It was very fast and easy. We waited a little past our scheduled time, but not too bad. All in all, seems very worth the time and effort. Looking forward to my next trip - hopefully without a long wait at the airport security line.

Called at noon to ask about getting an appointment and was given a 1:30 time slot. Facility is located off a main thoroughfare and was easy enough to find. Was greeted by a tech when I arrived. Signed in at user friendly kiosk. Immediately taken back to a station for blood draw. Tech was very friendly and explained the procedure. Did not feel the least discomfort during the blood draw. Overall experience was great.

Had my blood drawn and turned into serum tears. Absolutely the best blood draw of my life. I normally get horrendously nauseous, but the woman who drew my blood was such a professional and helped me feel calm. Everyone there were so kind and professional. 10/10 would get my blood drawn again.

The wait time to get my TSA information completed was not long at all. Everyone who worked in the office was very polite and attentive. Scott, the staff person who processed my information, was very quick, too. It was so nice to have a pleasant experience while completing government documents.

TSA precheck was super quick in easy. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Staff was polite and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door!

The employees were fantastic. She was very pleasant, helpful, and professional. The check in lady also was helpful and kind as I left my phone at home and she secured a phone for me to call for my ride. The reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 was that I had an appointment time and told to be there 10 minutes early and it was over 30 minutes before called.

Very quick, the whole process maybe took 5 minutes. Got me in and out of there before my schedule time even started! Very nice staff, too.

Scott Lambert was AMAZING. Scott made the whole process so much easier than I expected PLUS he was helping a mother & teenage daughter at the same time as me. Imagine that pair plus a gray-haired women on a walker being helped at the same time. Scott was helpful, knowledgeable, unbelievably patient ( must have teenagers at home)& professional & patient at the same time. Tell him thanks for all he did to make it a pleasant, problem-free experience.

This places was the hardest place to find. My communications were with a company called IdentoGO and then some of them said IDEMIA. Did not have signage for either anywhere. I never saw ARCpoint Labs when making my appointment. The front of the building on the road does not have an address on the sign or building. It looks like you are walking into an orthodontist office. I watched 6 people walk in after me asking the same question, Am I in the right place? I was scheduled to arrive 10 minutes early and ended up being 20 minutes late. I spent 30 minutes driving back and forth where I thought it should be. I have things to do other than this. Provide proper signage. I even pulled over to call this place, IdentoGO, but there was no phone number listed. I now see its because its ARCpoint. Who is ARCpoint? As of right now, I have no idea what this company is called. How could I refer it to someone else? The branding needs to be consistent and there needs to be a some sort of signage. Even a visible street number would be helpful. There was a small yard sign staked in the ground that said something about TSA that I saw on my 3rd time of turning around on Olive. Even a mention of the side road, intersection, would have been helpful. Ive attached a picture of what you see from the road and then what you see when you are in the parking lot behind the building. What is IndentoGO vs ARCpoint vs IDEMIA? This is a mess. Help customers have more success with your using your service. The guy who did it was quick and it was easy but thats not what Im going to remember.

My appointment was great! No waiting and the gentleman who took care of me was quick and very helpful. I highly recommend this business!

If I can, I give 0 stars.I went for a lab work and schedule the appointment online. When I arrive minutes earlier of the appointment time, I had to wait for 1 hour to get my test done. When I enter the room the technician didnt know anything about the lab work I was scheduled for. I had to explain and even show my email confirmation regarding the lab work I needed. I paid and they told me to wait within 24 - 48 hours to get my results. It has been 3 days and still waiting. They said on the website, the results are fast, and is the reason I choosed them but that is not true.

The lady that helped us with Pre TSA registration was excellent. Super patient and very pleasant. If I had a business I would hire her in a heartbeat.

So fast and efficient, I arrived late for my appointment, and they still got me in even during lunch time. Explained the process and quickly got me in and out.

I had a really great experience, Scott was very easy to work with. I had some questions and concerns regarding a previous test from a different lab and he was very knowledgeable in explaining things to me, and helped me understand the situation better. It was a last minute thing so I did not have time to schedule an appointment, but I was still in and out in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommended! I will most definitely be back for all my future testing.

The gentleman who waited on us was just short of rude. Like we were annoying him. Offered very little in the way of directions with the process. Would recommend a different location

Made appointment online for tsa precheck and went to ARCpoint Labs. Easy to park behind the building. they took me a few minutes before my appointment and I was out in 5- 10 minutes. The employee was super efficient and friendly.

It was very easy to do.. now the place to find on the other hand.. they do need better signs.. I did drive past the building, then past again, backed up& read the small sign.. it needs a big sign above the door?? Something.. The people were great.. just am hoping I have for my trip..

Ok, this was very quick and easy process and would recomend anyone to use this facility as opposed to going to the airport.I was actully done before my appointment time!

I set up my appointment a few weeks prior for the TSA precheck, and requested to receive appointment updates through email and text. I received ZERO communications for the next three weeks, to the point that I started doubting whether I had actually set it at all. The day prior, I received a single text messages with enough information to find the location to which I needed to go for my appointment. The appointment went smoothly enough. However, I wasnt able to get a receipt, which my company needs, and was advised that I, again, would receive an emailed copy of my receipt as well as update emails on my status. Of course, I did not receive any of this.(Did I mention that I DID receive marketing emails every day from the same company? This is how I knew they had my correct email) The gentleman did offer that I could take a picture of the payment screen, but unfortunately, this did not satisfy my companys reimbursement requirements. I tried to check my status every day, but it couldnt find anything, and after receiving zero communications for ten days, I decided to call the location. I spoke with a woman who was very pleasant. She asked for Name, phone #, and my email address. She did some checking. Asked for my email. Advised me that it was still pending, and when I asked for how I could get a receipt, asked me for my email. I asked her something else, and she put me on hold, and then asked for my email. She advised there was a website I could go to for a status update as well as a receipt copy. She said it was a long web address, and I asked her if it would easier for her to email it to me. She was like Oh yah, that WOULD be easier..... and then asked me for my email address. Now, by this point, I had verified/given my email address to her several times, not including the handful of verifications the day of the appointment. Im sorry, but I let out a laugh. I couldnt help it as it was absurd that she was asking again for my email. Her tone shifted so fast, that I was actually rendered speechless. She exclaimed You need to shut up and let me talk. If youre going to continue to be rude, Im going to hang up this phone. I paused for a moment as again, this shift was... unexpected. My exact words May I please give you my email address?. She hung up on me. No word. Just click. I called back and she hung up on me the next couple times I called. The third time she answered and told me to stop calling and then put me on hold. Again, I just wanted to get a status update and a copy of my receipt. I called back a few hour later and spoke to a gentleman, who brought up the picture of the receipt. I advised him that this was not acceptable to my company, and that is why I verified at the time of the appointment that I would receive an emailed copy. I could tell by his tone that trying to talk to him about the rudeness of his employee was probably going to get me nowhere. He gave me a web address ... that wasnt that long, so no idea what the woman was referring to earlier... and it turned out to be the same sight I had been checking for 10 days. I told him that this site was zero help, and while he was side tracked with something, I went ahead and submitted my information. I dont know if something changed in the previous few hours, but on the site was an update status, my UID, and my payment information. This information had NOT been there earlier. In the end, i was able to at least find my status. I have no idea if a screen capture of my payment will be enough for my company to reimburse. I dont know where the failure is in this entire process, but the rudeness I experienced trying to figure out what was happening is beyond unacceptable. While Im looking forward to using the TSA Precheck for my business trips, I will never recommend this company for your back ground check. I can sum up their entire tone in one statement ...... Eh, it sucks to be you.

I made an appointment at ARCpoint Labs of St. Louis West and had a great experience! The phlebotomist drew my blood and around an hour later my eye drops were ready! The staff were very kind.

The guy who helped me was really fast. He was definitely all business but thars fine because I was in and out. If they had been a little personable, i’d have given it 5 stars.

The technicians were having a very busy day, but after a brief wait beyond my appointment time for TSA Pre-Check Verification, I was taken in and the process was finished with ease. They were able to make sure my last name had the apostrophe as well, which was perfect and professional!

All was good. Drove over here Monday 7/1 around 9 am after Idemia appt for TSA pretrip the staff was a no show & email came across my phone while trying to figure out where to go instead. Found this office on google maps and Idemia website. Easy to find. Small, friendly office window lady, electronic sign in, short walk in wait. Two of us at a time for the screening/finger printing. The agent doing the actual electronic info with my passport very clear and professional and helpful. Scott I believe was the mans name. In and out hassle free. Will recommend. My son will be doing his this summer and I will send him here too. Keep up the great work. The office Lab does other things too. A whole menu of services.

The location is very confusing and when you enter the lobby it is unclear if youre in the correct space. Its unclear where to sign in also.The lobby/waiting area is extremely small and was overcrowded with people. I waited about 1 1/2 hours to be seen, and others in the waiting area had been there 2 hours!The employee who handled my case was very pleasant and apologetic, so that was lovely. But man, this location needs some help with space and leadership!

I appreciate the staff being time conscious, and usually people are complaining because of places taking too long, but my concern was the opposite. I was there for TSA Pre-Check, and I was in and out the door in 6 minutes. That is from checking in the front desk, doing all the TSA verification, paying and finishing. The person who worked with me was so rushed I felt anxious. He would not allow me to read anything on the screen, but would reach over my shoulder and press NEXT on each screen because apparently I was going too slow. I was a school teacher, and I know how to read. I am not slow, but apparently speed was the most important thing to him. I did not like feeling that rushed and felt like I was interfering with his going home for the day? (My appointment was at 3pm and I was on time). The staff member would say Please verify what is on this screen is correct and then not allow me to click next, he would do it within 3-5 seconds of asking me to verify. I have never felt so rushed. He was working with two of us at the same time and had no time for questions or to allow us to read the screen. TSA pre-check seems a pretty serious thing, so I would think we should be checked a little more thoroughly? We are fingerprinted, so maybe that is enough checking? He did not ask to see a drivers license, only a passport. I felt like I was not verified that I was who I said I was. He just put the passport in the machine, without looking at it, and took the payment and dismissed me. I just didnt have a lot of confidence in the process. I was told I would receive a receipt in my email within 10 minutes, but to take a picture of the receipt on the screen once I paid in case you dont get an emailed receipt. I feel like he knows we dont get those since he suggested this, and he was right- I didnt get an email receipt, despite typing in my email address. I checked junk and spam, and I never received anything further from TSA. I wouldnt say it was a bad experience, but just an uncomfortable experience all around. You leave the place 6 minute later, walking to your car saying, What just happened? It was a blur--again, not normally a bad thing, and certainly better than making an appointment and then having to wait 20 minutes in a waiting room, but I think there could be a more balanced approach.

A little difficult to find this particular location (signage) but once in the door it was quick and efficient. We were early for the appointment and they still took us back (early) for our TSA approval and we were out the door in under 10 minutes.

The manager of this place (Scott) is a prick like me...I like that! They work fast; however, they are through. I didnt get where I am by giving money away, carelessly. I had to confirm some details before a service was rendered. Once I confirmed those details, I didnt wait long to get everything done. Highly Recommend!

We initially went to a different place for our TSA Pre-Check but they were not willing to accept a walk-in 4 minutes after their cut off. They gave us this place and we are thankful they did. The receptionist was super nice and helpful. We were helped before we even sat down. All in all, we spent 10 minutes MAXIMUM inside the office. Such a painless process and we will always encourage anyone we know that needs this completed to come here. Top notch experience and it took 1 day to get our approval.

I had an 11:00 am appt. But stored it in my calendar wrong so I arrive at 11:45 for what I thought was a 12:00 appointment! The lady at the counter told me that she understands and worked me rite in!! She was very good at her job and had me in and out in no time!

It was great I was in a hurry and I was able to get in and out in under 10 minutes. They receptionist and fingerprint tech were both friendly and helpful.

We came in for the TSA Precheck for my teen. The service was running slightly behind, but it was the last appointment of the day. Once we were brought into the back, the man helping us was very courteous and extremely quick with the procedure. He made sure we took our time to review our information, but was still efficient. We will definitely utilize this office when anyone in our family needs to renew our Precheck.

Is it weird to say I had a delightful experience at a TSA screening? Well, I did. Miss Cassandra took great care of me, greeting me in a friendly manner and took me back to a room very quickly after I signed in. From there, she took all the requisite forms, scanning them while chit-chatting with me and making what could have been an anxious, or, at the very least, boring, experience, pleasant and easy. I was in and out in about 15 minutes and SO glad I went, as it was a task Id been putting off for months.

I got my TSA Pre-Check renewal. However, the waiting room was overcrowded and there were not enough seats. When called for my appointment, they called another customer at the same time and the agent was bouncing back and forth from one of us to the other. I felt rushed and was afraid I was going to make a mistake.I also had to wait past my appointment time. I did get the task accomplished, however, there was no one there with a smile on their face.

Blood draw went well - staff was good and explained things and best of all the serum drops are really working well!!!

Good facility to get TSA Pre check enrollment done. My wait time was 20-25 min, but my actual time taken to do the enrollment was less than 10 min. Note, this facility also supports other kinds of tests so advisable to get an appointment.

My appointment was at 1:30 I got called back at 1:45. The facility appears to be understaffed. My rep was fantastic she was just super busy before she completed everything with me someone else had stepped into the small capacity of this area. On my exit the waiting facility looked like a doctors office there were at least nine people sitting out there waiting for their turn. The facility needs to be larger with a bigger staff capacity to accommodate for all of the different services that they advertise for.

Went for my PSA enrollment. The gentleman in charge took me earlier than my appointment, whisked me through the program and was very nice but totally professional. Very pleasant experience

The service was ok . The gentleman was kind in a rush doing the procedure, and sometimes I could not read properly the instructions. The place is nice and convenient and for improvement would suggest to be more personalized and not mechanical. Nice day

I was very impressed by the lady who completed my TSA precheck along with another man at the same time. I joked it is hard to get good service sometimes with 1:1, but she did a great job taking care of two at the same time. She was very knowledgeable the process flowed smoothly. I came here for my TSA precheck appointment after pre enrolling online. I arrived 30 minutes early, but I was able to fill out the form and have my fingerprints taken. The staff were friendly and Id definitely recommend this lab to people who need a TSA precheck appointment done!

When my mom called to make an appointment she was told you can only book an appointment online. Thats a new one on me. Couldnt believe it. Manager got on the phone and she was able to book our appointment on the phone. Was told its a new system. It was for my mom whos 101 years old and that online was not going to work for her.Received an email, we arrived at scheduled time, was told we dont have appointment, but they will take us anyway. Then she found our appointment. Was handed a a tablet to register online. Even though we had gave all that same information over the phone 3 days before.First blood draw was a problem. Again the first person hurt my mom when drawing blood, when another person was called in they were able to draw the blood without any problems.They let my mom stay in the blood draw room, to have a snack she brought, after 12 vials of blood were taken. That was very considerate.I asked to call my cell phone when the eye drops were ready. It would take 1.5 to 2 hours. They took my number but said it wasnt standard procedure. I thought that was odd they do it when my car gets repaired. We showed up in 1 hour and half and they were ready.The good news is she loves her eye drops. They really are helping her eyes. Her eyes arent bothering her after one use.

I arrived an hour early (my error) but the receptionist said I’d be seen in a few minutes anyway. I ended up sitting for the entire hour. If I had been told I wouldn’t be seen until my actual appointment time, I could have left, gotten lunch, run errands, and returned at the proper time. Oh well.The actual process was quick and pleasant.

We went in for a TSA precheck and the gentlemann that helped us was very nice, super-efficient and courteous. Highly recommend! We were in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Was doing TSA Pre-Check appointment. Agent was quick, but too quick with little explanation or help.

Took three ounces, even had to move the needle and remove the tunicate because I ran out of blood in my arm lol. No bruising and was barely painful at all. She was super nice and gave me a sprite and a couple puke bags cause I felt nauseous afterwards.

Service was great. However the computer was not functioning properly for sometime.

Went in today for a SneakPeek test. Office is clean CLEAN. The receptionist was SO LOVELY. I came in at my scheduled time, filed out some paper work, and was taken back expeditiously. My tech had a shadow and they were both really nice to talk too (: super nice people! They want me to call back with my gender reveal ((: really the best service Ive gotten. 1000% recommend

The reception folks could not have been nicer. However the gentleman who I worked with was seemly agitated and in a tremendous hurry. I felt rushed as I was asked to verify my data. He would push the “next” button if I didn’t move fast enough and he kept checking his watch. I feel like the accuracy of this information is important and frankly this is the first time I was looking at it on this device. He naturally reads the data much faster than I do.

Excellent experience. Only way it could be better is to text people when lab is complete. I was blowing time doing nearby errands, waiting 90 minutes for blood tears to complete.

Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming! However, I only gave 4 stars because I had to wait a 1/2 an hour after my appointment time to be called back. Otherwise it was a seemless experience!

I would like to take min and express not recommended. Very poor skills from the older gentleman… you know many cases better to educate the problem VRs insult and dramatize the fact I did not have correct information… not to mention to waste time effort and energy to travel to the location… incredibly disappointing in the treatment and manner in which I’m spoken enough to just leave … and at any point he didn’t even try to be pleasant… just rude and arrogant… thank you for reading many other local places to do Hazmat finger Prints… renewal

Got TSA pre-check done here. It was fast (maybe too fast) and easy. The appointment ran on-time and lasted fewer than ten minutes. The place was clean and the interaction with the staff member was professional.

Was pleasantly greeted as soon as I entered facility. My appointment started promptly at the time reserved. Gentleman was professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. I was in and out within 7 minutes of my appointment time!

Having a scheduled time made the process both efficient and pleasant. As did having everything so highly computerized. Also, I was very pleased with the quick turn around time in the experience I had that day.

The test was painless, which was such an improvement over my previous ones. The results were ready within 24 hours as stated in their information.

My first appointment was canceled due to staffing but no one ever told me so I drove 20 miles round-trip for nothing. They offered to take me the next day so I came back the next day and they took me right away. Excellent service and very nice staff. The office is very clean and inviting.

The gentleman who was running the TSA pre-check process was really great, kept two of us zipping through the process, answering questions and helping us through the screens. I was in and out before my appointment time, and on my way! Fantastic!

At first, I was disappointed as the TSA site couldnt find my records at all. So, I went back to your Creve Coeur MO office, and the young lady was super supportive. She went into a deep dive of your records, found me, and even printed out the records, including the TSA pre-pass Id applied for. Cant say enough good things about her, and I only wish I could remember her name. Please, pass my good review to her as she earned it.

I was lucky enough to be in a screening with a delightful young man, and an equally delightful screener. They were both quite funny, and one story led to another, and it was actually fun. Who knew? I should add that in no way did the screener’s willingness to be pleasant interfere with her job. While enjoyable, she was still professional.

Had to search for the building. It was a little difficult. You have to walk around to the back of the orthodontist building to find their location. Once inside Arcpointlabs you have to sign in on the tablet. The people who work there are very professional, no bad attitudes, and treated everyone with respect.

They were very professional; they made the visit pleasant. The representative worked really hard with me to print my marriage license which was on my phone (it just didnt want to print). I had a pic of the marriage license on my phone when dealing with something previously. But the instructions when filling it out online did not specify clearly that it was needed. But 2 thumbs up for the rep!

I went to finish getting my TSA pre-check application completed. They were very quick and professional.

So when i went in for my HME to get fingerprinted the guy doing it took two of us back at one time. He rushed thru it so fast hd kept typing things in wrong and having to go back and correct things. I can only assume he messed something up because im 5 weeks in and mine still says pending!!! As of oct 15 i can no longer work because of my license expiring!! Another guy i work with went to take the same thing and they gave hime the background test for a tsa renewal and he had to pay for that then go take the hme one and pay for that as well.. be he alrdy has his results and mine are pending.. not happy with this place..!!

Literally such a great experience and our tech for TSA Pre Check was beyond friendly. We left feeling like we made a new friend. Having customer service like this should be the goal of every business!

The person that was there was very nice and patient, even though she was the only one doing everything. I got in and out fast, even though I wasnt ready to take the test. The place was clean. Had a great experience.

I went for TSA renewal. Reception staff was not very friendly. My appointment time was 2:10pm. I didnt get in until almost 3:00. Once I got in, everything went very smoothly. The actual person who helped me with the renewal was very nice.
