We really like Dr. Damario. He has been very upfront with us about what he believes will work, and we appreciate that. All of the other staff I have encountered have been very kind, and informative. The office itself is really pretty, and relaxing.

We had our consult with Dr. Damario today and couldn’t be happier with how it went. He was very kind and thoughtful about how he discussed our medical history and next steps. He was knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations of our options. We felt like we were being heard and did not feel rushed at all. We look forward to continuing to work with him.

The office atmosphere was nice and calming. We were helped quickly and had a wonderful first meeting with Dr. Damario. He took the time to work through our medical history, ask questions and allowed us plenty of time to ask questions as well.

Doctor does not have a good grasp of reproductive disorders that cause infertility, IMO. Stated my PCOS is mostly “nuisance” symptoms not the main cause of infertility. PCOS causes 80% of infertility cases. Needs better bedside manner and to think through what he’s saying (Dr. Damario). PCOS is causing my infertility, it’s not causing “nuisance” symptoms- it’s the root cause. Educate yourself about current PCOS issues since this is your specialty, sheesh. It will inform your patient care more.Additionally, their portal system is difficulty and nurses don’t make proper chart notes sometimes. There is a frustrating amount of back and forth with the nurse line and a real lack of good communication.

Dr. Damario was knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to answer all of our questions, sharing data and giving us a realistic account of what we could expect during the IVF process. He was fantastic throughout the process and the nursing staff was incredible. I needed a little more hand holding since this was my first round, but they all made me feel so comfortable.

I would like to give them 0 for treating me like a pcos patient. I have waited a long time to write a review. IUI is an exhausting process for older couples trying to succeed. Thats exactly what were going through and I was too blind to see it. Please, Please advocate for yourself. Do not remove this review! I want other patients need to know the many cracks I fell through with this place that your data isnt always reported when youre trying to transfer.

So far a great experience with Dr. Damario and staff. The front-desk staff is lovely and courteous, the nurse who took my blood was a sweetheart, and the technician who performed my first ultrasound in a long while was also very kind. Dr Damario is clearly an expert in his field, and very personable in consultation. We were referred here because we were told they have the best lab in town, and whether we get a baby or not, we feel like we are in exceptionally capable hands.

Had a good experience with Dr. Damario at the St. Paul campus. He reviewed my husband and my history thoroughly and explained the process of each treatment with evidence based practice and studies and explained things well.

Dr. Damario is the very best. He took our infertility seriously with fresh eyes to solve confusing test results that other infertility doctors did not. We will be forever grateful he unlocked the success for our family to grow.

Dr. Damario is kind, knowledgeable, and patient. He knows his stuff, and answers all our questions, and is to the point about best methods. We just started the process of IUI and am hopeful that he will help us have a baby!

We loved the staff at CRM. They were always responsive and helpful. I couldn’t imagine having better people helping us through our process. As an LGBT couple, the clinic made us feel welcome. The entire nursing staff is amazing. Highly recommend.

This place was all over the map. No one sits you down and talks your through what to expect. Honestly you are only a number here. The amount of phone calls back and forth trying to connect with an RN is completely insane. The doctor I worked with is very robotic, not personal. The whole organization is too busy to be helpful. You essentially have to figure it all out yourself and be your own advocate. I would absolutely not recommend this place, unfortunately.

Do not go here. I feel alone in this. The doctor over sold getting us started which we already knew we wanted to do but no one explains the actual steps. We have had to coordinate getting samples in house and have had to repeatedly sign documents and it’s been months and we haven’t even started yet because if I’m not all over them forcing communication nothing gets done! We have wasted valuable time.

I was very pleased with the service and advice this very clinic provided both my husband and I. After 6-7 years of trying, this clinic helped us conceive our healthy baby boy whom is a little over 3 months now. I cannot thank all the staff and especially Dr. Damario enough! Will definitely be returning in the future!

I came in with my own Embryo and was treated like a step child. Everytime I called I had to leave a voice mail which took them anywhere from 24 to 48 to return my call. My transfer was done with a doctor I had never me. Not once did I get empathy from none of the staff. They got their cash and I got nothing I loss my child 5 weeks in. I wish all you ladies luck. Hopefully your experience is better than mine.

Dr. Damario was very detailed & informative about the process of IVF treatment. He was so nice & kind. The manager was friendly & helpful. I highly recommend this clinic!

We have had a wonderful experience with CRM so far. They are incredibly professional, organized, and knowledgeable. They have made the stressful fertility journey we are on less stressful and more hopeful.

Do not put your reproductive plans in their hands! Communication is awful, no one seems to know whats going on when you go in, its impossible to reach a Dr. Im still waiting for a call back from 2 and 3 weeks ago regarding my next steps. I give up! Im going to start the process from scratch elsewhere.
