Just one month in and I feel amazing- the bio identical pellets have worked wonders for me so quickly, I suffered for a few years with all the menopausal symptoms- and this past month has been truly life changing. I was hoping that this office would be able to help me but I was not aware that they do not take insurance. The staff is friendly but I never got to see the provider unless you pay upfront. The free consultation turns into bait and switch. They didnt really look at my forms but immediately went into sales mode. It cost $2900 plus dollars and they do give you several payment options & did mention maybe insurance might cover it. Beth did tell me to call my insurance and see what percentage if any they would cover. I called my insurance & was told I need a code. I called Restorative Health and ask for the coding, so that I can find out what my insurance would cover. I was told they cant give me a code without being seen from the doctor, which then would require payment. Im disappointed because Im trying to budget & see if this would be a viable option but it all makes sense now, they really dont care to help me out but interested in making money & paying upfront. Disappointed!!!!

Never, never, never use this place. They encourage you into having blood work taken at the initial consultation. That fee is $500. I told them to please let me know what blood work needs to be completed and I will have my primary physician order it. I would have had it completed at my local lab for a simple co-pay of $10. But I was told with resounding and mean-spirited tone, NO. No lab except ours is capable of doing the tests which this specialty requires. What does that even mean?The day prior to my next appointment, I was told by Restorative Health that my blood work was a little unusual and they could not help me. Soon thereafter I asked for my money back. I have been hung up on, transferred from person to person (but never one in authority), and was told very rudely to basically get lost.I have been doing research on this place and have found many, many complaints filed with BBB and other agencies. My advice is to never ever use this business for anything.

I have been going to victory mens health for just over a year. i can not believe i waited so long to do this. the staff is amazing and they truly care about patients. personally i have noticed changes in almost every aspect of my life. i am recommending them to all of my family and friends.

I initially inquired online and got an immediate call back from someone not in their office but I believe it was someone from the main office in a different state. She was friendly and invited me to set up a free consult. A day before the consult, they called and left a message and on the day of they send a text message. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Met with Beth, she was laid back, no pressure, answered my questions and provided me with information about the pellet therapy (for women). I had done my research about hormone therapy prior to coming so it was not anything new I was not aware of before hand. Pricing is the same as any other therapy center/office. Overall, I do recommend considering them for the consult.

I had a total hysterectomy and even on oral hormones I was having TERRIBLE symptoms. Especially severe debilitating anxiety. My doctor refused to test my hormones. Restoritive Health has changed my life with bio identical pellets. I am so thankful for this place.

I was a little hesitant about going in and discussing issues that most men do not want to admit to any other person, but I felt very comfortable once I was there and met with Beth Richards and discussed my symptoms. I was on my way to a renewed me. I am 7 months into my therapy and I couldnt be happier. I wish I would have looked into this back when I first noticed my issues. I get excellent support from Samantha, who works with me on my therapy. Men or Women you can get it back or at least get much closer to it!

2001 I had my last period, my life slowly but surely became one I no longer recognized. Descent into madness is my best description of the last 18 years. Life kept happening, me not understanding what was happening to my mind, body and soul. Then by the Grace of God I was at Restorative Health! The last several months have been eye opening. Restorative Health St Louis changed my life. Several years ago my hair was falling out, my muscles, energy and metabolism deflated. Now at 43, my waist is smaller and muscles bigger than when I was in high school. And even better my hair is thicker and hairline is moving forward not back.

I came to you guys with the hopes I could be one of those women that get their lives back. And since I have health insurance I went thinking that now that I had insurance maybe I could afford it. My only suggestion to you is that before you sit women down and give them the hope that they will soon have their lives back. That what they had lost at 28 years old having a hysterectomy due to cancer soon they would have that back. You should discuss the cost and the fact that you accept NO health insurance so theyre looking at a few thousand dollars for said help. Maybe tell them that before, rather then after so women already are suffering dont suffer more knowing they could be better, they just cant afford it. Thanks

Words can not express how much my life has changed since I started coming here....I was at my last straw with getting relief for all my post hysterectomy symptoms...felt like I was not being heard from my G.YN. doctors...if I had to try one more cream I was going to scream but thank God for these gals who with their knowledge had totally turned my life around and made me feel human agian...believe me too my husband noticed the differences. The staff makes you feel youre special every time, they know your name and treat you like family. Samantha is my favorite and always takes great care of me! Nothing but great things to say about this place.

The staff is very understanding and accommodating, i was having a very hard time dealing with menopause, once Ms.Tina got me started on the hormone therapy, i can honestly say that i’m feeling better, thinking better, have more energy and just happier, it’s unbelievable how being so unbalanced affects your quality of life.
