagine and I probably could not have had a child without their help. We have unexplained infertility but being I was in my 30s I didnt want to risk keep trying on our own. The staff is wonderful and directions were clearly stated and easy to follow. They will also quickly get back to you which is necessary and even when youre not doing IVF and you have questions they are quick to get back to you.

Its been 4 years and I still rant about RMIA! I always felt like I was the only patient and not just another couple trying to conceive. Thank you to the staff and Dr Stassart for giving me the greatest gift!

Dr Stassart and his staff are amazing. Infertility is such an emotional thing to go through you want someone like Dr Stassart and his staff helping through your journey. From my experience with them and my interaction with other places they do this because this is their passion and want to help people. I cant say enough about how amazing this place is and easy they make the process.

RMIA has the most caring staff - from the doctors, nurses, lab technicians, and front desk!! I appreciate how supportive they all are!

On the surface they are lovely, offering coffee and chocolate. Lots of nice plants. The care leaves a lot to be desired. 1) The doc said I had a fibroid and needed surgery which I did. When I woke up from surgery the surgeon said there was NO fibroid. No growth at all. (The clinic itself doesnt do surgery so this was a different agency).2) they denied release of a hard copy off medical records. They said it was their property. They only would email a scan which was not what I asked for. They are difficult to work with. 3) they have a no children policy for their offices. I get the idea behind this. But was a surrogate this was a nightmare. They should be able to problem solve this a bit, maybe a separate entrance if they find it necessary. But it was unnecessary stress for me.

Dr Stassart is THE professional you want on your side when pursuing such an emotional and physical journey as fertility issues. He is methodical, meticulous and highly experienced. He was very supportive in the entire process and carefully adjusted one factor at a time in my treatment until a successful pregnancy was achieved. I had a baby at 44 years old. There are no words that can express our gratitude and admiration of Dr. Stassarts and his entire team (nurses, office staff), every day as we are raising a perfect, beautiful child.

Reception who takes the phone call is extremely rude and inefficient. Think her name was Trisha, she first asks me what I needed and puts me on hold for like 8 min and then comes back asks me what I needed AGAIN REPEATEDLY. And she cuts me off while I am still talking. RUDE. And HANGS UP right after SHE is done talking. HELLO? She emphasizes that the place is of course understaffed like EVERYWHERE ELSE, UH NO. AND it is NOT a reason to treat customer the way she did. She felt like she was forced to work there and unhappy. THIS PLACE IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful—the business office, schedulers, lab tech, RNs, CRNAs, MDs, and everyone else I’m forgetting. It helped make everything so much less stressful than I thought it would be.

Dr Kim and the entire team (nurse, receptionist) were great and addressed concerns and took care.

Judgmental and rude. Make sure you fit in their “box” of what a family is supposed to look like before making any appointments. Emails and phone conversations made me feel like I was doing something wrong when all I was looking for was information on my eggs viability. I would give no stars if possible.

Not a place for people of Color.This is one of the most sensitive times in a couples life. With so many uncertainties, we look for quality providers to guide and ensure us and will handle our situation with kindness and sensitivity. That has not been my experience with this company whom, expresses that they have many years experience. Im surprised, that there are so many positive experiences and ours has not been at all. Which only leaves me to believe that its due to our color. We are a black couple and I feel discriminated against! Weve only used this company as sort of a lab only facility and have been disregarded around the board. Theres a disconnect between the two facilities hugely. My Obgyn has a part but this company has truly been distasteful. They did not give out any instruction on handling our specimen and have not given out and post numbers. The biggest factor, is not being heard! After speaking to the head coordinator there, he made it clear that he believes the staff and this could not have happened because they are an experienced practice. Although, all of my claims are supported and documented with my provider and still currently those post wash number have not been provided. Im trained to understand voice tone and while speaking to this individual you can hear the disbelief in his voice. I caution anyone of color or any family who may not be well versed on this procedure, to go elsewhere! Im also looking to further Escalade this and Im getting connected with other agencies to help ensure that we are heard.
