The remodeled expanded dental wing brings another component to Vivent St Louiss one stop shop for physical & mental health, case mgmt & now dental.Theyve brought in leading edge tech with top notch patientcentric pros and a support staff that dont blame & shame instead the focus is on education, restoration and prevention. So grateful that I am able to access this world class network right here in St. Louis.

Almost the entire staff is very nice and welcoming , I would give five stars if they moved a little faster. My last appointment was at 2:30pm, I got there at 2:00pm but wasn’t seen until almost 3/3:15. There’s a lady at the front desk who is very snappy on the phone but is so sweet in person. Iasiah at the front desk is wonderful as well.

Vivent Health is directly across the street from my office- we are business neighbors as well as friends- and I have become familiar with their cause and the work they do for our community and how much they truly care about the work they are doing- just wanted to give a true 5 star review from the bottom of my heart- these people are doing BIG things for our community and are the most lovely people you would ever meet!

I went in for an appointment and didnt know what to expect. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Most of that time was me running my mouth with the friendly assistant working with me. A true no judgment, non-preachy and honest facility dedicated to help you. They are not currently accepting walk-ins so request an appointment online. Easy access and parking was close.

Went to go get routine testing on a Wed was told Id get a call w results by the following Friday and that if I didn’t answer a vm would be left… well its now Monday still no results. When I call the line goes to vm & I do not have another lunch to waste calling them. So I called a diff Department trying to get my results and that god awful lady was rude as hell and all she said was “did you leave a message theyre busy with patients” like yes lady i left a vm! If you can’t provide results in the time frame YOU GAVE ME you should set different expectations definitely will no longer go here! Too much of a hassle! Having to hound you for results i was told would be ready! Absolutely pitiful

EFA has always been the best with management. Miss my past Case Managers Kristin and Britney. But my new one is awesome. The new office looks fantastic. Really shows how much hard work that EFA has done over the years and the progress made. Well deserved to all the staff. Thanks for everything!!

I was able to get a last minute appointment last week and was really impressed with the service. I got in and out within 30 minutes, did not have to wait. And everyone was very friendly, from when I called and tried to make an appointment to the receptionists when I got there. I would recommend this center fo testing and services!!

I have been coming to EFA for about 5 yrs. I love Laura S. She’s the best, very friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. I was so glad to find EFA BC where I lived previously in FL there were Many more resources ! EFA does a great job. I really like their new offices and I hope the employees like it as well..you all deserve it!!

Its very nice to have the staffing for the service is for the best part of what I have to get a chance to get a good idea to be a 2nd time to visit for the same thing butit was a good idea to get the answers earlier than what I was told to be a good idea to get it done with my doctor for a different story but Vincent was a good story to make me happy to be free of what could have been to make me scream out thank you guys for being there for me to get a good time to have a great day.

Great Dental Staff!! Receptionists are friendly, pharmacy techs are great and pantry helps when in a pinch.

Vivent has the best pharmacy service around. The staff is so well versed in regard to infectious disease, the treatment of related illnesses, and how to find assistance if you cannot afford your medication.

This office closes randomly. It says theyre open until 5pm on Friday. I drove all the way down there at 4pm to discover that they had closed early even when I had called earlier that day and the secretary on the phone had confirmed that they were open until 5pm.Today is Monday... good thing I called first. Their automated voicemail said they were closed for the holiday... it is JANUARY 2ND! THE HOLIDAYS ARE OVER!!! THIS WHOLE HOLIDAY OBSERVED THING IS JUST AN IDEA THAT GOOGLE HAS DRILLED INTO OUR BRAINS FOR US TO BE LAZIER AND TAKE MORE TIME OFF. SO VIVENT, IF YOURE GONNA BE LAZY, AT LEAST LET US KNOW!!!AND BY THE WAY, YOU GUYS SURELY HAD NO PROBLEM CALLING ME BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS, WHILE I WAS AT WORK, TO REMIND ME TO FILL MY PRESCRIPTION. WELL, MY SCRIPT THAT I HAD WAS NOT EMPTY UNTIL NOW... BUT YOU GUYS CLOSED UP LITERALLY FOR NO REASON OTHER THAN SHEER LAZINESS. I WILL MAKE SURE THAT EVERY APPOINTMENT WITH VIVENT AND EVERY OCCURANCE IN DEALING WITH THIS OFFICE GOES AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE SO I CAN SAVE MYSELF FOR THE SAKE OF MY SANITY!

I would ONLY suggest going here if you don’t have insurance and if you’re having symptoms, I wouldn’t recommend STL EFA at all. It was me and two other people that signed in as a walk in, but only one person waiting in front of me in the lobby where I sat for 1.5 hours before I was seen. Fast forward the only rapid test they provide is hiv. The phlebotomist informed me it would take 10-14 business days (half a month) to receive my any other blood work results. That’s unheard of....at least to me. The only reason I gave two stars was because their new office is beautiful.

I have been with Dr. William Summers since 2009 and followed him when he left Southampton and opened his own practice and then followed him to Vivent Health when he became the medical director. I have had nothing but positive experiences since moving my health services here. Dr. Summers continues to push the medical staff to adopt his philosophy of patient center care. When I arrive the staff knows me by name, takes an interest in my life, and is extremely kind and timely. When I’ve been seen by Dr. Summers, Sarah, or any of the NPs they are of the utmost professionalism and take time when seeing you. I’ve been to many doctors whom I am just a patient. At Vivent, the staff listen, take time to develop relationships, and are present during your time with them. A huge benefit of Vivent is the one stop shop philosophy. I love that I can get medical treatment, pharmacy (again pharmacist knows me and has a relationship), dentist, and case management all in one place. The coordination of services under one roof makes communication effective and ensures a comprehensive plan for all aspects of life. Vivent is growing to add legal help, therapy, and psychiatry in the near future furthering their mission of person center central integrated healthcare. I HIGHLY recommend them for your health needs. They are a major ally of the LGBT community and effective in combating the STI and HIV crisis in St. Louis. Finally, Vivent truly is a community partner. Their food pantry, Paws Program, and philanthropic wing works tirelessly nonstop to ensure community needs are met. If you want excellent personal healthcare that is committed and vibrant to modern day issues...you won’t find a better provider than Vivent.

THIS MAY BE MY MOST PROFOUND GOOGLE REVIEW. Many years I have worked in Customer Service as a General Manager. I used to tell my subordinate managers: A good manager can run a great shift... but a great manager is one who pulls it together when things are not good. Amidst circumstances out of this pharmacys control, Erica, Deja, and the rest went FAR ABOVE and BEYOND what most pharmacies would do, to see a systematic problem corrected, and the patient supplied correctly and timely. Some of the low-scoring reviews I see here for them are silly up against the proven VALUE of this pharmacy in a dire moment (and this doesnt even take into account their CHEAP co-pay). TEAM at VIVENT PHARMACY - You are SO GREATLY APPRECIATED for your sense of duty when the hour grows dire!!! No words exist to honestly show the depth of my gratitude for you, nor how insanely impressive you all are in a moment of need. STELLAR WORK!!! MAGNIFIQUE!!! BRAVO!!!! I would give you 500 stars were Google to allow it. CHEERS TO ---GREAT--- WORK!!!

I was referred to EFA (from Project ARK) as I was a low maintenance patient who did not use case management services very much. I asked for resource help two times in a two year period and the case worker told me that I could not longer use their services as I was too high maintenance. My Project ARK case worker noticed my name in the queue after EFA dropped me and she re-assigned me back to her and said she could not understand EFAs actions.

Sent to another location. I was told they dont do services for symptoms. They did not give a reason why? I was told by Saint Louis Effort that Planned Parenthood would service me free of charge, if I said I was referred from Saint Louis Effort. When I asked if Planned Parenthood did walk-ins, I did not get a answer. Disappointed in the staff and service of this location.

Provides phenomenal-and much needed-resources, services, and volunteer opportunities for individuals in our community. Free HIV/STI testing, HIV/AIDS case management, prevention and treatment services, all without judgment from knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended for all: Know your status-get yourself tested!

This clinics services are overly confusing, slow, complicated, and unintuitive. If you want to get tested here call and be very specific about what you need and how to get it. Its great that it is free but for the time it takes and the hassle to navigate its unexplained system is simply awful.

The staff is phenomenal here.If you want to get tested for free you better get there early because the spots run out fast. They are very professional and so nice.
