Always such a great experience at this location.Molly was fabulous and being able to riff about nonsense while getting my blood drawn majorly helped me anxiety by distracting me and keeping me laughing.

Planned parenthood is a solid choice especially this location. You will be well cared for and given what you need and more. They will take care of you.

Great clinic but the girl that answered the phone my goodness if rude and annoyed was a person, it’s her! Online only for appts if I have to deal with that

The receptionist was annoyed that I asked if I could take ibuprofen before an iud insertion and told me that it was important to take nothing

Staff are so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about reproductive health. Such a blessing to have this kind of place in our neighborhood!

This is the friendliest location Ive been to. They automatically applied a grant to my appointment so testing was covered, and overall everyone was very chill. You do your own private swabbing in the bathroom for testing. Not a big waiting room but more or less youll be in and out.

I couldnt have had a better experience here! Molly and Kwan (or Quan) took very good care of me and made my visit feel safe, informative, comfortable, and comprehensive.

By far the best health care Ive ever received! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I was super nervous about going but it was a great experience. Shout out to Valerie she was so welcoming and made me feel so much better it wasnt awkward at all. she was super lovely

Im not new to testosterone, and this isnt my first Planned Parenthood. But this building is so much better than any of the Kansas City locations! Every employee was so kind and made me feel safe and understood. They even gave me free syringes and a bin to safely dispose them in. They even offered to teach me how to use the testosterone. Since ive been on it for 2 years now, i didnt need the help. But it was nice to have been offered. When i first started out, no one showed me and i had to look up youtube tutorials to figure it out lol.But if youre new to horomone therapy i highly recommend this location! They were all incredible!

I recommend this facility. The people there are very kind and understanding. They make you feel like you have the power over your own decisions. I used them for bc services and they even let me switch my prescription over the phone when I changed my mind a week later. Of course it is very busy at this location, so it may take awhile for you to get into your appointment/be seen. I highly recommend booking online.

Super easy to book an appointment! Wait time was a little longer than I would have liked but the staff were so friendly! They made me feel very comfortable.

Ive had pleasant experiences both times Ive been here. They didnt make me get a physical examination since I only needed BC and have been with the same partner for 9 years, whereas my old gyno always wanted to go through an entire physical examination that wasnt needed. I was treated with professionalism, respect, and kindness.

The ONLY Reason I gave this location 3 stars is because it’s soooooo easy to book a appointment! The reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because the wait time is freaking RIDICULOUS! What’s the point in setting appointment if you’re going to be sitting there for 30-45 minutes more !? Barley enough from for parking I had to park across the street. But I LOVE THE STAFF THEM MY GIRLS LOL

I LOVE planned Parenthood in most places Ive been.. This one however.. Rude staff.. the person who made the appointment didnt tell me my 15 yr old would need an ID ?? WHY would a fresh turned 15 year old have an ID??.The school didnt give her one.. Silliness..Waste of time. Information could have been givin over the phone..

Just A Tip !I recently went to the Planned Parenthood on South Grand for My Depo Shot. When i went in the lady at the front desk gave me the wrong Price for my shot and Also wrote down i had herpes (Which is not at all true). I corrected her and told her i didnt have herpes and she crossed it out. When i went in the back the doctor asked what are u here for? i responded My Depo shot only she Looked at me shocked and said the lady at the front desk wrote on my paper for them to treat me for herpes. I corrected them again and the doctor got me my right Price and Gave me just my shot. They were at first going to charge me $160 . When they changed the price it was under $65 . My Tip is to ask questions and Pay attention to what they write down. This could of been a nightmare when all i needed was my birth control

The workers have no idea what theyre doing They have no idea what to charge you And they do not respect confidentiality at all. Hopefully its a better experience for someone else because I know they provide important services.

Easy to book an appointment on the phone or online. Staff was really helpful as it’s was my first time patient there.

Staff was very happy to answer all questions. Everyone was smiling and the staff seemed to really care about me. Great place.

Do not go here for any services. They will schedule you for appointments multiple times that when you arrive, they are unable to do as their nurse practitioners are not qualified. Has happened multiple weeks now in a row.

Communication between the scheduling department is horrible. Drove over an hour for no reason.

Theyre unprofessional and irresponsible meaning that they do not care about confidentiality. I would never recommend anyone visit this location there are other facilities to travel to.

This is not a great and caring place to go anymore.With or without insurance. They rush you in and out.

Clean place and nice people they are very on point about their job, and that is all I know so for.

Always nice, informative and helpful. I never have to wait long.
