Dr. Yeung is a very thorough surgeon. And Vicki at the front desk is a ray of sunshine!3 stars for the billing and scheduling staff/process…I’ve talked to at least 3 different people for this and all have given me slightly different information. There were several things I realized I wanted to know when scheduling but didn’t until it was too late. Same goes for the prices and fees of things especially those that come after surgery. And after my surgery I also had to ask multiple times for the correct receipt to submit to my insurance for reimbursement. My surgery was a month ago and I’m still trying to sort all of this out. The ladies are nice and polite but not very quick or quickly forthcoming and may give you differing answers.EDIT: after posting this review, Veritas reached out to me and we were able to finally talk through some of these things. I would now rate 4/5 stars

I traveled from Canada seeking expert fertility care for my endometriosis diagnosis. Dr.Puthoff and every member of his team provided exceptional care and an outstanding level of compassion at every step in our journey. After experiencing sub par medical care in Canada it meant so much to me to have a provider that took his time with me, answered all of my questions, and listened to my story. Im usually an anxious wreck when it comes to anything medical let alone surgery, but I never once felt nervous in my care with the Veritas team. Dr.Puthoff performed a very successful surgery skilfully taking care of the endometriosis. He restored my fertility and also my faith in medicine, curing my medical anxiety by providing such a great experience! I cannot speak highly enough of Veritas!

All of the staff at Veritas are amazing and Dr. Kalinowski is such a wonderful surgeon! She is compassionate and takes time to explain everything. She makes you feel comfortable and she did such a thorough job with surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Kalinowski!

I could not recommend Veritas Fertility and Dr. Puthoff and his staff more to anyone. The office is such a calming, warm place to be. Each staff member goes above and beyond to help you and make what youre going through a positive experience. Dr. Puthoffs expertise is unmatched.

My husband and I travelled all the way from Canada to get surgery here for PCOS and endometriosis and we had a wonderful experience! Dr. Puthoff and his team are amazing. They gave us hope again!

If I could rate Veritas higher than 5 stars, I would. From the first appointment, you get Vickis friendly voice on the phone. She greets you at the front desk when you arrive, and you certainly do not feel like you are at a doctors office! The whole medical suite/office is beautiful, welcoming, and peaceful as soon as you enter. Every member of staff is kind, and there is a strong sense of camaraderie. You can tell that they enjoy what they do!In my initial consultation with Dr. Puthoff, I learned more about my condition in the first 10 minutes than I had with all of my other doctors and specialists over the past 12 years. After some labs, we made a plan of care, and I was put in the drivers seat with every choice. (I never felt like anyone spoke to me in medical lingo that I couldnt understand – or ever made me feel like I was incapable of making adult decisions about my own health.) Previous physicians told me that the best case scenario was lifelong pain management. However, Dr. Puthoffs expert surgical care has left me feeling better than I have in over a decade. I could not be more grateful, and I could not recommend this team more highly!

Dr. Puthoff is amazing and we would recommend him to everyone. The process was quick and very rewarding for us. We had been struggling with infertility for 11 years and seen several doctors with no solutions. We met with Dr. Puthoff, had surgery 3 months later to repair my uterus, and I was pregnant 6 months after the surgery. Also, my surgery was only supposed to take 1-3 hours, but it ended up taking 6 hours due to the damage that needed repaired from my previous c-section. We were very thankful Dr. Puthoff didn’t just stick with his schedule for the day and make us return for the rest of the repairs. He stuck it out for the whole 6 hours and repaired things we didn’t even know needed repairing. We thank God for leading us to Dr. Puthoff and hope many others struggling with infertility will find him and be holding a precious baby soon just like we are.

Every single person in this office is kind, caring, compassionate, and full of love for their patients. Highly recommend Dr. Puthoff and his team.

I cannot recommend Dr.Puthoff enough! He was super nice and an excellent listener. He was great at explaining everything and answering my questions. He was able to excise all of my endometriosis and save both of my ovaries and tubes! I feel so much better.You can really tell he has a love for women and family. His love for fertility care really shows in his work.The office is super neat and clean and the Hospital that they use is just right down the road… easy to find!Getting in for my initial consult took 3 months but that wait was worth it. He’s great at what he does and people want the best!I didn’t care to drive 2 hours to the office. I knew I was getting the best care around.I am 2 months out from surgery and we can’t wait to try to start a family! And that wouldn’t be possible without Dr. Puthoff. ❤️

Dr. Puthoff and his staff are wonderful. Dr. Puthoff really is a leader in his field and the support and service they provide is nothing short of amazing. He diagnosed the root of my infertility and we are working to overcome it.

I would not recommend a majority of the staff in this office. They lead with fear and appear to just be in it for the money. Everything was going well when I started treatment there. Everything seemed fine until I finally had an appt with Dr. Putthoff. He began pushing surgery on me and acted as if it were my only option. There are other options. There are better offices. Dr. P is fear mongering, money hungry, and imperious.I gave 2 stars because Vicky at the front desk is an angel. ❤️

Dr. Puthoff & all the staff at Veritas are simply the best. Its very clear that they truly care about their patients. After struggling with infertility for several years, we were lucky enough to find our way to Dr. Puthoff, where I immediately knew I was in the right place. He performed surgery, I was pregnant less than 4 months later, and we now have an almost-2 year old little girl. In addition to being able to have a family, I also no longer have severe pain from stage 4 endometriosis. Dr. Puthoff is an incredibly talented surgeon, so kind, & will do whatever he can to help.Veritas is also great to work with even if you dont live in the St. Louis area. We are 4 hours away, and theyve made it so easy.Were forever grateful for Dr. Puthoff!

I could never say enough good things about Dr. Puthoff and the entire staff at Veritas. From our very first appointment, I felt respected, heard, and listened to. Dr. Puthoff Took the time to get to know me and my own unique situation, ultimately recommending I have excision surgery for endometriosis due to severe pain each month on my period. Although having a surgery is understandably stressful, at every turn he took great care to make sure that I was well attended to. I am so thankful for him and the staff and their commitment to getting to the root cause of womens issues rather than just slapping a Band-Aid on them. I would recommend Dr. Puthoff and the entire team at Veritas to anyone.

There are not enough words to describe how incredible and compassionate everyone at Veritas Fertility is. They make you feel so welcome, heard, cared for, and are so supportive from the first day you walk into that office. I have never gone more than 24 hours without having my questions or concerns addressed, whether it was over the phone, through email or sending them a message through my patient portal. Vicki at the front desk is absolutely amazing and so on top of everything. The nurses are great and truly care about their patients, and Dr. Puthoff is hands down one of the best doctors Ive ever encountered. From my very first consult with him, he took the time to listen, he did not sugar coat things and gave me real, honest answers that Ive been searching for through my fertility journey. And from that first consult, he created a plan of action and went above and beyond to try everything to help me conceive. He is very good at what he does, and for the first time I had hope. Infertility can be such a hard topic to discuss, yet Ive never felt more comfortable talking to a doctor. It has been 10 months since I walked through those doors, and I finally got those two pink lines staring back at me. I cant thank this clinic or Dr. Puthoff enough for everything they have done to help me and get me to this point. I will forever be grateful that a friend of mine suggested I see him and that I took her advice!

Veritas Fertility and Surgery has a wonderfully kind and compassionate staff. Dr. Patrick Yeung is an extraordinary surgeon as well as a thoughtful listener. It is because of them that I am on the path of health and wholeness. I am forever grateful.

I’ll start off by saying I actually traveled here from Tennessee just to be seen by Dr. Yeung. He gave me real answers for my endometriosis, he performed my surgery as soon as possible, and he got absolutely all of it. I had a hard time getting any doctors around me to take my pain seriously, but he’s different. He will care about you, and he will do something about it. I am so happy I found him. The staff at the clinic is also exceptional! They worked very well with me being out of state, they were all so kind, and very attentive. I could not recommend them more.

Dr.Yeung is an amazing surgeon. For endometriosis he knows his stuff and will give your life back. Don’t waste years and $ with other doctors as I did for poor quality of life. As for the cost that people complain about. Know ahead of time that it’s a fact. What is your health and living your life worth to you. The staff was all super helpful and amazing to me.

There is no better doctor for endometriosis and Adenomyosis treatment than Dr. Yeung. After many failed attempts at treating my endometriosis in 2018/2019 with other doctors who only told me I should perform ablation surgery and use hormones to manage my symptoms (both of which do not fix the root issue) - I was referred to Dr. Yeung by another specialist. He came highly recommended as one of the best endo surgeons in the country. His explanation of excision surgery as the proper treatment of endometriosis gave me hope. It is the good standard for a reason! In 2019 I had my excision surgery and I felt like a new woman afterwards. My terrible pain and fatigue were gone! Dr. Yeung removed numerous locations of endometriosis tissue and suspected endo. He is very thorough and explains every action performed with color pictures after the surgery. My husband was able to take a video of the conversation and share with me. From what I understand, Dr. Yeung is very consistent with this post surgery routine and it is so helpful for the patient to watch as they’re recovering.In 2021 and 2022 I started to have bad back and sciatica type pain (causing insomnia) as well as extremely heavy periods causing me to be anemic. I was also very fatigued again, had a loss of bladder control and started getting extreme endo/adeno belly and weight gain. Knowing this didn’t “feel right” and having too many sleepless/uncomfortable nights I reached out to Dr. Yeung immediately because I trusted his care above all of my other doctors. When we spoke about my symptoms he immediately suspected Adenomyosis. He and performed an exam and pelvic ultrasound as well as ordering an MRI - all which pointed to Adenomyosis. Hysterectomy is the only cure and I decided to go forward with the procedure. At no point did Dr. Yeung push me towards either surgery or no surgery. It was my decision and he simply provided me with all of the information I needed to make the right decision for me. During my surgery he also looked for endo again and found one spot of it (removing multiple suspected areas so as not to leave any behind). He is humble enough to admit that he’s not perfect and he proactively looked for more endo to make sure that my body is in the best shape going forward! I’m so grateful for his professionalism and depth of knowledge.Dr. Yeung changes lives for the better every day. He gives his patients their lives back - I am feeling much better 3.5 weeks out from my last surgery (a thousand thank you’s to you Dr. Yeung) I know two other friends who have had excision surgery from him with great success. In one case he actually saved a friend’s life by finding and removing her stage 4 cancer. He is truly an advocate for women and I’m lucky to call him my doctor.The full staff at Veritas is very thoughtful, kind and thorough. Vicki at the front desk is a true joy to see each visit. One nurse even gave me a heating pad when I was having an endometrial biopsy - which made it hurt a little less. It’s the little things that make a big difference when you’re going through a tough time. Keep up the great work Veritas team.

Dr. Puthoff is a miracle worker! I had stage two endometriosis. Him and his staff work so hard to accommodate your needs. Shout out to Vikki for all her hard work to get me in as soon as possible. She is the most compassionate receptionist I have ever meet. I was so sick from endometriosis I was puking, diarrhea constantly and nauseous. My uterus was in so much pain, felt like a cat trying to claw its way out. Was bed ridden for two months wrapped around heating pads. While other doctors it was going to take 8 months just to get in for a consultation. I was able to see Dr. Puthoff and have surgery within 3 months. Before surgery they were so helpful to get me the medications I needed to make it to my surgery date. Dr. Puthoff is not only a good doctor but an outstanding person who deeply cares about his patients, their well being and quality of life. The knowledge he has about endometriosis surpasses any other endometriosis doctor in the St. Louis area. He is up to date on the latest technology to treat endo. A week after surgery I was no longer in pain and no more nausea. Within a month my GI tract calmed down. My first two periods where a bit heavy but after that it’s been smooth sailing. I am forever grateful to him and his staff for helping get my life back! I highly recommend him, don’t pass up on the opportunity to see real results and it only taking one surgery to do it! Dr. Puthoff and his staff are amazing. I feel comfortable asking all of my questions to him and they are always addressed. Jeanette and the entire staff are absolutely wonderful, very helpful and I truly appreciate it. I was told something completely different by a previous doctor and then I was referred to Dr. Puthoff after one phone conversation I knew he was the one, I booked an appointment and took the trip from Indiana, best decision I have ever made. Very organized, educated and flat out amazing in every way. I look forward to see how everything pans out. I definitely would recommend this place no matter where you are located I’m out of state and it was hassle free and easy. From the bottom of my heart ❤️ I am so thankful for Dr. Puthoff and his staff you all are the best, Thank you all for being you and being amazing.

Couldn’t speak highly enough about Dr. Puthoff and his staff. After over 5 years of infertility, a litany of health problems and exhausting other doctors, we just welcomed our first baby thanks to his expertise. His attention to the details of each individual case makes him very unique and his surgical skill were extraordinary.

Everyone at Veritas from Vicki at the front desk, to the ultrasound techs, to the nurses and NP Naylor and Dr. Puthoff have been nothing but extremely kind and caring every step of the way. They really listen. They genuinely care and are so supportive. Very responsive to all of my questions and worries. I know I am in the best hands at Veritas.

Great communication and Dr Puthoff is great, visited almost everyday while I was in the hospital after my surgery. I would definitely recommend!

Dr. Yeung is fantastic and the surgery he did for my endometriosis was life changing. I am however HIGHLY disappointed in the billing situation I am currently in and the lack of response from the office. This is only 2 stars because Dr. Yeung is so great, the rest of this office is poorly run and needs to answer emails and voicemails instead of avoiding. I wish Dr. Yeung would have stayed at his old practice.

My baby recently turned 1 year! I am forever grateful to the entire staff at Veritas Fertility, who not only helped make my dream come true but made the experience positive.

The physician and staff are excellent, compassionate, and thorough. That being said they have convictions against modern reproductive technology such as IVF. My wife had a surgery done there and we did get pregnant after several years of infertility. Unfortunately the baby had genetic problems and ended up passing away. We saw another specialist who suspected my wife had poor egg quality. This ended up being the case. Out of 20 fertilized eggs only 5 were without significant genetic issues. Therefore IVF is the best option because it allows you to genetically test the embryos prior to implantation. Using this modern technology gives about a 70% chance of success per transfer and avoids surgery (except egg retrieval.). If I could go back I would have not spent the time and money at this place because it ended up only delaying the possibility of a healthy pregnancy. I would recommend finding a fertility specialist, who like most, offer IVF with genetic testing.

My experience with this clinic was great. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Dr. Yeung is a very caring and compassionate doctor, he goes above and beyond.
